I downloaded a HAUNTED Minecraft World... This is what I found (Full Minecraft Documentary)

welcome everyone to dark corners I'm your host dark and today we will be investigating a very interesting story about Minecraft now this story claims that there's an old world safe that was uploaded online years ago what's strange about that you may be wondering well let me tell you according to this story the world safe is cursed or even haunted and the story claims that the reason for this is because the person who made the world passed away while playing on it so he was playing Minecraft on this world that he created then he died the cost of that was unknown so I don't know how he died if the story is true of course but the creepiest part about the story in my opinion is that the world was uploaded after his death so either someone else put it online or who knows maybe something more sinister I'm not gonna make any assumptions but that's the story so after I heard the story I did some searching online for anything else I could find about it and I hardly got any results it's not really a well-known story but what I did find it's a download link and this download link claims to be the original safe of this world so I'm guessing it probably hasn't been downloaded and in years I'll be the first person to visit it so with no further ado let's get right into it and let's explore this cursed safe all right so I have the world downloaded and it should be in my game as you can see right here I'm on the latest version of Minecraft it says here that the version of the world is unknown but I can't I can see that the last time it was opened was back in 2012 and it was opened in survival mode so let's go right into it see where we start or where the last person playing this ended up oh that's interesting is it not working oh okay no it just had to load we can see all the stuff that's been built here I believe that's even in nether portal the bunch of random stuff wait a minute okay so that's interesting as you can see here so the last time so let's just say the last player on this world when he stopped playing he was on the ladder so I I don't know about you guys that usually when I play Minecraft not on a ladder I wait until I'm off the ladder before I quit - the ladder isn't finished yet we're gonna check that out later probably right now wanna head down and just explore some of these structures that have been built here see just a ravine here we see he's having some issues running this world for some reason I'm guessing is because everything is loading and it's an old version it's from back in 2012 so maybe the loading was done differently back then but it's getting smoother slowly you've got a mushroom house it's kind of weird playing on this world knowing someone just abandoned it like almost 5 years ago see what he had in his inventory a bunch of cobblestone this is where there's a bunch of paintings on the ground here I'm guessing they used to be on the wall but someone took them down so let's put them back up it's even one outside a guardian weight that I'm gonna put this up real quick then I'm gonna investigate that house their guardian no sword but we got this diamond X that we might have to use I'll be honest it is getting kind of creepy now sis cuz I got no clue what I'm gonna find down here I mean even if the story is true that someone died while playing on this world it doesn't mean anything like people die all the time due to strange reasons doesn't mean it's paranormal doesn't mean they're spirit or whatever got teleported into the game but still it's kind of it's scary thought nobody would they were building back here do I have any food with me just just an apple okay I might have to get back for some food [Music] or so they stopped building you just close them down to the cobblestone [Music] to back up see what else we can find [Music] I'm Hank is guardian nearby some I'm guessing this that's a water temple somewhere in the water around here I haven't really seen any water I am in survival mode by the way so I do need to eat maybe if if there's anything interesting that I find I might switch to creative mode see everything seems to be almost empty hoping they left me sir aww awesome they left me some raw chicken some raw pork chops let's go check out this guardian sounds really close see ah we found it okay so there's a water temple right here this looks really trippy check this out I'm guessing it has something to do with the old version at least that's what I'm guessing I might put this world up for download make make my own download link it has enough interest and if you guys want to investigate for yourself just let me know on Twitter or in the comments section and I'll see what I can do if now let's get the hell out of here okay so that's the jump scare for this video oh snap dude can break any blocks at least not quickly I'm gonna get out of here they sounded really nearby but they're not that close to the base so I should be safe there so there's some other buildings that we haven't checked out is that a is that a ship I'm seeing doesn't look finished and another portal isn't enabled I wonder if this is what it was like when the owner of the safe was playing or if this is something that that's caused by the new version of Minecraft because there's some pretty I'm guessing strange stuff around here like not just the temple but look at some of the blocks in the air industry and the fact that this house is flooded by water like why would anyone flood his own house with water don't really see a reason for it I'm gonna go up on that mountain look around see if there's anything else that I missed some more structures around here we're gonna check out later did I bring my ladders yes I did luckily I have enough ladders to get up here let's see what the highest point is all right that's perfect okay so I can see most of the surrounding areas let's see it doesn't look like there's anything built over there because I'm guessing most of the buildings are in this area you're gonna go through the buildings