[Music] well hello there everybody and we are so glad that you decided to tune in here it opened to a church in Burleson Texas we are here for round two and you know what we are not letting anything stop us from being the hands and feet of Jesus and from distributing the gospel to all of you and we're just so glad that you have tuned in to hear our message this message is a really really great message the pastor Troy has it's all about King David and the passion that the Lord is calling you into right now there is a passionate pursuit of the Lord that is going on right now for intimacy with the Lord for a revival of his church and it's just amazing to watch it unfold right before our eyes you know the Lord can take anything that was meant for evil and turn it for good and that is just this going theme in this time when we talk about remo words when we talk about words jumping out of the pages of the Bible and becoming real to our life life the real experiences just like in Psalms when it says taste and see that the Lord is good that is exactly what is happening you will never read Romans 8:28 the same again because you are watching it unfold before your eyes you are seeing so much goodness come out of the evil that the devil is trying to hit us with you know there is a lot of sad stories out there there's a lot of stories that will make you angry out there there are a lot of stories that will make you anxious and have anxiety out there but be sure to not focus on those stories be sure to focus on those stories like the ones that we have for you here today that pastor Troy is going to go over with you about what's going on in our food bank outreach what's going on all around the world you know there are stories in the midst of this chaos that show the goodness of our people the goodness of the community showing that humanity still cares for one another humanity still will step up and decide that we are not going to stand for separation we are not gonna stand for disunity we're not gonna stand for our arm entire economy to crash we are not going to stand even how I believe it was Mark Cuban is is paying for all of his employees well they aren't staffed you know find those stories and be sure to share those stories with your friends and family stories of hope stories of encouragement share this broadcast over to your Facebook so that you can share with your friends and family this story of hope and this this stories of how you can have passion in this time right now you know God is not calling us to our couch it may look like God is calling us to our couch but he is not calling us to our couch he is taking away all of the distractions so we can care for the ones in our family we can care for our children we can care for our husbands or wives we can care for our sisters and brothers and mothers and fathers if you have not reached out to your family your immediate family and made sure that they're taken care of that they have peace if you haven't tried to pray for them even that family member that you haven't spoken to in a while and maybe the last time you talked to them it didn't turn out well is there a person in your life that when you think about calling them you almost like oh I really don't want to call that person maybe that's the person that the Lord wants you to call right now maybe he is calling you to be courageous in his heart and his love for King Jesus and be courageous and your love for him back and call those family members that you haven't spoken to or that friend that you haven't spoken to that it ended up a little bit weird and and just make sure that reconciliation is happening show the father's love through this time you can be the hands and feet of King Jesus you can be the body in the church you don't have to depend on us you can do this yourself you can ask your neighbor if everything is OK if they need their lawn mowed if they need you to go get groceries you can be the hands and feet of Jesus we are so excited about the stories that we are hearing come out of our tribe if you have a really great story for us we want to hear about it comment it in the comment below don't feel like you're being arrogant or prideful when you tell us about the amazing things that you're doing we want to hear about the body of Christ rising up because you know what that's what brings us hope during you again it's good to see you it's good to know all of you are out there we miss you hey listen we do we miss you but listen this is how we get unified that's right this is the miracle meal this is the meal that heals the miracle milk just one just encourage you to do this with us must be one in spirit just be one in body must be one as Jesus said King Jesus we recognize that you've made us a part of your body we recognize Lord Jesus that you've given us all that you have and all that you are and made us a part of your body we thank you God that there's no sickness no disease in your body there's no shame there's no regret in your body there's no threat there's no sin in your body so this we do in remembrance of you in Jesus name Amen [Music] this morning is we were doing committee and the Lord reminded me you know we we take communion and we weren't going realize and we talked about how his stripes are for our healing and we take communion for the healing of our bodies but the real reason why he sacrificed his life was our forgiveness of our sins and today as you take this know this as you forgive others you're forgiven but when you can't forgive you hold up your own forgiveness and I really believe that the Lord is pouring out a spirit of forgiveness right now wherever you're at whoever and you're probably needing it right now after being quarantined for a few days you realized who got on your nerves and and who did you wrong and you're thinking about all those things because you've not been able to preoccupy yourself with all the work that you're normally able to do but this is part of his plan is to bring these things to the surface so that you can deal with them and he's put out his blood not just for healing for the forgiveness of our sins forgive those who have trespassed against you so that you can be forgiven so as you take