Why A Pre-Tribulational Rapture?

okay welcome again I'm Robert breaker and today we're going to look at this subject why a pre-tribulational rapture I believe that's a good subject I believe that's a good question I get a lot of questions about this on my email so people are asking why why do you believe the pre-tribulation rapture want this guy says this and this guy says that isn't this guy over there says this and a lot of people that claim to be Christians today while they don't believe in a pre-tribulation rapture why do you rob a breaker well I'm glad you asked that's what I'm going to talk about today I'm going to show you why I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture there's lots of people today that have changed their position unfortunately and this used to be one of those things that was one of the fundamentals of the faith and was something that all Christians would say well I'm a Christian and then they say now you're a Christian do you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture I mean you could be a Christian and not believe in a pre-tribulation rapture I guess would you just be wrong and that it used to be that most Christians believe this and they call themselves fundamentalist many of them and they would go around and they would say well are you a pre-trib ER and they say well of course you know that's what the Bible teaches well nowadays many people have turned away from this doctrine and a lot of people have turned away from a lot of doctrines and it's just exactly what the Apostle Paul said would take place sending last day there'd be a falling away and many people today are falling away from the sound doctrine so I've made several videos on this before talking about the tribulation and why I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture and I had plan to teach on something else I want to start teaching on anxia paganism where it comes from and it's roots and then also show you what Gnosticism is and then explain how because ancient paganism nation Gnosticism have gotten into the church that's what's causing the doubt that's what's causing the changing of doctrine that's what's perverting people and getting people off into false teaching it's the satanic influence Bible says the last days they'll be seducing spirits and doctrines of devils and so that shows me that according to the Bible in the last days it's it's demons that are changing doctrines Bible doctrines and that's sad that's very sad so what I want to do today is I want to talk about why a pre-tribulation rapture why do I Robert Blake breaker believe in a pre-trib rapture well we're gonna look at that today but before we get started let's go to second Thessalonians 2 verses 1 through 3 again there are a lot of people that are turning away from what they used to believe I can't tell you how many times I hear people say oh do you still believe in that's how they talk they talk like this do you still believe in that brother breaker well I used to believe that but now I believe this oh so that's a confession that you are an apostate is that correct I mean you're just telling me that you used to believe right now you choose to believe something else that's pretty scary that's pretty scary so what does the Bible say I want to believe what the Bible teaches I want to stick with the Word of God and what it teaches and I've told in the Bible that there will be people that fall away well I don't want to be one of those I want to be without one of those that sticks with the Bible doctrine and teaches what the Bible says so let's begin today in 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 and the second Thessalonians chapter 2 I'm going to read the first three verses and it's talking about the rapture now I went up here for sake of time and drew up this up here when I drop tried to draw up you know most of the times when I'm teaching here what would I call this this would be a well in Spanish it's a per film what is perfect an outline so this is an outline of the whole Bible thrown out and I always draw out a pre-tribulation rapture which means the rapture comes before the tribulation then after the tribulation comes the Battle of Armageddon and then the Millennial Kingdom of Christ and we are today in what's called the church age and I will always continue to draw it that way because that's how the Bible teaches but today there are people that are beginning to teach something else and they're preach they're teaching what they call a mid-trib rapture or there are some people that preach a rapture at the end of the tribulation which is weird but they want you to get away from the pre-trib so this is the pre-trib right here this is the pre-trib rapture and that's what I want to stick with because that's what the Bible teaches now they've come up with all sorts of lies about the pre-trib rapture today and one of the reasons they against a pre-tribulational rapture is because of the lie in which they perpetrate saying well there was no pretty trimmer before Darby now I don't have time to get into that I will get into that here in a minute I had that book with me I don't know where it went I'll just have to mention that book later when we get into this but I've got lots to get into and I need to start out with second Thessalonians chapter 2 so let's go to 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 1 now we beseech you brother now who is speaking the Apostle Paul is speaking to the church the body of Christ now we've seat you brother by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto Him well that's what the rapture is it's called the gathering together and the Bible or the catching away and it says by our gathering together unto him that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled neither by spirit nor by word nor by letter as from us like it emails all the time from people that are troubled and they're shaking in their minds and they say brother breaker there's this guy on YouTube and he says that the pre-tribulation rapture isn't the truth and I'm listening to what he has to say and I'm going to is that true and and what they're doing is they're trying to get people to turn away from what the church has always believed in pre-trib rapture to one of these others now what does it say here it says we should not be shaken in mind or troubled neither in spirit nor by word nor by letter as from us as that the day of Christ is at hand a new version of the Bible changes the day of the Lord well the day the Lord has more to do with Armageddon but the day of Christ well that's the day that Christ comes back at the rapture and takes out the church the body of Christ now says here and remember that the context is the day of christ the rapture it says let no man deceive you by any means for that day what day the day of christ the rapture let no man deceive you by any means for that day shall not come except there come a falling away first and the man of sin be revealed , the son of perdition so the falling away is right here and that's what we call the apostasy apostasy is the falling away and what are they falling away from sound doctrine now it says the following way