45 minutes into dinner service and the firemen are still waiting for their food 75 of the time i go back into the kitchen my brother's on a cell phone i say how are you cooking not even looking at what you're doing how could you possibly be cooking and doing this when you're sitting there chatting on your cell phone when the firemen finally do get served they're not impressed thank you is there something wrong it's not hot enough uh brian three seconds please so guys this is brian the chef yes have any of you met no these guys are your locals start off with your pie please how was it it wasn't warm enough the flounder was frozen wasn't very flaky since it was an irish place i went with the hot corn beef sandwich he had but it seemed to be very dry he's a volunteer fireman i do this for a living and for somebody to critique me who doesn't even really do it for a living you know you want to tell them to shut up thank you okay cheers you can bet your butt they won't be coming back so i was just like i don't see how this is going to work after feeling the heat of the firemen ryan and sous-chef francis get back to work under the watchful eye of gordon who can't believe what he sees francis francis francis francis from his death as a [ __ ] bat darthurst he took off the floor put in the fryer and then back in the source yeah well the fryer is going to uh it's going to take anything that'll come off the floor it's going to if it fell on the floor yeah you put it back in the fryer right in the front and that cleans it cleaned it sterilize it sterilize it yeah well [ __ ] me sterilized it [Music] dropped the wing on the floor picked up and stuck it back in the fryer again [Applause] we're trying to keep everything consistent but some things get messed up every now and then what the [ __ ] were you thinking oh my god i've never ever ever seen anything quite extraordinary as that he serves food off the floor and serves the customer oh my god no this is shocking way but now when a chef let go of his kitchen like this it proves he doesn't care i want to be more involved in the business end of things forget the business aspect and your portion is the hosting portion i was going back to the hotel couldn't sleep had a look in the kitchen and i am absolutely [ __ ] gobsmacked how can you do that when that is that again what is that what is that come here anthony how can you cook in this when was the last time this was cleaned the kitchen oh we try to do it on a daily basis i mean what have you seen under there underneath underneath here joseph would be responsible poison olive [ __ ] queens these are all rotten pilates what is going have you got two seconds what i saw at lunchtime i knew we had problems but i'm more concerned not just about the [ __ ] that's going on upstairs both you and evelyn come here let me show you very quickly how much you've checked out how often are you in this fridge every day every day what is that this is the gyro we had earlier take it yeah put on that what's that this is chicken so you've got cooked gyro cooling down and you've got cooked meat sat next to raw chicken in a different trash in a different tray and on top of cover baskets of chicken you cannot store cooked meat anywhere near raw meat rule number one just smell that just smell that and smell that [ __ ] smell yes i smell it yeah god what's the smell of can you tell me where that smells off because he's in denial that sounds like [ __ ] that is disgusting have you any idea how long a jar needs to sit where did you find it where the [ __ ] do you think i found this if it's old we should have just thrown it out there's no reason to keep it any idea how many years that needs to be in all these [ __ ] two years all these jars and my children's life were stored at the back of the fridge just this has been eight years over there that is disgusting [Music] give me one more excuse and i'm gonna flip my [ __ ] lid [Music] this place right now is a [ __ ] hell hole and when you talk about jars of fake caviar in a fridge for nearly eight years that's just an inkling to how dysfunctional this place is because if you're recommended the ravioli i mean they're raw yeah a lot of people don't like that they're either really raw or they're just like cardboard it doesn't know what she's talking about i mean i'm dangerous said taste it and agree with him and 86 don't say anything to the chefs just let them be calm i can't take food back there none of us can take food back there that's not how it's supposed to go you're supposed to go straight to the chef and say this is wrong this is the fruit wow it's a bizarre looking food maori okay great thank you madani strands of mozzarella is that mozzarella on top yes it is and then the pasta it's just mush it's almost like it's canned um the mussels taste uh like old stellar fresh mussels i don't think so and the shrimps these ones are way of the coatings those are great strange yeah this has been going on for like a month or two now he's just been sitting on bad trip and we don't know why genevieve doesn't shut up and do not tell the chef well i can't take complaints to the chef seriously um tatiana doesn't really listen to any of us wow not good what the hell is that what is on him the lasagna is vile it's embarrassing to serve that to chef ramsay what's in the sauce why is it that color it's pink sauce she doesn't know what's in it pink sauce or lasagna is it his own recipe yes it is [Music] the sauce tastes bizarre and the mouthful i had was um stone cold it's hot one side cold the other is that microwaved it might be don't don't answer a question you don't know oh wow rice um is there a problem with these microwave no but i'm aware it feels like the microwave's on the blinker yes it is wow when a restaurant can't get food microwaved properly on an all-time low let me answer these questions still there's always hope for the pizza you look another like that all right maybe we can win them over with the pizza that's crispy tonight [Music] oh god i hope he likes something uh [Music] got all this raw pastry underneath there oh no he doesn't like the pizza it resembles nothing homemade oh my god they've got a pizza that's come out of the oven that feels like something that's been frozen he hates our pizza he hates our pizza
