most certainly be healing cleansing restorative to those of us who will partake in it we give you glory for it in advance god i thank you for the people who gather for communion god i believe god that uh something happens when we all do it corporately so father as we take corporate communion minister to us our bodies our minds our souls and we'll be so careful to give you glory honor and praise in jesus name amen amen amen amen before you uh take your seat uh sister clarice and uh just had some very precious uh earrings that she received from her husband amen and how many all know we're an honest church that's the first place to start right is we just do stuff right and um so if by chance or by the grace of god which we believe is going to happen right uh you come across some earrings that's very sentimental value to her uh she's back there amen uh on the care ministry and we just uh just just gonna have you to just give them to her amen pass them up to one of the armored beers and that'll be a blessing how many y'all know that's just a nice thing to do amen amen and i'm gonna tell you something clear this is gonna bless you and this would be a moment i don't think it's disruptive to service either i got a call from a gentleman and he said i lost the cross that i believe was his grandfather somebody had given to him it was very sentimental all right so the first thing i said to him i said well first thing we're going to do is just calm all the way down right i said now that item is a thing you all know that and you know you can speak to things did you know that this is a good faith lesson you can decree stuff you can call stuff back so i said i'll tell you what we're going to do we're going to pray the prayer of faith right now i say you'll have your cross back here within the day amen it's going to be in your hands i said do you believe it and he said oh i believe it because i want it back right different gentleman doesn't go to this church all right so we prayed and we just sent the angels after the cross y'all your faith your christian faith is in my points today but you need to just do it though you ever thought about that like in the bible say that we could speak to a mountain jesus spoke to a a tree any bible readers out there so sometimes y'all really do that and watch what god do don't pop up here they'll pop up at home to pop up somewhere right but we're not gonna make worration about it and i'm not saying that that's what clarisse is doing either i'm making a faith lesson out of it the faith lesson is y'all god cares about those things that concern with us so watch this in the name of jesus father i believe i receive right now that those earrings are back in clarissa's possession father it is easy it is easy that is simple god i thank you lord that uh you you'll give it to her um before the day is up god that it will be in her hands you can do it before the service is up god it'd be so easy sometimes it's those simple places man i left it in the car i forgot i did that or whatever it is i thank you right now uh angels go get it and god we thank you for the good report we bind all hindering spirits from it occurring and we call it done in jesus name all right how many you believe that that's how the faith kingdom works all right clarice i believe okay so i got up to do that announcement cause i want our hearts anything that i need to get right i want to do that amen i want to strategically do that i want to honor god i don't want to be in unforgiveness i don't want to be in strife you all the the world is loaded with strife right i don't want to be that guy i don't want to be mad i'm not mad at anybody today i'm not i'm not upset with anybody i we love everybody right so somebody say it as a fake confession come on say i forgive you amen i forgive i forget i forgive now here's the part that we sometimes don't get to but somebody say i'm sorry did you know sometimes i was the offender anybody else in here besides me ever did something wrong i have there have been times where i needed somebody to forgive me we have a whole lot of altar calls about what people did to us no sometimes i did something to somebody come on somebody lift your hand again and say father i'm sorry i'm just anything lord that i did known and unknown especially of an evil nature to hurt my brother or sister their rightful place amen to uh help us to receive the holy communion all right and we're just gonna systematically walk around and receive the communion and ask you to take one you must your kids are welcome to participate as well it just help them get one amen we want our kids to participate so you can do that and then we will return to uh our seats and and go from there all right well in the to receive your holy communion and we we do want to drink communion worthily right amen we do know the bible says that people sleep because they don't take communion the right way that means people die right so i don't want any unconfessed stuff when i'm taking communion that's real important to me so i encourage you if you got anything you need to put on the line put on the table especially if your spouse is sitting next to you baby i'm sorry amen i just want to tell you this right quick i'm real careful about the holy communion amen amen so excited yes indeed brother rhys thank god for these men in black amen and we did we didn't plan the lavender scheme today either it was not planned it wasn't i i was this close to wearing a lavender shirt too but um they didn't include me they bread he had the the blood the body and the blood bread and the in the wine symbolic of the two and he he was encouraging the boys to do this often he makes statements as often as you do it you do it in remembrance of me did you know you should take communion at home how many people here i don't want you to spill your juice how many people take communion at home anybody yeah yeah it's okay it's not a sin take communion do it often do it often take it with your wives your kids gather up sometimes take communi take it individually all right do it in remembrance of him how do i do that pastor go on down to any grocery store you can do bread get grape juice just basic grape juice you can do a easy bread or you could get like me i get the little crackers i try to get them unsalted because it's not about the taste right you just get some crackers man and just dedicate take that food don't eat that say hey i dedicate this this is for communion all right and just save that up for the communion say something funny i had some house guests one year during the holiday season and i went downstairs to get my grape juice because we have two refrigerators i said lord somebody's gonna be real holy i mean they had drunk all the blood of jesus and i said man i don't know who and one of y'all sanctified holy right now but they didn't know and so it didn't do anything to them they were just thirsty and that that grape juice is good amen it's tasty but sanctify it put a tag on it amen call it communion so people come they won't be like you didn't leave a drop of of grape juice right so uh so sanctify it set it apart that's what sanctified means amen father we thank you for your blood in your body today god we we eat of your body knowing what you did on calvary you said by