well we've already got the falling away so there you go I mean that's happening today many people are falling away from the Bible doctrine of truth now it says here the son of the man of sin well in the Bible the Antichrist has two names he's called two separate things he's called the man of sin and he's called the son of perdition so what you see here is he's saying that the Antichrist is going to come and when he comes he's gonna come and when he shows up as the man of sin he says that's gonna be revealed and as soon as the Antichrist is revealed as soon as the Antichrist is revealed we're raptured out one guy said well brother breaker is so wrong in his heresy while he believes that we're waiting for the end of Christ where rather they're waiting for Jesus what I just told you I'm waiting for Jesus at the rapture but what does the Bible say well I just read it says the Antichrist is revealed who is reveal that he's revealed as the man of sin he's also the son of perdition but that's in the future but the man of sin is the Antichrist now my thought on that could be wrong this is he shows up as the head of the United Nations and they vote on this guy and he becomes the new president of the United Nations and we that are Christians we know that man is so evil and so wicked and so vile we look at each other we go could that be the Antichrist all son there we go we're out and he was revealed to the world but as soon as he became the head of the United Nations we're out we're gone so I see the Antichrist coming and the Bible says as soon as he's revealed then we're out that's a pre-trib rapture because why does the Antichrist come he comes to rule as the man of sin he's also called the son of perdition but that's a different time it's a seven year future tribulation and I'll get into that here and a little bit but in second Thessalonians chapter 2 speaking about the gathering together verse 1 it tells us not to be shaken or troubled and verse 3 says do not be deceived again there are people today that are coming along and they're trying to deceive you and say no see the man of sin is revealed then in the middle of the tribulation raptured out there your mid tripperz instead of pre-tribbers some of them are called pre-wrath rapture people because the wrath of God is poured out on the world in the last three and a half years of the tribulation so they're called pre-wrath people then you got yours that believe that the rapture comes right before Armageddon so a Christian would have to cross the way through the tribulation I find that hard to swallow according to Paul and rightly dividing the word of truth so what I'm going to do today I'm gonna make this personal but I'm also gonna teach and preach and show you what the Bible says this is going to be my speech or doctrinal dissertation if you will or or talk on why I believe in a pre-trib rapture why pre-trib rapture well the reason that I believe in a pre-trib rapture and I think I have a maybe eight points maybe nine I don't know but I want to give you as many reasons as pop 10 I've got 10 reasons here why I'm a pre-trib rapture rapture person and the first is because Paul Paul is a pre-tribulational rapture person you cannot go to Paul's writings without seeing that Paul believed in the rapture and he believed that it was coming in his day and he thought that he would be a part of it let's go over to 1st Thessalonians now there are some people out there they they sit around and watch youtube all day long and I'm not against that you can watch whatever you want you know there's a lot of good stuff on YouTube but there's also a lot of bad stuff and there's a lot of people that sit around and they watch these people that try to deceive you and that's usually how they get into the false doctrine and say well this guy in his video said there's no such thing it's a pre-trip or this guy he's he said no the rapture has to be a deal and they watch these videos from people that are deceiving you Paul says don't let them deceive you so what I'm gonna try to do today is to give you the truth so you're not deceived they won't show you these verses okay they twist the scriptures to teach their non pre-trib rapture and you can't twist the scriptures you got to read as they say in context so let's go to the rapture I've had people you mean they say well bro the break I watched all these videos on YouTube and they say there is no rapture and there's nowhere in the Bible's that talked about a rapture live actually gotten a bunch of those emails lately in the last couple of weeks and it's like there's no rapture in the Bible no rapture in the Bible it's like have you read it alright I just read you one where Paul's talking about they have Christ and our gathering together in it that's rapture here's another verse in the rapture 1st Thessalonians chapter 4 and in 1st Thessalonians chapter 4 clearly there is a rapture we read but I would not have you to be ignorant brother I'm in verse 13 concerning them which are asleep that you sorrow not even as others which have no hope from if we believe that Jesus died and rose again even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him now verse 15 for this we say unto you by the word of the Lord that we I want you to underline that in your Bible we which are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep the Apostle Paul says we that are alive at the rapture will not present prevent them what is he saying now he's way back here he's saying we they're alive when the rapture comes he was thinking that the rapture was going to be in his day he was a pre-tribulational rapture man he believed in it he was looking for it in his day thinking he would be included as alive when the rapture comes so we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep and the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout with the voice of the Archangel with the Trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the lord in the air so shall we ever be with the Lord wherefore comfort one another with these words that is the rapture passage in the Bible one of one of them and it is a pre-tribulation rapture passage because the Apostle Paul is saying now we that are alive that go with the rapture you know before the tribulation we how could anybody and I mean anybody say well that's not true the it's right there in the passage twice times - Paul says we they're alive and remain when the rapture comes now he was off by about two thousand years but that shows you his mindset and that shows you that he believed that live people people that are alive know at the rapture that must be before the tribulation and he thought that he would go in his day so look at the timeline Paul wasn't saying we're in the tribulation now and then when the rapture comes though he says comfort one another with these works it's a comfort to know that there's a pre-tribulation rapture now go to first Corinthians first Corinthians chapter 15 in the 1st Corinthians chapter 15 we have another passage about the rapture and here we see the Apostle Paul again use the word we 1st Corinthians chapter 15 verse 51 behold I show you a mystery we shall not all sleep what a