Enshrouded Tips | How to add Chains to your Base!!

all right welcome back everyone so uh got a few questions on my last video when I did the quote decimator it's a terrible name but you can come up with a better name yourself uh the chains so how did I put chains in my building and what what are they and what can you do with them uh one of them is even kind of a little angled I'm going to show you that today I'm also going to make another video and show you how to do a sunken wall chest and other objects it's not very easy I found it completely by mistake but it's kind of cool the result is very neat uh so we're going to do that today I do have to go back over to my test world so we're going to hop back over cuz I don't have this all built up on my test world the hollow Hall that I built for well still building I should say still building for the version 3.3 public resource world but I have the testing over here and we're going to show you today it's actually absurdly easy and I did a bunch of tests to determine size so first off the chain is this bracer so I have it in my bag right here and it is called iron Crypt Chandelier and the the chandelier itself is the massive part the chain is really not that big so in the hollow Hall that I built really you're seeing about that much because I don't have a very high ceiling and the side effect is you see all the smoke kind of coming up that is the smoke from the braer right there and it's it's a really cool effect so I tested let me get back here to see the heights of how high can you actually go and get not have the brazer sticking out I guess the better way to say it so this is one and A2 I changed colors so that you could see the difference between it so you got a A one solid wall which is this right here and then you have and and the the roof if you will is on top then you have a second actually that roof is not on top um it's off by one block I can see that right now then you have a second you have a one and you have a half half is like this you go in and use number seven so you got a a block and a half and that still you can't see any part of it if you go two full blocks that's when you can see part of the braer sticking out so two full blocks minus the number four in this one so minus two blocks out of it up here gives you this effect so if you look at this you have this kind of triangular structure um it's not really a tri I mean it would be it would be a triangle if it continued down and then you have this rectangular piece just above my horns right there this one shows pretty much all of that and there's a fair bit of flame coming out so if you go either a full minus three or sorry two full or a full and a half and then add One Singular block and I mean this right here add One Singular block then you get this effect so it's right where that trapezoid would be triangle shape starts you get a touch of flame now and again but you don't really see the flame you do however get a hell of a lot more smoke so if that's kind of the vibe you're going for you're going to want to go one go a half again and then go One Singular one by one block higher set the roof on top of the wall like your the wall underpins the roof and that will give you your highest amount before seeing any portion of the brazer otherwise this is how big this damn thing is and it is just absolutely monstrous it's so so big cool part is you can kind of climb on it so if you do place these up high and you can run and jump over and glide over to it you can do this to pick it up which works out pretty well all right thanks for watching guys
