FALLOUT 4 But All Weapons are FULLY RANDOMIZED IS BROKEN - Can You Beat Fallout 4 With A Random Gun?

hello there ladies and gentlemen I'm the spiffing Britain today you join me in the wonderful game that is fallout 4 against Oberg it almost took Skyrim and honestly made it look relatively stable but alas today here in fallout 4 I'm not looking to exploit the game no no no no no instead I'm going to do something similar to my wonderful Skyrim video by taking the concept of fallout 4 and just flipping it on its head you see in Fallout 4 Todd Howard decided you know what we want to put player customization first and also RAM in a ton of DLC like a lot of DLC like tons of useless DLC oh and also charge about 40 quid for it yeah yeah thanks Todd Howard so with all this customization Todd decided hey you know if you want to mount a night-vision scope to your rifle then go ahead and do it but you know what Todd Howard he's a bit of a tease he's like oh we'll let you have fun but not too much fun because then you know you might not buy the DLC so we'll also limit what you can put on guns so naturally I've decided no no no no I've decided to get rid of that and I can now whack on any attachment to any weapon if I want to night vision scope on a metal pipe yes I can have that thank you game equally I've also added in a randomizer every single weapon in this game is going to be completely and utterly randomized this means we will never ever have to deal with just a standard 10 millimeter pistol instead we're a 10 millimeter pistols board might be might suddenly be replaced with 17 nuclear bombs strapped together onto an axe which you can then swing and yeet 17 nukes off into the distance to destroy the wasteland you know I personally think this is the way fallout 4 was meant to be played if you're interested in any of my mods there they are and they'll also be in the description of the video if you ever want to try this yourself and when it comes to add-ons I had to splash out all the cash and buy them I know absolutely terrible however I decided not to install the high-resolution textures pack yeah Todd Howard decided you know what gamers seem obsessed about how terrible fallout 4 looks considering all of the graphical advances it should have had so they decided to make a texture pack which absolutely changes nothing except adding 50 gigabyte of textures onto your hard drive Oh also the only change you'll notice is the ridiculous change in your FPS count I honestly think the high resolutions texturepack might be the only DLC on Steam I've ever seen that is simultaneously free and yet has a ridiculously negative review score just how enough do you do that tour Howard you magical man anyway without further ado I think we should jump into a brand new game so remember to sit back relax make sure you're comfortable hey if you're feeling magical fall out for loading screen for some reason the more mods you mount on it adds about two minutes to the load time so thanks Todd Howard I love your optimization anyway Todd wants to show me some kind of like intro cutscene but I'm not interested instead let's get right into the character creator because honestly I can spend days doing these right and so here we're given our character who of course we need to design and give a name to now I personally like to give names to characters before I design them because you know you have a lot more customization going on there Todd Howard however he goes no no no no you must build the face and the body and then decide what to call them I'm going to twist that over instead I already know this guy's name this man is the legendary just insider just insider comes from a long heritage of cider brewers however Justin here has decided not to take up the firmly craft and instead fought in the great war but of course we must design his wonderful face there are so many things to design here so let's jump into the face and really get to work honestly I always like customizing the hair so we need to sort this out what kind of hair stores do we have oh my goodness we've math teacher now math teacher really is something well that it's very similar to see more cleavage from our Morrowind video have it just insider he probably shouldn't be one that gives you nightmares at night just like her Seymour claw bars because my god that man terrified me Oh actually saying that though the creeper oh now that's a hairstyle that is a perfect hairstyle yes you know what I think we're going to go for the creeper this hairstyle is bloody terrified but you know I think it suits someone called just insider I think these are color of course Oh God naturally we have to make it ginger perfect yes more gingers in this world now I just need to design the perfect face for good old just insider now just insider he is of course a cider brewer which means he needs a large nose otherwise how are you meant to smell the perfect cider seeds perfect I think we've given him a wonderful side of sniffing nose that looks flawless to me yes Justin you like your nose don't you yes I can smell yes Justin now don't talk because your voice is too creepy for the people at home yes posture now I guess we immediately move on to the ears the second best thing to design on characters mostly because they're absolutely terrible oh god I'm second oh no the ear rotation oh no no no Todd you shouldn't have given me these powers let's just bring those ears forward and let's scale them up a bit okay yeah Todd those are there's a normal human sizes right yeah yeah I'm sure you go down the street and see people with is just like that Todd yes I'm sure you do oh you shouldn't have let me be able to move them toward what have you done oh that's perfect now what about the lips well of course you want to make the top lip as big as possible like just getting in the way of everything and the bottom lip needs to be the opposite and you want to make the mouth can look as large as possible big chunky chin and rotated why enough can you rotate a chin oh yes that's had a large bit of neck on there there we go that's