this communion element today he says you know don't have aught against anybody around you when you do this and let this really penetrate into your spirit and into your soul and in Beeler release release others but be released in the name of Jesus so King Jesus we proclaim God that the blood is the life by your stripes we are healed be of a good courage your sins are forgiven thank you God for saying that King Jesus to us and then and then thank you King Jesus was saying which is easier to say your sins be forgiven or take up your bed and walk so god we claim that over all of our lives over all of our homes all of all of our houses over all of our families our children our grandchildren and this we do in remembrance of before we started the church and we started the church 25 years ago we're gonna be having our 25th anniversary this year in the month of September and we started the food bank a few years before that so every since the very beginning of open door church we have actually been a church that is outside the box we've it's a big part of our DNA to get outside and to not only to preach the gospel Jesus and I thank God for that but man we have to demonstrate it and one of the ways that we demonstrate the gospel of Jesus is through our amazing Food Bank around the open door Food Bank has been serving people and helping people and blessing people we feed way more than a hundred thousand people a year right here in Johnson County Texas give away around 6 million pounds of food and I mean we just do that normally when things are just normal that's that's one of the things to do but you know we have been facing some big challenges as you have been facing and one of the big challenges that we've been facing with the open door Food Bank has been our few our food distribution centers and just we they sold out of absolutely everything when everybody freaked out and went bought all the food that we bought and obviously we don't have any toilet paper to give away obviously so no no Purell to give away any of those kinds of things however we typically have no problem at all getting food well that's not been the situation for the past three weeks however I want you to know the guys that we had a 24-hour time of prayer here the Spirit of the Lord answered in a mighty way and our God from heaven has thundered a man who can but prophesy and boom guys we have one of the biggest breakthrough days that we've had in a long long time that happened at the end of this week and suddenly our house our warehouse was filled up with food again I thank God for people like Walmart District Center here in Johnson County Texas the North Texas Food Bank friends all over the place boom all of sudden it came in and guys I'm talking about hundreds of thousands of pounds of food came in we're like yes that's exactly what we need to happen so here's what we're gonna do the next food outreach is not gonna be at the open door Food Bank it's gonna be here at the open door Church and this could be next Sunday we are actually going to do that next Sunday during all three of our church services times from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. we're gonna give away more than a hundred and fifty thousand pounds of food to people here locally and we're still it's still legal for us to distribute food we have a writ from the county we have a writ from Governor Abbott that we are that we are allowed to hand out food and we're going to do that and guys we're gonna do it and open an open door fashion we're gonna bless people love people encourage people we're not doing this to get people to come to church you know it's illegal to even come to church right now no we're doing this because we are the church we are the church so if you need food or if you know somebody that needs food tell them say hey man we're gonna get in the car next set next Sunday morning and we're gonna drive to open door Church and we're gonna be one of the thousands of people in cars out in the parking lot as we do our drive-thru prayer praise and tons and tons and tons of food guys tons way more than times tons and tons of food all right so that's gonna happen next week and I'm super excited about that we visited over 400 people this week actually taking food to them and our teams have been responding in amazing ways to people who have been calling in and I do have to say this to you that if you live here locally and if you need help if you need some kind of help with something I want you to call us and ask us to pray for you and then let's see what it is that we can do you can call eight seven seven four one three zero eight eight eight and that numbers on your screen and if you would like to volunteer to help us help other people you can also call the same number eighty seven seven four one three zero eight a dude let's be the body of King Jesus let's be the people who step up let's be the people who respond with an answer and I want to befuddle people we don't understand how come you have so much hope I love that I love that let me tell you all about that so guys we visited over 400 people this week and one of the things that we found is a lot of the homes that we're visiting are just not acceptable there's some there's some terrible conditions of a lot of elderly people that we're coming across going nope we got to fix this sorry there's people who need wheelchair ramps Michael passed Roy how come you didn't know about that before because I didn't go to their house before they actually came to the food bank before and if they're one of the hundred and thirty thousand people a year that we feed I bless him and call them blessed but there's just no way that we could go to all those people's homes but here lately as we've been going to people's homes we have been coming across people that just need help we've been coming across people that need refrigerators yeah and it's just not acceptable for some for some old man or some a woman not to have work in refrigerators today I'm sorry but that's not acceptable to me we can fix that come on we can do that we've been coming across people who just need help there's people who needed their yards mowed like last year silly it's not silly man