sleep we'll die we won't all die what Paul he died but he thought he didn't realize that the church age would be as long as it is he was still thinking that the rapture would happen as to his day but we should not all sleep but we shall all be changed in a moment moment in the twinkling of an eye at the last Trump for the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed for this corruptible must put on incorruption corruption and this mortal must put on immortality so when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption and this mortal shall have put on immortality then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written death is swallowed up in victory now what does he say in verse 51 this is all about the rapture but I'll show you a mystery we again so that that's another time that's sometimes 3 Paul says we we shall not all sleep we so Paul was a pre-tribulation preacher he thought that he would be one of those that before the tribulation went up to heaven at the rapture course he died because God chose to do a two thousand year period here but in the Bible we see the mindset of the early Christians the early Apostle Paul teaching a pre-tribulation rapture you say well brother breaker I don't believe that you can believe whatever you want but I'm just trying to show you that you don't have to be deceived you see there's what's called fathers early Christians now let me say this there are people out there who will try and tell you that the pre-tribulation rapture is a lie it's a made-up teaching and what they do is they base their entire teaching that the pre-trib is wrong because they say this line I want you to remember this lie they say no one believed in a pre-tribulation rapture before the 1800s and they say it was Darby there was a man named Darby a famous teacher and they say Darby was the one who invented the pre-tribulation rapture now if you know who I'm talking about then you've heard them say this and they will go around they'll say no one believed in a pre-tribulation rapture before Darby it's made up the doctrine of the pre-trib rapture they made it up in the 1800s and I look at that and I say that is an out right lie I've got a book here somewhere I can't find it I got so many books they're coming out of my ears but it's called dispensationalism before Darby and it talks about how Darby and others before Darby believed in different dispensations in the Bible and they believed in pre-trib rapture now let me go to the church fathers now I don't like going to the church fathers but here we have some early Christians okay Paul tells us to be a follower of him matter of fact let me read that to you first Thessalonians woman all right the Apostle Paul went around preaching all right I'm gonna connect the dots here for you first Thessalonians chapter one and verse five all right we have Jesus coming and Jesus preaches to his disciples then with Peter Peter goes out and preaches to Jewish people and talks about the kingdom well when it's obvious that the Jews as a nation don't want to accept their Messiah then God says Paul come here and here I'm gonna reveal unto you certain things that I haven't revealed to other people and I'm gonna have you go out and preach and God used Paul well Paul is the last apostle matter of fact he's called the apostle to the Gentiles in Romans chapter 11 so the Apostle Paul is our apostle and much of the doctrine that's for the church age today God gave to Paul and the teaching of the rapture something that God gave to Paul it was called a mystery that was revealed to Paul now in 1st Thessalonians chapter 1 we read Paul saying this 1st Thessalonians chapter 1 in verse 5 for our gospel came not unto you in word only but also in power and in the Holy Ghost and in much assurance as you know that what manner of men you were among women have been we were among you for your sake and you became followers of us as of the Lord have you received the word of much affliction with joy of the Holy Ghost so that you were in samples to all that believe in Macedonia and aquella so here's the Apostle Paul and he's talking and he's saying look um you guys I went there and I taught you something and you were to follow me and believe what I talked so you have Paul then you have early Christians that follow Paul so if Paul would have taught a pre-tribulation rapture then that means the followers of Paul would have taught a pre-tribulation rapture let me show you one more verse and then I'm going to show you some of the followers of prop Paul one hundred two hundred three hundred years after Jesus and guess what they taught and believed a pre-trib rapture but let's read Philippians first it's going to Philippians chapter 3 Philippians chapter 3 and verse 17 brethren be followers together of me and mark them which walk so as you have us for an example verse 18 for many walk of whom I have told you often and now tell you even weeping that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ whose end is destruction whose God is their belly and whose glory is their shame who mind earthly thinks and then he continues for our conversation is in heaven why is Paul saying what because he's looking for the rapture coming at any time pre-trib rapture for our conversation is in heaven from whence also we look for the Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ what are we looking for the rapture before the tribulation who shall change our vile body that it might be fashioned like unto his glorious body according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself so the Apostle Paul was teaching a pre-tribulation rapture he's telling Christians hey Jesus is coming anytime follow me remember what I taught and while you're alive Jesus could come back and take you out before the trivial so it's a pre-tribulation rapture well there's people that follow Paul and what he taught these were the early Christians let me read to you some of the early Christians well known today they're called church fathers and let's ask this question did they believe in a pre-tribulation rapture now once you remember there are people on YouTube and on the internet and and and in churches seeking to come in and they want to lie to you and this is the lie that they will tell you no one believed in a pre-tribulation rapture no one taught a pre-trib low right rapture before Darby is that a truth or is that a lie from the pits of hell Pol Pot a pre-trib rapture now let me read to you some of Paul's followers okay 100 years 200 years 300 years after Jesus following Paul's doctrine here we have Justin Martyr who lived one hundred two hundred sixty-five after Jesus the man of sin spoken up by Daniel will roll to three and a half time periods so he's going to roll for seven years to three and a half times before the second Advent second Advent is armed again there will be a literal 1000 year reign of Christ the man of apostasy who speaks strange things against the Most High shall ventured ventured to do unlawful deeds on the earth against us the believers okay so this guy believed in a pre-tribulation before trip he believed in seven-year tribulation he believed this okay this is 100 years after