hello everybody today we make a sunday sauce and i got everything to prepare already over here and i gotta make meatball i gotta make a brazil leather beef a the pork with this pizza skinned pig and i got the beef beef not the pork over here i got a saute for the sauce i got the cheese already i got a garlic flake at the pepper more garlic onion and garlic black pepper salt bread crumb parsley egg sausage a beef i gotta mix the meatball i got the oven and already everybody knows the temperature what i use it's 400 degrees now to start we start with a meatball and i got the meat over here i shredded by myself with the machine i got the hot italian sausage and we put right over here now before we start to put the stuff with the garlic and everything i want to mix the meat first somebody smell is so good already you see you gotta make sure that no burn or not cut the sauce you gotta come a nice beautiful color how you do the pork pork skin tell explain how you do that the skin when you take it out make a shoe that take it out only the skin but so you want to leave a little fat it's okay it's good i like little fat on the skin but when you buy let's say that you buy the shoulder porky show so you've got the store the butch baby can do for you take the skin out and put it together the shoulder you buy everything but i do by myself like i did it is [Music] okay now it's a time to put the [Music] parts sauce sauce over here okay not look how beautiful well any dry white wine which one you will be drinking you can use it okay now i got it my basil at the base of what i do i chop like this i like a lot of basil and my sauce the basil it's not too wrong so you like so you don't like you're not poor but i think a lot of people everybody like basil best he put garlic together with onion yes i chop it together okay now i got a more basil over here but i don't need no mark i got an offer over here now this you gotta cook for two hours or three three let's cook it for three hours gets a really the sauce look how many he gotta cook it the meat that the bra jolly gotta cook for three hours you gotta cook this now i got a little extra parsley it's not wrong and we put right together over here now we will have with pasta now one one time this sauce with the brajol the brush you cook for two hours after what i do i put the meatball inside and the meatball is gonna cook for one more hour together everything now let's look at the meatball what it look like okay i'm gonna cook the meatball i know cooker too long the only thing that make a nice little color i have to take it out like i say in one hour you gotta cook it together with the sauce and the bruschole in the meat look it got a color already it look it's nice and i'll take out you know a lot of people like the cook the cook of the the meatball fry but i don't like a fry i like it like this and look in no steak it come off nice can you show your garden after yes i can show my garden look look how beautiful when you fry it got more fat inside this that's it look at that no no raisins no okay the only thing i want to make a shoe i love the gas i don't want to start the one with the sauce the temperature it was 400 degrees fahrenheit 400 degrees now we can go outside and we go see the garden i'll take my guest one together with me oh it's hot look i want to show this basil over here look how beautiful look i put ryan this thing over here look at that it's so nice really nice but and the garden is so big look at the basil it's huge basically the celery the rootline the hot pepper you look how beautiful with the flower okay now we go inside and we say the sauces that's everything good okay all right the saucy look good meatball look good and this sets the sunday sauce it it's everything done we cook a nice dish pasta with the sauce i'll show you the brush on enemy ball and like this everybody can make sunday sauce i want to say thank you very much for your support you gave
