Exploring an $80,000,000 Glass Mansion with Everything Left Inside | Evergreen Crystal Palace

[Music] [Music] hi what's up guys it's big banks we're back again for another video today i don't even know i don't even have words for this place now i'm going to tell you a little bit about it before we actually get into the video this place it's called the evergreen crystal palace it is a huge 30 000 square feet 20 plus car garage 11 bedrooms and it's 80 million dollars we actually got permission to come out here this place is like a fortress so i don't recommend you anybody trying to come out here we're shooting a real estate video for it and they were nice enough and kind enough to let us film a youtube video about it so this place is for sale it's 80 million dollars it's just crazy everything in there it was left behind um when the guy passed away his name was robert plaster he owned a gas company he was multi-multi-millionaire and just the reason that he built his house is crazy okay a little bit about what i heard was that when he was planning on building a home out here this was originally going to be a family lake house but something happened with a stock broker from new york that they flew over here i guess he made some kind of joke um towards mr plaster mr foster didn't take it too kindly so he wanted this place to be extravagant enough for anybody that comes out here to be impressed i can say he did a good job this place is crazy uh one thing that the the his son would say is that this was completely out of character for him to spend this type of money on this house now everything is still left inside all from the 90s when this place was built now it's going up for sale it's been taken care of now it's all cleaned up they cleaned up the debris and the vandalism that happened here and now it's looking clean it's got some crazy stuff it's still got power on and yeah i'm with abandoned dallas today and we are yeah we're gonna explore this crazy mansion um thank you to the people that led us on here again you're gonna be in for a crazy video right now so this is definitely number one most crazy place we've ever explored and like i said it's going up for sale so don't don't try to come out here it's got cameras everywhere start off showing you that this camera right there there's like five over there there's one in every corner of the house and there's alarms and everything so yeah we're gonna get right into this video and yeah hope you guys enjoy if you do hit that subscribe button down below let's get right into it one thing you see when you walk up to the front door this is a clean air building to protect the health of our employees and our guests who request you honor a policy of no smoking like i said this place you know he had it as an office as well as a home so he wanted to keep it clean and safe for everybody but just check this out this is insane this is just the little place where you drive through and then it goes around there's a dock out there for your boat too one balcony out of the mini and then it's just crazy how much this place is it's just like it's insane oh right now this is kind of the back side of the house this is where you get into the garage this garage holds about 20 cars which is insane but wait until you see what this leads up to this leads up to the house and a huge helicopter pad which is insane and then you see the mansion right there this is crazy this is the main staircase of the house and you get to this big area right here which is the entertainment area big doors big plants all these tables chairs the view of the lake got a massive pool table here and of course you can't forget the statues wow there's even men's and women's restroom and there's this is one of the kitchens not the main kitchen but this is one of the kitchens this is where we have kind of our stuff set up here what do you think bro i'm winded out this is a huge property absolutely then this is more control various to control the house you turn on some of the lights and everything in here and then something absolutely crazy the door is bulletproof i think it's a panic so the door itself bulletproof door looks the glass is super thick right here and then you have a freaking shooting range with the evergreen and the floor that is that is insane dude this is a panic room this doubles as a panic room because feel this this is all bulletproof even says bulletproof on the glass here seriously oh shoot it does dude that's insane so this is where you probably lock himself up if you had any kind of threat going on you ever seen any house with something like this no or heard of anything like this no so people have basketball courts in missouri you have gun range yeah then it has a charts of all the guns smith and wesson ruger it's so crazy i can't believe this and this is one of the main areas of the house got the couches at the statue here in this beautiful insane chandelier here like i don't even know how to explain the chandelier right here all this stuff this huge fire fireplace all green marble all this green marble is from china by the way and then all these seats from the 90s everything's still here like a time capsule there's something even crazier downstairs now i want to show you obviously these couches are amazing these statues everywhere looks like some dogs you come over here and it's a bar it is a full-on bar who needs to go out to the club when you got this in your home this is incredible does not even describe this place it's more than that this is the dining room main dining room got a beautiful chandelier above that huge table fit the whole family on there all this stuff in here these gold accents gold with the green looks really good to me there's pictures everywhere then we make our way over here and we have the main kitchen which is beautiful white tiles got a ladder up there if you can't reach something which is so crazy because this ladder actually it moves all across up there you got dishwashers literally everywhere here and they're all from the 90s you got four ovens which leads out to the helicopter pad out there so freaking beautiful now this is what's crazy in these walls is a time capsule to be opened in 2042. and there's another one over here now this wants to be opened in 2092. so we literally have a time capsule within a time capsule [Music] and this one is peacock now this room is incredible say the least this incredible bed you can see every room has a theme that's why it's like this there's peacocks on this right here i have no idea what this thing is and then you get a like you get a view of the of the lake right there and then you get a view of the main staircase and everything this is absolutely incredible and then obviously it's got the bathroom got one of those masks in here all right so every bathroom has a lot of really cool features and a walk-in shower next room we got chinatown so you come in here and it's straight up this is incredible i don't even know how to explain this that is amazing so much money