Jesus now Iranian it was 130 to 200 years after Jesus so what a hundred years after a 150 years after Paul in 2nd Thessalonians the falling away I'm quoting his words Aranea s' the falling away is an apostasy of faith there will be a literal rebuilt temple in Matthew 24 the abomination spoken of Daniel is the Antichrist sitting in the temple as if he were Christ the domination will start in the middle of Daniels 70th week and will last for a little three and a half years so he believed in the seven you're tribulation okay that means you can't believe in anything but a pre-trib rapture because it's not seven years total if you're raptured in the middle or at the end and he continues here I'm not going to read everything that Aranea says and against heresies five twenty six twenty twenty five twenty six thirty thirty-five but at the end he says the rebuilt temple will be in Jerusalem these are all literal things and Christians who allegorize them are immature Christians yeah here's Tertullian tortue lien was a hundred and fifty five in a matter of fact let me read these guys names up here for you here's Justin Martyr here's Aranea s-- here's Tertullian no but people say but brother breaker that's a lie no one believed in a pre-tribulation rapture and so Darby no maybe they're lying because I'm reading you what Paul says and what people who are followers of Paul said who follow Paul Tertullian there will be a thousand-year reign of Jesus Christ the millennial reign resurrection and the New Jerusalem are literal in the resurrection we shall be changed in a moment into a substance like the Angels the Antichrist will be a man who sits in a real temple here's another guy Origen now I don't like Origen I think he was a heretic but it's interesting what he says here Paul mentions the Antichrist as a literal person who works false miracles there's a literal future Antichrist coming the prophecies and first Thessalonians and Daniel are real false prophecy about the end of the world there will be a literal rebuilt template alright so they're all starting to sound like pulp now let me read you this guy here is Efrain okay Ephraim he's from 373 ad here's ephraim he's from 373 Ephraim is about to tell you that he believes in a pre-tribulation rapture and he's not to 300 years after Paul now do you know what that means that means innocent out right lie what people are saying on YouTube when they say nobody believed in a pre-tribulation rapture that's not a biblical doctrine it was made up by Darby that's a lie it's a doctrine that was revealed to Paul one of the seven mysteries and it's people who followed him after him early church fathers believed it listen to Ephraim okay Ephraim of Syria because All Saints and the elect of the Lord are gathered together before the tribulation which is about to come and be taken to the Lord can you read that before the tribulation hello so if somebody comes along it says now Christians have been wrong for two thousand years there's no such thing as a pre-trib rapture while the pre-trib drives or I've just started with this guy named Darby they are trying to deceive you against the command that we read in 2nd Thessalonians and the Bible says let no man deceive you so you need to look at them and say I'm sorry sir but you're a deceiver you're a liar I love you in the Lord you might be saved but you are wrong and you have spoken without studying the issue and you're causing damage to the cause of Christ and you need to stop here's another guy he's way before he's gotten in Cyprian and old Cyprian was about two hundred years after Jesus here they have him about 250 AD talking hears Cyprian Wiese who see the terrible things have begun and know that still more terrible things are imminent may regard as the greatest advantage to depart from it as quickly as possible do you not give God thanks do you not congratulate yourself that by an early departure you were taken away and delivered from the shipwrecks and disasters that are intimate imminent let us greet the day which assigns each of us to his own home which snatches us hints that's what our passo means a wraps are snatching away taking away and sets us free from the snares of the world and restores us to paradise into the kingdom pre-trib rapture pre-trib rapture is what the church has always believed unless you're liars try to deceive by saying it's a false doctrine started with Darby okay I just I guess made up ahem there I'm sorry couldn't help but sing but I just get so sick and so so tired and people emailing all the time for the breaker I don't know what to believe should I believe in a pre-trib rapture should I not these guys they're very convincing with the Scriptures they give there's no pre-trib rapture and they say it all started with Darby brother breaker what well there's your answer the scriptures say not to be deceived by people that are trying to change doctrine 2,000 years true Christians have believed in a pre-trib rapture the Bible says they'll be a falling away at the end so that should tell you right there who's right and who's wrong it does not say for 2,000 years the church will be in apostasy but in the last 100 years why then we'll finally get the truth it doesn't say that it says the reverse they'll be right but then they'll turn away from the truth at the end so if someone comes along and tells you there's no such thing as a pre-trib rapture then what are they what are they doing they're lying to you they're lying to you so we got early Christians we've got the more modern Christians by modern I mean the last 300 years now here's the argument that those who are against the pre-tribulation rapture say they say well there's no pre-trib rapture plot before Darby so Darby started it well we just debunked that myth that is an outright heresy and a lie because Paul taught a pre-trib rapture and those that followed him several hundred years after him but they say well I couldn't find anything before Darby do you know your history from about 500 to 1500 was what's called the dark ages in which the Catholic Church came in and with their false teaching they begin to burn things that they didn't agree with you know the Catholic Church does not believe in a pre-tribulation rapture so no wonder it's hard to find between 500 and 1500 people that ton of pre-trib rapture but I found in the 16 and 17 it's people that believe in dispensations and pre-trib rapture and things like that it just all depends on how much you study I guess and when you hear somebody come out and say there's no such thing as a pre-trib rapture those are triggers of pre-trib rapture I don't know that's someone who is not studied they're ignorant they're unlearning they don't know what they're talking about because if they actually study they could find this that take me long to find the quotes of these guys didn't take me long to find in the scripture where Paul talks about the rapture so don't give me this stuff that oh well the church was wrong for 2,000 years now what finally got it right you can't believe this you've got to follow us that's a cult someone who's starting a cult is someone who comes along and says everybody else is wrong but I'm