Jerma Streams - House Flipper 2 (Part 3)

how are you how's going good so this is day three uh Playing House Flipper two uh for the house flipper weekend and as you know it's currently before 11:00 a.m. so I get to talk like this for a little while so remember if you ever book me to do a movie trailer a birthday party a uh a cool character keep in mind that studio time has to be before 11:00 in the morning Pacific time but I have range I mean as you can clearly as you can clearly tell over the last hold on that was not good over the last four or five days and I'm available yeah hey what's going on guys I'm back it's me how are you I'm late today and I know I'm actually very late I I I my only my plan was going to be oh my God hold on I got to get up I got to wake up all right you know when you wake up and you're just like even a coffee doesn't work I hate it did you sleep in uh maybe a little nice cottage cheese voice y I got up at like 9 but I got up at like what 8 no 8:45 and I did that thing that I hate doing where you just look at the clock and you go oh all right cool I got plenty of time and then it sucks so bad because you're at your kind of most tired in that period and you time travel I will roll around in bed trying to fall asleep desperately for four or five straight hours sometimes but the moment that you wake me up and I've got a I've got an hour to still sleep and you get that holy this is amazing when you hear the G of amazing in your head it's time to get up again it's like what the what the are you talking about what do you mean I just said this is amazing and now it's been an hour but no it hasn't I just said this was awesome this is like what it's 924 it was just 8:30 nothing impossible but yeah yeah I I I slept in a little but it's good we're here hanging out uh this is the final time you'll see me play house flipper 2 for a little bit I obviously plan on playing it more uh but for this period here we had the Invitational we had these few streams and then I'm going to do a bunch of holiday stuff the finale well this is the finale of this block of house slipper 2 is this the last stream of the year I don't don't know because it depends on when what my travel plans are and I have a lot of stuff for have a lot of offbrand work that I have to do at the last I want to say 7 days or so I've been focusing on the house flipper Invitational and uh these streams obviously so i' I've got a lot of work to do for offbrand before the holiday break I owe people documents okay I owe people documents let's just let's just get there the Last Supper are there going to be no Awards there not going to be any Awards this year but there's asterisk on that hold on my plan this year is to do this is a great this is a great kind of uh suggestion from the community is do kind of like a just play something and do like a hang out kind of remember the last year clip show and just show us some stuff that people liked talk about a little bit kind of like we did before but just not here is 25 categories and like 40 nominees in each category just something chill something easy can we at least do worse noise I have an idea this year and it's going to be something I'm going to ask uh a few people um especially on the editing uh team that we have I would do you guys think it's funny now this is really I don't know how long this would be but I do you think it would be funny and I don't this video might be so long it might be unbearable but instead of worst noise its worst noises over the last 12 years and it's a comp like a super cut compilation of just probably to the tune of like I don't know one of those old Mozart songs like there like piano in the background it's just crazy that might be a three-hour video so I I I I I'm cooking we're cooking we're cooking I'm cooking some stuff I wanted to do that last year because there was so many submissions but now I think it makes a little bit more sense this time right so yeah if you don't do it somebody else will yeah well I'm doing an official one probably because I find that to be pretty funny I just popped in what did bro just say does somebody have time stamps for all those well we don't need all of them really we just need like a we need like a five minute video worth of them yeah I'm I'm cooking so it'll be more like a hey remember all that fun stuff versus hey vote on what one of what what should win but this is not going to be New Year's Eve I like I said I plan on over the last 5 years or so I there's lots of people who had you know called family and friends who had really seen that much or spent very much time with I definitely want to spend some more time with my family my poor mother like when am I going to see you again like um I don't know hope I hope soon maybe so got a lot of traveling I want to do over the next couple of weeks call your mother for pet sake I do hey I call my mother I do I call my mother once a week that's the Sunday phone call God damn it hey no Nobody messes with the Sunday call their dead that's funny we we still do that though and we came out 20 years ago you are so Michael Scott why what hey Michael Scott ran a successful company he was he he he tried to be a good to his employees he did I haven't seen okay let can I I'm not going to look at chat I have not seen the office I know that's somebody's going to throw tomato at me I have not seen the office I've seen like maybe 10 episodes of the entire series patchworked together from various television networks that I caught in the middle of their episode that they were airing on what whatever Network it was on so my office what I've seen of the office is one gigantic episode that is about like 9 hours long or like 6 hours long that is that is just patchworked together from a bunch of different episodes I've seen the Chile fall that was very funny uh I saw the hey very very nice moment when when uh Michael goes uh to the art gallery Chad is pretending the office is bad chat pretends everything is bad I don't chat doesn't what chat what do you like what does chat actually like you oh that was like that was like really sweet he just got flustered I like