hello everybody today we make a linguine with a calamari with a plum tomato sauce for the ingredient we got a calamari plum tomato onion garlic flake hot pepper parsley from my garden white wine yeah i got a delinquent now i got a calamari right over here in my sink and i want to show the clean a lot of people said to me pasquale why when i eat the calamari i eat something it's harder than my mouth to look like plastic so you look clean good the calamari yes he got it plastic inside i call it plastic a bit i don't know what it's called but i want to show everybody the way i'm clean the calamari [Music] [Music] now i got the calamari and i got a quarter like a ring [Music] and we put everything over here now let's start the cook my brand new stove it made me so happy look i got a spots over here before two parts you know what's fits nah everything's good let's start guess boom look it goes so easy this one ah look how beautiful at the flame now we start with the good oil all your dio liver now this spots over here i gotta saute my pressure plum tomato what i did i take the skin out and i take the seeds out now this is the one oil i wanna saute the calamari i wanna put on the sauce the calamari gotta taste already like this now let's start with the garlic i put a little bit of garlic over here a garlic over here for the sauce and now i got the shallot charlotte over here a little bit over here not too much over there but shallot a little more over here now make sure the loaded gas can one burn my garlic and my shallot and we got the calamari i go right over here already calamari and we give thorn over here the calamari i want to cook a little bit but this calamari it's really good this was a fresh calamari this you know got to cook all the way the only thing i wanted to make good taste with the garlic and with a shallot okay when i put over here already got a good taste now we got this except for the tomato look how beautiful it did oh the smell is so good really really good now time of the tomato it it's really good and we give a nice turn for the tomato okay now make sure now you gotta cook on the low media the no boil too much get splash on my stove a f they say hey who gotta clean the stove chich and like this i gotta take my stove leave a cook on a low media the same thing with the calamari we raised the flame a little bit and i got a little white wine i want to give it the calamari really really good taste they look a nice beautiful calamari white because when you clean a good calamari it look good and when you go in your mouth it tastes much better hey you don't find no plastic you need okay now we live cook evaporate all the wine let's start with the flake hot pepper this is mayo yeah baby dry flake cut the pepper and let's go this is giving good taste i got parsley to make a good color for the sausage for the calamari little salt a black pepper and a sauce now the calamari i like to put a little black pepper a little salt okay now we give a little mix for the tomato [Music] it looks so beautiful and delicious already and we give a nice turn for the calamari it's really good and now the calamari you gotta go on a sauce we take the guests off over there in this the calamari and look at this they look really really delicious it is not you gotta cook about 20 minutes at the same time i got already the water boiled and we cook the linguine and the other parts i got so beautiful basil over here you know why i want to cut these big leaves cut this everybody knows cut the basil it's really good with the fish and with the pasta and we give a nice wash cold water and this you know gotta color the basil i'll leave it just to like that the leaves if this it gives a really good taste and the smell everybody outside i hope nobody come inside because i hear the smell they say pasquale what do you cook oh i know coconutty today i'm not told nobody the cook okay everybody wanna come and eat they have to give this way me what i gotta eat i got my glass wine white the water boiled salt and the pasta in the water a little go down a little bit and we give a nice turn with a forked fortone over here okay look at this oh this he got a coconut and look at beautiful look at this calamari too today i got my linguine with a calamari a trip for me with a nice glass white wine now we cook this pasta al dente you gotta be standing up no mushy mush okay now the pasta is done let's put the pots on the front over here and let's take the pasta we put a straight and sauce over here i wanna cook a little bit together with the calamari sauce all right now we raise the flame a little bit it will leave us stay a couple of minutes with the sauce over here a really good taste now it's a time of the taste and let's suppress my pasta with calaveri good little parsley so good that's a test oh look my calamari the pastel tender little spice the way i like mayo yeah baby a little white wine it's really good
