The dough might be dry, but remember to let all of the dough wet. Don't let the dry dough raw and chunky. Mix well from 2-3 minutes, until there is no dough sticking on the pot. Or until the dough becomes smooth then you can take the pot down After putting the pot down, press it down for it to cool down. Actually, you don't have to put the dough into another bowl. Just me being fancy :). Wait for it 10 minutes to cool down Keep calm and stay still in 10 mins I will be pretending to wait with my cat :)) After the dough is cool, crack in 2 eggs. In this recipe, I used 2 eggs crack 1 egg in one by one Because the dough is kinda thicc, so you can mix it slowly, doesn't need too be hurry. In the beginning, the dough will be separated, you can see it in the video. It's like they can't come together. Like you and your crush, will never come together.
