hello everybody today you will make a chamata bread for the ingredient we got three and a half a cup of flour one tablespoon yeast one tablespoon of salt a one cup two thirds warm water boy you know crystal english italian okay now we start everything with ciabatta first thing we start with the yeast apple right over here this bowl over here and we use this same water i got to use of everything the mix and i put a little water with the east and we leave this on the side now we got the flour the flour for right over here i got the salt yeah salt and the flour and we give a little mix with the fork the salt okay you know one of the yeast go together with the salt that's why you will mix first the salt and flour you make is really really good like this now it's a timer for the east and we make this to the east over here with the water like this okay now this is the east with the water and we put right over here and the flour you see got a little bit more it's okay okay you see we got the water that we gotta use and we make it really good okay and we started mixing that a little bit with the fork but after i got used to my hands so the mixes are really really good now the water we put a little bit on the time because maybe you don't need to turn all the water to make a shoe okay not come to too soft it not but so you need a little bit more water it's no problem you can pick it up for more water is it not it's still it's a little too dry because this is the ciabatta you know gotta be the same like when you make a pizza you make a bread you gotta be more soft now we put the rest of the water left over okay now we put a little flower over here on the table okay and we take this and we put everything on the board over here we clean up really good the chabata and now i cleaned my fork over here and now it's a time to mix this but a little bit on the time and maybe so i need a little bit more flour for my hands we can use a little bit but now like i said this you're not gonna be really really [Music] dry another door over here the ciabatta dough you gotta be a little soft like this you see this that's the way it gotta be and we mix okay now the dough is done and what i'm gonna do i gotta put this bowl over here and we put a little drop of oil and a bottle okay no stick [Music] okay now this it's done it look this is not gonna be hard they gotta be soft we cover this you gotta stay for one hour and now i got already this one it's done and do the same like i do over here and pour some towel or something on the top okay gotta keep warm now this etc one i was making before and see what it look like okay now we use semolina flour and a bottle over here and we use a semolina flour and this baby over here okay now i gotta use this we put right over here now what i do i pick it up and i move a little bit like that now we cut this like this and a half okay and we start doing this one first we put a little semolina yeah push the chabatta over here and the semolina [Music] we take this and now we pour dry over here if you work a little bit like that hey i got the oven on already 450 degrees now this is gonna be like this sets it to stick with your hands it's okay it gotta be like that now the only thing you use the semolina flour on a bottle but you gotta use a regular flour and a top and you do like this okay making the crust on the top beautiful do no use no semolin on the top only flour [Music] it's a bread flour okay now you gotta go in the oven and look a beautiful look this chapata all right all right and we wait not gonna be ready okay now it's 25 minutes i want to check sets ready to go but i want to take out and put right over here on the top of the stove close to the oven again i don't want to burn myself now we check on the bottle the crust see how beautiful it's ready at the cross that's really nice it's ready to go 25 minutes done okay now take a little flour out like this listen nice look how beautiful look at this really really nice the chapatta when i was in italy we was cook this the ciabatta after we take it out for the oven okay this you bring it different places we cook the bread everything we take we split and a half and we put inside the mortadella prosciutto a mozzarella oh so delicious i got a beautiful oil over here you dip no oil it's so good delicious really good look at that nice make one ciabatta and you let me know they come out really really good thank you and we see next time