right now follow me and you'll finally be right gotta watch out for that it's not me being right it's not them being right it's what does the Bible say the Bible is right so most of your Christians from eighteen hundreds on have believed in a pre-trib rapture it's not something they invented it's something that Paul in the early church believed but then you have the Dark Ages so people began through the Reformation to get back to their Bible and why do you think they believed in the pre-trib rapture because they read their back and pull duh it's just so sad to see people deceive other people now I believe in a pre-trib rapture because Paul the early Christians and modern Christians today they find it and where do they find it from from the Bible they didn't make it up they're reading the scriptures they're coming to the conclusion preacher of rapture pre-trib rapture now I also believe in a pre-trib rapture because of Daniel the book of being the prophecy of Daniel so let's turn over there quickly I don't want to go too long on this sermon man I'm already thirty minutes in but I want to give you as much information as I can I want to warn you there are people out there that desire to trick you they desire to deceive you the desire to turn you from the true doctrine of the faith and you need to watch out for such people Daniel chapter 9 is the prophecy of Daniels 70th week in verse 24 it says seventy weeks are determined upon nine people well he's riding this back here and seventy wait it's a week of years not days so seven times seven is 490 and from what he's writing there everything takes place 483 takes place but then you have the final seven and that final seven years a whole seven years has to be out here because it hasn't taken place yet that's why I believe in a seven year tribulation and I believe the church doesn't go into any of the tribulation it comes out before the final seven years and I believe that not just because Darby believed in its Scofield believe it and Larkin believed in and you know many others my professor at Rahman I believe in it because the Bible teaches it and I see it in the scriptures so Daniel chapter 9 in verse twenty seven seventy weeks are covered on my people now I don't have time to read everything there but look down at verse the last verse verse 27 and he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week and in the midst of now a week would be what seven years and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate even until the consummation of the determination be poured upon the desolate so there's some sort of an a desolation and abomination that takes place a bomb and nation that takes place in the rich in the middle of the Tribulation Period now Jesus speaks of this in the book of Matthew in other places so this must be a future seven years according to Scripture if that's the future seven years and Paul says the man of sin is revealed well as soon as the man of sin reveals and he rules for three and a half years that means we've got to get out so he can have his three and a half years and then there's another three and a half years so that points to a pre-tribulation rapture according to the book of Benny so I don't go to and teach Darby all right there's people out there that line say we're about a breaker he's a heretic he doesn't know what we know why we know there's no pre-trib rapture so breaker he's just following Darby and Brockman and Larkin and he just the follower man no I'm a follower of the sure I'm following Daniel and his prophecy I'm following what God gave to Daniel so I'm following the Bible and the Bible teaches a pre-tribulation rapture now look what Jesus says all right do you realize that if you don't believe in a pre-tribulation rapture then you're denying the words of Daniel you're going against the early Christians you're going against Paul but not only that you're going against Jesus look at what Jesus says Jesus said he came only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel and he's talking to Jesus in Matthew 24 are two Jews he's he's talking to Jews in Matthew 24 and he's telling them what's gonna take place in this time period which by the way it's called the time of Jacob's trouble I'll show you that verse a little later he's telling them about it and he mentioned something that Daniel said Daniel chapter 9 we read now let's go to Matthew chapter 24 and in Daniel 9 we read about the abomination well Matthew chapter 24 look at verse 15 and 16 24 15 we need therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet stand in the Holy Place whoso readeth let him understand then let them which are in Judea flee unto the mountains and on and on and on so when you see the abomination of desolation then you flee into the mountains now we're going to go to the book of Revelation here in a minute it tells you how long those Jews flee they flee for 1260 days three and a half years so in the middle Jesus is referencing this final seven years of Daniel is the abomination so it must be a seven year now Jesus didn't talk about the rapture much a matter of fact the only place I can find in any of the Gospels in which Jesus ever said anything about the rapture would be when he says I go away to prepare a place for you if I go out return again and I believe that's in John 14 isn't it and he says they'll come back and he's made a mansion in heaven for you well praise God for that Jesus coming back what is he coming back for the bride but he's talking to Jews about this time and what they're gonna have to go through so Jesus very seldom mentioned the rapture and it's important that we understand that so Jesus confirms seven year future and in the middle at seven years the Jews have to flee and those Jews flee into the mountains of Judea that's what I protected matter of fact it says that - in the book of Revelation now let's go to Revelation here's number six we look at the guy named John I'll be writing this up here it was the prophecy of Daniel well here John talks about the revelation in fact Paul God gave him the pre-trib rapture as a mystery when you read the Bible what's wonderful it's amazing you can't come to any other conclusion than a pre-trib rapture if you follow the Word of God problem is many men don't they'd rather follow someone else who teaches something different I don't want to teach what man teaches I want to teach what the Bible teaches alright does the Bible teach a pre-trib rapture and does it preach seven years future does John in the book of Revelation talk about all this stuff well yes he does okay Revelation chapter 11 Revelation chapter 11 verse 1 and there was given me a reed like a tour rod and an angel stood rising saying rise and measure the temple of God and the altar and them that worship therein another somebody worshiping in a temple in an altar who would this be the juice in the tribulation but the court which is without the temple leave out and measure it not for it is given unto the Gentiles in the Holy City shall they tread under foot forty and two months do you know how long 42 months is this is when the Jews have to flee when they flee then for 42 months in come the Gentiles 42 months is