Translated by Souk (@someoneuknow04_ IG) Hellooo everyoneee! I'm here today to instruct you how to make a super popular Japanese dish but with a twist :) That dish will be Dorayaki - Doraemon's favourite snack :) But the ones we'll be making today will be made out of delicious Oreos :) I got this recipe from the internet and made some adjustments to my taste. You can also alter the sweetness of this dish if you want Firstly, I'll seperate the cream from the cookies. A packet usually have 14 oreos I do really like Oreos but it's so sweet that I can die from diabetes right away :)) So I usually use them for making other dishes After you're done, put your cookies into a bag and start smashing it into a powder. Or you can speed up the process by putting it in a blender After that, I'll put the cookie powder into a bowl Add 25g of sugar and ½ tsp of baking powder into the bowl as well Next, I'll pour in 90ml of unsweetened milk and crack in an unborn chicken fetus :)) Then all you need to do is mix it up. If you have a blender, you can blend it all together again to speed up the process The mixture will be pretty watery but it won't be too watery just like.. water :) Wrap the batter up and set it aside for 15 min before pan-frying them You should use non-stick pans to cook these. Wait for the pan to heat up and then put in some cooking oil and spread it all over the pan with a napkin After 15 min you can take out your batter and give it one last mix before putting it on the pan To make them have the same size, use a spoon that's big enough for 1 instead of using a really big spoon and eyeballing it Keep the pan at medium - low heat while frying and the thin layer of oil from earlier will prevent the batter from sticking If you have trypophobia you should skip a few seconds for this part :( I'll be cooking these for 2 min on medium - low heat After flipping them, leave it there for another 30-60 sec then take it out of the pan Before making the next one, remember to use the oil soaked napkin from earlier and spread some oil on the pan again Next step after you have fried all the batter is the cream stuffing. I'll pour in 30g of condensed milk into the cream from the Oreos from earlier Mash it until the mixture is smooth Then pour in 100g of unsweetened whipping or topping cream Whisk your life and arm away :)) If you have an electric whisk that would be way faster but I'm extra so I'm dping it by hand :))) Whisk it until it reaches hard peak (remember not to overbeat it) Now all you need to do is put the cream filling between the "pancakes" :) If you want the middle to puff up more, put more cream in the middle and less on the rim of the "pancakes" And if you don't want the cream to spill out, the top layer of "pancake" should be a bigger than the bottom layer. That way the cream won't spill and it'll puff up nicely Also, if you'd like your dorayakis to be softer, put them all in a closed box or wrap them all individually in plastic wrap and put them in the fridge Remember to wrap it nicely so it doesn't dry up. Doing this helps the "pancakes" absorb the moisture from the cream and get softer Tadaaa :)) Also remember not to put in too much cream or you're going to feel sick from eating it :)) The Dorayakis are so soft and smells soo good just like Oreos :) It's delicious and isn't too sweet like Oreos too If you don't like the plain Dorayaki flavor, you can always try to make these. The dough outside is soft and moist while the cream filling is super creamy and delicious :) It's both easy to make and accessible. You guys should really try to make something from my channel instead of just sitting there looking at my hands :))) Anyways, don't forget to share this video so more people can come here to sit and look at my hands :)) Thank you so much and bai baiiiiiiiii~
