[Music] [Music] hi guys this is Jodi cooking welcome back to my channel today I'm gonna make some lamb chop so this is my lamb chop it's already washed it's clean so guys these are all of my seasoning I've got 1 spoonful of garlic powder 1 teaspoon full of onion powder 1 teaspoon full of all purpose seasoning 1 teaspoon full of black pepper 1 teaspoon full of cajun seasoning and 1 teaspoon full of smoky paprika and 1 spoon of rosemary and I'm also gonna use 1 teaspoon full of seasoned salt and I'm also gonna add some butter I'm using at least 3 spoon of butter ok so guys make sure you blend all of your seasoning together sterno I'm gonna sprinkle some of my seasoning on my lamb chop and guys I'm not gonna sprinkle all of it ok just country to watch the video so you can see what I'm gonna do next so now I'm gonna take my butter and I'm gonna dab my butter all over on my seasoning ok just like that just make sure you blend it all in okay just get your hands dirty because that's what it's all about unless you're gonna use a glove so after you blend all of your seasoning and your butter together no you're gonna take the butter and you're gonna dab it all over on your lung shop because guys is just gonna make it to be nice mice and juicy yeah and you're just gonna basically continue with the same process just make sure all the butter is all over on your lung shop okay guys do remember if you want you can always use the gloves okay you don't have to use your beer and just like I did you can just use a gloves it's all up to you but I like using my beers and because I think it works well yeah so I'm just basically going over them because I want to make sure all the butter is all over my lamb trap yeah [Music] so hafter all the butter is on my lump shop no I'm gonna sprinkle a tiny bit of my remaining seasoning all over on my lung shop guys it is totally optional but it's just gonna add more flavor to your lamb chop okay so all of my lamb chop is all seasoning and that's what it looked like and guys you can leave it to marinate for at least 1 over 1/2 tree over maximum ok so here I have a pot under stove and to my pot I are at least one spoonful of butter and I'm also gonna add at least one teaspoon of oil it is totally optional ok [Music] then I'm gonna add some fresh thyme and I'm also gonna add some garlic three cloves of garlic then you want to give it a star so all that flavor will combine together the thyme and the garlic is just gonna add such a nice fragrance to the pot after at least one minute you're gonna want to add your lamb chop and guys make sure you don't fool your pot with your lamb chop are at least four to five okay so you're gonna allow your lung shop to Brown for at least four to five minutes okay [Music] so after four minutes five minutes so I'm gonna turn my lunch up and guys as you can see it has a nice golden color yeah that's exactly oh you want it I'm telling you this smell from the lamp shop mmm it smells so good you can smell all those or her I bet my neighbor can smell it cuz it smell amazing I'm telling you I wish you guys would hear to smell it here [Music] so no I'm gonna remove my lung shop and guys as you can see it is nice and juicy and so my see ya just perfect guys [Music] so just wait for your part to heart and then you can add your remaining Lambchop dustless okay [Music] [Music] so I'm just pouring some of that liquid all over on my lung shop so it can be nice and moist okay and not only that there's a lot of flavor coming from it yeah so hard of my lung trap is all finished so now I'm gonna remove it now [Music] so the same pot that I used to brown my lamb chop no I'm gonna make my gravy make sure you remove most of the aisle from the pot okay and as you can see I add some water to my pot I are at least quarter cup of water and you wanna give it a star and guys I'm gonna add at least one spoon of recession sauce I can't call that road properly oh my day that one is really tricky for me then I'm gonna add my remaining season that's left from the beginning of the video okay just make sure you save back some of your seasoning then you wanna give it a star okay so hello your gravy to simmer down for at least five minutes so after five minutes that's what it look like and guys it is perfect exactly all on it not to take just a bit runny yeah so I'm just pressing on the garlic that's live cuz when you press it guys it's just gonna add more flavor and more aroma to the gravy yeah so here I have a tray and to my tray I add some baking paper so now I'm gonna add my lamb chop cuz guys I'm gonna put it in my oven for at least 25 minutes yeah and 150 degree Celsius and make sure you space it all out okay so no I'm gonna pour my gravy all over on my lamb chop and guys it looks so so so so good absolutely delicious I'm telling you just look at that [Music] so Hafner you are all of your gravy you're gonna add some butter at least one spoon of butter and you're just gonna dab it all over on your lamb chop okay [Music] so now I'm gonna add it right in my oven and guys I'm not gonna put no foil paper over it I'm just gonna add it just as it is okay so my lamb chop is finally finished and that's what it look like guys it is perfectly cooked and that's exactly all when it absolutely delicious [Music] so you want to take a spoon and you're just gonna pour some of that gravy all over on your lamb chop that's gonna add more flavor to it okay then I'm gonna plate it up for you and show you guys how it looks on the plate okay so stay tuned [Music] so now I'm plating up my lamb chop and guys you can serve it with roast potato with mashed potato with rice with broccoli you know with salad you know whatever you prefer I hope you guys do enjoy this video
