seven or eight miles from Beverly Hills very private beautiful area this is called the valley and we're here to see a magnificent palatial house and this house is very different to what we've seen in the past I mean I haven't seen it yet but it's more like going into a chateau in France or something like villa in Italy everybody knows when we arrive right nice this is so pretty yeah a nice quiet little cold exact very quiet secure I like these palms as well let's go Oh Mike look how many carriages our car garage yes okay Wow so let's go and have a look okay and the famous Adam yes the man that makes all of this look good thank you make sure he looks skinny okay this is amazing I know absolutely amazing [Music] monkey pleasure to meet you Michael are you doing how did this happen to meet you Caroline good to see you again yeah this is Simone he's my really good friend but he's also the listing agent for this home and he's gonna give us a tour festival Wow is all I can say well be my pleasure it's like walking into a hotel in Vegas alone shut up in France wow I cannot disagree so along those lines my clients built this for themselves this is not a spec construction in their world travelers so they're huge fans of palatial places and they truly love her side this is palatial they how big how big is it the house sits on a 1.5 acre a usable parcel surrounded by stick parkland and the house is approximately 14,000 square feet under the roof all single-story Wow should have brought training shoes that's a big house that's gorgeous this is this and they expect upwards of two million dollars just on the baccarat style chandeliers throughout the house I want you to pay special attention to the one in the living room hold on one of the we said two million dollars two million dollars on the lights just inches on the live that's how much is a house 11 million dollars it's it's a nine million dollar home [Applause] huge huge so this is very different to what we're used to looking at because for the most part we look at modern homes but this is magnificent I mean special features that we're gonna look at today are primarily focused on the specific details everything was done by hand they brought specialists from around the world to do the paintings you'll see throughout the ceilings to finish all the work of all the marble around the house which is all imported all these Persian rugs are all silk and they're all one-of-a-kind handmade for this house incredible and I have to take a peek at this because that into what he's in folks Spain couldn't wear that on my wrist I bought me to walk you through the foyer to the four will fall room and parlor this is cool many a night have they entertained their guests around the world in absolute privacy is ready to put things in perspective of how big this is this dining table five six 14 chairs and it's lost in here what it doesn't even look like a big table thank you it doesn't look at the themselves in this magnificent place this is an island beyond the island look at this crazy place yes so we are sitting in one of only nine estates within the exclusive gates of the Ashurst Lane Mulholland Park compound area so this is a guard gated community at the top of the Santa Monica Mountains above Tarzana look at this view Michael I think you should fly it you could pay for the party with your commission right you know what that's a deal this home was designed to extend time why is that if you look around the outside there is not one drop of paint on the exterior of the home the exterior home and the roof is domed in brass so there's absolutely not one drop of paint here and they did that for reason a lot of the great castles in Europe right have they left forever they last forever and that's what they wanted to recreate here in Los Angeles I mean I know we love a million bucks use a lot of money but it's kind of a bargain right but the kids have all grown up gotten married moved on and I think the matriarch and patriarch of this property are looking to do the same I was over there when you just said that but can you tell the guys again they were gonna put a bowling alley under here absolutely so at one point when when the whole family lived in this house before the kids grew up and moved away and got married they were planning on putting a bowling alley underneath this expansive deck as it is potential square footage they're also planning on putting a tennis court here even have plans for it so how far is a lungo down to the fence over here so another special feature about this property is while yes it is Rin and yes it's it holds itself for entertainment there's a family that lives here so mom and dad wanted to make this house cozy so come on in here let me show you it's actually a house within a house it has a phone I hear ah looks like someone's coming to visit what do you feel like you're in a castle you shouldn't have a phone right so this is like a living room in the kitchen yes yes they designed this specifically to be cozy for the family so on a daily basis when they're not entertaining this is where you would live with your the rooms the light would you call that color glasses a name for it stained stained glass yep it's such a tease of a door open that yeah Garage 2-story ceilings so you can't put lifts in if you have tank parts wow so now I'm really upset there's a pool table in the garage when a car could be here that would have to go I mean that just has to go this is a great size also notice this the height of the garage door so lips yep listen you could put like a tour bus in here uh-huh up to ten because it's high enough to pull lips I am but I put lifts and then yeah well you can put ten in here and then you have tons of space out front as well I know it belongs just met its jesting very very cool so different to what we're used to you haven't but yet so nice I was just not saying I wouldn't have imagined myself looking at a house like this thinking wow this is cool but it really is cool that's why I wanted to bring here because I wanted you to see like other homes as well and not just modern homes all the time no it's a good point good boy definitely worthy of seeing I want to see the rest of it let's go take a peek [Music] like a deja vu or two here one just look how ornate everything is has detail look look up here it's literally sensational because the risk that you run with a prophecy like this is that it can be too much yeah and I really don't think it is I think everything has been done to such a high level it's very ornate but it's also very classy yeah people but anybody that likes ornate this is them right I mean asking it's not like you say it's not overdone but Wow hmm especially no paint on the entire house yeah in all this is marble yeah people are gonna love this because obviously I have to touch everything you do have to touch every last my finger there like a hotel house has four wings so this wing you have the coat room and through this beautiful set of doors you have the wood paneled study of the film which is being attended here right to take your coat for your harness hello hi hi could you attend my jacket please give it to me give it to me there's a feet $5 I'm only wearing a t-shirt well don't take that off nobody wants to see what's under there look at the master oh I like the double doors as well I know it's such a nice touch I didn't noticed on the way in Korean uh-huh little step one stop movies here oh nice these look comfy they look really comfy he ready I'm ready one two three ah they're rocking chair they are the rocking chair mine isn't my new ones a solo you choose the wrong one okay ah that's nice they never see you one of the obviously a rocking chair how cool is this the only trouble with this I would rock myself to sleep watching a movie movie isn't it cool yeah also again like with the details have you seen what the projector is no oh look at that yeah that's the point they designed a case specifically for the projector so the projector is hidden behind this custom-designed case to blend in seamlessly with the crown moldings popcorn machine should you require in the movie which is an absolute must very nice it is yeah that's very cool look at that it's the most ornate projector box I've ever seen in my life I have to second that one two three four five hit you need some extra fingers 50 yes 15 15 15 or there abouts I know similar accounts I did write 1 2 14 15 you're right 15 as we walk down the West hallway notice the enemy lady highly flammable oh that's nice you can find that throughout the house this is the guest wing so there's a guest suite here now I feel like I'm in the peninsula this is this is very reminiscent of a bed in the peninsula how a room would be very pretty nice to have a peek outside absolutely walls of water I don't know is it I don't believe in any of that stuff really no do you spell I just come out to make a horrible joke then make what no she said it's ancient so it must be right and I said so is Michael but he's run all the time so all that bad energy and look what's happened right duvets yes see that's you that actually happened whilst you're speaking Fung Shui or no function way there's nothing more relaxing and hearing trickling water I am very very good baccarat chandelier yes darling everywhere so this is the family always will notice the fun we hold as we walk through high ceilings everywhere at 12 feet minimum these two beautiful bedrooms are mirror images of one another as there are two brothers living here and of course the home must be fair to both so both bedrooms are absolutely well equipped beautiful and large please make yourself at home and everything is Versace yes sir Wow like him oh that's me yes a good taste in the picture that's a Mara put in some Versace bunk beds and then you've got space here to do like karate and like this I really do it's I believe you in fact this looks very tame first one of your shirts well if this is your this is the most plain show I've ever seen you wear well I haven't considered wearing something crazy you have diamonds on the coast and go with this because this is crazy yeah my shoes at the chain you shoes shoes perfectly matched the house those are great shoes well it was like you know July the 4th the fireworks you see is a no see good shag I believe this is what you call it this is the master retreat I love the fireplace yes wood-burning fireplace as well as fireplace throughout the house mind you this is her master bath faces on it's a massage table it looks very much like it could be onyx countertop this is a very deep buff may night dive I'm gonna dive it so you could never get out again complete with another fireplace that's lovely I bet that's really nice table guys a little bar from the fire on and this steam shower door was hand-chiseled to match a painting that the owner purchased and she wanted this door to match that painting well that is extravagant it is so this is the yes sir this is Shauna stuff walking around the house of the sizes to keep you in shape there is a gym in the dry sauna tiny comparison to hers it's definitely understated no question but it is chock-full of what he's looking for steam shower Versace onyx countertop just enough room for his clothes and a bar like I said I would knock this wall out a gym make one huge closet that's a great idea that's what I would do and that could be done easily easily zoom easily so when you say BA it's all tucked away inside bars in alcohol by alcoholic drinks this refrigerator we this is a common thing else is here this is a common theme alcohol in the bathroom and it's not something that I had seen until the last place that we went to and now I'm thinking why wouldn't you want a mini-fridge in your toilet [Music] [Laughter] sure indeed guests need to be lavished as well and the owners of this house wanted their guests to have something very special when they came to the restroom this is their hers powder room please make yourself comfortable pay attention to the walls and the detail so I could cut the curtain beautifully done padded walls it sounds like a recording studio there not only that you could you could actually kill someone in here nobody would know I need to take a bathroom selfie in here it was designed for luxury it was designed for someone to feel privacy is right and in Hays as well you get the same feel but without the puddy oh they are padded I thought this was wallpaper it's not look it's padding um do you like to touch things touch it look at the clearance on that that's like perfect precision I wonder how many of those little crystals they broke putting that door in amazing pool amazing I love the fact that it has a mirror but it's not it's a mirrored wall so it's just a frame so look this looks like I'm looking in the mirror and then I do this and then it's a mirror in a mirror it's like a house in a house this is all isn't well it's this I'll show you a trick okay look in the mirror ready I'm ready what sure to happen a different person arrived I don't know what's wrong with me you've been drinking again so I got my sunglasses out because I noticed a pool house back there got to go check that out and some barbecue equipment which is right up your alley yeah which reminds me you still haven't invited me for the barbecue that he was famous sausage that you tell me about I don't know why I said that well wait house it favors the famous sausages is just great I mean even this pool houses looks like it could be its own little yeah let's go take a look at this see if it stuck to it without the whole thing so along with the pool house you have a nice outdoor bar and kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher barbecue grill and sinks and I certainly didn't economize when they were doing stuff guys all of the great view so as you're back here with your guests you can take a look at the sidewalk the mountain range and just enjoy the splendor beautiful no second beat fight what are you saying the blue crystals you know I'll invite you to come by at night we'd love to see you sit down have a drink in a cigar and enjoy this fire pit don't drink and I don't smoke but I enjoy the view having said that would be dark at night how about some seltzer water on ice and speaking my language look cool this has been fantastic guys thanks for thanks for joining us today thanks for looking this
