use matchmaking tools to simply join with ease it's just so straightforward it just works yeah everyone's in um okay welcome to round one of the oxboxtra open a uh i'm ready how do i a thrilling golfing tournament so we thought uh basically we would play a full 18 holes on a course uh and that would probably um that would probably take long enough for an entire live stream but that we could keep um but basically we could keep track of the scores and maybe do this again next week uh and just oh mike why are you nine eight seven six five four three two i don't know that's exciting yeah it's gonna happen to mike in two seconds yeah um oh that was strange it was just that mike's character was in the middle of the screen oh okay weird anyway um oh yeah that makes sense because the interface is there is the left so there's been some debate uh before we started uh amongst ourselves on the team as to whether me characters and special clubs like peaches double star clubs should be allowed well 246 meter drive 46 meter drive with the double star double stages but at the expense of other stats especially control and speed why is it maybe mario hang how do i change my clubs um you press one there you go i want my star clubs there we go and we came to the conclusion that basically if you've managed to grind out some improved stats and some good clubs in the single player of this game then you have earned the right to do an extra 50 meters on every extra 50 meters on every drive um but look look i mean that there there's you can see the there's your compromise uh in power um but yeah so andy you've played you've played through like the the story mode right uh yes yeah i play through um adventure goal for whatever it's called um it takes a real turn about two-thirds of the way through like you're just playing normal goal from people teaching you log shots and stuff and then a cursed sword uh wow helps you to defeat the ice king who is imprisoned but yeah it's it all takes a bit of a turn they got bored of golf they got bored of the sport of gold what is going on with this interface right who uh where should we where should we go uh uh don't mind hang on perhaps this thing is so rubbish okay okay right which which course we want to play um i would say we're probably all experienced enough that we don't want the rookie course or bonnie green is that fair to say yeah um but beyond that let's do ridge rock because we've never done the full 18 holes on ridge rock have we not okay we didn't do we didn't do it we did it we played rush goal speed golf with when the reason you had to catch up was because you blasted your ball off a cliff because you didn't check where it was going i mean technically it was my fault but i think for the good of the special here i think he does have a special shot i don't know what it is yeah this guy's flat and far and i yeah you only use it to drive peaches is the same and it's like what does it do like does it it doesn't ignore obstacles and it doesn't hit anything it is bad news yeah and it doesn't like exactly hug the ground either it's very weird it's nothing on the uh haunted ball twisting wanted ball bad reviews hmm i'm having so much fun playing this game in multiplayer it's a really great live streaming game i don't actually think it's a brilliant game though i don't think it's gonna have loads of longevity like the um yeah the story modes you'll get through in five or six hours and then if you haven't got anyone to play with and the the presentation i think is very nice really quite basic but i think the actual golf sim stuff is really is really good if it's a solid golf game yeah i basically as someone who knows very little about golf other than the pure basics i've sometimes seen it on telly and things like that like i've learned in like just playing a few practice rounds on my own i've learned more about like how to hit the golf ball in this game than i have in a lot of others yes there's different factors there's quite a lot of factors to consider which is nice because it has depth yeah if you want a good golf game along these lines and don't fancy mario golf um oh what's it called everybody's golf the ps4 one yeah it's pretty good but there's a version of the iphone called claphams golf which is also very good golf with friends as well that's more of a kind of crazy really my um my favorite golf related game of all time is 3d adventure golf which i'm convinced is called 3d adventure golf so that it appeared first in the old xbox live arcade store but it's really bit of golf story games it is it's it's um it's weird uh it is fun nice huh that could have gone better it could have gone worse it's good it's good my problem with playing golf is that it's fun for like three holes and then i get sort of bored with it i kind of like pitch and putt which is like yeah you smash it about a bit and then you do a bit of putting and the whole shorts but also you get like a windmill or a ghost castle or an alien spaceship yeah when you're going into universal studios in orlando there's a bridge that leads across the universal city walk and there's these two crazy golf courses either side one is like spooky horror themed very very nice and the other is like themes and that's pretty cool i went to uh i went to daytona beach in florida daytona sorry yeah exactly uh and then go away uh it did go away yeah um but uh what oh it's lag oh yeah that gonna say andy dreams a long putt uh drains it all it's it's energy um the yeah they had alligator mini golf and at
