He has a bunch of good videos. His day job is in hydraulics and a couple of his videos show him machining custom hydraulic cylinders. Also some very large lathes.

I gotta say, I'm more of a tubalcain/Fenner sort of guy but some of Adams work is really impressive. I've never seen anyone dial in a four jaw that fast before, and his hydraulic cylinder work is amazing.
He did a few big no-nos.
Never clean the work with a cloth wrapped on your fingers like that, you can easily get degloved if it catches.
Never wipe away the metal chips while the lathe is running, they are razor sharp, guy that works at the local tool shop had a cut down to the bone just from flicking a metal shaving.
So many scraps!