bug snacks I love Auto all right uh let's get and I know you saw me flying around no clip in sandbox mode but for the I want to say like the 3 or 4 days preceding the Invitational the only thing I was worrying about is talking to 20 different people or so and making sure they understood certain things and hey here's this file and okay I need to be make sure I can answer a question if somebody asks it if somebody asked me hey dude I'm in sandbox mode I don't how do you like remove this section of a wall as the runner of that event I cannot go um I don't know so I I haven't really played it I've kind of just flown around and put one or two walls up and what you doing that like keyer Al Treehouse thing that was uh I was I was just on autopilot for the most part so today I plan on actually spending some time in it and just learning it messing around make I want to make something that I spend like 3 four five hours on you know what I mean you going to play you just yapping that's fair well I'm I'm waiting for people to trickle in disappeared yep yeah we' we've gone over this a bunch of times I just want to make sure I show it more like a at least once or twice more so in this commity it's a Build contest uh you put your project to mod.io they have a integration with mod.io follow the instructions 45 days to do it there's a lot of entries this is getting big and is 45 days left damn okay but the real kicker this is a Build contest they giv away all this stuff uh for winners but the real kicker is this thing this is the grand prize this is a PC this is a custom PC with a custom case that is the case that is the real case of this computer I want that so much I do too trust me when I tell you every time I look at this page I go I want this and here is what's in it what is the the like top top top uh graphics card now cuz I know Nvidia but I I I don't know I I know amd's uh CPU chips but I don't really know amd's gpus 490 AMD has some monsters I have I have AMD in here I have uh what's in here 6900 7900 for amd's best right now yeah the honestly I've had AMD in this computer and it's been great this thing is it's it's been like three years the thing's still going really strong it's really I feel like it's still pretty powerful you have a 39 I have a i a 390 but I have an AMD uh CPU can it run security breach Five Nights at Freddy's I don't know man that that's asking a lot yeah this is Al this with this thing so some people people that were just in like the play mode and not doing the actual sandbox mode were they were at a severe unbelievable disadvantage they were playing a different game talked to the city about this it's fine oh I can't imagine if I could just drag this like into their living room okay land sculpting wait I have an idea sometimes in Inspiration Just Hits and you have if you look out the window and you see this happening or do you assume this person has superpowers and you go out there and try to befriend this person to be their sidekick cuz there has to be like guy I am going to get a laptop and hold the laptop in my hands and walk over to this person and talk about like oh I'm just like working on some tech stuff what what's going on over there neighbor I'm him sneak into the like the tunnel system by the way this laptop could be one of those children's laptops it isn't doesn't even need to function I just have to hold it in one arm while I'm addressing talking about okay so certain things can be built to Infinity building material can only go about like I mean this is stilling really high so this at least on this lot right this is the small lot I'm I'm I'm curious if the bigger lots have U higher dude what if I just make the house out of dirt is it possible can I just like Hollow this out and make the house in here don't build walls I definitely can sample height first point okay this is not removing though but okay now it will okay here we go I oh is it removing it up there no whoa oh okay hold on this is absolutely doable this is 100% doable I don't know if my brain is big enough to do this but it's doable what about remove wall a land sculpting maybe land holes makes the most sense a oh my God okay hold on a second can I just do a the border of the actual land so I think we have to we have to have at least enough room where I can physically walk in front of the house Jesus okay I may have made a a very big mistake or maybe not I may have just made the greatest thing ever okay this yeah this person is living across from a themed Amphitheater I should just make stadium seating and have a stage here and put like B musical instruments on it all right hold on let me see what else I want to do with this CU that you can I need to get rid of this how did I even make that this might just have to stay here permanently cuz land painting I guess can I paint this little bro is living in a diarama it actually kind of looks cool though it looks like it's intentional so I'm going to keep it this all looks intentional all right very important very important before all the court documents start filling my mailbox cuz there's no way I there's no way if you have a place like this where there's no way I'm not getting sued by like at least a thousand people at the same time you know what I mean we're talking about like the water company we're talking about the like the the 10 neighbors that came together in the neighborhood we're talking about the city the city like zoning uh group we're talking about the I mean there are like at least five government agencies that are going to shut this down at the same time and that they might actually run into each other so like you know the the the the city kind of zoning group might like send the email at the same time that the the like class action of the neighborhood tries at the same time and it's like well which one is going to happen like because we got to we can't do them all at the same time it'll take 30 years to litigate this so I think I'll be all right the EPA yeah every agency is just got an email at the top of their inbox at the same time okay uh let me make sure it looks clean over here that's what we care about I want