hey guys welcome back so today I am going to show you how i turn my freshly bleached hair at home now I get my hair bleached at the salon it's just much easier that way because it is such a dangerous product if I put it in the wrong place I can severely damage my hair but the turning that you do after you bleach your hair I can do at home at a fraction of the cost yeah if you want to see how I do it then keep on watching so the products were going to be using today are the Weller developer and it's the 20% developer and the Weller cream toner in t18 I use half of the products because I can get two uses out of them then see I'm just measuring half of the toner and then half of the developer and then mixing it up [Music] the beauty supplies that are used in this video I bought from Sally's Beauty Supply so when you're done mixing up you should have formed a sort of thick paste and it should be a white color but throughout the process this is going to turn to a dark purple color [Music] ok so now we're going to start applying it to our head so you want to section off parts of your hair I do one section at the back and then two sections at the front and then starting from my bottom hairline I then work my way up to the top of my head taking small sections as I go to really make sure the product got all of my roots now I put the product probably 2 inches down my roots but you can put it all over your head [Music] but just be aware that the ends of your hair will take the toner much deeper than the roots of your hair will and it will go probably a a slight purple tinge or more grayish color so now I'm just working my way up to the top of my head where the two front sections are and yet going around that outline of where the section was [Music] as you can see the toner is already turning a nice purple color okay so now onto the front sections I'm just going to take one of the sections and start from my middle pattern and work my way towards my ear taking small sections as I go the two front sections are a lot easier as you can really see what you're doing if you need help with the back then just ask someone to give you a hand with it [Music] and also always remember to do your hair line once I've done the first front section I pin that back and go on to the last section and do exactly the same thing starting from the middle pattern and ending towards my ear [Music] now that we've finished placing all the Turner on our roots I then take my hands and you should be wearing gloves for this part but I don't because I just don't and I am just going to massage my roots just to make sure that it is touching the whole surface of my head and I also bring it down until halfway down the length of my hair just to really blend it in I then take whatever product was left over in my bowl and just place this on the really yellow parts so now that I've placed all the toner on my head it's now a sort of light lilac color but this is what the color is when I'm about to wash it out half an hour later [Music] [Applause] my hair looks after it's been toned all the brassiness it's gone and it looks white and nice you can use this toner either when you've just please show her to get rid of brassy tones or you can use it when you're starting to notice some yellow in your hair and you just need to turn it again so it's great it can be used at any time it is a permanent hair color to another so it's great so yeah if you found this video helpful subscribe and like it and I love you in the next one [Music]
