I bought An Abandoned Storage Locker for $5! ... Look What I Found!

all righty welcome back to the channel guys and girls welcome back to another storage auction Locker I picked up here I paid $5.00 for this locker it was loaded with stuff I know on the left side I think there's some sofas or couches and now it's going to be the biggest issue with a lot of other people why they didn't bid on it because you have to get rid of this stuff everything has to go if you guys are new to storage auction videos or storage auction lockers everything has to go the facility is owed a certain amount of money that the previous owner or tenant that rented out the locker did not pay and their whole intention is that they want clean out the locker and then rent it to someone else who will pay this is actually the first time actually got to see the whole sheet of every locker I was sold at this facility for auction and on the sheet it did say the amount that someone owed the date that they last paid on as well as you know there's some data about the locker itself the number and the size the footage of of each locker and I was sold so this locker was owed five hundred eighty three dollars they stopped paying about five months ago which means that the locker probably cost about all over a hundred dollars a month the highest paying locker that was owed there the highest owed locker at this facility for auction there was five that were sold was owed a thousand seven dollars one thousand seven dollars and that locker sold for 80 bucks there was four lockers that sold the one that sold for 80 was the highest selling and all the other ones sold for five bucks so I decided to pick up this one I'm very fortunate I can get rid of the couches the sofas I just put them out for trash myself and they do pick them up I don't have to pay a dumping fee but if you do have to pay a dumping fee you're probably looking about 50 60 bucks just hoping there's no televisions or anything like that or tires that I actually have to pay someone to remove and recycle in some sort of way but it should be fun let's see what we picked up at this storage locker facility and uh it's home for some treasures let's do it so this is the locker here we go up stuck on something on the left probably should also put on gloves all right what are we stuck on whatever this couch or sofa or something that's all stuff fun never easy with one hand a lot of people do recommend I usually go pro the problem is using a GoPros it doesn't pick up bad lighting so all you start recording this stuff everything is going to look like a blur you're not gonna be able to read any of those on that uh lots of Marshalls that might be alright got an air conditioner some good stuff but you're not gonna be a read a lot of stuff you're not gonna be able to see a lot of stuff it's when I look like a blur GoPros do not pick up bad lighting very well let's push this thing back and open this thing up let's do some first impressions on this locker five bucks five total doll hairs and the reason why I picked up four five bucks is because I knew I can definitely see at least $40 worth of stuff here you got a ten dollar crate up there you got a two dollar umbrella these are all going to be mystery boxes I see there is a big piece of furniture there hopefully that's two pieces you got probably an empty oil thing I've got a cane over there we'll get to that shortly I'm curious if there's anything hidden I guess there's not anything hidden I was going to say hidden behind here but it looks like they packed it in pretty good you do see something back there these look like golf clubs or no I don't know what these are these are just the poles of some sort that might be it looks like a bumper so I guess we'll start peeling some of this stuff out you have a picture frame here I did bring some other accessories and equipment you're gonna need that this I might need for these sofas I got a garbage can of case I need a throw stuff away I guess we'll start digging through boxes marmax bridgewater ship to Marshalls pull-ups dirty Helen got some other things on couple bags new balance bag d dis bag looks like a small duffel bag style good for the gym workout means you lift heavy weights and put them down this might be helpful and sorting may have other things in the users quit all s truck did usin sis's watch missing the watch xbox360 controller check out these these are cool scale 125 8 by May estou 1948 Ford f1 pickup truck and harley-davidson it's actually really really cool that's some more cars diecast these are metal this one's BF Goodrich tires on it all sorts got some deodorant feels like someone's glasses maybe another car got some lightsabers some tickets to the Empire State Building some wire another car these always sell at the market as well you get a buck put the piece I think they also met Dollar Tree for a buck apiece so you might as well just go a Dollar Tree on the life someone will buy one that's used some Superman stuff stainless steel dog tag alright looks like this person was a collector of lamps one two and three we don't know this one looks like the old one might be got another car here slips like Harley as well made by the same company whatever my isto is my isto maystow it's not all just made to look old try just morsels item Remo Flanagan t.j.maxx one of those kind of bad boys got oil feels full that's about 4/5 bullets not Hugh's it's so I think with oil is if it's used it's usually black this