so we got a call for a an rv that's stuck in the sand out in the warner valley staging area so we're gonna head out there and see if we can get it out nice clear day a little wind we'll get them out i'm driving the hook truck we're out to uh get a motor home somewhere in warner valley and uh yeah i get to be in front of the camera for once howdy howdy let's get rowdy did you see it down there yeah i did i mean i didn't see that coyote because i was looking like off yeah i was looking up against the hill i was looking at stuff on the hill or were you sleeping i was not asleep my eyes were open wide awake you can sleep with your eyes open so where is it it's over behind that flag there's a road in front of that trailer right there 30 feet from pavement huh okay so somebody already tried pulling them [Music] out [Music] they're stuck pretty good uh biggest thing is getting it up so i don't drag stuff off the bottom where did trevor go [Music] i kind of wanted to see the corvair do it so go forward yeah yeah look at that strap it's a strapping young strap there's an exit strategy right there let's see what this is hooked to the corvair's gonna go [Music] all right let's do it [Music] well we'll see what happens i don't want to get too cocky yet that thing's heavy yeah well we're going with this setup you see here i don't even know what to call it [Music] i'm gonna go find the end of this yeah so clear clear out i'm gonna go find the end of it um just missed that and that um so you know where the parking brake is good good deal um you're gonna want to give a little and then progressively more and more but pay really close attention to what your vehicle is doing you get to control what happens so if you don't want to go you stop i won't be able to push [Music] it moved up a tiny bit but not much [Music] yeah what's wrong i can't get the traction control well that will's just churning whenever you're not off the brake that will just church okay so let's get the hook truck up here and uh we'll put both of them on there's no place to hook up the cable in the front well we'll get we'll hook up to that strap but we'll pull on it and just keep bumping it gently so we'll get it status it's a large chunk of steel and aluminum and wires and everything it's heavy and heavy and it just can't get moving so we're going to hook it up with a winch and we're going to yank it out did [Music] what do they say suck it up buttercup [Music] and sand down my pants yeah there's that if i rip my pants you're buying me a new pair i will [Music] look at this how am i supposed to fit under here and hook these two up did you unhook this i never hooked it up okay lizzy i need it back out again this whole thing just that you stay under there though you're doing great all i see is boots yes [Music] that's quite the tight squeeze yeah i barely fit barely matt you're gonna have to pull me out this time you just stay under there and lay real flat let's pull the bus off for you [Music] okay all right okay do you want me to be like on the inside of the arms or the outside right there um like right here or right here right there right here okay right here yeah that's where they're strongest is this one good i can't see it move it in that good yep how are you coming on your stomach um [Music] okay you're gonna have to wiggle yourself out of there lizzy i know when i'm trying not to cut my pants there you go lizzy dust yourself off you're a mess um oh i did rip my pants i'm buying you new pants we're buying her new pants right there this is gonna be a really short shopping montage okay lizzy i want you and this doing okay just gentle bumps all right back back like eight or ten feet and forward but not like full throttle okay i want you to go get the school bus [Music] foreign you don't know how to get this traction control off when i hit the switch it doesn't do anything you have to try holding it i did that part like putting it in neutral holding it down it's okay we're we're doing pretty good here dig it deeper just a little less god [Music] [Music] okay i just it's it we haven't done that before so i just want to make sure it just does what it wants right it's supposed to help i don't know if it's supposed to turn though yeah it locks above 15 miles an hour okay okay we'll try to get it above 15. we just said it's the sand it's the sand i mean the sand so let's just we'll just keep moving forward we are getting up up on top those the drive wheels aren't spinning at all are they they are okay i want to keep spinning to a minimum so to help him with that spinning to a minimum trend that's almost impossible but okay [Music] that was the perfect amount of non-spin so you're saying it didn't spin right [Music] hey hey you're a part there bud [Music] i think once once the rear tires reach where the front tires are you should be good [Music] foreign [Music] yeah that throttle was tricky because you do like a quarter throttle and it that's when it starts to finally start to rev up yeah and then it's like really touchy after that yeah that floating axle won't happen just a hindrance this is a big strap so what does this exhaust go to is this a generator okay so it's definitely bent it's a bolt-on piece so we'll have to get that replaced for you it's what it's done is it's pushed up on this and just it's put a twist kink in it okay i'm gonna take that off and see if we can get the park for it [Music] okay holy smokes look at those trenches we were dragging belly the entire like two-thirds of this pole or more than that three quarters of this pole we were dragging belly here's your t-shirt for you okay thank you we got it we got it wow that was a tough job that was close we were on the border of not getting that done i got to give some mad props to lizzie for a couple things one she jumped right under the front of that rv and hooked that up which uh isn't a super pleasant job and then she jumped in the more of air and put it to work for a good 15 minutes maybe 20. yeah he had dragging 100 feet then that floating asphalt tires turned by the rough both cables on the hook track me on the brake yeah that was a tough one but he's happy um we're gonna come back and put a new exhaust pipe on his generator the there was no avoid i mean we could have took it off i guess before the pull but it was gonna get bent up no matter what but that's an easy fix and thanks for watching so we're planning on being at the cache valley cruising up in logan um that's going to be july 1st 2nd and 3rd it's a