you know why if you're if you're inside the house and if you're an elderly person and you're watching your grass growing that go dadgum and I hate that I've mowed the yard my whole life and now I can't do it anymore let the body of Jesus step up in some some you know selfless act of redemption and let's continue to do that one of the things that we're coming across is people that need air conditioners and we came across some some old folks that do not have air conditioning and that's not acceptable to us so we're stepping up and we are helping them and we're making plans right now to help a lot of people with cars that don't have cars so the air conditioners don't have air conditioners and those types of things and then guys we came across a really good friend brother Jonathan merchant Jonathan Murchie is such a drop dead so doubt Jesus Freak and he's such an awesome man of God you see that he's in a wheelchair but it does not define him he's a warrior he is a veteran he is an amazing warrior for King Jesus and he was in a car wreck about ten or sometime between 10 and 15 years ago and it left him in a wheelchair we're believing God for his total healing amen and he's believing God for his total healing I can't wait to share that story with you and however we have recently learned and going into people's homes and houses and finding out the stuff that he doesn't have an air-conditioner in his house he's already in a lot of pain and a lot of discomfort and that's not acceptable here's a beautiful bride and she is so selfless and she works with special needs kids and she is she is his bride she is his caretaker and the two of them are partners in crime for the kingdom and they do amazing things for special needs kids and guys I want to just tell you open door Church they're gonna step up and we're going to get them a new AC and it's gonna be a great expense but we're gonna do it anyway and folks are gonna step up and they're gonna help us do that here's your opportunity to do that right now so friends we're about to go into the offering time and tell you this this is time for this is the time for us for us to show off King Jesus this is the time for us to pour into the lives of in the hearts of other people in an incredibly selfish way all right the Bible says that I love this verse Philippians 4:19 and my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus his riches and glory not the geopolitical environment not if we have money or don't have money not if we have approval or don't have approval by the powers that be whatever that he will supply according to his riches in his glory in Christ Jesus father God I want to lift up the offering and I thank you so much God for all the faithful and all the strategic and all the sacrificial givers Lord God that are part of our tribe from all over the world now god I pray God let there be miracle testimonies of finances among everybody God who is participating in this I pray King Jesus and I honestly pray this God with all my heart Jesus move upon the behaves of these beautiful families Lord God move upon our behaves as givers and God I pray God that this would be the greatest giving year we've ever had God that we would be able to give more and more and more than ever ever ever before and I pray God that that was so frustrated the enemy that he's brought a worldwide darkness upon finances across the world but that there let there be a land of goshen experience upon your people God let this be life and life more abundantly in Jesus name everybody here say together amen all right my friends wherever you're watching I call you we sponsor every single month and we take care of and one of those little boys actually needed surgery and during this time whenever you have here a big need like that sometimes it's really hard to say yes to that but not us not here at open door Church we're gonna say yes to every single opportunity that we have to be the hands and feet of King Jesus so we went ahead and we said yes to that surgery he has had a very successful surgery he is being taken care of right now he recovering right now and we are not stopping the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living right now no matter what nothing can stop the kingdom from coming we are going violently towards the direction that King Jesus needs us to go so partner with us join this this this team of warriors you know we're on a battleground for King Jesus and we are battling for the Lord and we would love for you to help us with this if you can give financially to help us take care of all of the people that we take care of all over the world but the checks can't stop coming they can't stop being sent we can't say no to all of the boys and girls that we're supporting the two thousand boys and crow so we're supporting all incredible week of ministry man I tell you what we I don't know what it's gonna take for us not to be busy honestly Jesus to come back and we'll be busy worshiping Jesus is gonna have to come back because even in the midst of this worldwide sabbatical my goodness we're engaged in so much awesome ministry we are a lot of this from Friday from 6 p.m. to Saturday 6 p.m. was engaged in 24 hours of Prayer and there was a lot of people I was up almost 40 hours I never went to bed and I actually actually did a prayer walk around my city which is Joshua I went outside and went around for an hour about 5 miles walked and prayed over my city I know that you know were texting each other at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. yes sir and you were walking around the city at 4 a.m. in the morning yesterday I was craziness and then of course our worship team came up here in worship for 24 hours I think Pauline Wieck made the whole distance I probably should make it both Pauline and Megan and Megan is the sweet lady who was singing up here with us today Megan those those chicks went the full 24 hours up here praising horseman aren't you glad for passionate people III don't know how they can do it honestly men really really blessed yeah we are blessed we are blessed with people that it's not like pulling their teeth to get them engaged they're just like okay right on we just see what