I Did A Full Face Of Glam Using ONLY Special Effects Makeup

hello Sundays this is your ASMR lemon Gore tutorial today like the title says I'm learning we will be doing a full face of glam using only sfx products let us begin that Harley background oh and now it's it's not a Harley tutorial this is misleading but it will involve a lot of red so I figure let's go overkill and dress everything around me in red I'm not gonna lie I don't think this is going to be a very big success I've been debating going the nikkietutorials route where I genuinely try to do my absolute best and blow everyone away with how impressive my skills are even when I'm not using regular things and then I was wondering could I even do that if I wanted to and the answer is I'm not actually sure wrong video but most likely I'm going to look like a toddler who found mom's makeup for the first time because I can't imagine I can use FX products in a way that is really gonna look like glam but we're gonna try and I'm also gonna try to get creative with the things that I use because I could just use cream paints for everything but I don't think that's fun so I'm going to go for the variety I'm gonna go for some of the things that make absolutely no sense to use because otherwise what fun is this it's none other fun and y'all ain't here for none of the fun you're here for at least two out of ten fun and I think we can achieve that let's begin first I already eye makeup on so that's problem this was my running errands makeup goodbye eyebrows was nice knowing you look at this ginger underneath and posture down here look my neck is this just my gingery face isn't I can't help it except that I could if I stopped handing by the wound you know the biggest problem with doing tutorials is that I can't just listen to Celine Dion the whole time imagine how much more fun we'd have if I could do that the only thing that makes sense to me foundation wise is to start with Korean pains because we need something with a little bit of moisture and some coverage this is like a ghostly white shade / Mynor Mille shade well you know I have a little bit of a tan so I'm gonna mix it with this brown to try to get a foundation color but you know we're not dealing with colors that are meant to the flesh of a human so we'll see how this goes this is gonna feel fantastic it's so thick that's what she said I can't put that in the video by the way these are been night cream paints in case you're wondering one is called ultra light and one is called character shadow oh it's the basically contour maybe we'll use this again for contour oh so thick so thick very viscous foundation if I do say so myself this foundation would have benefited from a primer but they don't quite do primers and S effects oh look at that good fake tan yeah I mix this with a darker color and it's still so white hold on we got this it's fine whoops okay so need to mix in a little more I don't think this is the way to do it though this is probably a terrible idea it's fine figure it out yeah see ya a plus technique oh no I'm genuinely trying here but these are supposed to make you look ghostly so what else do you think is gonna happen wait should I even be using a Beauty Blender oh no I shouldn't even be using a Beauty Blender okay let me let me hold on well I should be using this kind of sponge cuz even though you can use this for glam they're very commonly used in FX and these are not therefore I feel like I just have to start over you know cuz like not that I don't love what's happening here or feel like I could do better but I didn't do the challenge right so we just gotta start from square one whoops you'd be cheating otherwise attempts number two I'm going to mix again ghostly white the shadow color which looks deceptively warm but it's really not and the tiniest bit of this reddish orange color it hopes that it'll warm it up just a little bit I don't know how to say it's probably about a dip let's try it cuz see when you mix those two together it gets gray so I feel like we need some peachy type warmth but I don't have a peach FX color cuz why would I need that as much red is going in and I'm gonna mix in a little bit of yellow now because I feel like now it's too pink I this is not my forte part of the fun I have no idea what I'm doing there we go it's starting to look like a thing yeah I'm a genius tell me that's not founded okay that doesn't look very good it looks better in person let's see what happens I have never mixed foundation quite like this before with our very FX friendly sponge oh that looks too dark but we can adjust if need be yeah okay a little too dark but I'll add in some more of our ghost color and we'll be good to go do-overs are the best you know these sponges aren't so bad in place of a Beauty Blender they're pretty much matches we'll blend down the neck a little bit what why-why-why adventures and FX foundation random spikes of red so this is a nice dewy foundation if you like matte foundations I do not recommend cream pants there's a lot of moisture it may never sit I'm gonna take a little more of our ghostily color and put it in highlight areas to give the center of the face that of sexy I'm trying my best to show that I'm trying my best early on because I anticipate things going to hell very quickly with this tutorial we should contour too and since this is called character shadow I assume that means it will be the perfect contour color we shall see looks looks a little bruised but it works yeah I'm not loving that but we got to commit at this point we've come this far across the face and if you guys want to see me do a full face of FX using only glam products I can do another one before the record pretty much everything I did for the next face Awards was the FX using only glam