worth of stuff here like i can only imagine how much this stuff is worth then we got china books we got china statues this room is just incredible just like the rest of them and then we got the bathroom for chinatown which is obviously incredible we've got the evergreen towels everywhere this little froggy here you got the shower and every single room in the house has a bathroom like this or similar and then we have this room which is very beautiful in itself with the green colors and just the accents everywhere i think it's so cool this statue is just sitting here on the bed i go in the presidential beds are still made and all through the house you got all these statues this is the most outrageous crazy incredible mansion that we have ever been to wow and this is just the the main bedroom like look at this table it's a freaking piano then we got the bathroom i don't know what this is but it's super cool this bathroom is absolutely beautiful so all through the house you're gonna see this logo everywhere see you'll see these evergreen logos everywhere and this tub is just insane got two toilets here and then the walk-in shower right here this is crazy i actually don't think this was the master i think this was just a presidential suite wow see and then we come down the hallway a little bit and we have they call this the ram room you're about to find out why ram statues just rams rams in every detail of this room that's why i call this the rim room ram here rams there rams there rams everywhere in here which is incredible absolutely incredible and check this out now how many mansions can you say you've been in where you take an elevator elevator ride up to the next floor oh this is crazy all right going up let's put this at the top now this is such an insane mansion but i love it so much and we still have a lot to film so we're gonna keep going what we got through here is offices for some of the people that worked for the company all through this floor we got just officers and in here see we got this eagle statue and this will be the main office now the whole place as you can see has some cool things here so this was the main office desk made out of that green marble that was his chair you get the view you get a balcony up on here this crazy little area right here this is nuts got bear statue eagle statue and other bears more bird statues everywhere then we have this room which is incredible look at this piano that is beautiful this place is a time capsule literally everything in here is from the 90s when this place was built which is insane the fact that you get this view from the lake and then you get the view down into the house it's just a whole different level of cool and then this area right here just look at that that is insane just wild i was turning the lights check out this bathroom marble flooring with the tub and the view this one's got statues like all in here evergreen this is the shower which is kind of really cool how it's set up like that everything about this house is just absolutely amazing we have a walk-in closet this is crazy walk-in closet it's awesome and then we have these other rooms over here other bathrooms another walk-in closet here to another bathroom right here this is the main bathroom this is the master bathroom i must say the shower is really big really nice the double toilets the evergreen towels the gold faucets jets in the tub a phone behind the freaking tub if you need any help amazing amazing amazing home scent leads into the master bedroom where you have a sitting area with a telescope take out the lake check out the wildlife huge master bed with this black like cool blanket now this i would get a good night's sleep in here i'll tell you that and then right here all the tvs everything all this is from the 90s you can control everything in the house from right here so that is super cool looks like we got a little mini fridge yup got a mini fridge right here more statues a little living area for the master cool fireplace for it fireplace goes on all four sides here and then we have this grand piano right here which is insanely beautiful kind of one downstairs but this one's black the other one downstairs is white with a harp in front of it which is really cool which then this leads into this hallway in here which is full of these statues just so so cool and then this is an office with some cheetah print seats like a leopard statue wow like i'm speechless i'm absolutely speechless all right so we're on the other side of the house now and this is the wild west room incredible bed such a cozy feeling in here got all this stuff from like indians cowboys stuff like that bow and arrows with actual airheads on the arrowheads on the end of them so it's just such an amazing amazing property here's a whip and then here is the arrows you can see the arrowheads right there and then again you get a beautiful view a little place to sit and dine if you want i'm in love with this property this is my absolute favorite explorer of all time this leads into this room which is called iris which would be another little kid's room with the double twins a little bunny statue for this table a little seat to do your hair makeup whatever and then obviously another bathroom so for this room we got city lights and this room is probably one of my favorites it's got this sick bed right here incredible bed got a gold and silver chest statues beautiful furniture beautiful view this place is amazing absolutely incredible we've got another bedroom that leads into that has full of horses like that's just horse statues holding up the table this room's obviously horse themed this is an incredible place and then from here you can see the pool wow and here we are at the pool it's a bit dirty but they are working on getting it fixed up and gonna have it refilled it's gonna look beautiful now like i said we were given permission out here so do not come out here this place is a fortress like yeah camera camera right there camera right there cameras up there there's like five on that side it's like here's the the grill this is insane [Music] so [Music] all right guys so right now before we get out of here this is the garage that we get to park in it has so what what you say 20 car 20 plus car yeah yeah so this is crazy this garage is eight thousand square feet by itself this garage is a mansion itself so we're gonna get out of here hope you guys enjoyed and again thank these people for This place is a Table Rock legend! My family vacationed at the lake every year for almost 20 years, and eeeevery time we’d boat past the palace, we’d make up stories about who lived there. Really cool to see it up close.

Make it an ironic, kitschy "1990s land" boutique hotel. Play John Hughes movies non-stop on all the TVs (from VHS tapes, of course), play New Kids on the Block over the house speakers, serve Gushers and Bubble Tape for dinner. Hire impersonators of 90s pop stars to be the staff.

Good luck getting a loan for $80M based on that business model, though.
