Joseph Joestar is the glue to a lot of what
makes JoJo's Bizarre Adventure what it is. So, imagine if lost Joseph Joestar after his
fight with Ultimate Kars. Where would we be? [Marvel What if – Intro]
“Time. Space. Reality. It's more than a linear-“
Wait, what’s up? I can’t do that? Is that like a hard no from them? Huh, ok. …
I AM KALEB I.A. I AM YOUR GUIDE THROUGH THESE VAST NEW REALITI-
WHAT IF… Our story begins in Battle Tendency. After sending Kars to space, Joseph falls
with a giant piece of rock. Now in the canon, Joseph survives this, but
in this? He explodes. We've seen how sad everyone was to see that
Joseph didn't make it, but this time he's not there to come out of nowhere to tell them
he's not dead. What would happen to everyone else? Well, Speedwagon is still going to die a bachelor,
I imagine. He's a huge businessman, and I suspect the
love of his life will continue to be a part of Dio, so nothing is happening with that. Erina also passes. Lisa Lisa might greave for a considerable
time. Still, she can continue living the way she
did before, considering her resolve. Smokey can most likely still become mayor
and proceed not to be Part 3. So, as for the cast, it doesn't seem that
major of a change. But here's the thing, without Joseph, you're
missing one of the people in the world with the ability to wield one of the strongest
powers in the world of JoJo. Not any weird stand phenomena or something,
but instead, the Speedwagon Foundation. Joseph had an excellent sense for the odd
things in JoJo, so to lose someone like that, the foundation's development and the pursuit
for things like Stand Users most likely don't exist without Joseph. Though I think with Joseph gone, it would
probably go with Lisa Lisa. So, I'm going in that direction. She's the closest thing we have to a Joestar
at this time since there's a certain someone still underwater. And that means it's about time to talk about... It's time for Part 3. Jotaro Kujo, Joseph Joestar, and a group of
friends they've made along the way join together to stop the evil forces of Dio. Except... They can't. Without Joseph Joestar, there's no Holly. This situation makes it easy for Jotaro because
he won't have as bad a timespan to destroy Dio. But here's a bigger problem for Jotaro, HE
DOESN'T EXIST. Also, without Joseph, there's no Avdol. With no Jotaro, there's no Kakyoin for Dio
to use as bait. With no Crusaders, there's no Iggy or Polnareff. With no Crusaders, there's no one to stop
Dio. Or at least, that would be the case if we
axed Lisa Lisa. But here's what I'm going to propose. The history of Dio is one most likely known
by everyone in the Joestar family, as that conversation is pretty much inescapable with
Erina there. So, knowing Dio and the events of the Pillar
Men should have someone like Lisa Lisa on alert. Especially with losing her son and husband,
I imagine she'd try to prevent stuff like that from happening again like Joseph. I also guess that she'd either have an apprentice
or her kid, and that kid would essentially be our new hero. Also, the hero not being of Joestar blood
is possible. It wouldn't be the first time it happened. Ok, so now reset. We have a new character, and they’re taking
the role of a Joestar protagonist. The problem with it is that they won't get
the blood email that Dio is back again. So, it would take a bit longer, but sooner
or later, the information would get to them and the Speedwagon Foundation. But on a good note, I also believe that our
new protagonist or parent could find Avdol again through gravity. My problem now is, "Ok, you know Dio is back,
but what are you going to do." In an ideal situation, they'd be one of the
people born with a stand. But it's very much possible that they have
no "Stand," and this becomes another reality where Dio wins. But I will establish it and branch off to
other scenarios. So, in Scenario 1, Lisa Lisa moves on with
her life, and Dio takes over. Scenario 2, Lisa Lisa takes up the role of
the entire Joestar family, and our new protagonist has no stand, and Dio takes over. The only way we can progress to the other
parts is by defeating Dio. We'll be getting to that, but let's look to
the other parts to see how they're holding up in a world without Joseph. Diamond is Unbreakable without Joseph Joestar
might as well be called Yoshikage Kira Lives a Normal life the series. No Joseph means no Josuke, no Jotaro; Koichi
is alone. Okuyasu continues to be abused by Keicho,
Akira continues to play his guitar, and Tonio opens a great restaurant. This new life is ridiculous, except for the
last two things. Those happen anyways. But man, this is some wild stuff. Without Joseph, there's nobody that's out
there that's going to be the stop to Kira. He goes about his life doing what he's doing. You know, until Dio taking over the world
becomes a thing. Which... considering the time of Part 3, it
probably would've happened before Part 4, but we'll get back to Part 3 later. On to Golden Wind! So, this is an interesting part when it comes
to this scenario. See, Giorno Giovanna can be born. It depends on Dio's wants. But, let’s say that he is born. Giorno never meets Koichi, as Koichi is sent
by Jotaro, and Jotaro doesn’t exist. So, that means that Giorno doesn’t get help
from Koichi against Black Sabbath. But that also means that he won’t be busy
trying to dodge Koichi either. I think through JoJo storytelling, Giorno
will progress with no problem at this time, but to imagine a scenario where Giorno falls
asleep, and the lighter goes out... That would be wild. Bruno’s Bizarre Adventure. Or, well, Bruno's Bizarre Adventure V.2. But, putting that aside, this scenario would
only exist if Dio went and got into real estate or something instead of furthering his heaven
plans. So… What does that say about-
Yeah, we never get to Stone Ocean with this scenario. Everything has already changed by now. So let’s go back to
No, that’s the wrong on- Yes… Well, close. That’s not even the right anime. Is that Yakuza-
Alright. So, we’re in a scenario where we’ve picked
up Avdol. Now we have two crusaders, but our placeholder
character whose supposed to take up the mantle, doesn't have a stand. How can we get these two to beat Dio? Well, the Speedwagon Foundation is posted
up in D.C. and Dallas for the most part, with mini involvements here and there. If Lisa Lisa is alive and trying to take care
of everything, that means that we could have a California branch. Now that’s three large areas where we can
try to find stand users. If we had a reason to be in New York, like
Joseph being there, we’d be able to get Iggy. But I don’t know why we’d be in New York,
so that’s off the table. So, let’s say that we do find stand users
in Dallas, D.C., and California. Do we stand a chance against Dio? Let's look at the majority of stands and the
average amount of strength and try to apply it to our group with some tweaks here and
there. It would be safe to say that they have no
chance of taking on Dio and his minions. What did you think I was gonna say? “Oh, yeah, they got a fighting chance!” The original Crusaders we had before barely
survived the journey. Avdol and Iggy got blown away by Vanilla Ice. Joseph technically died, and Polnareff's mentality
saved him. Plus, if Jotaro couldn't stop time, let's
be honest, both he and Polnareff would've been served on a hot plate with a side of
mashed potatoes. So, what would happen if we Lost Joseph Joestar? We’d get smacked so hard we change art styles. Thank you all for watching. Hopefully, I see you all in the next one! Until then, peace out, and God speed.