makeup the challenge and kind of like a drugstore makeup challenge too cuz NYX is now a drugstore brand it was hard I am particularly proud of this monster because he was done entire with only FX NYX products with the exception of latex and I guess cotton bolls but everything else is glam makeup worth checking out if you've never seen that one also the fake live stream that goes along with it if you guys are new here and you didn't see the fake live stream as it actually happened it was pretty fun highly recommend what's happening to my hair I'm just gonna you know what we're doing FX it's gonna start getting spooky the wig can get spooky too that's fine I what I'm moving on okay eyebrows no powder since I would consider any translucent powder something that I would use in FX makeup I will just be using this it says translucent I'll be using this translucent powder from morphe to set my greasepaint foundation alright base is done and it's not that bad now to ruin everything okay so I was thinking I use a lot of alcohol activated paints in FX so I'd like to use some for this look however I can't get too close to the eye because I don't want to get drunk through my eyeballs and also it is bad to put alcohol in your eyes so I don't want to get them anywhere near the vicinity I feel like eyebrows are far enough away from my eyes as long as I'm careful that I can use alcohol activated paints this way it's the down-and-dirty palette from venial it's mostly Browns and if I use these to do my eyebrows and fill those in I feel like that might work we can try anyway that's the motto of the video we can try let's try 99% alcohol even whippin up FX cups for this I really want to find an excuse to use latex or pros-aide somewhere in this but I don't know if that's gonna happen I'm gonna use the color grime mixed with Filth here goes nothing I am skeptical let's use more grime than filth filth is kind of grey oh that is a strong amount of color steps in of the make sense see this is actually challenging I mean it looks okay so far but it's difficult because I'm used to using cream products on my brows or you know things that are much more flexible as a medium but this is kind of like wherever you set it it starts to dry immediately as the alcohol evaporates and controlling the translucency of it and opacity of it it's difficult and this is a nerve-wracking way to fill in your brows like that doesn't look very natural but I don't know if we're gonna get much better that works it matches my hair which was all I was aiming for really the smell of alcohol in the morning this is actually a great way to wake yourself up if he gets them in your eyes you'll really be awake do recommend things were going so well now I have a hole in this eyebrow do you see it yeah I see it the problem is it's hard to fill in right now it's fine I'll fix it it's fine so it never happened gland products break my eyebrows aren't even but that's not a side effect of using FX products that's a side effect of me being me so let's move on not bad though otherwise colors not bad application can be dealt with with some finessing sisters not twins what happened here aim for twins though what happened there I spoke too soon i I'm not I'm not sure I don't know why right now but my eyebrows remind me of the eyebrows of the guy from the staircase on Netflix cuz they just look kind of bushy to me why do I see him why am I seeing this old man who may or may not be a murderer on my face Netflix if you'd like to pick up a new mystery series and got one for you it's the mystery of why there's an old man appearing on my face through eyebrows I don't have a clue what I'm actually talking about motto of the channel I don't have a clue what I'm talking about that's better another good motto it's better doesn't have to be the best just better eyes though here's where a little stumped I guess water-activated paints those are safe to use around the eye honestly cream paints would probably blend nicer but they would crease and we already used cream paints so I feel like we need to eliminate them actually this could be a good idea I have some dirt here this is like planes dust kind of dirt sadly brown color and then we have this charcoal powder for like soot burns general dirty zombie and there are powders so they might make a good eyeshadow I'm aiming for the nikkietutorials no mirror makeup challenge here I'm trying to look like a cheated and this is the perfect combo for a smoky eye so we're gonna try that I do use fluffy brushes sometimes and FX to do bruising usually alcohol activated palates and such so I don't feel like this is off limits but I've dabbed that in a little bit of our planes dust and I'm going to put that over the lid area and in the crease blending up towards the eyebrow see what the fallout is like on this puppy it's basically just like a brown pigment I feel like I'm cheating a little bit with this one but there's no guarantee that this is gonna blend out well like I'm already skeptical but i'ma try cuz that's the motto alright so far so good go underneath the eye to try and take this seriously because I'm trying to think of this as like I show up to set with only my FX kit because I think that that's all I'm gonna need and then the directors like yo make that face pretty I need some glam - and it's Leonardo DiCaprio sitting in my chair and he needs a full face of glam and I can't disappoint him or naturally Christopher Nolan who is shooting the whole movie what would I do I'd have to make [ __ ] work so I'm trying to make [ __ ] work right now alright charcoal dust I'm a little afraid let's start in the outer corners maybe people will leave the inner corners kind of light bad enough yeah there's some blue on this brush I don't want to talk about it oh this is