has to happen and they do it so grateful and just like you so many guys you've already given and look I just want to say thank you and just tell you this we're gonna do everything that we can do to be a different face in a different voice in the midst of all that so a lot of these things are happening this week what kind of stuff can we tell people about well number one we are having our Wednesday night service 7:00 p.m. and as the service is going on it'll be online we will have drive-through prayer at the open door Food Bank and if you do need a little groceries they're gonna open up and do get some food out Wednesday night okay so we'll be doing that Wednesday night you're doing a supernatural sanity conference I believe that starts also on Wednesday it's a free online conference we're gonna do that April 1st through April 3rd at 5 p.m. and it's freedom from fear anxiety and depression and I have a brand new book it's actually a reboot of a notebook called soul invasion yes sir and I don't know if we guys I'm pretty sure though since you guys that graphic right it's called soul invasion and we updated it with a whole bunch of chapters on supernatural sanity and dude look at that cover I'm digging the new cover that is a cool cover in it so guys I'm believeth on my heart that the Lord is empowering all of us as Christians by his spirit to be people that actually brings sanity in the midst of all the insanity unbelievable so we're doing that what else we have going on we will be opening you already mention it for the next two Sundays which will be April 5th and actually Easter Sunday April 12th we're going to open up the open door Food Bank but we're bringing it here to the location Church yep 301 South adoption street in burleson texas yeah from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to the next two Sundays we're going to be doing our food bank here we'll be having our prayer teams here will be doing communion will be having all kinds of crazy ministry here and just blessing and loving stable and the importance of having stability in the day that all of us are indeed living in so guys if you would please I want to just kind of take you into a thought here over the next few minutes and I want you just to track with me and let's get to someplace really really really cool as I do interviews and as people talk to me throughout the world and as I'm interviewing other people one of the one of the fun subjects that comes up is if you can have dinner with any dozen people living are already gone on to glory and you could sit them all together at one table and have a conversation with them who would that be and I like to always say well it depends on what the subject matter is because because if I was going to do that I would have to have like a whole week okay I would have I would have I would have famous musicians night right I would have famous authors night I would have famous prophets night I would have famous warriors night all right I would have these these all these people that are my huge heroes like okay well who would you have if it was famous musicians Oh Stevie Ray Vaughan would be sitting there yeah I would bless him in the mighty name of King Jesus and we would have one heck of a conversation and I would have a whole bunch of amazing musicians that would be there I would oh my gosh I'm thinking of so many incredible musicians I'm thinking about people who just in all different genres even in praise and worship obviously people who have made such a big difference within my own life and yes I'd have all those people there and I talk to them and it'd be cool and we'd all have dinner and I'd love to talk to what were you thinking about when you write this song and what were you thinking about when you wrote that song and and what was that all about but I would have to have King David there because throughout human history King David is one of the greatest musicians that has ever ever ever lived dude we are still singing his Psalms 3,000 years if you think ZZ Top has longevity I want to tell you this dude it ain't nothing compared to brother King David brother King David has some serious longevity I mean he we are singing his songs you know I was I was playing guitar yesterday and I was singing Psalms five you know give ear to my words oh Lord consider my meditation right okay well that brother wrote that song three thousand years ago it's incredible I don't know writers famous writers we got to have Mark Twain there I'm a huge Mark Twain fan oh my gosh I gotta have Mark Twain I could go through all my famous authors but here's you got a half King David there he's one of the greatest authors that has ever lived he's his books his books have sold more copies than any other book ever yeah it's called the Bible he wrote a big huge part of the Bible he's an incredible writer what about warriors Oh Davy Crockett has to be sitting there at my warrior table oh you bet he does I promise you I want to have Dolittle from Doolittle Raiders right from Doolittle's Raiders I want to have Doolittle there I want to have Geronimo there I sure do I might even have oh brother Crazy Horse be there yeah sure would I could go on and on and on about some of my very famous or some of my very favorite Warriors but King David has to be there what about Kings what about politicians King David has to be there what about prophets King David has to be there oh if you're gonna have John G like there and Smith Wigglesworth you definitely got to have King David there we could go on and on and on and what's really if you were gonna ask him dude give me the keys to your success he'd say okay I'm gonna give you three keys the first one is this in three kings to King David's longevity and his stability and his supernatural sanity what is that I have set the Lord continuously before me Psalm 16 verse 8 because he is at my right hand I shall not be moved three keys to King David's long term stability and supernatural sanity I have set the Lord always before me and he says us I'm not gonna freak out I ain't gonna be mood I'm gonna be sane I'm gonna be stable I'm gonna have it why because no matter what I do I cannot I cannot picture my life I can't I