clean edges clean like you have to do the stairs first am am I crazy you have to you have to block out that first you can't do that after the fact yes yes okay absolutely all right so where where do I want to do that just I'm going to do two floors three floors is too much for me right now let's go from the corner this is probably good enough right how did I build on two what did I do here hey remember what's that technically can't see cuz you're it's upside down am I in front of the keyboard or am I behind it I guess I could be either way well that's a real that's a real thinker okay where are the stairs going to go you know people hold I'm going to lean into this people say when you go drive a car what are you doing you're going to you're going to go do what you're going to go get you're going to go get behind you're going I'm going to go get get behind the wheel not get in front of the wheel thinking okay so architectural elements roof we put a roof on what kind of roof hip uh let's do this one that hurt this is just a huge crane okay there were there were city laws to every single house in the entire city has to have a roof so this is just made out of plywood and a crane just dropped it on top I don't need a roof there's already a roof we have to deal with the stairs issue okay beam I think you can individually Place stairs I think that's what this is implying right is this like can I like long I mean they have to go up how many feet is this this I don't think this is that terrible how tall is this how tall is this this ceiling here 12T 12 and 1 12 ft that's not bad all right this is now you're up here so now to get up to this one this is going to have to be a four floor house because I you could do it like watch like Tech I could technically do this right but it's got to be it's got to be 20 20 feet in the air okay okay well uh it's it's cool you can do that I'll keep it for now but this is important I need to do all this okay here we go let's do the rest of this yeah this is was kind of weird is that it oh where's the rest of it was kind of like what I thought I didn't like understand the whole concept behind you know manga and um anime and I I was like oh it's it's from Japan it's a cartoon it's cool I it's based on a manga that sounds fun um but I remember that was a thing right just watch Jojo I feel like the more that people say watch JoJo takes like 4 seconds away from my life of me actually watching JoJo it's like the of the 10,000 times I've heard watch it I said people have a lot of opinions on that show right it's like no no no just you could watch this one but don't watch that one skip that one this episode sucks it gets really good here but skip that season this character is the best that character start at season 7 it's funny cuz I like I've actually seen um some of I think the first handful of episodes and it was like oh this is kind of crazy watch episode one7 and then skip season 1 lol see I told you I told you those there's some people to do that this one guy season one is the best season I would probably really like it it seems kind of right up my alley just a lot a lot of things to do a lot of TVs to watch a lot of games to play a lot of work to do and I'm just happy that there's a ton of media that exist that I could just watch at any point forever for the rest of my life guys I don't know when I'm like 90 I might tweet JoJo's bizar adventur the best show I've ever seen in my life so glad I waited Save The Best For Last and then it's declared that I died an hour later so I got plenty of time I'll be good he died before the finale uh we can confirm unfortunately German 985 has died but uh he missed the last 15 minutes of the series finale we filled his body with cocaine he said he demanded it to make sure he could stay alive to see it unfortunately the doctors did not allow that at the hospital acknowledge the wallpaper sometimes you make a mistake it's fine it's got character do something about it can I I I have to I don't know how to fix that I'll fix it what what's this what is this duplicate tool right uh this right here can I duplicate this what what I don't know what what pattern is this you have any constructive criticism for this game uh I missed the before and after I think that's really the only thing I missed the before and after photos I don't know if they're in the game but I somewhere between 3 and 5 so I'm going to clean up these next couple of rooms and I'm probably going to get lunch but this has been great house flipper 2 I I forget the Invitational thing was like three days ago it was a lot there's a lot of cool stuff going on all right clean enough no it's not but yeah I'm I keep an eye on the sus if I do stream again it will be before before Christmas and if I do stream again I'm not sure what it will be I might I don't know guys I might just come back with the Wily Wonka house in like six days or something that might be the way to send this off to like the New Year depends on how much time I put into it cuz I got a lot of work to do but it's very possible that I will come back before Christmas and it would be a pretty quick stream it would just be kind of like hey Let's do let's spend like 40 minutes doing the this thing that I was making and then I'd probably go away I probably disappear for like two 3 weeks doing stuff working You' probably see me again like a couple weeks later that makes more sense to me than waiting till like 3 weeks from now to show it so I plan on like some point before Christmas that I'll be back with the Willy Wonka house or maybe even like I don't know maybe in a day or two after Christmas maybe no I'm going to be I'll be gone won't I I got to look at my like like travel schedule I'm not sure where I'm going where I'm going first I'm trying to think of like where where I need to go this is not dirty by the way he retired again what the yeah retire retiring means he's not streaming for two weeks oh man this is like the fifth retirement like in the last like two months dude what the peace on Earth hey thanks I agree but yeah same philosophy still there but yeah hell slipper 2 came out you knew I
