we got a call for a Hyundai Tucson up on the Tocqueville Falls Road he says he's crossed up and stuck sideways on the road so we're gonna go up there and see if we can get him turn around and get him out of there tonight they're a little windy but we'll see what kind of shape our vehicles in [Music] taking the shortcut trying to go straight up here what do you think of this shortcut it I'm hanging on did you have parachutes in here oh hang on it [Music] Wow deaf man deep bro yeah that your first time up this shortcut it's a quite a climb we're about to merge back onto the main road here and we'll be there in a few minutes oh I see him all right so you're down this road a little lays pasta all right we'll go get John cross to get you out back when I was in high school I drove in 1964 Rambler 440 down here wow we made it backed out but the motor was completely ripped off the mounts just layin laying sideways in the engine bay we gotta put back together [Music] [Music] yeah this is definitely down this is definitely the jeep drill the main road you'd be here okay on and he almost made it to the bottom [Music] [Music] oh yeah oh man oh we go yeah we're gonna have to roll some rocks for you but look it will get you out of here [Music] [Music] [Music] definitely not all-wheel-drive can't go around out where I'm at but other time not that around Jake [Music] [Music] do this really slow you're gonna pick blinds you want to take don't help too much even if you see me struggling I just got to clear the rocks out underneath my tires and you'll run over the road because we're pulling from the side is gonna have a tendency to push the front of your car over that way okay so just remember that when you feel that American sensation it's just because we're we're falling so we've got this big rock right here I don't know if we can move it or not or if we can just go around to the outside of it we'll see what happens so it looks like somebody's been over the top of it ah [Music] I needed him to hug the right shoulder of the road but because of the angle we were pulling from his toe hook it was forcing him to the middle of the road and right into the path of that big rock I don't hard get over that [Music] there was you stack some rock storm and see if you [Music] we got a tailwind about never help so that was a little bit more work than I expected I didn't think you'd have a two wheel drive Hyundai Tucson down there made it out the pavement man right a rough road that way we got him out though I was for it tore that corner out of that thing was a Honda that Hyundai Tucson [Music]

I did this trail last year in my off-road truck. It was an awesome, moderately difficult trail, but I kept thinking to myself that none of the websites that I saw it on really mentioned how necessary it was to have a proper vehicle, and how some tourists would definitely get in trouble on it. The payout at the end is a really beautiful waterfall that you can drive over, so I can see why they were trying!

Holy fuck. For a lot of that ride in, I was like, "well, I could see how someone with not a lot of knowledge would think this was okay for an "SUV"". But then he got to the downhill trail to where he was actually stuck.. WTF?! How did he ever think that was okay to drive down? I cant believe he got as far as he did!
