I Bought A Storage Auction Locker For $60 ... LOOK WHAT I FOUND!

all right so it's storage unit day it's been a very very long time since i picked up a storage unit with everything going on it's been very very difficult to buy but actually right now probably in the last three or five days a lot have popped up online this is the second unit i've ever bought online uh van is empty got my tripod got my broom and my dustpan and we're going to uh hopefully find some treasury bought a unit 60 i paid online for this so let's see what we find inside the storage unit today let's do it maybe not i think that's it all right just showed up at the facility had the key this actually a really unique key brought along paper moose hired help hired help everyone's always said that i need to get help for these storage units so i finally recruited some help but yeah these are actually pre well these are actually pretty unique keys the guy was like something about it's like a soda can or not so can a sewed machine and you don't actually have locks on these so we'll see how well this goes so something about when you open it you're actually pulling out the whole assembly don't want to break it nope oh there we go i got it i feel like i'm away oh this guy a lot of money if i break this well uh we'll just keep this on the floor that's where it is slide that that way all right here goes nothing 60 bucks all right so this one was online uh what i saw straight from the start is that looked like it was kind of old i did not recognize that chair that looks actually pretty cool um we had a bunch of chairs on the left but i saw this old door and i saw that door in the back which kind of looked like a hobby lobby piece all these things i can see right now it says christmas you cannot read on the picture the only thing i could read was the easter and you couldn't see back here in this corner but it looks promising let's make it a good one see we got a storage unit today there we go got the left glove uh there's an air conditioner now if the unit pry was abandoned in march or february uh so there's a good possibility that might work because you want to need air conditioner in february you put one in there for summer and then get to it but we'll see how well it does it does have a lot of rust on it but i can definitely use a new air conditioner in my living what's room lovely chair oh it's actually not too bad get some spiders on it it's pretty clean all right seeing a little bit more this is actually really nice this is really nice it's almost mid-century-esque it's actually a good piece that's also a good piece also like these two things definitely sell storage wow those are some really nice chairs this kind of looks like mission oak got lots of bins all right so far her favorite piece so far probably my favorite piece is definitely this guy it's like that what is that clay is that what that is you think that's i clay know this like sounds like metal well oh we're both all right so we're gonna kind of work our way back obviously the cool things are definitely probably gonna be in the boxes even though that one well we'll see we'll see how this one goes i see a lot of christmas i don't know if that's new christmas or old christmas hopefully it's not lots of lawn stuff people love lawn stuff all right what's in this box oh that's that's kind of cool there's another matching piece of that over there in the corner what is that oh lost a carrot plates more plates are they named plate so they have something on the bottom now they're better homes better home plates these carrot things like this is kind of cool i wish the other carrot i guess i'll have to glue that on interesting never seen that before all right got rid of all these cheers what's behind oh that's cool oh yeah is that an auction tag also see so this unit most likely like a lot of people i say are these units stage are they fake i mean something like this if this was fake you'd probably put this up front a lot of this stuff also is really dusty and there's a lot of cobwebs on stuff so it seems like it's authentic it's not staged in any way which is one of the biggest issues in this business is a lot of facilities and a lot of people think that all these units are staged in a way there's actually a nice ladder back chair rocking chair at that wow yep so this is a place called the auction house it's a vintage nesco kerosene heater and whoever bought it paid 42 bucks that's what the tag on that thing let's was that pops up so they paid 42 for this these things always do sell is the one things that i just never understood they just they're nice decorative piece um this one's pretty complete but if i got 42 bucks for that i mean the chair the two chairs alone plus this i'll pay back for the whole unit on just those couple pieces and it looks like there's not going to be a lot of trash in this unit which is really nice i'll put this over here i'm trying to keep like the more interesting things for the video i mean there's a wheelchair in there but i don't know many people want to look at a wheelchair the other chairs and ottoman all right it's a nice welcome thing this would sell around christmas or the holidays what's in the box it's one of those nothing just a decorative now we have just what looks like a wine box that could very well be all right got box on boxes something in the corner box here for easter just looks like they have a wreath in a plastic bag it's actually kind of neat and a bunch of little small it's kind of like that as well [Applause] get your all your eggs in a basket and then into a wagon let's see something kind of cool next one this is just looks like a metal christmas tree just a display it's got a tag at the bottom this was that pure one for 39 i never even knew pure one is one of those comp this is actually kind of that does uh they don't do 99 cents afterwards it's just 39 bucks look who's popping out you can match uh my buddy who hangs out in my uh my hallway now you can see him i gotta take him out he looks pretty cool he looks to be fairly tall oh he's me he's chubby he's chubby it looks like he's made out of wood i think he's got to join my other one looks like he should have held something his hand oh yeah he has a hole in there so probably hold a flag or something they got a matching metal one find anything in there yeah probably dollar store snowman for two dollars you can take that out is huh that's interesting i think it does look colder it's on it's an older doll in a new stand yeah yeah it's definitely a howl yeah it looks just like small as your typical housewares stuff decoratives a little wagon this might be danish nope made in haiti interesting is that another carrot these people love carrots all right