delinquent fees before it goes up for option you save it and that's a good thing and we got another good thing going on today too because there's not just one auction in our area today how many are there George she'll be an additional auction same auctioneer and I believe he said three units to two units but then when we get there that might change as well there might not be any who the Hales knows we're at the second auction they originally were four units now we're down to one and this is can we find any money in here the nice thing is is here if you get here 10 15 minutes early at this location a spruce tree and Worcester they typically the manager will open them all up so everybody can get a nice long look before the bidding starts so we're here ten minutes early we've got all
