to be modernized revamped in the menu she says it's excellent yet it needs to be modernized and revamped that doesn't sound like excellent because surely if it was excellent you would have to do any of those things it's bland all right what do we think of the fried green tomatoes uh yeah bland now that hollandaise sauce is almost just like a sort of a melted butter yeah it doesn't even taste of anything sorry about that not your fault right next up would be the chicken and sausage gumbo gumbo thank you for great work [Music] you said your holiday sauce was extremely bland just tastes like a strong butter sauce it's very good when we bring a dish back to the kitchen he acts like it's an insult not that there's possibly something wrong with the actual dish gumbo wow it looks like chappie took a crappie in my gumbo it's like a puddle it's just watery really watery that is [ __ ] disgusting if this dish was done right it could be a game changer but right now it's a game ender tj it's a problem in the kitchen oh it's not even hot it's not hot no i mean it's just like lukewarm and gloopy see the skin yeah very watery there's no flavor anywhere just bland gotcha we'll get it fixed they come on regular occasions yes we have an issue with mice that's why you have an exterminator we don't have an issue with mice an exterminator comes in a regular let's let's you and i do a little back almost a year back he found a mouse in the front door i've never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life perhaps he planted that mouth and you were suggesting that i brought it in i was like hmm i put it together like just for tv sake maybe i wish you would talk a little bit of sense [ __ ] the tv put your money where your mouth is in front of your staff i want a meeting upstairs with you and everybody now pulling mice out of his pockets and stuff you got to chase your responsibilities or something man how are you going to help us everybody keep bullshitting them um now it's underneath there i get the plates i get up there and it doesn't take that long it takes about an hour or so and then i started doing the prep work it's just what is that it's just stuck to my jeans think you should do that during the business hours in front of customers what time do you like me to do it come here to eat in the morning with me shouldn't you be able to do it tomorrow morning and i wouldn't do that in your restaurant either you wouldn't find gum under my tables nino is a ball of excuses he's just wacko god they're full of cobwebs bloody hell didn't get to that one bloody how definitely didn't get to that one everybody else was done right yeah right have you seen the size of that cobweb there have you seen that that's the dust no that's the culprit didn't see it without the lighting really yeah oh god how often do you clean every day i you know this is something that takes a lot of consideration i i you know you can be on this here for months i start at one end and then finish at the other end and then i come back and this one oh god this is the eight in the morning effect five days a week for years bloody hell is there a bathroom nearby did we wash my hands yes sir he should have shut up about cleaning i don't know what he's cleaning but i wouldn't hire him at my house i promise you that oh what the pictures of these are me cleaning and pulling down all the all the bottles every single bottle i've never seen pictures of cleaning that's a first for me well that's because my brother's always questioning that i do it i don't know in the first place why he took pictures if it's clean you don't have to prove it with pictures you see it right they're not drumsticks they're crab sticks just dumped in here top off another bag of alaskan crab no dates no labels how on earth are you supposed to run a business when you've got no idea what's in the freezers always down here my god it gets worse look at it it's absolutely jam-packed chicken after chicken after chicken my big worry is how much chicken does this restaurant really need i mean there's just bags of it and not only that but the smell is horrific oh my god look at these fillets i've seen less packs at an army base it's over 50 packs of meat and whoever's buying this needs to be fired now what worries me about this is there's one more fridge upstairs [Music] what's that [ __ ] pigeon oh my god it's never ending just when i think i've seen enough there's more look dead decomposed soft dead oh that's the snails oh what is that in there that is a raw dead lobster that is disgusting it's two hours into chef ramsay's inspection michael balbina and jerry arrive unaware of what chef ramsay is doing and what he has uncovered morning good morning chad i just need you for two minutes who in the hell buys produce here who who's responsible for that i am you are [ __ ] pigeon what i'm trying to look at are the profits they're purchasing the thousands of dollars waste these here they came in yesterday that's dead let's have a look around here jerry please and you wonder why i don't like your sauce that is a dead lobster [Music] and the freshest thing in this kitchen is that pigeon flying around and he's lucky he's still alive i thought that the kitchen was in somewhat disarray did i think it was that bad no i'd love to turn around and say that's it have you seen what's downstairs in the fridge where do i start with this look at all this [ __ ] meat here i wanted to make sure i was ready ready for what whatever help me michael ready for what my way whatever came your way i don't know what to expect you're burning money you haven't got why is this like this what happened michael somebody's not doing their job in in the kitchen there's expensive produce here this is ridiculous [Music] yeah my fault and my fault on our refrigerator i'm disappointed that so much was ordered in advance there's no excuse for that spend some time together i've got to wash my [ __ ] hands before i get diagnosed with [ __ ] staphylococci let's cool down all we've done all that's happened is we have been attacked attacks attacked why are you behaving like because i'm insulted you verbally insulted me yesterday and i held my tongue out of class i didn't tell you the truth i didn't say nasty things to you okay really i didn't really when i told you about the burger you refused to listen you don't understand you're judging me on you coming in here disrupting the entire service i've been doing this disrupting you did disrupt us last night how could i focus when you're what about my lunch when you're standing here what about what i could for you who disrupted you then everybody what are you talking about blaming everybody again i do my best so our business doesn't close because we can't find qualified people you go get miranda and that little katie and jessica bring them here and let me see how they work will you do that of course do you know what they're scared of they're embarrassed but unfortunately you convince yourself in your little amy's world that everything you cook touch scent it's perfect i do not what are you am i already garlic as well with white truffles well let me show you some can i show you reviews hundreds of reviews that are excellent that no good reviews real customers that have supported us for support you're attacking my business and my life this is all i do is live this life every day you're not telling me the problems you are saying i'm delusional i'm this i'm this i'm this can we talk about what we came here to speak about oh please you told me to be honest i am always about the problems that you've had that you cannot talk to your wife and the issues that she can't take criticism before she was done that's fine i have no not normal for a restaurant to go through that many staff it's not normal for a kitchen that small to have 65 items on the menu and it's not normal for the level of animosity that you've built inside this restaurant and outside you have the right to run the business the way you want to run your business i have the right to do the right thing and the right thing for me is to get out of here good
