Big Black Oak Threatens Home

crane job gotta get some way off of this ASAP with the bucket this is what he set up for us a big black oak tree out over the house bones away in that section and out over the house over the corner of the house super close proximity over there plenty of things to deem like gutters and little vents or whatever those are maybe we can get out them to stand up next to the tree to get a good size reference and he's a big dude comes a big dude okay so boom more bark eager-beaver 2131 from enviro chipper today we're gonna get up there and take weight off [Music] all right so for this be you know I've got the boom out here I need this piece to come in and back to the ring point we're trying to make a kind of a you know centralized pile of wood there so we can come in with the skids here to get it tomorrow however I don't want this hinging into me and landing on top of my boom or slamming into the bottom so I've kind of directed at them so you know is what's going on we got a little bit of slack in the line just enough so that it doesn't prohibit the hinge of this piece of wood straight down so once the piece comes off it'll be committed enough to take the path that's on there's not enough slack for it to hit the cement even with the drop and spam so hopefully that'll make sense let it come up a little high [Applause] Ernest that looked wild I have thought about redirecting it up through here and just bringing it straight down but we're wanting to keep things out that way so that was kind of fun I think he let it run a little bit wanted to keep it gonna I alright folks not gonna lie that looks sketchy as hell August you know luckily Adams got things under control down there so probably looked worse than it was anyways I'm having them hold this one and the communications there so there's a little bit of slack it's still going to go for a swing you know there's no denying that but we're not going to bring it all the way down to the ground where we're the apex of the swing is super wide back and forth it'll be up here so hey that's what we want there [Music] yo oh it's going a lot of tree here [Music] there's a lot of treat here like man we got a ton of it we got a ton off of this thing we got to to the big you know big wood branches off and I'm working another one off of it now kind of just working in you know just open it up from where we parked the bucket moving in over the house Oh [Music] perfect yeah we're about to get solving that here pretty quick on the knob definitely in the height of the tree uh-huh we're gonna move it and cut it and firewood cool [Music] yeah that's gonna save us a lot of time yeah a lot of time yeah they go I think it'll work out pretty well Rick you know regarding the tips in the wood then I think that will definitely help keep it from think you can bomb it Hey [Music] he's done he's done he's done improper amount of raps whatever it is that happened it's all his fault natural crutch there and natural crust there yeah he was stepping on the line I think he says he did step on the line even that's a given that's a straight-up given spitter an in the hole [Music] Oh birdhouse love birdhouse love all right corner today folks and it sounds like tomorrow we'll be back with the crane yeah there's a little better okay okay YouTube here we are the next day Damien did a good job of dropping what he was doing and showing up quick to get this weight off and you can see clearly the threat is neutralized for now that is a monster piece of wood that is if you measured all the way across at the widest point that's like eight or nine feet so wait we're going to lift some big things but we have a really good placement of the crane
