[Music] welcome everybody I have my martini ready I have all the ingredients I mean literally you got a display it's a first love let me pick some up we are going to be making my favorite lamb chop recipe I discovered this recipe like maybe two years ago just surfing the web now I big edition pieces of this from like several recipes of mine and kind of made it my own added things took away things so I feel like sharing this with you guys is very beneficial I've also posted a picture of these like several times on my social media and each time I always get so many questions about hazing or what did you use how did you do it I sent bits and pieces of other recipes to other people but I've never sent them like exactly how I do things so today I'm going to be showing you guys that so stay tuned I have [Music] first I've already cleaned my lamb chops we'll already clean them cut them off the rack into bits you know into smaller pieces so here's the goal is little clean and clear I have some minced garlic garlic I have some olive oil some Tabasco sauce that's the secret ingredient guys some parsley flakes some salt some pepper and another one of my speaking ingredients select the imama so all of these are going to go into the lamb chops and kind of create like this sauce that looks maybe maybe not so much a sauce more like a marinade so let's start I'm going to do I don't only I bought it I'm going to do about two tablespoons of olive oil just like I like to put everything in like this little bowl and then pour it over there because we're going to mix it together I'm going to take about C you can use fresh garlic that I'm being lazy so how about you can and I like roasted in the oven for a while but I'm going to take the heaping tablespoon in this recipe you can literally put as much as you want it's for flavor and if you don't mind minced garlic you're gonna love it so I have that I only need about 1 TSP of Tabasco you kind of have to be careful with the Tabasco because well I like spice so it doesn't bother me like I live on it because if I add a little bit too much Tabasco I like spice so the more spices for me the better but if you're not if you just want to kick a you know overdo it literally just put one teaspoon so I'm gonna post below the exact measurements for two pounds of lamb chops tonight I'm only making one pound of objects so I'm kind of proud of trying it to go along with the portion that I'm making so if you're making just a portion for yourself this isn't exactly a pound it's a little less than a pound and I kind of just cut everything a half so the ones that I'm going to list below are going to be for two pounds of lamb chops and two pounds of lamb chops you know however many people you feel like that's gonna be because if you're like me like I almost have one pound to my show so I like a lot of lamb chop I don't know which I like but just kind of depends on the preference so I'm just really going off of you know enough for one person my preference of what I do when I make them so we have the minced garlic the Tabasco in the olive oil in here so I'm also gonna add some parsley flakes to this and a party flag I would do about one tablespoon for this modification [Applause] actually add a little bit more the parsley flakes really just for me have a teaspoon of salt okay not a lot cuz we're gonna be adding some slap your mom and that's gonna be most excited so half a teaspoon of salt half a teaspoon of pepper and then I'm gonna add a whole teaspoons of second in here okay now you guys can see oh man look these are marble gallons ass many of you guys out there with the Marvel Comics on you know the struggle is real okay so this is how it looks without trying to I know it may look like a like a pesto sauce kind of not really so I humble right here I'm going to add the marinade to my freshly cleaned lamb chops sometimes I will go back sometimes I'll go back and be like man I feel like I want a little bit more olive oil but guys just remember that this is a marinade okay so this is just going on it um you don't have to know what a marinated now I'm putting on my gloves because I could do this just wrongly with my fingers the meat but I just hate tough touching of Robbie when I'm dealing with like a sauce so after everything with added you see how it looks I'm going to with my gloves on kind of like work the lamb chops around just to get the marinade on every single piece cover every single piece of it to make sure that this will work there that way when I throw it in the fridge to marinate every piece will be covered okay this is what they look like with the marinade on them just to kind of give you close up I'm going to cover these and throw them in the fridge um so to be honest guys sorry so to be honest you can marinate these anywhere from 6 to 18 hours the video purposes I'm not gonna do it that long I'm gonna let them sit in the fridge for about an hour I'm gonna cover them with some saran wrap or I'll look at the floor and I'm going to place them in the fridge and I'm just gonna let all of those spices so again you know let it marinate for about an hour or so and then I'm gonna come back so guys in the middle of this video I want to show you the sides that I'm going to make Lippmann interrupts so I have some Yukon Gold potatoes boiling in this pan the reason why the water looks like that is because I like to boil my potatoes for mashed potatoes in chicken broth and water I like to mix the two but the chicken bump adds a little bit you know more flavor and here are the ingredients for my homemade mash I have some chicken broths gonna have some half-and-half and heavy cream I like to use a little bit of both I have some shredded Parmesan cheese and butter of course I'm going to add salt and pepper but I just kind of want to show you guys like the things that I use and I also do put on onion powder just a little bit of onion powder inside of it but yeah and then I'm also going to be making some zucchini I cleaned and cut this up I like cutting it up in strips and then seasoning it with like this Mediterranean seasoning that I own is so good and that's pretty much what I do I don't really add any better or anything to this I just gotta add a little water to the pan season them and then let them simmer for a while so yeah just wanted to show you guys sides I'm gonna let these boil until they get tender and then I'm gonna take them out let them cool down then I'm gonna mash in yeah if you guys wanted tutorial on how I do my homemade mashed let me know behind this thing oh my goodness guys this is a life saver you don't really can't really tell what it is right now but you'll see in a second it like is so convenient all right everybody says I have I like to use the recover that's all the better that melted down on it and I like to wait until it at least gets hot I'll flip some of them over as you can see this is why I like using a fan because it makes the knife let's see I like that it makes a line from exploding before coming over a grief guard a flat bar because our backlash there's also marble I have to make sure that I protected against as much food as I can so it's kind of like regard that you put up with you for any abuse watch the way you guys just make sure that whatever sauce or or anything you see splatter it's protecting the elevator so yes I like my to be about medium so I'll probably pick on this Apple about two more minutes and then take them off but we look at that we're lucky that I have this on top so kind of keep it here and I'm noting something better the funny one tablespoon in this and my potatoes are pretty much ready so I'm gonna mash these and I'll be back I want to show you guys how I played it so you see house they still have on and this is the old pan but it does the trick see how it still has a lobster doll like that's how I love my real mash to be like you can