three and a half years how about that but the Jews are here worshiping before they flee and they're worshiping in a temple with an altar that's why I believe that there must be a rebuilt temple in Israel in Jerusalem and there will be but that only works out if the rapture takes place and then you guys seven years future and there's more there in that passage that I could read well yeah I need to read verse three look at it and I will give power to my two witnesses and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days in sackcloth what is a thousand two hundred and sixty days why it's exactly three and a half years you see the Bible gives you numbers he tells you how long this can take place how long that's gonna take place and this that and God just gave it to us how can you miss it what I think if somebody's not reading their Bible otherwise they would believe in a pre-tribulation rapture because that's what the Bible teaches now turn over to Revelation chapter 13 revelation 13 verse 1 and that's the bun sand of the sea and saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns upon his horns ten crowns upon his heads the name of blasphemy and the Beast which I saw was like unto a leopard and I'm not gonna read all this it's talking about the dragon verse 2 verse 3 for a sake of time let's jump to the verse 3 and I saw one of his heads who's that the heads of the Antichrist as it were wounded to death and his deadly wound was healed and all the world wondered after the Beast and they worshipped the Dragon which gave power into the Beast and they worshipped the Beast saying who was like unto the Beast who was able to make war with him who was the Beast the Beast of the Antichrist the man may have sinned who comes into him the dragon who is the dragon Satan Satan okay so Satan literally comes into that man and Satan incarnated in the body of the Antichrist for three and a half years but look what it says here verse five and there was given unto him who's that the Antichrist who died he had a deadly wound who came back to life a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies and power was given unto him now watch this to continue you know the King James Bible says continue but other Bibles do not now this is very very profound so stick with me here what does continue mean in order to continue something it means you have to have been doing something okay otherwise you just start to continue means you already were doing something so if the Antichrist continues for 42 months which by the way is three and a half years then he must have been doing something before what do you think he was doing before well for forty two months or three and a half years he must have been ruling before so he was ruling before as the man of sin then he continues as the son of perdition so when I read my Bible I don't see how anyone could come up with anything other than a pre-tribulation rapture because this takes place then and the church has to get out before but that's just what the Bible says you know we don't go by the Bible why breakers a heretic don't listen to this breaker Fela okay let's go to verse 6 and he opened his mouth and blasphemy against God to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle and them that dwell in heaven it was given unto him to make war with the Saints and to overcome them and power was given it all people said we'll see there's the Saints there that's not us who are saved if you read the rest of the book of Revelation the Saints in the tribulation or those who are beheaded for their faith in Jesus and for not taking the mark of the beast and those that are beheaded why their souls come before the altar of God and they're called Saints so that's not saved people going through the tribulation we were saving to get out of the rapture these are people who miss the rapture who say Oh stink I missed it all right I choose Jesus now okay then you have to get your head cut off for Jesus sake and that's what would make you a saint now why do I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture because the Bride of Christ the Bride of Christ is the church now though some people don't believe that but that's clearly what the Bible teaches and so the Bride of Christ is the church what kind of man would give his bride to another man first before he marries her well that's what would be taking place if Christians had to go through the tribulation you see if we had to go through the tribulation as Christians who are we well let me show you that let me show you who we are who are safe second Corinthians 11:2 the Apostle Paul is speaking to the body of Christ the church the Bride of Christ is the body of Christ and it's also the body Church the church is the body of Christ so everyone who is saved in the church age is part of the body of Christ the church and what are they why they're the Bride of Christ look at 2nd Corinthians 11:2 for I am jealous is Paul by the way Paul you know Paul believed in Paul I do for I am jealous over you with godly jealousy for I have espoused you to one husband that ever may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ so the Apostle Paul says you who are saving the church you are espoused to your husband what does it mean to be a spouse well a spouse is an espousal is like you are engaged and so the body of Christ everybody who's saved we're engaged to our Savior Christ and some day he'll be our husband and we'll be married to him when do we get married at the rapture if we are his bride-to-be why would he let us go through a time in which someone else could govern us now I've been married to Laura my wife now for what is it 1314 years and I'm so glad we're married I love her to death but we got married all I could think about was I can't wait to get with her I can't wait to be with her I can't I had to come back from Honduras we spent several days together before we got married and we spent time with other people we had chaperones we stayed in separate rows we didn't want to do anything we shouldn't until we were married but man we we just loved each other and we couldn't wait to be together the last thing in my mind would have been but I better give her to some other man for three and a half years first and then I can't wait to have her know I wanted her because I because we were supposed to be Mary do you think God in heaven is going boy I can't wait do you think Jesus is up there going man I can't wait to have my bride but man she's got to go through three and a half years first so when the devil is done with doing whatever he wants to her boy I can't wait to have her that no man would want that why would Jesus want that why wouldn't he take his bride first wouldn't that be like the instincts of a man to protect his wife let's go to Ephesians five what kind of a man would turn his soon-to-be wife over to the devil that's my question it doesn't make sense Ephesians chapter five verse 24 well actually verse 23 in Ephesians 5:23 says for the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church and he is the savior of the body therefore as the church is subject unto Christ law said so let the wives be to their own husbands and