cannot picture myself doing anything that I cannot picture God being a part of that ya know King David said even if I make my bed in hell there he is he's like whatever I'm involved in I make sure that God is involved in this thing with me I'm not gonna do anything if I can be involved in God with with God in it what is that I said the Lord continually before me I just recently had a whole mess of warriors that was with me down at the Alamo and I was giving them these three points this is not my sermon this is just a religious real three quick points the second one is this First Samuel chapter 30 verse 6 he says in David was greatly distressed for the people spoke of stoning him because the soul of all the people was aggrieved every man for his sons and for his daughters but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God David knew how to find the presence of God in how to find supernatural sanity when nobody else knew how to think right how to act right how to feel right he knew how to go directly to God for that he didn't need that he didn't need that from an Amen Corner he didn't need that from a group of people who were approval who were approving of him he didn't need something to fire him up he knew how to turn to the Father himself and just go God it's just me and you the Bible says he encouraged himself in the Lord wow that is a huge skill set that you and I need to have and then what is the third one the third one is this and this is a really big one Psalms 27 verse 13 through 14 he said I'd have fainted unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living and then he says this wait on the Lord be of good courage and he shall strengthen your heart wait I say upon the Lord what is that he says this I'm tell you right now I would have not made it had I not believed I would see the goodness of God in the land of the living I mean this ain't gonna happen when I die this is not someday far off this is a right now thing man you watch you watch God's gonna show up and oh by the way I need to talk to myself for just a second here's the deal if I make my heart available to him and say God I have every opportunity to freak out I have every opportunity to be upset I have every opportunity to have anxiety no I'm gonna serve God in how I feel about things God will show up wait upon the Lord again I say wait and then it says as he will strengthen your heart if there has ever been a day in the history of the planet Earth that you need to know how to find strength in your heart it's this day I want to encourage you and just tell you this you have to actively be willing to serve God in your thinking and in how you're feeling well passing away I'm sorry I don't think I can control how I feel you might not be able to control how you feel but you can control how you think and how you think controls how you feel yeah big time big time Big Time so your emotions and your emotional stability matters your supernatural sanity matters to God it's one of the ways that you truly serve God isn't how you think and how you feel about things in this day of everybody losing their mind and freaking out oh I just so want to go off on a political rant about it and I'm not going to that's not what you're watching this for but I am thoroughly disgusted and offended at how the world is freaking out over this like pastoral you must not understand that there's a disease now I understand that there's a disease there's always a disease the answer is not to make sure that nobody can can earn a living I don't know who came up with that answer and said the answer is nobody can earn a living right now that's gonna help everything hello I'm from the government and I'm here to help thank you what a blessing oh that's right now dude I know that there is disease called leprosy every time I go into a leprosy village and by the way guys we have 13 of them we have our so we have over 600 people that we support who have leprosy I have touched lepers I have hugged lepers I have blessed lepers I have I have I have eaten with them I've done church services with them and it's not because I'm ignorant of the disease it's that the Lord has called us to be to be courageous people and to have a different spirit and to say listen our highest priority is not I don't want to get sick our highest priority is to be life to people that is our highest priority to help people and to love people and to bless people where that where's the courage of the body of Jesus stand up stand up and love people and help people and bless people and encourage people amen but you know you're not gonna do that if you're not passionate you think King David when I ran to his mancave and said I had to batten down the hatches for the next three weeks because I don't I'm scared I might get sick I know I don't think so he was a man after God's own heart and God's heart does not have social distancing within it hallelujah I can just hear people Amen of me all over the world and I'm believing God for that well but pastor Troy it's irresponsible oh I know for for you guys that are telling me that it's irresponsible for us to take groceries to people's houses for you guys that are telling me that it's irresponsible for us to lay hands on the sick you're the same exact people who complain about the impotent body of King Jesus that will not do anything and you know why because they have people on their church board exactly like you they in the name of accountability we're not going to help anybody in the name of accountability pastor Troy we're not going to be a blessing we have to have X amount of money in the bank we have to make sure that those are Christian people we're helping we had to make sure everything is safe yeah that's the same spirit and it's religious and it's offensive to God get up get up and be full of the Holy Ghost and wake up every day go and do this is an opportunity right here right now coach Troy don't you know that there's diseases yeah aliena and I knew that that there was diseases when we went to Sierra Leone and we happen to be there whenever the horrible outbreak happened you were there in during that time yeah we were in Uganda 25 years ago whenever AIDS was taken over the