Phil things have changed copyright laws have changed here and regulations on YouTube well yes they have they've drifted much more in favor of fair use and away from people jealously enforcing copyright law as displayed wonderfully in the case of mad horse versus h3h3 and this is why it says that you must consider fair use before issuing a Digital Millennium Copyright Act takedown that's why I can happily play all of these videos that you were too afraid to play because it's protected under fair use I don't play this year because I'm just so frightened that you know you two may say that I reloaded their content so anyways here says this remix combined short excerpt of different source materials and creates a new message about the effect of provocative we really you still have Donald Duck in your video he's there in your video the only reason you don't have to worry about this little thing is because you have a reasonable defense under fair use and he got my serious video and put all my content in it to not just I guess prove a point or try to prove a point yes exactly to prove the point that there are people out there who will give rave reviews to demas inventions but also to make me look like I just provided a bad review without any evidence what your dumbass review was the evidence I mean it's like someone sitting there saying these chocolate frying pans are hot without seeing any of them I didn't have to you can show from first principles that it's a stupid idea I do you really think that I would be dumb enough to drop over a thousand dollars on something like that I mean pointing question your zero breeze offers 1/5 of the cooling of a window unit at about five times the price so in terms of cooling for a price point it's 25 times worse haha but it's possible right well not really boss when it runs on a battery it only runs from hour or two tops a full power that means that you're gonna get about the same calling that you would out of a window unit running for 10 to 20 minutes tops and it's the best you're gonna get out of lugging this 15 kilogram with you I mean the only thing dumber than actually buying one of these things would be to sit there with it in front of you giving pathetic performance and then give it a rave review it definitely cooled down the truck to a comfortable temperature right now I can tell you that even though this thing is reading 87 that's because I'm measuring the seat okay let's check here the ceiling 91 and let me tell you guys I am mind blown with this particular unit and to me it looks amazing it works amazing and overall is a great functional product that a lot of you guys can take advantage of to go ahead and purchase the product and review it himself we know instead he decided to steal videos including my own to prove a point and make money out of it yes yes I do make money out of doing this sort of thing and let me tell you it's a damn sight more rewarding to debunk scammy goods Banta