cell has some sort of clearness to it so it's probably still good these are like what 20 bucks at Walmart probably fifteen dollars in there five thirty is why you so that's gonna be good okay don't need moving along got some pillows here I don't know if these are donatable as you can see these other pillars are pretty disgusting these don't look too bad so I might be able to donate them got a box there this thing is really cool wow it's been there a while you see all the cobwebs on the bottom maybe it's kind of how you can tell like if things have been placed here like for for auction based off cobwebs because cobwebs don't show up in three days usually they can usually don't this is actually really neat I've got an 8 ball on the top it's a cane you got some sort of snake wrapped around it it's not old it's not an antique silk spray homemade I don't think this is hand-carved this snake on it I think it's something that was just wrapped around afterwards but something like this if it was hanging card 50 to 100 something like this you probably get five or ten bucks at the market for it maybe I'll throw it on eBay maybe I'll even keep it that's something I like all right more cushions so cushions probably to couch all right looks like we got box here we got some boxes there [Music] [Applause] so what changed another controller this one's actually clean no idea what these things are anyone knows what these are [Music] Ashley were on the news folks on the news a flashlight in there looks like a bunch of hardware we got a screwdriver keeper it's pretty much a bunch of plastic outlook those plastic things over I'd like to say it's a format for your car but I don't think it's a format for your car this might just be a format you put in front of your house so so far it's been a pretty successful rocker oh wow more lamps person just loves lamps t-mobile gets a t-mobile paperwork in there it's down there curtain rods on curtain rods got ourselves a heater that's empty empty box heater that's a person's name wanted so I won't put that up there this looks nice read it to me this is scrap metal Cisco's this might even be a luminol if it's donatable don't eat it if it's not doing it boiling when I throw it out that's a beauty guys might remember those days don't even have a doesn't have back grip a bunch of smaller things down there you got a penny you've got a key of a sons of anarchy it's a little turtle grab some stuff up here looks like some picture frames you get old flowers that's a top to a lamp random Tupperware got me our flower purse muscle love flowers good ol electric skillet feels like it's in there is it there it's missing a cord which is unfortunate because I needed one well you're missing the cord so that's a no-go long talk and like a spinning wheel design no this is just no that's just the actual stuff I thought those are like sheets of aluminum what could that be more picture frames triangular triangle picture frames well it looks like some beer stuff it's cool whores arctic ice never even heard of that unless it's just some saying off the Korres brand but that is cool sound all those like what ten bucks a piece at the market 15 for the pair maybe Tilly's 15 for the pair so that that's a good buying itself these ought to pick up all day long for five apiece like at a yard sale rummage sale solicit the box and kind of jumped the gun on I saw these movies and DVDs and stuff things I don't need to be there oh yeah we got some World Trade Center Memorial kind of stuff DVDs lots of good DVDs Tiger Woods little Walking Dead you got wet Straight Outta Compton there's all pictures and stuff of the family then the one thing is if you're gonna do this business give back the stuff that's like you know you're not gonna do anything with it it's something it's family related obviously I mean I don't really know what happens past this I hand it back to them I don't know what they do if it concerns somebody didn't pay 500 bucks I don't know how reluctant they are to kind of give stuff back foot it's out of my hands I have no say in what happens to it I can't I don't have the address of these people it's one of the things they don't give me to address it is what it is kind of unfortunate part of the business school smack talk one-on-one champion what is what is that it's kind of good I like that I might keep that it's kinda funny thanks I don't know this guy's broken that's a shame I don't know if these things are work these things are usually really expensive like 30 40 bucks and use they sometimes fetch a good amount of had the right one this guy is all jacked up good old Statue of Liberty so that's a keeper box this gotta be out now 20 bucks worth of stuff in here all right moving right along it's a bags up here fresh take this down so it doesn't fall on me heating pad good old heating pad holy macro there's that on donation sections over there all right I don't want I want to see what's in here I came and see through the tape Oh we'll go up here and try this one it's like yeah Tupperware alright does anything I can't see that until I get over there just like we see some wiring some more trucks all right we gotta hear it get some wire for not just an extension cord some more extension cords we have this shows like there's a gajillion dollars in here how do you open it no idea how you open us but you guys can hear it there's money in there looks like there's probably around no no there's pennies in there I thought was all