world and Ground Zero was Uganda you think all those babies that we take care of you you think that those kids don't have AIDS they do have AIDS and we love them and we bless them and we hug them and it's not that it's not that we're being stupid it's that we would be stupid to come in the name of King Jesus but they're not walk in the power of King Jesus yeah yeah I'm a little bit riled up I'm a little bit passionate and here's what's realities you need to be passionate you need to be so full of the Holy Spirit in Revelation chapter 2 verse 4 King Jesus tells a church I love you so much you're so awesome but this I have a against you you've left your first love don't you remember when you used to be excited about the things I'm excited about don't you remember when you were excited about opportunities to serve me don't you remember when you get all fired up I would barely have to whisper to you seek my face and you would say God I'm gonna go on a fast god I'm gonna cry out to you getting Jesus I'm gonna do this thing God you're telling me to do it and I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it all the way big big big it's like what happened to that part of you oh we started watching the news we started watching the news and we started worrying about you know we might get in trouble if we help people okay I want to just ask you this if what do you think about the Christians in China who where it's totally illegal for them to serve King Jesus and they're out serving King Jesus alright do you call that irresponsible that they do that do you do you celebrate those people do you bless those people do you encourage those people or do you think that those people are just crazy well I just say this I know what God thinks of those people and that's what I want to think of them and how is it any different for you or for me in this environment that we're living in where the globalist community is telling the entire world go in your house lock the door and do not come outside don't worry the government has everything and the body of Jesus is just supposed to turn that over to them I turning it over to them I'm not see when I give up my ability to serve I give up my authority and I'm not going to do that what I mean by that is this you can do the same thing you can find old people in your community that they have no business getting out right now then you get out for them and you go bless them man if you see some old folks that can't mow their yard or they don't have appliances why can't you step up and be that if you see somebody that is sick why can't you break out the oil of the Lord and you pray for them you're just as saved as I am you're just as much a Christian as I am I'm not any different than you I don't have the Marvel Comics superhero Jedi juice I'm just a man of God the same as you're a man of God or the same as you are a woman of God how can you step up where are their single mamas that the only income that they have is their being a waitress or something and they're not allowed to work right now and they don't have any money at all how can you step up and how can you bless them how can you what can you do to help people with their kids right now what can you do to bring sanity in life the first thing you got to do is you got to be sane and you got to have a right mind when it comes to maintaining passion the Bible says in Romans chapter 12 verse 11 that we need to be not lacking in diligence but this fervent in spirit serving the Lord you can't serve God if you're part of the chosen frozen you cannot serve God if you're like we might get in trouble we might what if we get sick I thank God that Pastor Darrell night has never taken that attitude on otherwise we wouldn't have 69 water wells in very dangerous places throughout the world you know that brother one time I was like dude there have been times that I have been with Pastor General night we've been in a foreign country and we parted ways and I've thought if it's not for the grace of God this could be the last time that I ever see this brother I mean one time I was in India he and I went to India together and this is years and years ago Sri Lanka was at war and he met some people he did not know he did not know them from Adam dude I mean I was like dude you're crazy he's like hey man I'm gonna go to Chennai you go you go from Hyderabad to vishakapatnam and then from Chennai I'm gonna go to Sri Lanka and we're gonna do a bunch of work over there and it was it was right after it was just months after the tsunami had happened over there and I saw these people pull up and I'm like okay so you got to get a car at those guys he goes oh yeah it's all good and everything I'll see you later and he left and he was gone for several weeks and when they were in Sri Lanka they literally went from one okay they'd go they'd be driving down the road and it'd be a checkpoint and it would be one totalitarian force and then they would go another mile be a completely different checkpoint with the people who are at war with the last checkpoint and you go from checkpoint to check and they're not gonna pull you out of the car and kill you at any minute and pastor Daryl night was just going through that over and over and over again and said yeah well God called me here this is what I'm called to do see friends if if you're not gonna step into that you're then you can't step into the testimonies and the miracles that come through pastor Darrell nights life and those stories are there and those miracles are true and what's true is the longevity and the power of saving girls out of sexual trafficking and housing or orphans and building water wells and putting together education although all that stuff that's going on now for decades that stuff doesn't happen if you play it safe and you want everybody else's approval if you want people's disapproval just tell them you're gonna go on a missions trip and they'll start giving you ten thousand reasons as to why you shouldn't go there because they don't go there and they're Christians and they don't do anything that's not you dude and that's not me and what's real is there's no cowards in heaven sure ain't book of Revelation before it says which