[Music] welcome back to my channel so today I'm gonna be showing you how I leave my slow braised lamb chops this is something that I've always wanted to do one hair for you guys to see considering my family loves it so so very much but today's the day now normally I always show you guys all the ingredients that I'll be using before I start but I'm rushing for time today so I will be showing them as I go along alright so in here I've got about a kilo over lamb chops okay one killer of lamb chops I've cleaned it with some lemon and vinegar and left a little bit of fat on there but that is gonna help with the brazing because you're not gonna be using much oil and stuff today so this is what I has a little bit of fat here and there but as it turns me fine okay alright so let us get started I'm trying to first go in with some sea salt okay I'm gonna be putting in about a teaspoon of sea salt in there and I have been using sea salt over table salt for the past few weeks just because I heard that sea salt is a much healthier option okay I'm gonna follow this in with some freshly ground black pepper okay okay okay so after our salt and black pepper has been added I did actually just made a fresh jug of homemade green seasoning I will leave the link for this in my description box so make sure you guys check it out I'm gonna be putting about roughly roughly a tablespoon in there I don't want to put in too much in there okay and then what I'm gonna do next is to add in a little bit of my sauce room alright so this is Caribbean favorite let me show you this is how it looks and it just adds flavor to everything man listen if you don't have this you can go ahead with a little bit of all-purpose seasoning but I love me some salsa all right and I'm just putting about 1/2 teaspoon of salt in there okay good amazing and then what we're gonna do is to mix that up and it will people so now that's been added I'm just gonna go in with a drop of browning okay this is optional if you don't want to add browning but I really like adding just a drop in there to give it a nice brown color or anything like I said just a drop or two so after you've added in your browning what you're gonna do is to put on some gloves because this awesomes things and also the Browning and we really don't want to mess up those pretty fake okay so let's go ahead and mix this up and as you can see I didn't add in any onions garlic anything like that because my green seasoning has a little bit of everything okay so just we meet this up oh now that my lamb chops are seasoned to perfection as you can see I'm gonna let it marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes if you have an hour or two that would be perfect as well but as mentioned earlier I'm rushing so I don't really have one at that time okay you're gonna set it aside 15 20 minutes and then we're gonna braise these okay hey guys so it's time to give it a little praise our lamb chops okay I'm burning with grilling pan and I'm just lightly oiling it okay because I really don't want anything to burn on there but I like to aisle it all right and then we're gonna add our long chops one at a time we've got one more bonus if I can fit it in there there we go okay and I'm Azana allowed us to bring is on either side for a vote ten minutes okay eight to ten minutes and my heat is on low to medium okay so it's just a lot of degrades nicely so this is what is looking like about three minutes into the race time to go up eight to ten [Music] when it's up ten minutes I'm gonna come back flip it over and show you guys how it's looking all right okay guys so this is what is looking like ten minutes into the brace time so what I'm gonna do is to flip them over okay we split them over and I love it to go for another eight to ten minutes or so okay and then we're gonna make them nice both gravy which what I like to cook my sister hey guys some others have been braising for the plus twenty to twenty-five minutes I've got a plate on here I'm just gonna be placing it on here now this is not fully cooked say mine this is just being free all right go ahead and create that nice gravy so for our gravy I'm going in with that same pot that I used cause you know we want all those juices okay in Phoenician onion bell pepper and I don't allow that this fall stay on set it's nice and translucent okay I'm telling you this smells so good ready saute for about two to three minutes in there also went in there some fresh thyme and I'm putting in some plum tomatoes and there as well [Music] we go and then what you want to do next is to go in with some tomato ketchup now my tomato ketchup was running out so what I did was I put some water inside the bottle no I know at least one of you have done this in your life okay so I've added some tomato ketchup in here and I'm just gonna be putting it inside this like so alright okay guys I went ahead and add in a few drops of browning okay and then as this is starting to sizzle well to see my sorry how this is starting to simmer I'm now gonna go in with my lamb chops and place them back in this nice sauce one by one all right let's place them in here make sure all of them fits because we took them out from there in the first place okay so this is how it's looking make sure everything fits in there and any little excess gravy from the plate haha she put that in there alright okay guys so what you want to do is to allow this to still cook for at least one hour and then we're gonna go ahead and turn it off after that hour is done okay so it's been in the sauce for about 10-15 minutes so far and then we're gonna put the lid on so that he can just slow cook and you see that bubble nothing too aggressive just slow quick nice these Taliban chops are nice and tender okay so I'm gonna come back and show you when this is all done and there you have it guys all the ready to go do you see how with the Luna shiz this looks and sounds a little crazy on there
