We toured Mischa Barton's $12.5 million home!

[Music] hey guys we're on another house tour here and we are in the heart of Beverly Hills which is the capital of the leafblower Central because everywhere we go there's leaf blowers and I don't get it there anyway this is a mediterranean-style house which is really not the type of thing I'm into but Jacob the realtor he wants to show it to me because he's it's an incredible compound let's go check it out and see what it looks like good just another house we like of the houses it shows a little bit about it what are we looking at this is Beverly Hills the gated community called Romana States about 10,000 square feet seven bedrooms ten bathrooms and it's a compound got a couple different structures it's very big very private little different from the last one but I think you might like me and the airstream produce asking price is 12.5 million okay let's have a look what we're doing let's start this way so they completely redid it and blew out all this space bring along light [Music] never resist showing that I don't know how to place yeah it's all good so super private you've got hillside next to you you've got all this open space I've got the kitchen on this side and then we go into the main living space behind us cool it's a little more traditional than your normal house yeah this is normally this style I would go for where I must say it is beautifully done it's really cool actually can't see myself living in this just because I like London yeah yeah but it is very very nice yeah first of all every who wants a lot of privacy wants to begin kind of a big hotel type vibe let's let's wonderful though so this is the dining room nice size nice high ceilings which I like yeah in case you're cold there's a fireplace I see outside the door so you'd open the door let the cold air in like the fire and have some warmth don't quite know how to know those cold days in IMAX they've got double-height ceilings here kind of very classic looks really nice Superman is upstairs the kind of gaming space below and here we have a big vacuum cleaner so this is the formal living room formal living you want to be very formal you go over there I'm feeling very formal here we go look at these if you don't have a text you always have a 30 cushion I like this I might have to take this with me okay of course see you by the house right Michael this house is made to you what I just know oh this is an old replica of an RCA microphone it's simple for those of you that know about these things you can tell us about it could have no clue no seriously it's a it would have been a ribbon mic which is membranes with within it and they create a resonance and some people say even today that they sound better than the current mics large balcony here it's about yeah this is interesting space isn't it I think it's just literally to let the air yeah it's not gonna fall off the edge right breeze is nice it's gorgeous oh look at that pool that's beautiful well there's a visitor yeah what I found here what did you find an Adam coffee table yeah nice nice little area nice little balcony so the whole thing is it's you know it's very Mediterranean you could easily be somewhere in Italy good looking over the countryside you've got a big pool what was the last one we looked at 15 no you see this feels bigger already I know it's the same height I think it gives it that airiness well no because the last one the ceilings were massive but I mean just in terms of the actual space it feels like that one I felt like there was only a couple bedrooms even though there was five yeah there's a lot of different spaces exactly you know different areas to go into it's not all one big space exactly what was you thinking what a great picture this is that it's a mirror can't believe I sold ice that's a great picture Adam do you know what else guys make sure you get hold of your a driven match good point produce Michael calm so tell everybody whose house this once was so this used to be Mischa Barton his family house and they moved a few years ago this company came in totally redid it and here we are now nice it's a Misha partner of the OSI yeah a successful show for a long time dude it's literally the reason I moved to calculate like 100 slightly Suvarna MA I was really no offense to meet you but I wasn't I was more some luck factor huh yeah rachel bilson so let's get out of the first side of the bathroom and let's go okay although I always like the her side better because they're always bigger that's sure a lot smaller yeah like dr. Woods dr. Rast Elam that closet would not work for me well this is a very small closet for a house of this size I mean it's what six feet wide it's a small closet for a big house right you'd have to steal some of the hair side I'd have to steal hers this and build another one you see my closet actually what I would probably do is I would knock all of this into one bathroom and make that one big closet right you never have too many clothes so here's you've got a series of other bedrooms all over looking outside guest room little balcony yeah one of the guys [Music] it's nice and there's the bathroom I'm assuming adequate not a spectacular so did I miss the maid's room somewhere worse than my easy room is downstairs so there's an additional room at the bar okay don't they pardon I mean I have never happened I recommend especially this is like your hangout boy's room watching TV this is cold on a TV event friends this is a great space frugal when they were Saudis economizing you see that uh-oh that's an easy one I like hashtags from the past so let's go this way oh this is cute really nice this is lovely nice yeah but you know I was just thinking it'd be cool if you could have like right now it would be very yeah or like right here have like a big fire plea you know the fireplace it's out back for sure have that there and then I see you know when there was very long sin just pure flames poppy now look at these bougainvillea now you're showing off I mean now you're really showing off this to me is a pink flower yeah and you have some fancy horticultural name for it a bargain who I'm going to tell you what something is this is a lizard is a white rose how can we know that because it has thorns yeah and they're shot nice pool it's a big for deceiving big for nice yard space it's nice to have some real grass mm-hmm this is cool very very nice and you're not really overlooked at any point no you actually overlook that enormous to think of that I said there is one house it's semi overlooked here but you'd need but not this is gorgeous nice view of the house yeah this is probably the most Mediterranean looking spot like this is gorgeous I love this and then if you all we can check out the gym yeah is this a Jacuzzi at the end up spaghetti bolognaise ask mr. smartypants a good whoo bougainvillea bogan vilya that's it there's so many little like walkways in areas I think that's what I look huge deck right here as well so the houses fish is 10,000 is the lot Havoc's a lot [Applause] quick get nine we'll want to be done this is how I stick fit you know is it something like that push the stuff hang out massage room sitting room wow I really like them no Michele Fiori I'm gone no no put your little skirt on your heels and massage me do not listen do not listen to anything this man is saying [Music] into the main house out the front door and on our way out to check out the garage and laughs I guess house don't really need a gym in this house ter turntable going that's there that is very very cool what have you stand like this will happen say that belonging up you'll find out I don't know if I can do the splits but I think I think I should probably stop before I rip my pants oh I'm getting close I'm gonna rip my pants more stairs I've never seen so many stairs in a house guest house what's this step oh cool beautiful alright this is my spot I was about to wait for that comment yes is your spot this is dead it's far enough away from you I've got direct line into the pool it's pretty nice yeah yeah Oh closets here yeah there's plenty of room for my overflow comes easy go I would need my clothes this would be my closet and then camera equipment camera equipment camera equipment very piece yeah still not my style but I still think it's a very beautiful gorgeous nice details and you can walk down the side here and peek into your guests to make sure they're behaving themselves or not or not very cool Jacob thank you so much showing the house this was amazing beautiful beautiful house that means got some really spectacular points to it truly looking forward to seeing the the next house which is in another video so we're going to say goodbye to now and the next house will be coming up in a week or two so hit that subscribe button hit the bell you know what to do we'll see you soon like [Music]