is before says murderers before it says any of those things that says the fearful you don't find them in heaven the cowardly is what that means literally the Cowardly so this is what I'm saying the Spirit of God is being poured out for both foreboding us Patricia King preached this at the conference at the 2020 New Beginnings conference and she said we are at war this year yes we are at war and we're not a pacifist Kingdom amen man the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force man instead of you playing it safe inside your house get out walking around your city and pray over it pray over your mayor pray over your city council pray over your church school board lift up our leaders pray for your governor pray that they're protected declare Psalms 91 around their life and be the people that God Almighty has called us to be hallelujah again just you can just type in I'm clapping and shouting right now listen I do that I do that all job I'm clapping right now I did that last night of freedom I was doing a concert in Florida literally you only had just a couple of people viewing it I was like woo I'm clapping right now it's awesome hallelujah yeah Psalms 51 verse 17 my sacrifice O God is a broken spirit a broken and contrite heart and God will not despise that friends when our hearts get broken and whenever we are more concerned about other people than we are concerned about us that becomes perfume to King Jesus it becomes a sweet smelling savor that is irresistible to him so you got to be passionate you got to be full of the holy spirit you got to be somebody that knows that you know that you know hey man I'm gonna be fired up for the things that God has fired up about and I'm not gonna worry about the things that God is not worried about yeah see if you'll do that and if you'll do that right now you will qualify for the tremendous upgrade that is coming on the upswing of this friends it's not always gonna be like this it's not I promise it's not I promise I know it seems like it is and I've already vented my just might just disgust and disdain for how cowardly the world is and how willing we are to distance ourselves from anybody else and to call that responsibility yeah that's not responsibility it's absolutely ridiculous I thank God for all the German Christians that during World War two didn't look over at the Jews that were being slaughtered in the name of responsibility go well I can't be involved in that those people are sick and we could get in trouble in my house might get in trouble they thank God for the Corrie ten booms thank God for those people who are involved and said no I'm still going to get involved even in this terrible plot this unbelievable environment so here's three things that you can do to maintain your passion for Jesus three three very quick things number one personal involvement there's no substitute for your personal involvement you if you're gonna have your heart broken over people's lives you have to be personally involved with them this is why I still do the food outreaches I mean I'm a pastor of a big giant Church I don't have to go do the food outreach and once the realize they run it better with out me they run in a whole lot Batman when I show up everything all the lines stop because I'm hugging everybody and I break the rules and do stuff I'm not supposed to do and just kind of make a train wreck and no I do it because I have to have personal involvement there is no substitute for you picking up the phone and calling the people that God has put up on your heart and saying how are you what can I do for you how can I bless you and and hear their stories and go oh man listen I one of the reasons why we save so many girls out of sexual trafficking and the reason why everybody on my team is so driven to do that it's because I know these girls it's not a theory I have so many of these kids faces in my mind that sometimes at night man I'll be laying in bed and just all these faces come across my mind over the past three decades of doing this and go no I can never slow down I can never take my foot off of the gas pedal I can never take my hands off the steering wheel ever ever ever I must say personally involved if you'll stay personally involved into one way or another stay personally involved you'll stay passionate about the things that God has called you to do otherwise my greatest fear of pastoring a church it's not that people will be mad at me or any of those things I used to fear all those things I've had to happen so so many times now I'm just like ah they'll all be okay but my greatest fear is that I become the kind of pastor that stays in my office and is mad and complains all day about stuff and if that's you if you're not fired up about the right things I promise you you were fired up about the wrong things get yourself truly involved truly invested in the things that King Jesus is truly involved and invested in here's a second one supernatural encounter personal involvement with human beings there's no substitute and personal encounters that blow your mind with King Jesus there's no substitute if all you know about God or the powerful encounters that biblical people have had that's not gonna make it for you and I know that great theologians and people with 50 pound heads have told you all you need to listen you don't need to actually have encounters with God we don't even believe in that anymore you just need to study people who have had encounters with God that is ridiculous that it's preposterous I can't tell you how ridiculous that is to me no listen you cry out to God right where you're at and you have your own encounter with Jesus fast pray turn on praise and worship in your house put your face on the floor stand you don't jump up and down like a crazy person read through the Bible call people and pray operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit anoint your bed with all and have a dream and have an encounter right good come on you got to have your own encounters with King Jesus and I promise you if you'll tap into your own encounters with King Jesus you'll be a passionate man or a passionate woman for King Jesus Tabitha who is our social media director