Kenny Rogers ABANDONED $8.5 Million Dollar Mega Mansion | The Party Mansion

situated in the middle of one of the most wealthy neighborhoods in America sits an 8.5 million dollar mansion once owned by country music legend Kenny Rogers the Mansion has become nothing but an eyesore to Neighbors weeds have grown over seven feet tall from the neglect of landscape as well as an in-ground pool that is full of algae but what could have possibly happened for it to be this way that short-term rentals have been popping up across Metro Atlanta attracting celebs like 50 Cent and Trey songs but neighbors they're not having a good time that's because of noise and disruption party promoters turning Mansions into wild party scenes and now the city says it's actually stepping in to try to stop that problem [Music] they had 128 cars on their street of five houses between 10 p.m and 6 a.m 128 cars and and people were urinating in their yards people were ringing their doorbells looking for the party let's go back to the beginning the Mansion was first built in 1990 as a castle-like estate with over 15 000 square feet of Living Space featuring six bedrooms seven bathrooms a four-car garage full basement with a bar and state-of-the-art gym and much more in 2006 Kenny Rogers sold the Mansion for 8.5 million dollars to a very wealthy family from Nigeria his family ran many different Dermatology locations throughout many states but unfortunately there seemed to be some shady business going on apology chain that once agreed to pay millions to the government to settle a federal lawsuit is now fending off complaints by its customers they say some crazy things they're a lawsuit the owners threw these extravagant parties and they were tossing a hundred dollar bills out to their guests well now its clients are complaining to the state and to the BBB that they are being billed not once but twice for services in the AG's office has taken note around 2018 things took a turn for the worse for the family according to news outlets the feds were after them for owing over 6.5 million dollars in back taxes in 2019 the news article stated that they moved back to their native country but the story doesn't end there after they left a family member was in charge of watching over the Family Estate but what was really happening was the Mansion was being rented out for events like weddings and even music videos for rappers like offset 21 Savage and Russ but in just 17 months the police were called to the estate over 100 times for noise complaints the town ultimately was fed up with the Mansion being used for business and they shut the operation down ever since the grand estate has sat vacant and abandoned with many signs of neglect so join me today and let's see what's left what's up everybody we are back again for another video if you don't know me I'm big Banks we go on Epic Adventures every single Saturday today we are exploring the late great Kenny Rogers abandoned mansion there's a lot of stuff that went on with this place after he sold it it was sold to a Nigerian family for 8.5 million dollars and it's safe to say they did some crazy stuff here but let's check out this Mansion if you're new hit that subscribe button let's get right into this video all right guys we're at the back of the house right now basically the people that bought this mansion from Kenny Rogers back in 2006 bought it for 8.5 million dollars they were from Nigeria and they actually left the country they ran dermatologists businesses in several different states had a lot of money they threw very very extravagant parties here we're gonna check it out today so I hope you enjoyed this video let's look at the outside so we can see that there is a nice large pool right here such a crazy pool and this is the house it's like a castle style house was built in 1990 it's around 15 000 square feet what do you guys think but this is just the back of the house it's on about five acres of land and this place is a fortress we've been here once since 6 30 this morning 5 30. yeah several hours but it's just uh it's just a beauty this house so as you can see got the two castle-like things right there we also have a guest or actually this isn't a guest house but this is a gazebo that has like a bar over it and you can see how overgrown this place is this is taller than me all around us but here's your gazebo right here and in here look at this we have a bar there's even a TV out here which is crazy like this place is wild like we have this whole wall right here but it's completely overgrown so it's so wild check it out looks like there was a cover around this gazebo but it's all gone now and just look at the overgrowth of this property here all right guys we're gonna make our way inside and I hope you enjoy this video let's get right into it mm-hmm [Music] faction s foreign guys so I'm going to start you guys off at the front door of this place and we're going to go through all throughout it's going to be uh kind of all over the place but there's just so many rooms here that it is what it is so let's take a look throughout the place and let's start right here so when you first walk in this is your foyer beautiful chandelier right above me walk straight in you see this masterpiece of an area right here there used to be couches and statues all from Nigeria right here check this chandelier out again insane right over this way we have our big fireplace and it's Marble in there and then we have a painting that's left behind I really like this painting you can see a lot of glass a lot of windows and this is just a beautiful beautiful house stunning but right out here we can get a view of the backyard a little bit and see how overgrown everything is and then it puts us in this room right here amazing woodwork throughout this place got the fireplace right here they left a big rug in this room like a really big rug nice fireplace not as extravagant as the rest but it's still here probably paintings were hanging up around this place and right over here we have an intercom system I wonder if it still works but I'm not going to use it because that's wild all right right here this bathroom has black marble coming in very beautiful in this amazing marble sink so things are going to look a bit newer in here because this place has only been left like this since 