shade show we're actually on our way to knoxville tennessee uh the mac event is happening this weekend so what's happening it's thursday semifinals serving finals it's thursday morning right now we're gonna make our way pack the car make our way to eastern asheville and then uh do a light session there then we're going to drive to knoxville check in at both the hotel and the event and then get ready for doomsday tomorrow all the secrets outfits i think i have like so six events so i think i've got like uh maybe seven or eight outfits total actually noble put together like this booklet of like outfit suggestions and everything that we should do and they sent it to us in a really nice like packed um with ribbons and bows like tied to it and um yeah it's actually really really cute stop that so guys we're here at crossfit eastern asheville now our last session before the weekend back brook's with us now today as well um and i guess a little about our session before the competition we dial it back it's more about a blood flow session it's more for and what we've learned with tier is that she likes to move the day before a competition many moons ago the regional format um we actually did a rest day before the event and she felt almost unprepared almost defeated everything we had done weeks leading into it where she just felt like her body took a day to catch up so we've learned to add add a light session in before before the competition we've seen a lot of value in that as well so what you'll find guys we hit on a few movements or uh similar movements that will happen over the weekend certainly at a lesser intensity uh what we do try to apply some of the notes that we spoke about with movement standards and like uh placement of equipment and stuff like that [Music] wow [Music] foreign i'm sure to some degree they've got circulation of air in there so what we'll do guys if we can let's just rest for another 5-10 minutes just breathe slow it down and then we'll back squat i got a job in the valley but today i didn't go all right i'll just press record so guys we are walking in to check in here at the mac um in knoxville tennessee shaina what are we doing this weekend oh well i thought you just clarified that but we just checked in hotel just thought i'd rewind it back camera is heavy but here we are today okay wait wait wait man i've lost my vlogging style oh welcome to the mac what's a sample shane mid-atlantic crossfit the big mac it's double c by the way i've been spelling it 1c on a lot of messages really i have oh i haven't mid-atlantic crossfit challenge i just think of mcdonald's here we go oh guys thank you so much for the support we are so grateful shane you're kind of zoned out um you know it goes a long way and it's very dear to our hearts um shane how many cars do i have he's got the one car hopefully oh i appreciate it like the most fitness we're getting it all weekend so it's good [Music] wow yeah swear to god i'm with it i don't see nobody in my laners quite go get it like me wow we're into like an athletic hangout area so if you want to go hang out there at one point the nice part about this venue is that spectators are only up there and we're only down here so okay kind of peaceful down here cool cool cool okay that's not bad athlete control yeah honestly it won't be super busy yeah yeah okay cool and everybody everything's kind of spread out mm-hmm why not this one's up so you guys will jog in right here yep you'll jog off on that side okay and then you can see where the like all the cardio stuff is okay somewhere they said is that yeah they're right here these two okay so these are the doors we've come through yep starting tomorrow your garage is like right across from here right so this would be where you go when when when's brooke getting in she said like 10 minutes yeah she's hosting me earlier but in brook times it's like 5 30. we all know that we mentioned that but you can be on the barrier at any point oh okay so okay you can go pretty much everywhere she can go you just can't go inside the barriers okay just because there's gonna be a lot of people in there between the teams and the individuals it's very active arrive at 12 brief starts at 12 30 we'll do it up there ah nice very cool cool that's pretty much it like i said if you get lost just keep walking yeah yeah yeah somewhere yeah [Applause] oh yeah yeah let's do this now hold me rolling let me off of my condolences you don't know this i'm doing the silence golden broke within no
