Can you play golf with a Boat in GTA 5?

boat golf is exactly the same as normal golf just with boats you start by lining up your shot and then boost your boat into the air using a speed boost mod once you're in the air you cannot steer left or right at all the only thing you can do is boost more forwards just like normal golf today Doug's gonna be golfing through six holes across GTA you have to land your boat into every hole to win the tournament so let's get this golf started hole number one golf your boat from the ocean out here into the giant lake now of course in normal golf a big part of the strategy is picking the right Club in boat golf it's the same thing you just have to pick the right boat this is the size of most boats and here's the Buckingham tug looks like Doug's using the Buckingham executive tug for this opening drive reminder all I have to do is land the Buckingham tug somewhere in the lake and that will be the first hole done here we go time good luck everybody first shot is live maybe a little of a left no should still be good right crap so remember I can't steer can I clip the end of the lake I could probably get the end of the lake right I think we'll be okay remember he's just got a land in the lake without dying [Music] it's very shallow here time all right hole-in-one and a beautiful hole in one but now he's on to hole number two fly from that Lake into the Vinewood reservoir up in the mountains now this hole is actually quite a bit harder because of those mountains but just like in normal golf how you can bounce your golf ball around the course in boat golf you can keep boosting your boat and then try to bounce it into the hole there's the target I think that aim is correct Oh God it's not going upwards slices the shot to the right here I don't know why it's aimed down okay we're so it's very off course I'm gonna try to bounce it off something like like a billboard Buckingham tug get him no no no what's going down again why won't the Buckingham tug go up oh here we go here we go we're actually still on course there to start a service I did not expect this to happen I always had you far is that you far no okay I can still save it though boom time now that is some good golf poll number three golf from the Vinewood reservoir into the eastern reservoir near the ocean now hole three is even tougher just like in normal golf when it's really hard to get out of a sand trap this reservoir has these large concrete walls that can really mess up your shot pulling this hole off is gonna take some Tiger Woods ass boat golf oh god oh god oh god why is it turning like this okay we're way too far to the right I like I can't steer it okay I'll drop down and try to loop it back now he could still recover this shot with a good bounce here nice nice I actually worked since five we'll take the freeway it's beautiful always [Music] No [Music] to heaven this I don't think this target is very hard I think just getting out of the reservoir as the hard part check this [ __ ] up what if we plug the hole with tugs this is a smart call by Doug so he's gonna fill up the reservoir with Buckingham executive tugs so that he can ramp off of them to clear that outer wall it's just like a normal golf when you fill it up with golf carts I'll see you guys at hole number three oh my god that worked Stowe off but if I had aimed correctly oh no here we go here we go here we go now we're in now we're in now we're eight reservoirs right there okay I just need a something to knock me a little bit to the right okay okay okay okay I did that's it that's it I just that's it that's it [Music] letting it turn that's it right that's it and we're and there let's go time now that's some good-ass golf all it took was plugging it full of tugs hole number four fly from the eastern reservoir into the vest Bucci canals for this one you can land in any of those canals but they're very narrow and you have to dodge all of those buildings in the middle you can aim at this mountain the mountain is going to bump me slightly left and then that'll shoot directly at the canals here we go Oh God that's it that's been alright looks like Doug is finally gonna switch off of the Buckingham executive tug some nice-looking boats okay switching to a jet ski which is kind of a risky play it's a lot easier to aim the jet ski but it's also a lot easier to get knocked off and you have to stay on your boat for the shot to count so we go I actually think that's that's dead-on where the canals where the canals okay it's not it's not dead-on it's very slightly to the left so here's our interview I'm going to bounce off of this building and then ricochet perfectly over to the canals to my right here we go well that's golf no Denny overshoot today overshoot no Joe drop down drop down drop down drop down there's anywhere in this Lake looks like dog is gonna switch boats again he's gonna go for the police boat and he's gonna turn himself into a chimpanzee just like normal golf come on come on Bernhard oh so close oh there's it okay this works too come building be fine well god no it's right there okay Oh God that's good I think that's good I'm releasing right now come on I think that'll land I think that'll land come on go there oh no it's in the middle it's in the middle okay okay we can do this we can save this [Music] yes yes yes yes Pasadena that's been the whole boat has to be in yes time now that is some good goddamn golf first try now we're getting serious fly from the Vespucci canals into Mirror Lake on the eastern side of the city now I think the biggest problem with normal golf is that there aren't airplanes crashing into the golf course frankly this would make it actually fun to watch now we fix this problem in boat golf we bought a shitload of airplanes but it looks like they're plugging up the canal and causing some serious issues here for Doug there we go Wow that kind of works kind of [Music] that's golf okay targets over there target is over there okay if he keeps turning could be good I'm gonna ricochet off this mountain wait it's right there it's right there it's right there it's right there it's right there we're almost in almost a normal sit come on come on no no no no no we just need to play the best golf of my life like undercover [Music] okay okay okay okay okay so I bounced up three no no no no come on trying to flip the boat okay okay all right there we go fun yes yes yes now that was some goddamn golf and now it's time for the final hole golf from Mirror Lake across the city and into the lo Santos Golf Course if he lands his boat into any of the three ponds on the golf course Doug will win the entire tournament this is very doable I think it's easier than all the canal crap we just need to play the best golf of my life Oh God Oh God okay maybe we can make this work Oh God this is fine I'll just need to play the best golf of my life Dolph Dolph Dolph Dolph Dolph Dolph no go go flip it don't actual at all pink pink okay if I can just aim correctly oh no no yes yes okay oh come on [Music] classical [Music] you guys know where the golf course is I like the executive tug I think we all love the executive tug we all have strong confusing feelings about this executive tug the problem is that the executive tug is very bad at golf after four hours of golf it looks like Doug has finally decided to retire the buckingham executive tug as is tradition in golf he will return his tug to the ocean from whence it came [Music] back to hole six I'm smelling a hole-in-one here we go Oh God okay hey hey hey we weren't in it we weren't in a completely oh my god please please get into that water no wrong direction No oh my god no the boats on fire the boats on fire turn around okay okay okay Michael hits a nice line drive down the freeway beautiful shot there Doug hits back with a long rope drive it slices a little bit off course but maybe you can swing this back onto the green Michael's having a little argument with the referees it's pretty standard golf here of with a long drive through the bear that wind picks up in the hands inside that guy's house that's rough golf gotta play as and why Michaels talking with the management now it's using a 71 note swings to the left on the finishing high grass ball it's a circus and it's Michael for the final shot incredible hole amazed gone credible shot but that was Michael's 12th shot on the hole that means he's down by one stroke so if Doug can make this next shot he'll win the entire tournament now it's time for me to hole-in-one this god damn golf course [Music] drop down drop down drop down drop down drop down no no no too far that was me that was me I messed up okay but we got this we could salvage it we're still in the golf course I think yeah we're still in the golf course this is fine okay we scoop around now we shoot towards the water yes [Music] okay stay moving stay moving there's the water there's the water there's the water in there go good no no the boat did not come to a complete stop in the water it is still in play well we fell out okay I'll just go get back I'll get back in this is fine [Music] this is it right this is it I think I just boost forward slightly and will land beautifully into that golf course and there we go oh it took four hours and 16 minutes and 55 seconds but we [ __ ] go through all of GTA 5 and it was beautiful and Doug Doug wins the 2019 boat golf masters at like 87 over par I stopped counting I said it before and I'll say it again golf as his golf
