$7.5MILLION LUXURY APARTMENT!

[Music] we're back with josh flagg here and he's gonna show something that we've never showed you before a la condo this particular condos 7.5 million dollars I've never seen it I've never been in one of these so let's go see what it looks like in st. you don't lecture about the building I know nothing about Marty but before you tell me anything who's this guy okay doesn't want either of you guys around it's like when you shake hands with a gypsy count your fingers they're gone all right anyway so the century is by far the most prominent building in all of Los Angeles it was designed by Robert AM Stern who did one century or who did one Central Park West in New York he's probably the most prominent architect and with along with IM Pei maybe in the world really way oh yeah so the century is I mean it became very famous originally when Candy Spelling sold the manor and she bought an apartment here for thirty five million dollars and then installed a huge pool and everything on the penthouse level people like Matthew Perry live in here the creators of friends live in here a lot of people living in here you can't get in this building I mean the cheapest like a low floor is like four and a half million and that's like looking into an album you know yeah so the average apartment here is probably nine or ten million the one we're in today is seven and a half million in dollars and this apartment is three bedrooms 3300 square feet and it's got panoramic views as you can see look at the ocean I'm a ocean has two TVs are two TVs big sports fans what's the drug cult the dog's cocoa finger in his mouth no anyway oh this is good remember the movie die heart yes die hard this is the billion and not kotomi tower really they had all the new work yes you know they saw the movie option what I didn't realize it was left that's it they're not gonna tell me tower in Century City but it's known fire fortunately right that's a good thing right look at this view it's absolutely insane you had downtown LA all the way through Santa Monica to Monaco Marina del Rey LAX anyway this is a good piece right here so let me take you this way to the kitchen 100 grand if you're going to paint you something like that yes I could and what would you charge your usual 5 grand 5 grand also expensive very explore that's more yeah so there's a program in 21 right something yeah probably about 20 that's but that's a wash anyway yeah anyway so kitchen very open floor plan as you can see and of course you have to go to watch two teams somebody likes Gold potatoes oh yeah great needs to say organic or you guys eat organic food it's such a different citing at the con my grandma always said that is more expensive he says don't eat organic food you know organic food if you like pesticides and you're like genetically modified then eat the other if you like pesticides and you want to save money going on well it's pretty be for breaking probably about two like the college it's melted anyway so here's a simple gastro notes this is already missing what they called the maids guest room oh oh yeah lovely view oh yeah I'm assuming there's a button for this button button on the wall who's the fairest of them all well um duck very nice what's up I'm in here Oh hold on most condos have like a little tiny little nothing but in the century we have a couple interesting well that's pretty cool we have full laundry comes with New York upon really cool thing is the cool thing is in the century you don't have to be disturbed by the help so they can deliver packages from you like that so you take a look at this so let's see yeah the trades mold is there just in case it's a trash room comes to a separate apartment entrances use service for 12 C 12 D and then everyone has their services their storages that's a homeowner internal it's an enterprise yeah anything about what it has to go into the service that would be horrible imagine you Chinese delivery comes to the front door for that goodness oh okay so follow me this way very glamorous right anyways this way I'm gonna say we should probably turn off what's on this TV before we get anything else come up yeah I know what they show on this show and we should probably turn that on yeah yeah yeah little study to this you will keep pace so you like your arc right that's right I did I collect art that cause you couldn't have heard that because it was too far away but this is the most a burger I leave you actually my grandmother used on the penthouse in that tower over there really yeah she bought it from Jack Benny in 1970 really most expensive condo sale in the history of California air how much was it well this is 1973 was 400,000 but to give you this perspective 400,000 we could buy a house on the thousand block of Roxbury which today would be worth 18 or 19 million really uh-huh really beautiful view about a couple times just in case actually a client might just jumped off a bale building in Vegas with a parachute without know without a parachute off why would he do that I didn't ask him ahead of time check this out I have to sit in this this is this is a what I would call a very horny the magic in New York and that's what Yogi's and there was a Harry's Bar in there too and of course as usual that man has the small side hey as expected yes what understood well why they do their over I mean usually they just get much per hour they give them a what a drawer drawer jar how is it Jarl tell or tell everybody in case they haven't seen the last episode yy-yeah the real you have to check in and watch the last episode it's where we did the 55 million dollar house because there was an elocution lesson for some reason josh has an inability to say the would draw and he says roller yeah and then obviously it's such a butyl Bob you wanna throw away so I pour it up with Jack Daniels and I'd serve it to friends and of course they don't know anything and they just think oh it's literature they go oh this is magnificent it's not I'm thinking to myself oh that's our tour today at the cemetery really appreciate it's a magnificent building this is the first time we've done a condo so I just this is truly the most fabled building in Los Angeles and it's so there is no better security than this building I just noticed out the window who's the couple on the wall because she had company so originally Century City was the back lock for Fox all of this was Fox Studios then they sold it off and subdivided into Century City so that is still Fox Studios that's the only part left Studios so this is Fox Studios where they make you know well then do you see right there there's like an old town yeah so that's where they feel like singing in the rain ances off Olympic noriko I've never seen this side of it I've been in there many many many cherry Flags that's the entrance yeah interesting this is the Nakatomi Plaza from the movie Nakatomi Plaza [Music] so we're on our way out and we just found out there's an entire another floor down here of goodies so we are in the basement and apparently there's no other condo building that has anything quite like this there's a full backyard which is spectacular a movie there's a library a game room and we're going to go visit it all so let's take a peek outside this is a great place to get married Wow that spectacular that is beyond ability has this you know feel like I'm in south of Spain or somewhere gorgeous isn't it there's no hot tub you want three grand for that because it's small you get equally as well I'll do that for three grand yeah and debate you would Yen deal not even look up oh that's sick we're going to have a wander down here yeah so just these these are people's browsers LS this is just a click the bays east dining yeah beautiful fireplace is lounge restrooms very very special look at the fireplace let's go through there and have a look while Josh is selling houses this would be lovely in the evening nice is this have you friends over have some dinner here have a sausage though excuse me Pat let's wander down to the end it's pretty spectacular down there does this play something cool do we know it has a pool on the roof ah of course it does it would be nice to go and see that it would let me find I don't know if we'll be able to because we need access from the elevator if not we'll just pretend that this is the pool yeah this is beautiful absolutely beautiful look at the building from here on the roof right no that's candy Spelling's personal oh my mistake chance our own private so it movie theater swimming pool do you say swimming pool No so can you kind of hire this out for your own rings yeah 100% well I suppose you have to hire it you just use it yeah you could watch a porno evening thank you so much for attending the premiere of whatever rumor you can hire cars and another welcoming area now Oh another thing to mention is the hotel the kind of any has its own restaurant called Hinoki and the bird I knew it it's a fabulous restaurant at the bottom of the building I reading there and they also cater to the whole don't Li did not know that yeah it's a very interesting concept of how you eat there is Mariana yes it really is yeah please be some Dino we are entering the wet area there's a big hole filled with water this is a complete it is this is an exercise in itself like I'm at the Beverly Hills Hotel tallest building residential in LA two towers those are going to be the competition with this building next and I think that does the century but maybe