2019 we have another toilet not all of them work like this but the ones that are this dot power do take a look at this staircase though absolutely gorgeous and it still goes down to the basement which we'll have to check out here in a minute after we explore this part of the house I got Justin setting up a shot over there but you can see the chandelier is right in the middle there were couches sitting right here what would they have called this you know like just a sitting area basically there's like a million two chill spots yeah exactly there's a carpet right in the middle and there's this really cool Woodwork in the floor and this black marble transitioning to the White marble and this is definitely a huge Chandelier like Justin you're going to stand under it just so they can get a perspective so check it out absolutely huge check this out this is a counter top they left here it is completely made out of this Stone I don't know exactly what kind of stone this is it's beautiful though very ornate details throughout the entire thing and even a mirror to go with it come around to this side here's our second staircase it's a little bit more fancy than the other one but the other one actually looks better to me not gonna lie same type of Chandelier and I love the iron it goes all the way up this is just a beautiful beautiful house looks to me like this room is probably a living room or a living space Maybe entertainment type of room so we got this I think it's called herringbone type of flooring they left another really big rug and look at this this is padded but this is where the TV would have went and you got the surround sound system right behind the wall right here so very very fancy there's two chandeliers hanging up in here almost looks like they're copper or something wow the kitchen's right off there looks like we have a nice dresser here left behind I don't even know how you open it and then check out these light fixtures wow look at that same all right now we're heading into the kitchen and check out the flooring we have this like black and white type flooring here this would be your uh probably breakfast area right here and here is your kitchen so check it out granite countertops a large large island right in the middle dishwasher looks like it's been almost pulled out nasty sink the backsplash is literally a mirror floors are a bit dirty in here but check out this your trash can is actually built into this right here so that's really cool we got the two chandeliers hanging above your large island and here's another area for trash it's really cool that that's built in like that you have your two microwaves here and it looks like there's something in this one here is our stove in our oven made by a company called wolf I've never heard of that before look at that it's like brass above it just a huge kitchen look at the glass this is amazing he had a good look at the kitchen here quite large we gotta check the fridge so we got Frigidaire two really big fridges here nothing in it but oh stinks really really bad we have a frozen beer and some ice I don't want to miss anything this house is quite large so it would be easy to miss something I'm gonna pull on this door and you see that but that just takes us right back out to the staircase right there we do have a basement and it's literally like a whole nother house in the basement so here's another area for the kitchen probably a pantry oh my gosh there's food in here well the beer has mold in it Pizza is definitely moldy very nice to you so it looks like they might have started doing some sort of renovation right here because there is no flooring but it goes straight to this bathroom here and very beautiful flooring here check out the sink and we have another padded bathroom look there's a cobweb right there wow this leads us straight back out to this room so let's take a more deeper look into this side and here is your front entrance to this house wow see now we have this room right here check it out still some furniture in here that's super neat my goodness we got Hammer worldwide in the building what's up doc what do you think of this place crazy Kenny Rogers man are you a big fan of Kenny Rogers no I'll do country you just like the houses yeah [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] guys before we go upstairs we're gonna take a look at the garage here and these other pantries off to the side it's a four-car garage there used to be rolls royces and all that good stuff in here Ferrari's they used to own a lot of really high-end stuff so let's check out the garage right here then we'll make our way upstairs and then we'll end on the basement foreign so here is our four-car garage here we've got a basketball thing we've got the nice floors so you know they Park something nice up in here but unfortunately there's no cars left so this is probably where they Park the rolls one of them or maybe the Ferrari check this out so this is actually a statue from Nigeria and what happened was this rapper had come here and thrown a party what happened was the people at the party trashed a lot of stuff here so a lot of stuff that was damaged from their native country looks like we have a storage closet right here it's like a washer and dryer room so this is where you wash your clothes and everything like as you're walking straight through here this is when you walk all the way to that foyer right there there's one more room we're missing right here so right here there's just like a storage closet area where they I'm not sure what they did here they almost looks like a desk so maybe they did some type of stuff in here I'm not too sure and then this goes out to this room here so we're gonna head upstairs now we're going to check out the master bedroom and the other bedrooms and then we're going to go down to the basement so stay tuned and let's go check it out all right guys so I'm walking into the master bedroom right now and this is the craziest bedroom I've ever seen in my life and the great Kenny Rogers used to sleep right here so let's take a look at this oh what Okay so I'm just going to show you as we walk in here take a look at this so in the middle of the floor is this giant bed and it's a dome as you can see the lights are on and there's lights that go all the way around and this lip here carpeted