everything husbands love your wives even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word that he might present it to himself a glorious church not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing that it but that it should know it be holy and without blemish so he's gonna present the body of Christ to himself who thinks he's gonna go but that's only after I let the Antichrist raper and do what he wants to with her why would he give his bride-to-be to some other man first it doesn't work in type it doesn't work in scripture it doesn't it doesn't work at all somebody who's teaching the pre-trib rapture isn't true and they're breaching a mid-trib rapture that makes no sense it makes no sense why would God give his bride to the Antichrist for three and a half years or for seven years some people say we go all the way through the tribulation and then we get raptured out well hey would God still want us if you went that far through then you take the mark of the beast and you'd be beheaded so you wouldn't even need to be raptured because the only way to be saved would be beheaded where's the rapture in that well you know I also believe in a rapture of a pre-trib rapture there's a guy in the Old Testament called Jeremiah he was one of God's prophets most of the prophets were Jews speaking to Jews not to the church now there might be some stuff in the Old Testament that are prophecies of church age but most of it is all to Jews about tribulation Armageddon millennium most of it is all about the kingdom for the Jews now Jeremiah chapter 30 look at this I can't help but wonder have these guys even read their Bibles who preached against the pre-trib rapture I just don't get it how could you change when the Bible teaches pre-trib preacher preacher read read pre-trib it's so logical it's so biblical it's so founded in the early church how could you I don't get it Jeremiah 30 verse 7 and 8 Jeremiah chapter 30 verse 7 alas for that day is great what is this day of the day of the Lord it's the time of the tribulation and the millennium and it says so that none is like it it is even the time of Jacob's trouble but he shall be saved out of it first he'll come to pass in that day saith the Lord of Hosts that I will break his yoke from off thy neck and what burst I bonds and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him so time of Jacob's trouble so the Bible calls the tribulation the time of Jacob's trouble who is Jacob Jacob is the one who God changed his name to Israel who had the 12 tribes of Israel so Jacob is Israel so it's a time of Israel's trouble not the churches why would we go into a time that's for Jews if we're not Jews now people come out say well you know you're getting into dispensations there's no such thing as dispensations once again you've proven that you're a heretic the word dispensation shows up four times in the Bible and you're wrong again and it makes me wonder if you even read your Bible let me go back to the book of Deuteronomy okay let me show you the book of Deuteronomy the tribulation and let me show you what God says about it and who it's for okay Deuteronomy chapter 4 and verse 30 Deuteronomy chapter 4 verse 30 God is speaking to the Jew not to the church when that word in tribulation and all these things are come upon thee now people say oh well tribulation just means suffering so when did you suffer no no when thou art in tribulation is talking about the dispensation of the seven-year tribulation and it's a prophecy before about even told Daniel about because look at the rest of the verse now look at it even in the latter days ah so the tribulation in the latter days this was written way back here and gods say now way over here when you guys you Jews go through the tribulation in that amazing when thou art in tribulation all these things are come funny even in the latter days if thou turn to the Lord thy God and shall be obedient unto his voice for the Lord thy God is a merciful God he will not forsake thee nor destroy the you nor forget the covenant of thy father's which he sware unto them God is saying look if you're a Jew I have not forgotten you you know there's ya who's out there but say there's no such thing as a pre-tribulation rapture that beat their pulpit and they scream and they holler and they make fun of people like me and they laugh and they mock and they oh the pre-trib rapture heretic more on bull jackleg blown up nut up and you look at that and you go what's wrong with you clearly there's a pre-trib rapture but those same people now are saying and God's done with the Jews there's no such thing as Jews and God says now in the latter days of the tribulation I'll go back to dealing with you Jews you see when you get off on one doctrine you get off on a lot of others these same people will they believe there's no such thing as dispensations it's so sad for me to see people depart from sound Bible teaching because then they depart from one they'll depart into other false heresies and I find that so sad so according to Jeremiah this is the time of Jacob's trouble not the church according to Deuteronomy God said God will deal with Israel again in the tribulation even in the latter days so it's not from the church it's not for the Bride of Christ you ever read the book of Esther high up there's a lot of types in the Bible of the coming tribulation and in the tribulation of the the Jews go through this and a lot of things at Genesis and other places are types of that well the book of Esther is an interesting book in the book of Esther there's a queen named vashti vashti is pretty bad she's bad Queen she's not obedient she's not doing what she should do and so she's taken out of the way and then up comes Esther and Esther is a queen that saves her people from an evil man named Haman who wants to kill them Esther is a type of the Jews coming back to God but who's taken out first the Gentile bride Vashti it's a type of the Bride of Christ perhaps your first tribulation after pre-trib rapture all through the Bible over and over and over there are so many types of that I can't get into it and the exodus of Egypt well Exodus that's an interesting type of rapture here's another one I'll close with this one Philemon the book of Philemon we have a read Philemon Paul wrote 14 books he wrote Romans through Philemon but actually his last book would be 2nd Timothy so 2nd Timothy so you got 2nd Timothy I actually know Titus I'm sorry last book would be Titus before Philemon Titus you know the order of the books of the Bible are in order of the way things happen after Titus is the book of Philemon you know what the book of Philemon is all about in the book of Philemon there's a man who was a slave who left his master who rejected his master and said I don't want anything to do with you in Paul comes along impulses will look you did wrong on getting away from your master you should stay with them you should go back to him well the Jews rejected their Messiah her master Jesus Christ they should go back to him well the Jews go back to him in the tribulation and they so Philemon is a great type of a slave going back to his master Israel going back to their Messiah what's the next