My Homemade Potato Salad

hello everybody today we make a potato salad [Music] i got the potato already i cook already i got a shallot garlic caper oregano this is my oregano every year i'm making my fresh oregano salt oil vinegar black pepper a garlic parsley this is from my gardener look at a beautiful okay now we gotta start to chop everything we got a little small garlic and i got the shallot but this garlic look like really really big a corn and a half and now [Music] okay look how beautiful this garlic is smelling so good okay now it's a time with the shallots it looks nice this is shallow now we got a coat of this shallot nice and thin slice got the salad they got a delicious taste and this is the dish we put everything over here okay now the garlic and the shallot is done now we put the anchovy on anchovies in italian anchovy and we take out a look at this i know use of the oil get the oil and then chop it it's too strong and we put this on the side now we got alice kalamata olive oil over here it's so easy to make this a salad it's easy to make but it not take enough time to eat it go so fast when you eat it it's so delicious capri caper and this is done the two if we give a little mix a little bit like this that take advantage of it that put all the way different place like that okay now we start with the potato too this we cut this and a half not a half like that a f that's so good like this not too small like i have to when you mix you don't want to break everything this potato when you eat this salad more outside with a barbecue a nice cold beer okay now the potatoes are done and let's put it right over here in the same dish together with you nice look a beautiful color regarding this pattern really beautiful okay now it's done with the potato and now we gotta do the tomato okay we started with the tomato i got this little scoopy scoopy dough scoopy dough hey we see this we dig a little bit like this look at that look at this look how beautiful now we cut the tomato and a half if we started like this look look nice it go together right over here okay now we put oregano really good this you give oh it smells so good lorraine look at that beautiful this it's for the gardener make sure this it's only the flour no leaves the leaves for me it gonna garbage i use a flower only okay now let's chop the parsley this parcel is so beautiful look at the color nice green now it's so easy cook you see this is a salad that was a make dry easy it's all you see the knife make sure when you use the knife you see my finger you put it like this a lot of people share for two he uses the knife he uses like this the finger on the top no it's wrong the wrong way it's this oh boy it's not good i like the top of the finger over here like this keep the knife like that it looks easy to go okay try after when you try you say you know why i don't want to look at tv i want to cook i want to prepare a nice dinner for my wife or my girlfriend all for my family it's a really nice when somebody come home and you prepare this dish if everybody said oh boy he prepared a beautiful dish he never did it before but now he do really good job try and you like look after you do like this look it boom okay all right now we did the parsley okay now we start the salt not too much salt that's enough vinegar that's enough oil look at the color of the oil a beautiful view look at that look at this look at this he got the color of the potato the same okay black pepper okay now we give a mix but when you mix make a sugar no squeeze mix a delicate like this see nice okay you don't want to break the potato and you don't want to break the tomato you see the garlic and onion break now we gotta taste the potato italia potato salad potato salad italia and what do you think about this dilra perroni the taste hmm i'll leave it and chop nice barbecue a nice cool beer with a beautiful salad it's a delicious chinchin saluted everybody assalamu good
