Neighbor Cut BIG Roots

new tree new day late in the day but they're worried about this tree and so we're kind of cramming it into the schedule okay so that's it fir tree okay so the neighbor came and handed me this piece of paper here and I'll tell you about that in a minute I got the truck in place and for those guys to get started with the gnarly teeth or dollar man that is stringy and I ground this stump and now I'm dropping off the trailer and I help my wife with some trampoline parts you know company owner right you got more than one hat you got to wear so the deal with this job what makes this job what makes me the middleman yes I am getting paid by a neighbor right the tree that's coming down the neighbors paying to cut it down I've never met the guy who owns the tree which I don't like and he's a lawyer type he's the one that drafted this thing up that the neighbor came and handed to me unexpectedly right there while I was on care with you guys so basically it says you know the usual make sure you hire a professional bla bla bla but it's and then down here it says that the owner or the tenant will have to be home well the tenant called me and was like please cut this tree down why because the neighbor the guy who walked up and handed me this saw roots coming under the fans didn't like the roots got to digging around notice that the fir tree roots this is a big tree right big and fir tree roots were going up close to his foundation so he like right off a fence line he digs down two and a half feet and he cuts off all the roots of this tree I mean we're talking stuff like this just honking Anchorage just severed man excavated like a paleontologist excavated around this guy so he digs about cuts him off now he's he's basically made a booby trap a massive booby trap especially I mean I suppose the compression side is important but really he jacked his neighbor because his neighbor is now precariously underneath this thing that has the roots on the opposite side which hold against tipping towards him and the winds are coming it's almost November so I've never met the guy who owns the tree and I get this paperwork just now that says they gotta be there and this guy's saying please do it now and I'm like well we got paperwork that says you got to be there and and so he's all well you have my word you have my word you can do it it's my dad that owns the house I'm the son and so I have nothing in writing but I have everything in writing against me and that's the middleman scene I don't like it and I don't like when people think they can do whatever they want to somebody's tree because it goes over onto their side of the property line or it goes under there's this big myth consumer alert advisory don't buy into the myth that you can cut anything on your side you can prune properly according to industry standards things that are on your side you cannot MAME somebody's property and say that it's okay because it's on your side it's baloney okay don't believe it you'll end up in court you'll lose if this tree were to tip over that guy would have been seriously busted because he tripped it you know she set up the booby trap so now we're gonna go climb the booby trap but you know we're gonna take weight off incrementally as we go and it'll get better and better as we go right that's what we do we do it all the time but I don't like being the middleman in summary people stop being ignorant and believing that you can cut anything on your side be responsible don't ruin your neighbor's property so as fast as you can we need that because that's what I'm ready for that's that's where I'm at what else follow the procedures of the law if you think the trees should come down or or you think it's damaging your foundation or whatever go through the proper procedure or you're gonna get yourself in trouble and don't put us a little contractor people in the middle it's not cool I guess I put myself there by going ahead and doing the job well you know what I'm saying why am I still talking why am I still talking the reason I'm still talking is because I don't know why I'm telling you I guess it's like you're my cloud of witnesses okay I have signed stuff that says don't do it and then I have the same people one of the people who like really matter who are gonna get crushed by the tree going please do it and all I have is YouTube to document the process as I go see if that maybe it'll all come to nothing you know still worth a try thanks for listening I'm saying how was I gonna say Oh forgot I was gonna say maybe I was gonna talk to YouTube but YouTube we use the speed line kit like this a lot where we just set up a bundle and it's it's going straight down the tree there's wires there's not a lot of room for what do you call it speed lining so so we wait bundle and deliver the bundle and deliver kind of like in the bad trees 7 video anybody's ever watched that you should have tighten that up not ready for that I'm still hooking oh