book Hebrews Paul writes the book of Hebrews who does God go to dealing with Hebrews I don't have time to get into all that but you look at the book of Philemon there's so many things in the Bible so many times so it's just how could anyone teach anything other than a pre-trib rapture I don't get it but they do and Paul warns us he says look don't be deceived and there's people out there and I've showed I've done everything but name those people I don't want arguments I don't want fights with these people they've already attacked me they've already said things about me I'm not gonna stoop to their level okay I'm just wanting to warn you I always want to deal with the issue and deal with the doctrine not with the men but there are people out there that claim to be Bible believers what they're doing they're calling themselves the new IFB the new intimate independent fundamental Baptists well I'm an ordained fundamental Independent Baptist but I don't want to be like them I don't want to be the new you know always watch out for new this and do that in the Bible the new was reminds me of the Athenians you know in Athens they always came around looking for something new new isn't always good I stick with the old I mean but watch out for these people because they are very deceitful and they are those that Paul warns us about that are coming around trying to shake you up and what do they say their whole argument is there can't be a pre-trib rapture because that was something that was invented in the 1800s by Darby and that if that is what their whole argument is based on that's an outright lie because I showed you that Paul is the one God gave the mystery to of the rapture and Paul is saying then we which are alive and remain then we then we that we Paul included himself as one of those going in a pre-trib rapture he expected to go in the rapture in his day early Christians and modern Christians and I showed you a hundred two hundred three hundred years after Jesus they believed in this timeline exactly the way I drew it out here this isn't a peculiar teaching that Robert breaker teaches and old Robert breakers a heretic because he preaches the pre-trib and that's a new teaching that's the old teaching from the early Christians that was lost for a little while in the Dark Ages but that later God brought back so that we could know we're looking for the coming of Christ because the prophecy and Daniel has to be fulfilled and that prophecy was by a Jew for Jews about what the Jews are going to go through so in order for that to go back that's got to get out the church pre-trib rapture Jesus talks about it John talks about it it's a seven-year tribulation so we've entrance we don't need to be there so we get out first it's for the bride of christ the rapture so Christ takes his bride up he doesn't let the Antichrist take her Jeremiah talks about it Esther's a great type Philemon is a great type I see a pre-tribulational rapture now if you don't you can believe whatever you want and you're my brother in Christ if you're safe by faith in the gospel what is the gospel well Paul tells the Gospels 1st Corinthians 15 one through four so 1st Corinthians chapter 15 verses 1 through 4 it tells us how that Christ died for our sins how did Jesus die he shed his blood it's all about the precious shed blood of Jesus Christ and in Romans 3:25 and said we're supposed to trust the blood and you're supposed to have your faith in the blood of Christ you receive the atonement Romans 5:11 are you saved are you trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ if you're saved then you're my brother in Christ and if you're off on this well that I'll pray for you ok I'm not gonna run around call your heretic tell everybody that you're the devil and carnate and say you're lost and you're not you might be saved you're just wrong ok why don't you study why don't you look at this again why don't you get a hold of some of those so-called Church Fathers now be careful with the church fathers I'm not a fan of the church fathers because a lot of times they'll say one thing and then they'll say something else I think I figured it out the church fathers a lot of more good and you read their book and oh man wonderful doctrine then they have another book that claims to be written by them and it's almost the exact opposite and you scratch your head and you go how can one man write two different books and one says one thing and what I think I figured out what happened was a lot of times the Catholic Church comes along takes that person's name and then right in their name in order to change the doctrine so it's very hard to know for sure what the early church believed because a lot of times there's conflicting things that they said and they wrote but when you're studying the bite one you look at a Bible doctrine and guess what lines up with Paul and they're teaching it then you know that's something that hasn't been changed you know that's right now people might ask what is that book that I read it's called the rapture the pre-tribulation rapture of the church viewed from the Bible in the ancient church by King Johnson I think I got this on Amazon you can get this I like Ken Johnson he's got a lot of good stuff I don't like that he's not King James only he'll he'll quote other verses from other versions sometimes but so far I found to be pretty doctrinally sounded most of what he has he does have some stuff that's out there a little bit on other things but but that's a good book and I would recommend you get that please don't email me say what book is that it's right here okay the rapture pre-tribulation rapture of the church Ken Johnson if you want to get that and start reading some of this for yourself but Ken Johnson is a guy that I think his testimony was when he was a kid he was raised in a church and he got saved and he read all the church fathers because he's like why some church say this and another church say this one of the early Christians belief and then he read his Bible he said what I want to do is I want to go with the Bible and when they are in favor of the Bible I can quote them too because I want you to know that early Christians believed what was taught in the Bible and most of them did now some of them were heretics and there are some heretics that's what I want to get into Gnosticism soon talk to you about what Gnosticism is and show you how Gnosticism has has reared its ugly head into Christianity there's a lot of people that are turning toward Gnosticism rather than the scriptures but for this guy Robert breaker I'm not gonna follow a cult I'm not gonna follow the new IFB I'm gonna stick with the scriptures I'm not gonna believe something based upon a lie and it is a lie to say that the pre-trib rapture started with Darby but that's what they say and I hope that today this video will do well to prove to you that that's a lie and you should not base your doctrine on a lie you need to go to the Scriptures so this is why I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture you can believe whatever you want and then see if the judgment and then you can tell God why you believe that when you get there I don't know what
