monday can you step over here two seconds this is the dessert star preparation it's got blood it's disgusting hermes lamb chops and what's this satin what is that and this here what is that fudge from the mud pie first from the mud pie that's sat on top of a lego lamb that's dripping with blood you with me the place is littered with [ __ ] everywhere you turned and for me it was bad enough to see the crap in the dining room i didn't expect that walking to be festering the way it is don't have a look in there now both you walk in there molds crap that was cleaned last week was night cleaned last week and this here can you see that up there let's get out of it seriously just smell that [Music] look at the color of it and the congealed blood and this that's blood from the lamb i've never ever seen a practice this bad and then some dirty [ __ ] takes bones from the salmon and dumps them on the side i did it you did this i was pulling them out yep i did and you put them back on there and you don't know and i didn't put them away just touch the temperature of that just touch that the big shot for me hold the bomb is sat with this you have raw chicken and cooked [ __ ] meat there's a theme here this place is littered with junk the chairs are caked and [ __ ] and the refrigeration walking is in disarray i stepped one foot into your kitchen and there was a [ __ ] hole in the wall where the meat thermometers gets taken out and stuck inside there's a freezer there that's not even up to the tenth of a fridge let alone a freezer and you've got cooked meats raw meat and [ __ ] desserts glazed in half cooked or lego lamb blood this is criminal you have cross-contaminated every ounce of ingredients in this kitchen and you you you see that who is hoarding all this [ __ ] we serve that [ __ ] you use that [ __ ] while get in there and stop any other [ __ ] entree leaving and shut it [ __ ] down oh god what is that twice baked potato thank [ __ ] i missed that one twice oh wow so dirty god when was that cleaned oh god what is that this is 10 000 times worse than i thought it would be that's like lather of [ __ ] and crap kitchen health hazard bingo my fresh lobster ravioli soggy strange taste inside fresh i [ __ ] ask i've eaten this [ __ ] the general hygiene in refrigeration oh [ __ ] hell so that's the pesto i had for lunch [Music] just look at the colors in eat that come on let's go in the walk-in fridge i'm amazed how i'm amazed how you're so cool and chilled at this you know that dog food in the fridge that's the fish bag it's what god actually that's that's right what's the sauce sauce was a pesto sauce bring it over please you're right i didn't see it you didn't see that i didn't see that you got glasses on the man the pesto sauce that was not forgivable i'm humiliated about that believe me positively positively now this is not a time hey to laugh and take the [ __ ] piss out of me i've eaten this [ __ ] what's going on peter i'm surprised that cordon didn't make a meeting and this is scrubbed every tuesday oh [ __ ] every [ __ ] week you got the nerve to tell me that you clean the walls every [ __ ] tuesday [ __ ] off with you touch the wall your dirty pig this is disgusting i'm closing it down how many's booked about 20. 20 forget it they're not drumsticks they're crab sticks just dumped in here top off another bag of alaskan crab no dates no labels how on earth are you supposed to run a business when you've got no idea what's in the freezers always down here my god it gets worse look at it it's absolutely jam-packed chicken after chicken after chicken my big worry is how much chicken does this restaurant really need i mean they're just bags of it and not only that but the smell is horrific oh my god look at these fillets i've seen less packs at an army base it's over 50 packs of meat and whoever's buying this needs to be fired now what worries me about this is there's one more fridge upstairs what is that [ __ ] pigeon oh my god it's never ending just when i think i've seen enough there's more look dead decomposed soft dead oh that's the snails oh what is that in there that is a raw dead lobster that is disgusting it's two hours into chef ramsay's inspection michael balbina and jerry arrive unaware of what chef ramsay is doing and what he has uncovered morning good morning chad i just need you for two minutes who in the hell buys produce here who's responsible for that i am you are [ __ ] pigeon what i'm trying to look at are the profits they're purchasing the thousands of dollars waste these for their part if they make a mistake i could live with that but something about being irresponsible neglectful there's no excuse look at the crap in here bloody house bells what's that in there is that calamari that's yeah it comes in definitely fresh though that i know for a fact fresh that's frozen you buy this in fresh it is not fresh calamari we use it here is all frozen oh jesus what is that in there what is that i think it's field chef you think it's for you pretty sure it's you didn't put it in there no i didn't thought of what is up that looks like meat thrown in a pan what is it that's from thanksgiving and that a slimy vile sticky flounder and a sour disgusting cream sauce i mean honestly this restaurant has been run like a pigsty you may be resistant to change but what's become very clear is that you're resistant to quality [Music] michael shouldn't have been a boss to begin with and have his dishwashers have it done should have been done always all of you come here let's go come here how can we work like that you've got ingredients from last thanksgiving did you smell the flounder yes did you see the cooked chicken the raw pork the raw veal it's a joke you should be ashamed of yourselves under no circumstances can we continue to serve food shut the place down what in the hell is this the chicken yeah stop stop dino urgently that's the chicken we've been fridge to get moldy around the top quite quite a long time i didn't expect to see all this they're not doing the job they're supposed to be doing and these guys they're gonna have a rough time now does the town of beaver deserve this absolutely not you should be ashamed ashamed now walk out there and apologize to your guests and try and do something you've never done in 14 years [ __ ] work