a very nice matte black shadow comparable to corrupt from makeup geek I forget all the other names of all the other matte black shadows in the world but all of those I've never been more terrified of fallout in my life because I don't want to go through the cream paint foundation challenge a second time today technically if they're done I had two shots I don't deserve a third and underneath well I've given myself black eyes with FX makeup before but this is a first got to cut it I can't find the lid to my charcoal powder and it's stressing me out so much because the last thing I want in the entire world is for this giant jar of black pigment basically to go flying out it's right here literally right in front of my face do you guys ever lose things when they're in your hand I do that a lot I lose my phone when it's in my hand frequently let's move on for the mascara because look at how weird my eyelashes look now I'm gonna use water activated paints I guess to try to just paint them black I don't really know what else to do what else we're gonna try cuz we know I can't do it with alcohol activate the paint that's mmm danger a water activated should work just fine I'm leaving a comment on Liza's picture right now she's my girl crush she's everybody's girl crush okay mascara for this I will use this the infamous cosmetics kit older zombies know what I'm talking about when you don't want to use brushes and ruin them but it's full of disposable stuff and disposable stuff is great for FX makeup and in particular today I will need the disposable mascara wand I also have a cup of water or as s philadelphians say it water and black water activated paints this one happens to be from graftobian I am dipping my mascara wand in my water and then I am just going to grease it up that I just spray black on my face I did we're off to a great start well it's subtle it's understated we're gonna leave it like there beauty marks and I'm going to play a little more gently there's gonna be some Columbia mascara but we have no other choice oh this feels so wrong oh it's in my eye oh god oh god do you see that do you see that ah disaster strikes yeah yeah yeah okay that doesn't feel good when I rinse that [ __ ] out alright life-lessons ghost oh what died just blink mascara on my brick no oh so much is going so wrong so fast I'm not sure what happened you are not sure what happened so we're gonna move on with our lives Oh something still doesn't feel right all my eyes getting already oh god yeah for everyone who's always saying in the comments that I'm high because my eyes are red and I'm acting funny it's just because one I have chronically dry eyes thanks to accutane and two i'm hilariously weird that combo is apparently indicative of marijuana usage now and I'm starting to disappoint folks I do not smoke I hate this I hate everything about this I thought this was gonna be the easier part but it's messing everything up get the under lashes to up that got more in my eye good good you take that part about mascara for granted even when you mess it up it's still way better than this [ __ ] well that works good enough though see if I can destroy this I'd choke brick okay see the tricky part with water activated mascara is that when you brush it if anything flicks down you splatter yourself with black you see that I don't want to touch it because I know it's gonna happen if I touch it I gotta touch it that's a beauty mark now bad is now beauty mark we're moving on you gotta go real slow and not blink too fast and not flick it it's the only way Wow my left eyeball hurts well this doesn't do much in the ways of lengthening and thickening them our charcoal powder starting to get weird on that side too all right I'm going back in gotta fix some [ __ ] things were going so smooth I need eyelashes especially with a look like this where I just oh my god well my eye ever be the same again another note every time you touch your face you get rid of all of your cream paint foundation I don't want to blink too hard cuz I'm worried I'm gonna just transfer all of that aqua paint onto my lower lids how can I do lashes while keeping it FX crazy lashes like lashes outside of ordinary glam type lashes would that work does that count can I cheat it to make it work because I have a lash addiction that I have to feed do I have crazy lashes I honestly don't know if I own any FX type lashes or like costume lashes because I generally hate them I feel like they always look tacky so I haven't tried using any in a while see these are all normal that don't work okay I have these I haven't worn these since 100 days of makeup I don't know if you can tell this is a Charlie Chaplin mustache flash they're so long I feel like these are pretty cost to me because I doubt anyone's wearing these out whether they're going clubbing or not these are gonna reach my eyebrows so let's do these I feel like these count enough I'm using lash glue which is basically liquid latex so that still works found a way to do lashes so this should go pretty standard she says she nervously applies giant lashes to her eyeballs Jesus Christ can you see look at that these have a profile longer than my nose it was ridiculous like who so I kind of feel like you can't even wear these unless you're gonna put a regular set underneath I might do that at the end for fun just to balance things out but for now I'll stick to the plan which is to be obnoxious also a motto of the channel be obnoxious I feel like these are casting a shadow all over my face they're a cloud that follows me the lash cloud I want to be a husky when I grow up but you guys want to see me turn myself in directly cuz I really feel like I want to and you guys have asked for it so much but I also don't think I would do it well and I'm a makeup