a big chunky neck oh no Todd Todd I didn't realize you could do this why is there oh now this is perfect yes we want a permanently sad face for good old just insider here for some reason his lips appear to come like just out beyond his cheeks you know what that's fine that's a perfect character design I've gone I think I made him kind of relatively angry oh no Justin why are you so angry what's happened to you in life to make you so angry did someone steal your cider Justin that's fine Justin will avenge society don't you worry and you know what I think he's absolutely perfect yes this is the flawless just insider his hair is of relatively Sider color his nose is phenomenal his lips go inside of his nose that's fine and his mouth in itself is just a wonderful creation oh no that is perfect now we just need to add in some extras you know let's just whack in a ton of freckles that's fine he's a lovely ginger chappy he needs all of the freckles my god that's a lot of freckles you know what that's fine oh you know we're going to add a massive scar to his forehead as well this is something Justin received in the second great cider war of America yes he's somewhat of a battle hard veteran I'll have you know anyway this looks perfect when it comes to a face now just the next option sex yes please BAM classic British joke right there if you don't get the reference that's devastating but you know what we don't need to touch that at all we just need to move on to the body work so we have a few options here we can go for bulky chat boy big chunga's down here or super Finn skinny boy now I've got to be honest Justin does probably strike me as a very skinny boy but also being thin decreases your head box which in this game where all of the guns are gonna be randomized trust me it's going to give us the slight edge that we need to survive anyway you know what I think Justin BAM he's done he's perfect let's take him for a spin confirmed character of course who wouldn't want to confirm this character he's beautiful now I have a mod setup so we don't have to go through all of the boring tutorial stuff at the start instead I can save this only a dreamin I need to wake up this allows me to create a brand new character how much does he know what you know what we're going to say that he knows a few things but not too many things I mean come on he's not a god although actually we could make it fun oh yes we're gonna put him on a level somewhere between one and three hundred let's give this a go oh just in what kind of world am i throwing you into is it going to be hell yes it's probably going to be held Anson we level free seriously on a scale of one to three hundred we're old level free gentlemen well for a start we have a high-speed shredding SMG and a night vision pipe revolver as well as your shocks which blaze now I'm noticing that the high-speed shredding SMG doesn't actually pay to have a gun in it no it has the attachments of a gun but is not an actual gun however our night vision pipe revolver these things looking quite wacky I've got to be honest oh it's got the frame of a minigun but it's um certainly something different I mean you can't look down the scope switch I'm gonna be honest is probably a downside but Justin you're just gonna have to make the most of it I've got to be honest you know we should probably do some levels with you Justin Oh God I was wrong he didn't roll level free he rolled level 123 oh god Justin well I'm gonna have to dish out a ton of attributes and I'll be back once I've done it all right I'm back ladies and gentlemen I've chosen all of our lovely traits I've decided to spec up his charisma just a little bit but only so that I can give him the lone wanderer Polk because let's be honest just inside he's not really warm for having friends or companions have I've mostly just made him incredibly good at combat and survivability because the last thing we want is good old Justin dying and his HP currently sits at a comfortable level of 1237 hopefully he won't die but honestly no promises anyway let's equip this night vision pipe revolver and try and save the world even if I can't actually physically use the scope for it so for some reason this pipe revolver only has two bullets which kind of limits its usability you know what that's fine or wearing concorde at the moment and currently the Minutemen are fighting out with a ton of Raiders now a my ability to aim this gun easy incredibly diminished or so I'm noticing that I can actually shoot it so instead I'm going to use vats hopefully which is going to allow me to shoot them right shoot right I've got to be honest that didn't seem to be very effective try it again and shoot right okay try it one more time I want several shots to the torso and shoot phenomenal okay we have a gun that does not work fine switch to the high-speed shredding SMG okay that doesn't work either fine this shocked switchblade go oh god that does work okay switch blade away come on just in oh god the switch blade is very effective stop Oh God and stab hello preston garvey right so I've got to grab this laser musket and help them so the laser musket we've been given is a focused laser musket which appears to have the bodywork of a semi-automatic pump-action shotgun also we have a fuel double-barrel shotgun okay I just want to try out a few of these weapons so I've managed to collect some new weapons we have the fluted double-barrel shotgun let's give this a try of course it's got a silencer why wouldn't it and escape the does night-vision right okay that makes perfect sense then we have a fluted triple barrel pipe so this is a pipe if you can't see that it's a pipe then you're just wrong also it has an incredible scope if you can't notice you know not too bad considering it has 24 bullets let's see how fast it can shoot you know what that's not bad at all I don't have a channel for it what about the focused laser musket this does 86 damage how do you charge it up of course yes you crank the shotgun handle that makes perfect sense yep it's just a laser shotgun then we have