Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Just played this tonight and it is my favorite game of 2019. Something I may be able to pull out over holidays and play with my non gamer family that they wont be overwhelmed by. Simple, easy to explain rules. Fun deck building, dice worker placement. Not too long and not too short. Awesome use of dice manipulation. Great theme. One thing I wish is a card that has the ability to reduce the number on a die. The innovative player boards are really a game changer.
Anyone think of any other games that have a similar player board?
It looks like a fun, highly varied, light-to-mid weight game similar to Quacks complexity. There's still luck involved, but the game looks like it's all about mitigating the results of your luck in quirky and interesting ways. I like that the Tavern theme shines through with everything you're doing mechanically. It also looks like this game may have slightly more interaction than Quacks, in the rotating dice draft.
I'll reserve my judgement until having played it, but I do have it on preorder, and I feel like it should work really well with both family and also with friends who aren't completely luck averse, and enjoy manipulating results.

First came across this game yesterday on Watch it Played. Looks very interesting and I'd definitely like to give it a try. Doesn't look like it's in stock on Amazon though :(
Played this a couple times, it's pretty neat. I loved the how you can upgrade your tavern by flipping over parts of it.
Played it last night for the first time at my friends house. Managed to get the win at the end and we all had a laugh running our little taverns.
This looks super good, Gonna have to try this out!
Shot to my number one game of the year too - and for one specific reason.
I love the dice drafting, love the deck building, love the theme - but what sets this game apart is how you place your newly acquired cards on top of your deck to use on the next turn.
Itβs such a simple element but it really enhances any the tactical nature of the game and give you some decent momentum into your next turn. Itβs not going to totally predict your next turn, but it gives you just enough to make some kind of plan and also getting to use newly bought things is always great in any deck builder.