artist so I should have no excuse for that turning myself into recognizable things that are not bloody is not really my forte unless it's nightmare Squidward or a nightmare spongebob but if you really want to see it I can try let me know like this video if you'd like to see that if this video gets 200,000 likes I will turn myself into Ripley good luck these are so big I feel like I wouldn't even need a parachute to jump out of a plane these are so big they could put visors out of business also so good at leaving the 1990s also I'm pretty sure one of these is cut much shorter than the other with wise so I got one that's sticking out real far and this one shorter whoops sisters not twins this is a first okay so far so good there's not much left but I think we need to get into some real challenging fun naturally I don't think this look would be complete without a little blood so I'm gonna use some mouths safe liquid blood and some scab blood to kind of give myself like a pretty subtle red tinted pout hopefully oh I just spilled blood all over myself and then you pull the lights on me oh yeah whoops I have no actual clue how to successfully do this so I'm just gonna wing it like so boom I'm always in the search for the perfect red lipstick perhaps this is it kind of concerned this might bleed a little though in the fine line area that's oh look it's like a lip gloss kind of a minty minty lip gloss oh that's sticky I don't like that there's gotta be a way to make this more precise oh that feels awful hmm-hmm-hmm tastes good though and I can live with that let's see if this little tiny brush can help us out at all trying my best well it's not the most even lipstick I've ever tried in the world maybe some scab blood will help give her a nice smooth the exact opposite of what's gonna do but let's do it anyway I'm concerned I'm excited this will be the first time I've ever used scab blood as a lipstick hmm is like icing a cake uh this is a very thick lip gloss very thick it actually looks kinda nice no I'm not gonna lie it's gonna get all over me and in my wig and it's gonna feel awful but beauty is pain especially when it's done with non beauty products this is the definition of glam and gore using scab blood as lipstick I can't even tell you how awful this feels I hate this more than I've hated anything and I've hated wearing a lot of looks on this channel Ramos there huh I got this I got this okay so I have to smooth it out and then not touch it at all I think it's the only way cuz it's so ugly when you do touch it huh I'm pretty sure once I get this top lip done I'm gonna have to take pictures before I mess it all up the final look pictures and then do the outro mine doesn't I like I don't even wanna this is such a good look I think that's maybe as good as that's gonna get I just realized though I'd also like to do a little bit of highlight on my cheeks because we didn't do that really and I have an idea a great way to get a natural glow could be to use a tiny bit or a lot of glycerin we use glycerin to make smelly gelatin smell it him but today we're gonna get our cheeks poppin with that natural dewy shine when I was younger if I knew that I was going to be hanging out with a boy that I wanted to hang out with but I didn't really want me to make a move on me I'd wear a red lipstick or a dark lipstick to discourage that [ __ ] but no lipstick would compare to this as discouragement missed opportunity all those years all right so I'm taking glycerin on our sponge a very little amount because we really just want like a very light shine okay but not so light that you can't see it it's so subtle and glowy oh-hoo natural highlight happen that probably won't last more than two minutes worth it well I liked everything up until the lashes and the lipstick I think this may be our final form this looks exactly like the look I did for how to do a basic smoky eye all those years ago it's pretty much exactly the same with the exception of Vaseline flood lips there's just no way to get this even honestly I don't care how long the insides of your fake lashes have been stabbing you in the eye I don't care how many times you've had your eyebrows waxed I don't care if you've had lip fillers botox whatever you think is painful beauty you don't know discomfort in the pursuit of beauty until you've put scab blood all over your mouth in thick layers I want nothing more than to just learn let's take some after pictures shall we while I look beautiful [Music] so that's the very subtle very kissable very glam it started out pretty good cream paint foundation turned out fine alcohol activated eyebrows not too shabby even our charcoal and dirt powder eyeshadow isn't so bad of a smokey eye but I'd say mascara lashes lipstick all went kind of downhill from there still we tried and considering I look not too far from normal my only regret is scab blood lips and you know what I didn't think it was possible for me to dislike scab blood in any context but I learned today there is one way in which I hate it and that's how uh why got to make sure I won't get lipstick on my teeth that actually wasn't so bad okay it just feels like it's oh oh oh it resulted in the teeth mark I hate this so much I don't even want to talk I don't even want to breathe I don't even want to breathe said bye emo Mikey in 2014 oh and I look extra emo what a look what did it look at how crusty focus focus on the crest level yeah yeah check that out oh my god it feels as awful as it looks I I realized I could have made things easier on myself by just choosing a water activated paint to do the lips but like I said I wanted to keep things interesting for you and fun for you which means less fun for me this is awful I've never appreciated life more than I do in this moment I need some
