I Watched Deadpool in 0.25x Speed and Here's What I Found

bullet to kill two of francis's men at once deadpool gets caught by surprise and gets shot right in his ass but notice we could already see this guy preparing to shoot deadpool in the wing mirror of a car so had deadpool paid attention to the wing mirror his ass wouldn't be bleeding number two in the opening title sequence a wallet can be seen floating through the air and as it does a photo comes out of ryan reynolds in his green lantern costume number three in this film if you notice deadpool's mask isn't that expressive when he's talking it's not moving that well or not moving at all and scene twice with and without a mask so that the animators can make his mask replicate each movement of his face number four when wade arrives at the pub after finding out about his cancer there in the background we can see for less than a second that the pub accepts bitcoin the pub is filled with details all over the place which brings my next detail number five the deadpool is filled with a bunch of celebrity names we can see bill cosby charlie shin kanye west wade wilson vladimir putin booth he's the guy wade betson ryan reynolds tj miller who's the actor who plays weasel miley cyrus and there are lots more but you get the point number six at the beginning of the film the pizza place wade orders from is called fight is famous which is possibly a nod towards kevin feige the president of marvel studios number seven wade wilson briefly wears a yellow wrap around sunglasses that he quickly throws away now in the previous scene we saw wade threatening the pizza delivery guy and also taking the wallet of someone called gavin merchant now notice merchant had his sunglasses hanging on his t-shirt so wade wilson not only took his wallet but also took his sunglasses off screen number eight in the same scene wade is wearing a t-shirt with the portrait of b arthur on the front this is a reference to the fact that in the comics deadpool has an affection for b arthur number nine when weasel and wade were on their way to warn vanessa about francis weasel has a stack of one dollar bills in his coat pocket which he brought because he knows he's going to a strip club number 10 the starbucks cup seen at the beginning of the film had rob al written on it and not to rob liefeld who is the creator of deadpool liefeld also had a cameo as a customer at the bar when weight addressed to people as buck and liefeld [ __ ] well i felt number 11. now we all know deadpool is a character that likes to break the fourth wall fourth wall break inside a fourth wall break that's like 16 walls but what i found upon this re-watch is fourth wall breaks are one of deadpool's mutant powers before mutation wade never breaks the fourth wall all narration from weight is post-mutation number 12 after vanessa and wade have ski bald and are trading in their winning tickets for prizes a large dove dog wearing a deadpool attire can be seen hanging behind the counter this refers to dogpool another version of deadpool from an alternate universe number 13 as deadpool explains how he met his blind black roommate l to the audience hit the road jack by ray charles plays in the background old blind lady from the laundromat al god i miss cocaine now ray charles was a black musician who also happens to be blind so a perfect score to match the scene number 14 if you watch the scenes where wade is inside elle's apartment in slow motion you'll see that wade has decorated elle's apartment with lots of deadpool figures number fifteen out of all my viewings this is the first time i realized that the final fight actually takes place on top of the deck of a shield helicarrier now of course at the time the movie was released marvel still didn't have all the rights to deadpool and that's why the director couldn't really confirm it's a hydra or shield helicarrier but now the deadpool and all the x-men characters are back at marvel deadpool 3 should have much more freedom with their storytelling involving hydra if necessary number 16 in this movie the writers got their credits as their real heroes but in deadpool 2 it's changed to i blame their writers real heroes my ass now the next three details are more of a trivia but i'm sure you lads will love it here we go number 17 ryan reynolds revealed during a talk at google that the taxi driver character depender was named after a really cool guy that he knew in elementary school who died when he was hit by lightning and it was meant to be a tribute to him though pinder is that that name comes from like my friend is in in high school and i was like elementary school i went to school this guy named dopinder and it's actually we're paying tribute to him he he he was killed he was struck by lightning number 18 deadpool forgets his gun back before the final fight where's your duffel bag leave a message and have a happy day god damn it i'm gonna do this the old-fashioned way two swords and maximum effort initially there was a massive gunfight at the climax but because the budget of this movie was so low they actually cut the entire final gunfight so that they can cut off some of the cgi expenses and that's why just before filming at the last last second they decided that deadpool will in fact forget his gunbag and therefore we're gonna get a hand-to-hand combat instead number 19 the film was released in february 2016 exactly 25 years after deadpool's first appearance in the comics and here i am watching this movie in 0.25x speed but hey lads we're now close to half a million subscribers and on this special