heated floors too the mattress is gone but the bed itself is absolutely stunning nice fireplace in here still here check that out it's a lion's head check that out wow so this room used to have like couches and stuff set up around this floor and I almost thought that like there would be a TV that would be in this but they probably just had something there or they probably just didn't watch TV but look at this my goodness this is absolutely insane I've never seen a bed frame so ornate even in like other countries in Europe this one is the craziest one I've ever seen we have the nice arched doorways here's a toilet and a nice sink and then through this little area of course we have pillars throughout this whole house but with the master bedroom is always a master bathroom so check this out we're going to walk straight through as a window right here and that shows you your bathtub we have an entryway this way and an entryway this way so we're going to go to our left first I believe these are all heated floors as well you can see the lights that were under are have like stripped off and whatnot like I like this distressed wood type for the cabinets granite countertops I don't think anything is really left in this house like everything's pretty empty but this place is magnificent right here I want to say this would have been like a fireplace but I don't think so because this is all padded so that wouldn't be safe but you have these nice little accent here with these rocks nice sink it looks like somebody had burned some sage in here smoking cigarettes too and everything and here's something cool I want to show you guys so I want you guys to know something about Mansions like this they leave the power on on purpose so things don't get moldy and things like that like banks will leave the power on so they could resell it one day but a lot of times they don't care for the property but they leave the power on so I want to show you something that's really cool in this bathroom so obviously this place is super fancy but look at this whenever we walk in to the bathroom like but as you can tell see the water is off there is no water on in this house but this is for a bidet rear cleansing front cleansing pressure so this has its own built-in bidet here this is all padded walls as well in here look at the mirrors everywhere here is your master closet but let's take a look at this really quick so this is our bathtub here it is a jetted bathtub you can fit probably two to three people in here and it has this nice lion's head fireplace with these pillars this dome right under right above us wow I don't think I've ever seen a house so extravagant and the closet is definitely the biggest cause I've ever seen so I want you guys to take a look at the shower though so right here there's two different sides so his and hers and there's a rainfall shower right there so really large shower but let's go and look back here so this is another closet area you can see the lights are kind of off and on flickering so they have a TV in here but I wonder what they held like all these maybe shoes purses or whatnot because these people the last people that lived here were very very extravagant people the last people that lived here was that Nigerian family that we talked about and they owned two rolls-royces and lived a very extravagant lifestyle oh my gosh I didn't even notice there's a freaking gym but let's keep looking at these closets and then we'll go into the gym but wow I'm looking at it right now but these people lived a crazy lifestyle like I read somewhere where they were you know wiping sweat with 100 bills and throwing 100 bills with their guests so it's just like really crazy story behind this place this is the master closet so the floors are dirty here there's dead roaches and there's like trash and bits around the place so it is a little bit dirty an LEDs are falling and everything but imagine what was all in this probably their shoes really nice designer stuff so it was definitely like a his and her side I believe like this master closet is bigger than my entire apartment that I live in probably come down a hallway I want you to check this out so there's like a stand here with these mirrors so you can stand up here and do your little modeling see how you look from all angles foreign you can see all the trash and stuff on the floor kind of scattered everywhere and then we have one more side right here same thing big walk-in closet just imagine what was all in here Gucci Prada Louis Vuitton all that good stuff oh my Lord look at the whoa that lion's head is on the door that's so sick and that is one extravagant master wow all right let's check out the gym now holy cow there's mirrors above us so there's some equipment Left Behind not much but just a little bit of equipment looks like a row machine I'm not sure what this one is but this is our thing right here and look there's stains on the floors almost looks like blood stains so many mirrors in this room though it's really mirrors on every single wall and ceiling how they used to have this set up was there was multiple machines throughout here they had a TV on that side with couches and whatnot here foreign got a nice little bathroom right on this side here's your shower for it nice flooring and everything I mean this place definitely is a nice nice house see the water it doesn't even work [Music] foreign [Music] foreign and this is where we see the upstairs master bedrooms right over there as you can see but this is upstairs and look at that Chandelier oh my goodness that is insane so beautiful and not only that there's that one and then we have another one right here see how beautiful those are so it looks like they left some carpets behind here's a little view of the backyard from upstairs that pull and everything all right let's go to our next room you can see it's pretty nice chandelier is still left in here and it's a beautiful one at that all the curtains are still hanging up but they didn't leave much behind here say that much it's just a beautiful house foreign it looks like somebody left a vape here so definitely probably like a local kid or something here's this bathroom and it's like part of the house has power but part of it doesn't it's like this part doesn't work a little nice walk-in closet for this bedroom this