we've got a couple bins here looks like all almost like flour fake flour kind of stuff that you craft a little oh yeah well the flower guy the flower guy would be in heaven right now for all this stuff it's all little smalls for flower making reef making most likely everything's marked like a dollar bag these things this is a weird weird bin is that how it works oh yeah there's a little acorns and apples this is fabric lastly this looks like it's going to be more of that yeah this is probably all the make-a-reefs little pieces for reefs nice bend all right 16.98 nope frogs more frogs [Music] looks like also got a valet back here and then a door it's almost like all this stuff came out like a souvenir shop do you want to see that yeah annaly 1994. this might be some collective pieces here so we found this is a michael lee chinese character doll made in hong kong so it's definitely older all right so just to take couple boxes down uh looks like most of this stuff i don't know about that stuff i assume probably it's gonna be most of this um this well this was 30 bucks anna lee doll alley dolls there's a couple other pieces in the other box that was like that i don't know about these other pieces this might be closed verbal no maybe some voids bearers in there it's a ty beer yeah so it looks like a lot of this stuff is almost like souvenir shop stuff there's not really that much vintage um cottage crafters yeah [Music] what's going on it's probably upside down oh maybe it's you just gotta rip the hole yeah oh that was easy huh yeah a lot of this is just decoration christmas in july christmas in july so i mean it was come christmas time um it's not vintage it's vintage that might be vintage it's actually really neat it's a matching pair what the 125 dollars [Music] what is that that definitely set 125. all right well if that's really 125 dollars i doubled my my own issue on that but i highly doubt that but someone out there might know what kind of lamp that is besides a really nice one a little box of gordon figurines frogs there's frogs up the wazoo here smart that's another friend i even know what's holding i'm holding three frogs lots of frogs is this frog's also yep i got yourself a shoe oh that is old i feel like it's broken but it's not that's the best one porcelain she's nice not she's nice maybe there is a whole bag everything is priced like ten to fifty dollars that's i don't know if that's yeah a lot of these boxes are literally just this times like 50. i don't even know what category had fallen that feels like a face or something a carnival oh what is that called that's a man has a name it's not ben franklin it's something literally bought this at an auction do you remember when larry bought that was the auction this might be the bag that has all this stuff well we have to go through it i don't put that there [Applause] yeah they're all cups i thought they're all the same one they have a name that's actually really nice that blue yeah there's a name for that up top my head i don't know what they're called thomas jefferson i don't know what they're who is that is that washington that's george washington george washington yeah see well as far as i got in history class i really hope that box doesn't fall over so we'll just grab it oh it feels light a pillow some plush pumpkins moving along it's actually real corn this was twelve dollars but it's empty it's actually a nice mirror it's got zipper on it just the flush it's just the phone yeah it's a large pinecone it's real it's a really large pine cone okay more decorations lots of christmas and festive decorations do you know what kind all this is holy collection people find them super creepy and others are these them too no no pillow thimble oh that's another animal this yeah it is i mean you might have a money back just from them in this one box oh what's that guy turkey what the heck is this a washer i think it's a child's toy like a child washer yeah it's kind of cool 45 bucks they had on it i don't think that'd be a thousand sampling yeah it looks like a toy i don't expect to get 45 but like it if this whole unit was filled with this kind of stuff i mean you're looking at well if all this stuff is vintage you'll probably look at like 600 a thousand dollars worth of in retail but a lot of this stuff is going to be like dollar to three dollars i don't know about the anna lee dolls but the good thing is a lot of stuff is actually clean and it's going to sell and someone else is going to be oh yeah this is kind of cool oh yeah it's kind of like a homemade fan that's neat plug that one and see if it works salsa might enjoy it that's actually cool for sale so this was most likely maybe at a store and they had that like on the wall a matching pair 39 from amsterdam french writing oh this is nice you're like i don't know what it is all right kind of getting down to the last it's in bitsy's nice sign here if this was if we got this locker i don't know and probably two or three months it'd probably be a killer locker just to take everything i'm gonna probably just end up taking most of this up to the market in the next couple days um you know i think a lot of this like festive stuff or holiday stuff might not sell because it's just in the wrong time period but this this might also sell this feels like a glass face this was ah jewelry nor jewelry i thought there'd actually be a cat litter in there it looks like just a bunch of i don't know it's a mixture of stuff got some towels holiday stuff as well some more holiday stuff down to the last three boxes this looks like oh it looks like more decorations looks like all easter stuff bunny on the back all right over there oh oh that's actually really nice it's a new frame that's nice a nice artwork watercolor very cool does that say vaseline glass twenty two dollars for another frog item some more vaseline glass and some avon sheet yeah it looks like a fitted sheet interesting interesting a bunch of those shutters this is also a nice vintage table looks like tv table maybe maybe not even a tv table just like a really odd array of like vintage and antique and then just a ton of pure one stuff in here lots and lots of this i guess you can call it country wear interesting get yourself some mittens all right so it's all packed in there renee did an excellent job uh i decided most of the unboxing she did most of packing that's kind of helpful no it's very good um it's kind of amazing how like that unit seemed to be half full in some sort of way but yet the whole van is packed but a lot of you have asked what the the unit looks like after it's cleaned out it's almost like an asmr feature to it uh but yep all cleaned out all broom swept kind of sweating it's been a really hot one
