tested feuding food chains for over a year, but we have never actually
successfully started a food feud until now. - Yeah, we've been stirring
the pot on Twitter for a while between Red Lobster and Joe's
Crab Shack we tried to do it, but all that came back was crickets. - Yeah, but this time the people
over at Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop were game to a throw down, and it all started when we tweeted this. "Hey Wingstop, we heard Buffalo Wild Wings "said you're called Wingstop because "customers have one wing "and they want to stop. "Care to comment?" - They did care to comment with a sick hot saucy burn, tweeting "y'all crowned us king,
and so did Twitter. "Hashtag check the tape." And then they put a picture of you. Guys, this is by far the
best wing I've tasted. - That is me. I am wearing a blindfold, but I do know that's
me, I recognize myself. Because a couple years
back Wingstop was crowned the Lord of the wings during
our blind original taste test, but BWDs was a close second. And who knows maybe our pallets
have changed in two years, and today we're not
just doing wing to wing, we're going deeper. - But we weren't done tweeting. Next we tweeted "Hey Buffalo Wild Wings, "Wingstop said that if you both were cast "in the classic buddy comedy "Twins," "Wingstop would be Arnold Schwarzenegger "and Danny De Vito, "and you'd still be a restaurant
no one wants to go to. "Thoughts?" - okay we braced ourselves
for what was gonna come next. They responded with this. A picture of Link and this guy has jokes. - Oh a little snarky. So they're both using
us against ourselves. - Well we made that pretty easy. - So now we're gonna put
them against ourselves against our mouths. - We're gonna put you against our mouths. - Trying to find out which
mother clucking wings are sky flapping and which ones are plain crapping. It's time for Food
Feuds, Buffalo Wild Wings versus Wingstop. - All right we're gonna taste test some classic dishes from each restaurant, we're gonna rate them
on a scale of one to 10, and the restaurant with
the most points at the end will be crowned The Lord of
the Wings Return of the Wing. - Yes. - And will have a chance

original wings from both places. What do we have here, Stevie? - [Stevie] On Rhett's side
are Buffalo Wild Wings original buffalo sauce wings. They rank as hot on
their menu's spicy meter of mild, medium, hot and wild. A basket of 10 wings costs $15.49. - These are good wings. - Not too hot, not too not hot. It builds up a little bit over the course of eating this one flat. - It doesn't seem like it's got a lot of sauce on it, but it gets you. - And look how much
redder the Wingstop's are. - [Rhett] Yeah Wingstop went super red. - [Stevie] On your side, Link, are Wingstop's wings
with original hot sauce. They're roughly medium level spicy according to their scale. And a basket of 10 wings costs $9.59. - Like six dollars less for 10. There's a chickeny taste. That really comes forward. - That's true. - Do you know what I'm saying a chicken taste? - I'm a big fan, you know, big fan of Wingstop. Big fan of that Wingstop ranch, I just got some of that too. Let me just go straight wing. - Why did we not do hot versus hot? What was the rationale there? - [Stevie] They're both original, their original sauces, it's just that the
Buffalo Wild Wings sauce is a little bit hotter than the other one. - [Link] And if you look at size, I mean-- - Pretty comparable. - Yeah I mean I happened
to grab a bigger one, but, I don't know, 'cause there's a lot of variability there. - And these are a little bit
moister, do you notice that? - Yeah, the Wingstop is drier. - Well let's go at 'em one at a time. This is a really good wing, very solid. I'm gonna give it an eight. - I agree. I'm gonna give it an eight. And just because of the dryness over here. And it's a little less flavorful. Oh man, it's close though. - I'm going with a seven.
- Seven. - So eight over here and seven over here for both of us. Okay so now we're moving
on to some dry rub wings. I was gonna grab that one. - I got it first, it looks good. - [Stevie] So on Rhett's side are Buffalo Wild Wings Chipotle
Barbecue dry seasoned wings. They are medium in spice, and you can buy 100 of these for $119.49. - Mm, this is kind of taking me to Memphis with that dry rub. - It's super subtle. - [Stevie] So on Link's side
are Wingstop's Louisiana's dry rub wings. They're a medium spice level. And you can buy 100 of these for $88.99. - It's got more of a kick. - More flavor. - The Wingstop, it has like an
Old Bay seasoning kick to it. You feelin' that? - I just feel like this
has got more flavor and more of the flavor that I want out of a dry rub. I'm gonna give, these are not my favorite,
I'm gonna give 'em a six. - I really like these, but for me, man, shoot. - You're feeling the pressure, aren't you? - I know. I'm gonna give 'em an eight, 'cause I really like it. But then this just soars over the top. And with the first one you get that kick, but then you, I gotta eat another piece. - [Rhett] I'm going with