is just one spectacular place nothing really left in the drawers so right here we have a staircase and you can see it goes all the way down the basement nice golden chandelier here and you can get a view of the outside a little bit from these three windows look at the details in the pillars though right here and that's in every single one of them and then check it out there's another Dome for this chandelier and it's a mirror this is such an extraordinary home the nice iron details right over here we have another bedroom a little bit smaller still a really big room bigger than my bedroom I mean like every room in this house whether it's you know a small bedroom or not it's still a master bedroom in any other regular house the marble flooring it's pink in here so maybe a girl stayed in this room another walk-in closet but see like I said some of the lights work but not all of them do just some of them check it out though I was going to make sure but yeah there's nothing left in here we have a mirror in this room too and what that's all about the door right here maybe this is okay this goes up to the Attic let's go ahead and take a check up there all this insulation and whatnot lots of insulation over there see the AC and stuff yeah this is your attic it goes over there really big attic because we're in a large house but I'm not going to walk around up here just kind of showing you what it is guys I cannot believe that we are in Kenny Rogers old mansion and I know you guys heard the story it's so crazy like tell me down in the comments what you think of the story and the people that used to live here after they bought it from him because that's pretty wild the story we got one more bedroom upstairs and we're gonna make our way downstairs in the basement and everything like that so let's go so I also want you guys to see how overgrown this place is see all that down this long driveway now we have another bedroom right here and this bedroom was quite extravagant whenever it had Furniture in it there was a big white bed right here white couches to match statues and everything all in this red bedroom walls are completely red so cool in here but this bathroom is one of a kind look at this oh my goodness look at the red counters and the sink this bowl sink I wonder what material all this is just look at it wow it almost feels like this bathroom has a theme to it it's kind of strange I wonder if this toy that does the thing yep nice shower it's always golden showers in these houses too no pun intended and here's your little closet space it's closet space is actually quite small for the size of this room and compared to the other rooms but I think it makes up for having this really nice bathroom here and I just noticed right above the doorway in this bathroom there's this mural and it looks like it's from China or maybe Japan but I do believe it's more Chinese that's really cool so maybe this room was like a themed type of room yo apparel photography is joining me today you guys have seen him before here's a door but this is literally just storage space and I think we've seen everything upstairs now so it's time we make our way downstairs going downstairs now beautiful staircase and there's actually two of them as you can see very nice chandelier here beautiful staircase would come down all right we are going down to the basement now to check that out I'm down all these stairs and it's pretty dark in some spots down here we're going to check it out now down here supposedly is the game room and all that good stuff so there's a giant rug in here definitely a type of living space entertainment and all that stuff this house is really made for entertainers this would be all your electrical and your AC your security set up and all that stuff and like I said it's like a whole nother house down here there's one bedroom here another bedroom right next to that another bedroom which these probably weren't used as bedrooms I'm not too sure what they were used for but they might have been here's part of the game room there's ping pong balls laying around in here and a used condom look at that so now we come this way like I said it's a whole other house down here you get to a carpeted area come over to this room to our right and this is definitely a bedroom there's a closet right here oh my so this is a fish tank and the glass is gone out of it actually it might not be a fish tank but it's definitely something strange we even have a TV left in here look at that it's an old Sony TV our bathroom down here pretty cool has the lights up in the ceiling there you can see it doesn't have one of those toilets though look at this it opens up to this part which we have a bar here holy cow another room like I said I don't think these are all bedrooms but they're definitely something and look we even got pillars down here on both sides and this place is just massive so I love that the bar is here we go behind it we have a bathroom stinks really bad in that bathroom and this was probably honestly all like living space tons of rooms that just hang out and chill this is the basement check it out we have all this furniture here this looks like outdoor furniture they must have brought it all in but they're they made it so dirty in here because of it big rug down here and here's our staircase that we saw earlier a really nice wooden one I just check it out absolutely in love with this home so there's also a ballroom down here I'm trying to find it like I said you can get lost down here like big house it's around 15 000 square feet like I said before in the video and it's just big big house but apparently it's more I think it's this way you can see some of the flooring has been stripped out of this it goes further down there and another room right here and all down here has drop ceiling that I noticed see it's kind of falling in right there look it even goes further this way but to my left here is the ballroom so it's kind of a strange Ballroom there's spider webs everywhere um there's little chandeliers in here but it's drop ceiling but this is quite large but as you can tell they held many events here many parties and whatnot this might be the final room down here Yep this is the final room wow part of the slowing is all stripped out foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign guys