here she just got back from fasting and praying and climbing a bunch of mountains out in the Big Bend National Park her and one other crazy woman went out there and slept in tents and cried out to God and got up super early in the morning climb to the top of every mountain that they could and they just said let's just climb that mountain right there and let's go see let's go see what happens up there and go up there and cry out like crazy girls Jesus we come all the way out of here to seek you and we know God that if we seek you we will find you personal involvement and supernatural encounters are two huge keys to your breakthrough in remaining a passionate person and the last one is what I call mapping out God's heart we know that acts 13 verse 22 tells us that King David who was the son of Jesse was a man after God's own heart and God was convinced he said look he's gonna do my will meaning he's gonna carry out my heart yeah he's gonna carry out my heart my wishes he's gonna carry out my desires he's gonna get it done now he's not gonna get everything right but he is gonna go after my heart what is that King David was somebody who was fascinated with childlike wonder of the heart of God Almighty and he remained and fascinated somehow as a defenseless little boy who didn't have a daddy who protected him who should have oh no Jesse Jesse was he was okay with protecting his other sons but the theological thought throughout the years has been that that David might have had a different mama and the mama inside the house didn't like David and didn't work he was literally the proverbial redheaded stepchild right so he had to go sleep with the animals yeah you know Jesus was born in the same place where David slept with the animals scheppers filled Jesus was born right there Jesus was born in the same place that Jays that that David slept with animals Jesus was born at in Bethlehem at a specific place that is called the Tower of the flock and David knew that place David knew that place very very very well so he'd be out there and he was not protected feeding animals and then a lion would come and instead him running off he had this incredible fascination with the heart of the Father and he knew that the heart of the Father was fearless and he wanted to prove that he knew the heart of the father so he took off after the lion and as he did supernatural strength came to his legs supernatural strength came to his arms and he literally began to supernaturally tear those fierce animals to pieces beyond his natural ability and he say you know I'm not much to look at and I don't have much of a family but I tell you what I've in the presence of God I'm something else you never seen anything like me never and I learned that from the Father friends I want to just tell you this mapping out God's heart having childlike wonder and fascination with the heart of the Father the power of the Holy Spirit and absolutely everything about King Jesus is the third way I'm going to tell you that you map out and you hang on to and you maintain your passion nobody's ever ever ever gonna do that for you if you're dead as a doornail right now repent and come before god and say god I am so sorry I am so sorry and come before him and say lord I want to return back to my first love I want to love you I want to be fascinated with you again I want to be full of the power of the Holy Spirit I don't want to be affected by world news the way that I am I want to be affected by Kingdom news yeah I want to be a part of the kingdom news I want to be I wouldn't be a story of transformation and redemption King Jesus that's what I want so I'm gonna pray over you father God I thank you Lord Jesus for being with us in such a way that it's absolutely ridiculous and crazy help how passionate and full of the Holy Ghost that we are I pray God that we would say just like King David God that we would say dude my cup overflows I'm completely overflowing I'm like a well springing up do that King Jesus I pray God that people will see us and they'll look at us and I'll go wow those people have such a different spirit Jesus I love you the Lord God rekindled the fire within us do great mighty things in Jesus name Amen [Music] if you just prayed that prayer that that prayer looks like a prayer of salvation to you if you just cried out to God if you haven't but you're waiting for me it leads you through it dude come on what are you waiting on right they were yet just say Jesus saved me be real talk to him in a way that that's real to you and repent turn and turn to King Jesus and just admit that you're not God and that he is God and that you're in desperate need of a savior if you need help with somebody walking you through that I want you to call us eight seven seven four one three zero eight eight eight is the number yeah with you he never gets it back again he doesn't create another you he designs you to be you specifically with your DNA and with your fingerprints to not to say you know what I'm gonna have that with him or with her and I'm gonna trust that through their life they're gonna find me that they're gonna seat me and they're gonna find me and they're gonna give me the love that I desire that I deposited in their heart so don't deny the Lord don't deny the Lord he wants more love from you even if you sit there and you think oh I love him I love him he wants more go on a date with him yeah I know it may seem weird or whatever but get out in nature with him go out and do though because we're still allowed to walk you know they haven't shut down our walking trails yet go out into nature and cry out to the Lord cuz I tell you he shows up so differently for you he really does when we were out and Big Ben he showed up so differently for me and he gave me things that I get to hold on to now and he's got things for you that he wants you to hold on to during this time to keep treasured in your heart and to know I'm still here with you I still got this I still make the world go round he's still in control God is still in control so let him make good out of the circumstance and let Romans 8:28 become alive for you all right you guys share this message and we'll be live again later but thank you