release on prnewswire.com. - So they stole it from them. - [Josh] They stole it from them. - So, Stevie, what do you know? Is there a difference here? - [Stevie] So those are Wingstop boneless mango habanero wings. They rank hot on their spice scale. Wow, having trouble. And you can buy 10 of
these for only $8.49. - Wingstop not as hot. Wingstop a little drier on the inside. - It's a fruitier sauce,
but really, really good. - I'm gonna have to eat a carrot. - You'll be all right. - Dip it in some ranch. - Man, that is really good. - I mean we're definitely in the realm of best chicken nuggets I've ever had. 'Cause I can't call these boneless wings, I just can't. Right? I know you talked about
this on your podcast. - [Josh] I am firmly team
that these are not nuggets, and I think of you less as a
person for calling them that. - Ah, man, okay, these are good. These are better than I
thought they were going to be. I'm going eight on these. - I'm just going by smell at this point. - Smelling, okay. - I mean it smells like it's
gonna burn your innards. - [Rhett] They taste so good. - I like the Buffalo Wild
Wings a little bit more. I'm gonna give 'em a six. And then I'm gonna switch
over to a five over here. - What happened to your scale? - I don't like 'em as much as
the other stuff I've eaten. I like bones, and if it's a wing I want
it to actually be wing meat. - This is really difficult for me. These are a little bit spicier. These are a little bit fruitier. And I think that in ways that I didn't really anticipate I'm leaning towards the spice. So I'm actually gonna give these a seven. So now we're moving beyond wings to the wing side kick, french fries. - I need these. - [Stevie] So on Rhett's
side are Buffalo Wild Wings regular size natural cut french fries with customizable toppings. We chose cheddar jack cheese, Queso, and desert heat dry seasoning. And the price for this
pile of glory is $5.59. - You have to kind of take yourself back to what these would have been like right out of the fryer 'cause they've kind of turned into, you know, I mean. It's just the cheese man, it's the cheese. You know, cheese. - Put you've got the sprinkle stuff that was on round two, I believe. - They're good, but I gotta say, I've had a love affair
with Wingstop fries. - [Stevie] So these are
Wingstop's Louisiana Voodoo fries. They're cut fresh from Idaho potatoes, covered with cheese sauce, ranch, and their signature Cajun seasoning. And the regular side are $3.79. - They really hold up
to the test of delivery a lot better than Buffalo Wild Wings. - They're a little bit
soggy at this point. That's why, when you
get takeout at Wingstop, you can get 'em extra
well done, the fries, there's like a checkbox,
always check that box. - You can see the freshness of the cuts. Like you can visualize-- - [Rhett] (mumbles)
cuts man, all day long. - You can visualize the potato just wrapping around this puppy. - These are fine, five. - Four. - There's something
really, really special. - They're next level. Seven. - You're tough man, you're tough critic. What would it take to be a, to get a 10 from you? I'm not about to give these a 10. - Fine I'll give it an eight, 'cause that, the combination-- - This keeps getting better. - Is killer. Yeah, I can't stop eating them. - I'm going with a nine. - All right, eight and a nine. - All right, final round, desserts. - [Stevie] So on Rhett's side is Buffalo Wild Wings
chocolate fudge cake, and you can have all of that for $6.29. - All of that cake. - [Stevie] All of that cake. - That is a nice, thick, it's like a Devil's
food cake kind of vibe. - [Stevie] Okay, you can
order vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce on top of this, but we didn't put on it 'cause we wanted you to taste it so it's more comparable to Wingstop. We just, wanted it to
be as fair as possible. - It's a good cake. It's not, I mean I've
had a lot better cakes. That's the only thing I'll say. - It looks a little better than it is so you get your hopes up. Now this doesn't look great at all, it looks like a dried out brownie. - [Stevie] It's Wingstop's
only dessert option, the triple chocolate chunk brownie. The menu says it's the perfect blend of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks, and it's only $1.99. - It's a good brownie. - [Link] It looks dry, but it is very moist. - [Rhett] It's very moist. - When a brownie's bad it's real bad, but when a brownie's good
it's better than good cake. - Okay. - I'm gonna give, this is
good, I'm gonna give it a five. - I'm gonna give it a six. - But this brownie over here,
I gotta give this a seven. - I'm giving it a seven as well. Very good, very solid brownie. - So there we have it,

I'm a sucker for this episode format and I think this was maybe the best one yet. I've only had Wingstop once (it's pretty out of the way) but it really wowed me.
I know their characters can be pretty divisive but I hope Dirk and his gf got over their relational issues. </3
I enjoyed this, and the roller-coaster romance story return of Matt and Emily's characters, even if they were just phoning it in.

That Louisiana Rub is on another level.
Kind of weird that Wingstop only won based off the fries. BWW won off of just the three chickens. Little disingenuous to call a place the best chicken place when it didn't have the best chicken.
This was the episode I have long awaited. Unfortunately they made some mistakes. As a veteran of both of these establishments, their best work was not shown. Wingstop’s lemon pepper is far and away the best wings you can get. BDubs garlic Parmesan is their best sauce.
I also did not enjoy how they did not rank with price in mind. BDubs is extremely pricey and Wingstop is better quality so it should’ve won in the biggest landslide.
But I’m also the only person who will be getting riled up about this lol