and in the end I think the final thing we're gonna do is get into the nether see what we find in there there's a stone building over here God are indoors I'm hoping there's a switch nearby otherwise I'm not sure how I'm gonna get in let's await 30 seconds to break the stone this ravine looks kind of sinister check it out complete darkness some mobs don't think we can explore this entire world and one video might have to split it up in multiple videos this one knows maybe you guys will notice something while watching this and I can check it out in another video see we should be able to mine this now nothing here interesting see he did have some iron somewhere around here we're gonna use that to make flint and steel so you can enable the matter I'm not sure where I saw the iron might have been in the wall main base I'm guessing this is I'm guessing this is the main base so you got flint some more apples and we got still awesome there we go that's what we need to go into the nether and see what we'll find in there see you all on the other side up to the surface all right I think most people are here now we're gonna go into single-player I'm gonna go into the world as you can see the last time I was in here was back on the 2nd of April that's when I recorded the video and we stopped right here in the nether [Music] I'm thinking we're gonna be exploring the nether a little bit then when we were done with that we're gonna go back into the red into the regular world and explore some more except this guy's this time you guys will be with me right now the nether looks normal don't see anything out of the ordinary yet [Music] but I'm hearing a guest and I'm not seeing it oh there we go Oh watch this watch this watch this watch this okay never mind okay let's go back into the regular world we'll go into the nether later oh did you guys see that one all right so I've read some of your comments and there's some strange stuff that you guys point it out to me so one of the first things that I read in the comments is about the water temple now here's the weird thing so what I've read in the in the comments section tell me if this is true because I'm not completely sure this world was created in 2012 and back then minecraft didn't have water temples but this world does have one and it's not it's not finished it's like a half complete water temple it's not completely generated I guess you could say we haven't explored any caves yet let's see this looks like that's not a dead end I was gonna say it looks like a dead end but I can see it continues let's see what the best way would be to get in here [Music] there we go see we have sixty torches [Music] I'm gonna use them [Music] we can hear the Guardians all the way over here which is kind of strange I don't think that's normal but you guys know when I when I went to the water temple it was quite far away from the base but I could still hear him so this just leads outside see if there's anything I missed [Music] nope looks like it okay so this just goes in a circle this goes back outside see where we end up and it's actually getting dark now [Music] are we near the water temple [Music] you think we were but there's just something strange with the Guardians they very loud for some reason then we're gonna go into the water temple later just to see if there's anything weird I'm not gonna take anything valuable with me because we're probably gonna die when we try it right I'm still much how did I miss this maybe I shouldn't run into this maybe we should just be a little calmer I did not see this when I was recording the video didn't look close enough looks like it's gonna be a dead end we're gonna check it out we're gonna go back into the nether later because we haven't really explored very well since we got stopped by a guest thats it looks like this is nothing there's nothing here so we're gonna go back slowly because I've seen enough horror movies I know there's a very long hallway something's gonna pop up behind you [Music] we've already been here [Music] okay now we're hearing the Guardians again so I think we're gonna go to bed and we're gonna go back to the water temple see if we can get in there without drowning or getting killed and see wired that this dude put his bed right here let's go feels weird sleeping on a bed that doesn't belong to me like seriously while you think about it if the story is true this is a dead man's bed so I hope I didn't really I didn't start a curse by sleeping on it and it looks like this area hasn't been built upon but there we go found a cave system this cave looks explored there's torches in here oh it looks like no no this is a dead end because this is where he continued say if he found anything here they didn't put any torches this way so I'm guessing they didn't check this place out okay this looks big this looks pretty big we're gonna go follow the torches so this is uncharted territory whoever was playing on this world I'm guessing Dave never visited this place because I'm assuming if they did visit this place they would have put torches down or mined this gold [Music] [Music] this cave is really big guys I think I'm quite far away from the place I got in place I got in from [Music] and as I said you know what I might do I might actually go into creative mode to explore the water temple I think that's actually safer because there's no reason why I should stay in survival for that [Music] I made a mistake but I still found my way up to the surface oh snap are we near the temple wait wait a minute that normal I'm gonna ask the chat is that normal I wasn't in the water and I was all the way over here like the jet question is that even possible so we see a lot of people saying that's not normal dude look how may God is there [Music] and they just disappeared that's really that's really weird honestly it's really strange did you guys see how many Guardians there were and then they just all went away look how many Guardians there are you can see it look one two three four five six seven oh snap you know what we're gonna go into land