the high-speed shredding SMG which doesn't work the marksman triple barrel pipe with a ACOG sight how effective is this you know what it's so effective the gun doesn't even have a sound but the bullets do I can't want to see what this is like I would of course the recoil compensated triple barrel pipe of a scope that is so effective you physically can't see past it anyway let's enter the museum of freedom personally I'm not a big fan of American museums of freedom if you can't tell of course British and a big fan of tea I mean who could believe it when they actually dubbed it's in the water I know it's been hundreds of years but I I still can't quite get over it oh we've got some enemies up there right focus that was a one hit oh god okay this gun seems rather overpowered even that makes no sound right time to storm through here oh god sign of his hair oh god I just evaporated his head now he has an improved focused pipe no let's take a look at the improved focus pipe the improved focus pipe appears to do 100 radiation damage and seven physical damage I'm interested to see how that happens it appears to shoot lasers as well despite being technically a pipe but you know what let's give this a try out on some enemies hello there zap zap zap you know what not bad at all I'm gonna say I like this one well we've got some enemies here evaporate them perfect oh my goodness of what is this a compensated triple barrel combat sniper rifle this looks like a mini go drove within triple barrel I mean I'm not counting three barrels I'm counting six mate that seems fine let's give this a try so compensate it triple barrel hyper rifle yep that's fine it's got 20 bullets in the clip how fast can it shoot oh of course it shoots that fast perfect well let's give this a try hello there oh my god this is too effective and then there's a night vision huge pipe here that's great I don't think we need that and a security pole q what 40 damage we've just a single security pole Q Oh anyway we should go meet preston garvey hello preston garvey why can't I swing and hit you oh this is terrible game design now I've just technically been told to go down into the basement to grab a fusion core to power up the suit of power armor which is on the roof however I've got to be honest I don't think I need the power armor to defeat the enemies here I'm pretty sure I should be fine by myself with my overpowered customized weapons although to be fair there is technically quite a high chance that the enemies I run into will also have ridiculously overpowered custom weapons all it takes is one Raider with a nuclear device and suddenly we're dead so you know what I'm going to instead equip the triple-barreled combat sniper rifle come up to this edge here and turn on that right I want one shot there two shots there and then that just seems perfect for me oh yeah this sniping is going perfect one shot not to miss oh well I think this sniper rifle hits the monster they set on fire how is that balanced how is this hyper rifle okay no that's perfect anyway I killed all of them that's great now if I remember correctly I should jump off of here because there's more Raiders coming from the distance but also there's a deathclaw over there that I get to fight yes I'll jump off of here and now it's time to go fires a deathclaw you know what I feel quite ready for this with my combat sniper rifle but before we do that let's kill a few Raiders oh here comes our deathclaw right perhaps the sniper rifle isn't the best choice I'm instead going to go for the fluted double-barrel shotgun with the suppressor okay you know double barrel probably not the best choice let's instead go for the triple barrel pipe come on triple barrel pipe Jesus Christ okay you are effective that's half the health gone let's switch to a different weapon I'm thinking the improved focus pipe which does radiation damage die okay apparently you can swallow radiation damage quite well Oh God and you swallow my bullets even better no don't kill me please I'm friendly Oh God okay out Jesus come on it's gonna take more to kill Justin we've run out of point three eight so we now can't use our recoil compensator triple barrel pipe go what can we even use we've got no ammo we're going to have to use the focused laser musket which can only shoot two shots or are you okay are you okay okay now you've activated of course my bullet goes for your hitbox that's fine oh well okay I'm actually shoot its head off that's the Dethklok deal with oh my god what is your gun set me right on fire I've got an you then you set me on fire I want that flaming triple barrel combat rifle yes please oh my god it does do a lot of flames hello there you friendly eat flame damage oh wow it's really really short range but it does kill you almost immediately and you did luckily drop a bayonetted shredding hunting rifle which does a hundred and seven damage per shot what on earth is this thing good lord it also decides to shoot multiple shots right I like this new gun my god I honestly feel like each combat encounter the weapons you can get are honestly incredible I can't wait to travel to all of them and you know that was a complete success there we killed the death floor I think it's time we should move on to a brand new place I did just hear a nuclear explosion in this direction which has me interested I think I need to increase my movement speed if I want to track them all down I've also activated god mode because I mean come on Justin he's technically a god amongst men I mean he is phenomenal he is both simultaneously handsome and terrifying mostly the latter honestly I don't know where I got a handsome from so Todd forgive me for what I'm about to do but I'm going to activate a command player dot set AV speed multiplier a thousand oh now I can I can definitely tell the difference here yeah Todd I can uh I think I can see the difference going on right now yeah there appear to be landmines Todd but they don't appear to be affecting me anyway we're near where the Brotherhood of trying to defend themselves so don't worry I'm
