I Joined Minecraft's WORST SMP

i was looking for a new video idea one day and stumbled across a ranked list of all the public minecraft servers they had your staple servers there hypixel cubecraft purplecraft but i wasn't craving any of those i i did the unthinkable i went past page one of the list [Music] now i wish i could say that i stopped myself at page two but my sins continued for 93 more pages until i found myself surrounded by servers ranked at the bottom of the barrel now the website never explained exactly how they're ranking these servers so i wanted to find out for myself i started taking these random ip addresses and i legit put them into minecraft super sketch by the way unsurprisingly a lot of them weren't working but i did find one that said there were negative one out of zero people that were online i thought that was pretty neat but eventually after many servers i finally found luck and that is when i joined minecraft's worst server so immediately logging into the server i was hit with probably the most unpleasant sound in all of minecraft entity cramming [Music] i think i'm honestly not sure if that's entity cramming i i don't even know what sound that was maybe someone knows i just only knew that i needed to get away asap i decided to run to the game mode selection and hop into a hardcore survival realm you know right off the gate nothing really looked that strange i mean there was a nice spawn castle there's a few welcome messages but as soon as i made my way out of the gate i was messaged by an individual okay um i'm gonna hit this man with some star wars he'll know it he'll know it guess not clearly jesh needs to be cultured a little but i couldn't really let that stop me so i let it go and let my minecraft instincts kick in to begin gathering some resources this is a normal world who is not chopping down their trees i don't have a word with your mother so it's all fine and dandy until i received coordinates from the same mysterious man and i'll be honest mother would not be proud of this a stranger asks you to meet up in real life take caution you know be be smart about it don't just go head first into the flower fields because my goodness if that were real life i'd probably be in a van full of candy right now but don't you worry mama because i realized that this is a pvp server and my in-game life was on the line so i gathered some basic tools before meeting this so-called jesh you know in case things go south don't kill me my dude don't don't kill me i got an axe i'm not afraid to use it you're doing great man i don't feel like helping but but you're doing great oh the baby oh baby i changed my mind i don't want to die [Music] oh apparently i forgot to notice the 30 minute invincibility timer that every player starts out with so now jess probably thinks i'm some kind of loser okay jesh what's the plan you look like a professional so clearly you've got some ungodly plan all right all right so we got another bunk mate i'm hearing i can live with that so ch josh what the heck do you want me to do anyways i can mine that satisfy your penguin or scrambled sunny-side up egg face i don't even what is your skin listen josh all right we're gonna let me let me teach you something about minecraft uh this is a game that is ruthless you know we are in a hardcore server i need you yeah i'm gonna get iron just just cool your jets cool cool your jesh anything for you god you are the love of my life all right you know screw it i'm going down we're getting a little strippy with it we're gonna get some uh we're gonna be looking for some iron we gotta gear up josh relax it's gonna be fine no coal no torches we have a lot on the shopping list we gotta deal with all right josh i don't i don't believe you would do me harm so i think i can trust you for now oh baby oh baby oh baby oh baby just be a little careful okay oh buddy oh we gonna be happy campers today we got the goods what hey love is happiness and so is but don't get your hopes up my love is purely platonic that's right that's right jesh just cool your jets who your jets with all these blind accusations jesh there is one critical design flaw with our plan we have no way out we're trapped what elaborate please i have never felt more safe wait what that was quick oh my god you're a superman a kid's got main character vibes i shall return to the caves to quest for more goodies for us my love oh he's in he's totally for this oh ultimate ship here jesh and cheat gesture the ultimate ship is like twisting your tongue around them saying this word jesh and chief oh gosh it's hard not to laugh because it's kind of funny but why josh you were my one true love my flame the one who was supposed to take me down the altar jess was seriously gone and i might have been laughing at the time but maybe that's just my way of coping with loss because i'll be the first one to admit i was really starting to enjoy having josh around as company like this is a hardcore world you don't just respawn after you die no he's gone i'm never finding this kid again i miss him a lot i mean the dynamic was perfect even if we only knew each other for 10 minutes but you know what they say it's not about the size of the waves but the motion of the ocean wait hold on a second no that doesn't sound right with the loss of jesh i decided to host a small service in his honor it's what he would have wanted and after paying my respects i decided to journey into the unknown but there was no purpose to my decision i mean i was all alone in this world now and it just felt right to venture out be a nomad explorer [Music] so in case you missed it jess spoke of somebody that he was working with right before i got there but then a guy logged off and that's that guy so i ended up breaking to him the bad news about jesh and as expected tears were shed i decided to group up with him as a friend of jesh is a friend of mine but it was a long journey back so i strapped on my big boy boots and i got walking oh god oh god what the audacity like dude i was traveling thousands of blocks okay okay really was like one thousand but thousands of blocks and the dude just leaves like what i whatever fine now i'm not gonna lie kind of stings but knight was approaching and i'm not the best hardcore pvper on the server and i'm the only one on the server so i need shelter like now luckily a ruined village was right where i left off so i took one of the houses and began to set up shop but i didn't have a whole lot of things to my name so i made it my mission to begin mining to get some materials okay i'll be honest i was gonna do a montage here but i just spent way too long working on the motion tracking for that stupid road trip segment and i'm just sitting here just kind of sad that took a while and i am not happy with it gosh i feel burned am i actually going to put this in the video [Music] computer is not running low in storage space yeah buffoon [Music] now i continued to mine but i was getting lonely you know patience was running thin nobody had hopped on the server in like forever and i've just been mining i could have just been in a single player world and not even realized that this was a multiplayer server like i no one's coming into this server no one knows about this i mean it is ranked number 1885 or whatever so maybe that's part of the reason but like nobody's here nobody's here but finally i did break so i crafted a plan and went back to spawn [Music] i suck oh my gosh [Applause] [Music] and now we wait [Music] inevitably i got kicked for being afk so i had to rethink my plan i know the server has other game modes so i decided to hop into those worlds and begin recruiting people to my cause yo anybody trying to do some hardcore [Music] okay i was desperate at this point and mother wouldn't be proud of me for this but i begged m this next piece is called spam in b minor [Music] don't worry officer it's for the content but yeah seriously respect the mods but it eventually worked out in my favor wait wait wait dunk don comes hardcore i need an apprentice yes with my new apprentice we ventured off into the unknown and with our journey came reflection i began to think of why i joined this server initially i was expecting to see the worst aspects of the minecraft community you know anarchy betrayal destruction but instead i formed beautiful and lasting relationships that i will carry for years to come experienced loss in its greatest form traveled great journeys to experience never before seen lands learned how to stick up for myself and ask people to join my cause all of these experiences began to open my eyes to the truth this server has so much potential and beauty should it really be ranked so low in the totem pole [Music] this is the worst server ever [Music]