you can allow allow cheats and I'm gonna put it to game old one as we're gonna do and we're gonna go out of the game uh-oh my game just crashed [Music] my game just crashed guys you know what we're gonna go into land I'm gonna load allow cheats and I'm gonna put it to game mode one because we're gonna do and we're gonna go out of the game uh-oh my game just crashed my game just crashed guys all right I'm gonna assume that's normal I just messed around okay so we're gonna go back in single-player you guys can wait you guys can see I'm going in single-player same world except this time I'm in creative mode at least I should be yes I am now we're gonna go into the water temple a lava inside of water is that a thing [Music] this place is giving me the creeps something's off with this temple like let's see I should probably have a way to light everything up all right that's way better [Music] okay so something is killing the Guardian you guys check the subtitles I'm guessing it might be the love I hear so honestly I've never seen this before so I don't know if this is normal but you'd think lava in the water would turn into cobblestone or something I'm actually gonna test it how would this even be possible see the lava doesn't lead anywhere does it [Music] I think this is a good way to see look it's a perfect square the temple is in a perfect square lake I guess you can call it see that [Music] if you go up above it you can see it even better [Music] so it goes all the way down starting here in a perfect square they know that we have creative mode it should also be safer to go into the nether [Music] holy crap are you guys seeing what I'm seeing wait this isn't normal look at the chunk of this is where the base is look what it looks like look go straight down that's not normal look it's it's like this entire chunk is separate from the rest of the of the world right enough speculation let's go into the nether where we left off last time in the in the video and since we're in creative mode we don't have to fear anything [Music] [Music] wait he he built another nether portal [Music] I didn't see any other narrow portals [Music] wait a minute wait a minute do I have Alzheimer's [Applause] okay so death portals is there and this one leads here why does he have two portals this close to each other what would you even do that like what's the point of putting a net up bottle right here while you already have one like 30 seconds away and on such a strange place like I'm not sure about you guys that I've never put the nether portal and Bob for tree all kinds weird errors in this world what it looks kind of this looks crazy well this looks sick let's I've got the straggle I promised we'd go into the nether so that's what we're gonna do now and I'm gonna put this world up for download as soon as this stream has been edited and uploaded so you guys can look forward to that see what kind of freaky stuff you can find in the nether I'll be honest the nether looks normal compared to the regular world the nether looks normal which isn't something I thought I'd be saying anytime soon except for this part [Music] [Music] this place is completely sealed in [Music] lilia this place is completely sealed in all these mobs in here couldn't even get out even if they want to there we go we found a way out you know what we're actually gonna be doing something I'm very curious about we're gonna go back to the regular world what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna generate a new world with the seed with this world see what happens right so we're gonna go to the main menu and I haven't done this before okay I something I just made up I'm gonna call it 2.0 go into creative mode how can you see see what it looks like [Music] so we've seen at biome so this is the same seed but the entire island like the entire place where the base was built doesn't exist be that I actually got goosebumps now this if you generate a world using the seed it the island doesn't exist the land doesn't exist I don't even see what I'm gonna look closely I don't even see the water temple I recognize this biome that's crazy let me see what am I gonna use for the main base this base is flooded wait okay we just discovered something I'll write I'm guessing your life right now what's up everyone welcome to the stream my name is dark and I'm your host here at dark corners and in this stream slash video we'll be returning to the haunted world that explored a while ago let me get away from these sheep because they're ruining my intro so if we quickly sum up what happened during the previous video slash live stream I explored a bit of this world we discovered that this chunk is completely separated from the rest of the seed in fact if we get the seed from this world and generate the new world this entire area doesn't exist it's just water which was pretty pretty crazy to see I'm actually in survival now I used to be in creative mode because what we'll be doing is actually playing on survival and seeing if anything strange will happen lucky for us we have a little head start whoever played on this world already got a little base for us some bets and I'm hoping some food let's go around here I guess when I'm flying creative mode I tend to miss a lot of stuff do believe I've been in here so just four people one ring I haven't found any new information about this world it might just be a myth it might just be an urban legend I don't know I just think it's pretty creepy and it's pretty interesting and I'm hoping you guys will think so too we're gonna go through every single building I think I've been through every one but I'm gonna go just in case wondering what this is looks like he was building a moat of some some kind maybe it was trying to build it around his base so no mobs could get in I've done that before we aren't really mind into this mountain think it would be a smart thing to do that well first of all let me check five food I got a bunch of pork chop okay we're fine but this is pretty dangerous we're pretty loaded here we got a bunch of diamond