I Bought An Abandoned Storage Unit And Found THOUSAND$!!! 5/27/2020

guys so today is March 27th right there and check it out we are on storage treasures one of our favorite sites so we are in Collin County right and Collin County actually came out with a shelter in place but it's actually confused everybody it's a shelter in place but there's like no shelter in place so Alan Texas is actually in Collin County really close to where we live and so look this unit is in Collin County so we could actually leave our homes go here let's see I've already been on it once so I'm not the high bidder at seven sixty there's a lot of boxes really clean doesn't look staged to me at all there is new boxes but you know there's some purses and here shoeboxes a lot of paperwork there's some nice furniture in the back so this is probably all the boxes now 760 what I buy this I'm probably the highest I would go on this unit normally probably is about 800 bucks so let's go ahead and put eight Kennan and see if this person bids again just because of the shortage of units all the live auctions have been cancelled so I am pretty much willing to spend whatever so I can bring you guys some fresh new unboxing video so let's see if we won OPA nope they've got eight twenty eight twenty so well here's the thing if I bet again and outbid this person it's gonna send them a notification to say they've been out there that's typically why I let this go down to three minutes then I bid because I know after I go below three minutes it's gonna add three minutes to the clock which gives them notification so usually I'll let this run down really low because why because that gives them less time to get back to their computer to get to their phone hopefully they're like trapped on the commode or something not with the coronavirus oh just was something bad they but hopefully they're trapped they can't get back to the phone and bid so I'm gonna wait till this goes down to about two minutes and I'm gonna put in a bit of nine hundred and ten dollars alright guys we are down below two minutes I'm actually gonna let that get below one nobody else is bidding so it's probably going to come down to me in this guy I would assume that hopefully his top off is a thousand that's a lot for this ten by ten but again it's close we know that we can produce some good videos for you guys hey there's a lot of great boxes I'd love to see what's in these boxes so anyway let's give it a few more seconds and we'll put our video all right guys we're down to one minute and five I'm gonna put a high bid of 920 in and see if that gets the job done nope 930 so I'm gonna go 1010 I'm just gonna go all-in right now hope this 1,100 we don't wanna do that so let's go 1010 there goes this is the guy's gonna be notified if i outbid him on them so could be I don't know it could be the facility maybe they don't want it to be won and they're gonna reaction it okay look he did he had a high bid of $1,000 what'd I tell you so now he's got three minutes to come back and outbid me at 1010 again that's already overpaying for this unit from what I can see maybe but this joy this does scream jewelry to me this screams nice clean ladies unit maybe small apartment something happened but what I'm gonna guess is that there's probably hopefully some jewelry and some of these boxes or bags so we'll be back we'll see what happens alright guys we are down below a to carve storage treasures are a lot of places to the locations not store treasures but a lot of them are actually going to card to where you could make with card which actually makes this a lot easier because part of the danger of this business is actually carrying a lot of cash there's a lot of times I have a lot of cash on me and so anyway they haven't made it to that way I wish we could just put money or a card to you know use the thing not have to go to the bank touch the money go there touch the money so the less we can interact with people the better but check it out I am super haven't been around anyone guys we don't go around we've been to pick up groceries at Walmart where they brought it out to this once so this is the first time we're getting out but I figure it's pretty minimal here if we're real careful sanitary and we should be fun so let's go pay forward alright guys so I'm sitting out here Geno's right here but I am sitting out here they're actually being very smart we're talking through the phone and she's setting the stuff out and then I said I put the money in envelope an ID and set it on a box right over there right there so anyway I'm waiting for her to count the money do that I'm not sure how she's gonna come out and pop the lock sure she's just gonna keep her distance today very smart so look we don't have to be around anybody we don't have to go in there we're just gonna deal with our stuff so you know all right guys so we wanna unit freaking thumbs up I'm not gonna lie I thought that this was not gonna go through I thought maybe they were just letting the auctions run out and then they were gonna start over but hey we didn't we paid for it we got a lot she was very very professional actually very very professional all right guys welcome we are here in Allen Texas we won unit 11 for how much one thousand and ten dollars guys here's the deal though when we got to here and maybe it was because of the coronavirus but I do have concerns already a concerns about this unit when we walked out there was no lock on it but this is exactly how it was there was no lock and there was no tag no security tag to tell you that it hasn't been open this was literally just wide open so that is concerning so we'll just go through the unit I'll be able to tell if something's fishy but hopefully we don't get three times in a row trying to get a unit to that's hey without further ado listing in alright guys so this is what a thousand and ten dollars looks like hundred dollar deposit so we're gonna give you a scan around the room while