quarters it's got some weight to it maybe three bucks and change in there unless they're all pennies now you're looking at Fri like a dollar fifty cents maybe shaver looks like all extension cords this might just be a I keep her for myself dragging it the money out all right let's see what's in this box looks like there's more tough oh not tougher where it's actually pots and pans and stuff there's baking trays on the bottom little recipe book so it says if there's recipe book alright just pull out my deal what's in there I need a knife or something I'm no knife do you have keys actually says exactly what's on it right here's a mature move by me of course looks like kitchen cups somehow I managed to drop my glove you'll not thought I had it on good old kitchen cups it's not refreshed that didäôt price on there was a mine somewhere in there cowboy stuff glass work you know your typical drinking cups don't take out the sports stuff market the other stuff will be donated so I got rid of that heater that was on the floor as a small heater this looks like it's a guitar or something that's why I thought I think was the bumper it might be do anything there's something else hiding back there you will inspect and see get rid of air conditioners there's cushions officials tell you right now my garbage people I hate me there's a lot of garbage I might try stop off at the thrift store see if they'll take this well that's cool that's cool look at that that's really cool it's not an old one sprite from the 70s or 80s I mean from the 80s or 90s it doesn't look like it's neon feels like there's a bulb in there I don't know what these things cost they might be like 30 40 bucks on eBay this might be a Facebook marketplace item this thing's pretty sweet it might be a keeper might be a keeper [Applause] not that there are things up here you got an umbrella more pillows you got a dog no a cat creep carry your case some shims I find these everywhere now these cat carriers they should know someone who can use them but I can sell them I can donate them they're not going to the trash that's for sure these are good pillows on pillars all right this is always a problem when you're here by yourself you have to move this stuff but so long as you know big televisions I'm fine it's pretty much my feet let's cost 30 bucks at Kmart holy mackerel 30 bucks yeah well gay if I get two dollars it's not painting it's a print it is cool though I'll certainly be a flea market I'm done it's not up my style but you like Elvis I don't know if these two guys are supposed to be someone is that supposed to be Marilyn Monroe it's cool nancial II get one couch in working on the second one it's a lot harder than I thought it would be I still got this box I go through and see if there's anything inside these things I doubt it but couch has definitely seen better days all right so that's all guy got taken out in the in the van this was all moldy on the front side so that's no good I think I would have enough space right here for that console Center maybe uh couch table it's not actually a name you know the table you put behind the couch I have no idea what you'd even call that I don't know if there's anything in there I don't think that's perfect for dads are okay for YouTube so I can't put that on there that's always good to have save your check walk out a bunch of keys just burn I'm not gonna you know return that right thing I don't know whose hand that can go into the last one so this is probably definitely not based on what was in there I would assume it's not something you put into the living room you guys let me know if there's anything in there I should probably figure out before I just all right well I guess I got to take it down anyway this might be a little loud it's actually what's decent furniture I can see that it's got a good name on the back there was nothing in oh this was a desk all those names and there was a desk alrighty so it looks like you got one more box up here it's got some weight to the look slightly more kitchen or person muscle just love to cook five bucks in cast aluminum use I never heard of bran use might be as how it is miss Musa I'm Musa this might have to be looked up on eBay first and looks like it's all pots and pans got some knives taped together all nice and neat hopefully they're a cut go Brandon cuz if they're a cut go brand this is a game changer but I don't think they are gonna choose I look pretty good they are stainless china so they have no brand on them it was a nice Drive all sorts of utensils down here lots of cookware alright so here it is all done cleaned out this locker looks pretty small biking guarantee right now it was a lot of stuff those uh that dresser at the end really killed me it I managed to put it managed to fit it in through the side as you can see the van is loaded I did a ten nets worth that black desk was I switched the desk with X I was trying to put the dresser up there and I couldn't lift it you know after lifting all these couches doing all this other stuff cleaning out the whole locker you kind of run out strength realistically that they pry away like 150 pounds so awkward to deadlift and try to pick it up there but yeah this couches and couches in the best shape however van is fully loaded it was another successful day lots and lots of cool finds we found in there hopefully you guys have enjoyed this treasure hunt it's been a fun one and it's been another fun storage locker storage auction