stuff some gold I think we should probably save this stuff somewhere just in case I die speak of the devil we got some skeletons here trying to kill me with the jokes on them let me see what am I gonna use for the main base this base is flooded wait I made you swim okay that's interesting okay we just discovered something okay so this sign says I made you a swim pool I'm guessing loose translation I made you a swimming pool I made a swimming pool for you which makes me believe there was more than one person on this on this world okay that's that's really interesting so there's at least at least two people because I don't know about you guys but I don't talk to myself like this in Minecraft if I make a sign for a swimming pool I just put in swimming pool if I'm playing with a friend however I could see myself putting this here if my friend is offline okay that's interesting you know what we're gonna do we're gonna get some cobblestone we're gonna clear this place out from the water okay this is the last block I think right consider suggest in here let's check out this base I think we might as well just close it off we'll use this as the main base for now alright let's use this test we're gonna store some of our valuable items the rest of the stuff can fell I'll go in here doesn't matter if it's junk I also way too much food and hold my hands okay that should be good see we were going we were going to the mountain over here let's make sure we we remember this building this will be returning there actually a staircase here I'm not sure if I've ever seen this one I think I might have passed that during the previous livestream yeah this is where I spawned I remember it all the way up here's find a good place to start mining I notice on this world my game is a bit laggy doesn't run as well as it normally does I'm not sure if it has to do with something to do with this world or the fact that the version of this world isn't the same as the current version like look here if I look down game is smooth it's interesting might not mean anything but I think it's interesting can already find a good place to start mining here it's all wait wait wait I'm seeing something over there I just said it's all dirt but I saw a bit of rock over here might even be a Ghaith let's check it out okay can see it's a bit dark in here luckily I brought my my torches with me and I know you guys complain about me not putting down Torchwood stream I'm sorry about that sometimes I forget so I've tried to keep it in mind on the road Disco's it almost feels like a staircase doesn't it of course I forgot to bring cobblestone with me and I don't have a weapon this might be a problem [Music] it looks like a dead end over here but knock this way all right this is definitely a gave everyone okay you know what I'm gonna do I'm gonna get out of here oh my god this is a problem this is a problem no no no no no no no no no that's my own fault okay we're gonna as you can see look at this guy's my game is not smooth at all I think it has something to do with the world wait you know what I'm gonna do uh let's get a weapon real quick I'm gonna head oh my god I'm stuck see where that house is set get a weapon this will have to do anything else anything else I spring some cobblestone with us just in case it's getting dark guys so we have to hurry up okay see ya sorry about the lag guys it has something to do with this world I can't help it so I have no idea what why this world is causing the game to run like this because if we look at it it doesn't have a lot going on it's just a bunch of houses guys if you want to download link in the previous it's time to put on the creepy tone not make the same mistakes we don't have to worry about that creeper anymore so that's good I should have made a shield let's make sure this makes sense all right so I am in survival people I might play on the server on this world more while I'm at it let's show you guys I am in single-player I haven't done this in a while but I'm gonna show you guys if I drop this and I pause the game this freezes this only happens in single-player you can try this a multiplayer doesn't happen you also can't click this in multiplayer anyways now that we have that out of the way I am in survival so I do need to collect resources and I do need to watch my hunger oh my god this gives bigger than it looks then it looked from outside all right there we go bunch of coal here we hit the old jackpot put your boots on oh thanks for reminding me you office didn't notice I didn't have my boots on make sure this is lit up you have no idea what we're walking into right here a bunch of iron I could use some iron tools okay so I am in sneak mode right now so if you hear any footsteps or whatever they're not coming from me you're not a dead end we're gonna dig in here just in case it wouldn't be the first time we find something behind an alleged dead end I'm guessing this is really a dead end I see some dirt though you can see how close I am to the surface six six six back to the main base did this where I died this is where I came down from have I even been here I'm guessing so I put down a torch I should have been here unless someone else put the torch down still nighttime but the next day is almost here let's see my base is this way well my base or that that feels wrong it's not my base what are we gonna call it I don't know what the person appeared on this world was called or persons since we just found out our that was more than one person allegedly so you have four people that just joined I found out that were allegedly multiple people playing on the server on this world let me show you how I found out so this building was flooded by water it kind of looked griefed and then I noticed this sign it said I made you a swim pool so I made you a swimming pool which means whoever floated this building I'm guessing it could have been a griefer because why would you flood someone else's building and then put down a sign that says I made you a swim pool now why would you put down a sign like this which you stayed that you did something if it's not meant for someone else does that make sense to you guys or am I just blabbering now I mean this ship doesn't seem to agree with me it's a bit of a case of Stockholm Syndrome I used to be really scared of horror stories in horror movies but at some point I started enjoying them which is when you think about it it's kind of weird that people like to get scared from horror movies and stuff so yeah that's how we found out that that's what more than one person you've also been noticing that my game isn't smooth on this world which is threat normally my game is smooth but on this world might be sea seems to have a problem running it at running Minecraft so I'm wondering what would be causing that okay so we explored that area then we're gonna head this way not sure if I remember where that water temple was I think it's this way not going to Adobe cuz we've already explored that in its entirety yeah that we're not going there last time we went there we got like two jump scares we've also been in the nether and we just found another cave one of these two entrances are going to be connected any meenie miney mo we're going to this cave right now so more Aaron I keep finding iron and cool oh look at that this just got way more interesting I'm gonna dig straight down this time cuz I know what's down there I'm still getting lost in here I am gonna get lost I know it already let's make sure I remember where I came from I'm already running out of torches you know what I'm gonna do from now on I'm gonna put torches on the ground so I know exactly which way to walk what's the scariest horror story that you've heard I can't really pick one I can tell you though when I was a kid there was a book series I love to read I think you might know what there was a movie they made a movie out of it recently and there was also a TV show a while back like a long time ago when I was old was I think seven or something it's called goosebumps I've read so many of those books I'd go to the library I'd search for the Goosebumps books and I'd read one and one day and not be scared for the rest of the day well for the rest of the night because it would take me an entire day to read it make sure we leave a trail of torches I'd use breadcrumbs if I had some but I don't let's see I feel like we're about to go in a circle yep let's see this is a no you're kidding me are we right under the yeah I think you might be under the water temple it was the best way down check this out think I'm just gonna dig it dig my way down it might be a bit risky though because I could get shot from a from down here I think I saw a skeleton somewhere how common are ravines in Minecraft because it feels like I find one in every single world that I thought I play home like really near the spawn and all that stuff they were almost completely done gotta watch out for this zombie over here alright let's get rid of this stick him out of his misery life as a zombie would suck I think let's make sure I live a little we have a problem though I only have ten torches left right now don't have wood with me so I can't make any more so we might have to head back to the base and make some torches or at least get out of this case you get some sticks and make some if we have a bunch of coal I'm gonna get some more equipment and never gonna head back oh don't tell me I'm lost already see this this is the problem I'm gonna make sure this is clearly the way out alright let's see let's see there we go that wasn't hard at all for the people that want the seed check the chat in Minecraft that's the seed you can find a download link to this world on my previous episode check my channel for that oh this is really where my game keeps freezing for some reason my minecraft does not like this world so I apologize if the stream seems a bit choppy it has something to do with this world I have no idea what's up it's actually getting dark now I might as well go to bed even though we have no bed perfect timing sheep see if I can find one more cuz I'm on the bed in there otherwise I have to find a bed in one of these bases oh I apologize sheep I did not have to kill you really sorry about that see where am I gonna put this bed oh my thing well I could put this in this oh sorry sorry I did not mean to invade in your privacy mister I'm sorry but now I have to if you're not gonna let me sleep sleep is important you need eight hours of sleep a day you know what as soon as I'm at that it gave I'm gonna put down a bunch of blocks so I can see where it is from a distance here we go okay so we need some torches make a bunch of sticks there we go get back in that cave I think I've passed it give it what we're gonna do first let's see if there's a soft landing for me somewhere we're gonna create a beacon all right so now I remember where this cave is I can't lose it let's hope I make this jump I think this way swish safer here we go whoa that was close my whole life flashed before my eyes it is actually the other side of the cave I haven't checked this one out yet I also saw I saw someone in the chat asking me what my favorite part about making these videos is well I enjoy editing them I'm not a very efficient editor so I'm a pretty slow editor I find it pretty hard to edit my videos but I do enjoy making them I enjoy reading the first few comments responding to people like whenever I'm in my bed it's Twitter comments Netflix and lately I've been checking out discord more too so thought I said oh I thought it was a creeper I got some slime what can you make with slime balls I forgot you could make liek a leash right I think that's it you can make sticky pistons with a slime ball too bad I'm bad with pistons I'm gonna be honest with you all if it's something advanced in Minecraft I probably can't handle it anyways not a bit of exploring here this cave is way too big to explore in one stream so we'll have to return there at some point think right now we've done enough exploring and this is where we'll leave it for now I will continue next time thank you all so much