your stripes we were in our heel so we the body we eat all of it in jesus name anytime i eat the body i like to think about the stripes that healed me amen by the same token we take the blood amen and god we know that the blood has miraculous power we take it and we drink all of it amen receive your healing in your body now amen he was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities chastise peace was upon us and with his stripes we were and are healed amen upon taking that holy communion come on let's begin to thank god amen just begin to worship him and thank him thank him for it thank you lord thank you for giving us church god somebody just got edified right there just by singing your praises just by honoring you in song and we praise you for it in jesus name amen all right church we love you come on give him one more hap we're gonna go on with the service now [Music] guys i'm gonna allow you to roll the offering exhortation if that's okay you may be seated y'all it's offering time amen and we'll get the announcements at the end we'll do the offering exhortation first [Music] vicki villanueva has been through a lot in life a tough childhood domestic violence and two divorces and i was buying groceries on a credit card and i was juggling money around just trying to make ends meet at one point vicki was nearly 80 000 in debt i wasn't able to manage it and there was a lien on the house they came after my house they were demanding payment i didn't have the money and so i was forced into bankruptcy foreclosure lost the house vicki managed to find some peace watching christian television she especially enjoyed the stories of people who found a way out of financial misery she also started reading the bible it really hit me it really got a hold of me and so the word of malachi says test me in this and so i said okay god i'm gonna test you vicky started tithing in spite of how difficult it was at the time she needed a car hers was in bad shape she thought she needed every penny and i thought god there's no way if i type there's no way because i need a car and if i were to tie that would be my car payment it was difficult at first but vicki gave every paycheck then she noticed something she didn't expect i still have money to spare so this is totally god i can't wrap my mind around how is this possible and that's what i feel um the lord pressed upon me was because you were obedient it wasn't my testing god it was my being obedient to the tithing and to releasing what god biblically says to do in his work while she was tithing she was able to replace her old car and then after years of no advancement at work she got three raises it's the favor and the blessing of god when you walk in his obedience today vicky owns a home she loves her job and she's enjoying life best of all she doesn't have to worry about money all because she trusted god with her finances i can't wrap my mind around it i'm not lacking i'm not in need it is god hey man isn't that rich yep i was rich and it's so supernatural because i was going to share with you malachi 3 for the orphan exhortation then i saw that and i said man that just brings it home and so just real fast y'all malachi chapter 3 and we're all familiar with verse number 10 what does it say bring how much of the tithe all those tithes and offerings we bring them into the storehouse and uh they'll be meeting god's house that's what causes ministries to be able to do ministries and uh and and all kinds of good things begin to happen like he rebukes to devour for you and all those wonderful things but sometimes we stop reading too fast i want you to look at verse number 12 uh because i want to remind you that you're going to look good after tithing amen is that what you talking about pastor yeah somebody say i'ma look good after tithing and i got bible to back it up amen come on say that part two say i got bible to back it up come on stay with me i'ma look good after tithing and i got bible to back it up amen the bible says after you have tied verse 12 says and all nations are going to call you blessed wait a minute why would all nations call you blessed all nations aren't spiritual so all nations can't discern that you're blessed and the bible tells on itself in this verse it's going to blow your mind gentile is going to call you blessed people who don't even know jesus are going to call you blessed but why the next segment for you are going to look good that's how they're going to call you bless chris you can play softly you're going to be of what kind of land delight some land did y'all see that amen all nations gonna call you blessed well they gonna call you blessed because you're gonna you're gonna be a delight to look at after tithing after honoring god you will be a delightsome land saith the lord of hosts if you know what this word bless means it literally means happy did you know the world is supposed to see us happy the world is supposed to look at us and say man that's a happy man happy guy salty right not angry just impacted by god right that's a happy fellow well all nations are going to look at you you're going to be happy but i'm going to tell you one of the things that'll make you real real happy when you mess around and get blessed when you are a delightsome land good to look at amen you ever seen anybody and husbands your wife ought to be this way for you why is your husband ought to be this way for you but you ever seen somebody that was easy easy on the eyes amen they're delightsome land right that's how i feel about my precious bride a delightsome lamb god says when i get through blessing you people gonna be able to see the blessing on your life they're gonna see the prosperity and favor that you walk in is it okay to be prosperous oh yeah and where did that come in y'all after tithing i'm not trying to get you to write a bunch of notes during the offering exhortation but you should write this somewhere memorize it put it in your phone do something but y'all tithing is supernatural please get that that's what happened with the young lady in the video that's why she started getting money that didn't make sense and hadn't gotten a raise yet show of hands anybody besides pastor gabe got to the end of your year or it's time to do taxes and you tallied up all of your responsibilities and you looked at your annual salary and you don't where did that come from how what because tithing is good to see you guys tithing is supernatural we're not boasting in ourselves you know i want you to consider something and this is why this is good ground to sow into look at kingdom christian church we're on daily tv six days a week i'm talking about prime time television right six days a week top of the morning right tv um full campus all the other things that come with that all the bills that come with that smack dab in the middle of covet building a building debt-free still paying every other bill on time before time but look at your congregation though somebody's catching hold vicky you got it yo where are that where does it come from and i'm sorry i appreciate all you who are such great givers but y'all as of today i i personally don't know of any great external donor into this ministry you know i don't i don't know of any person that we just know every month they're gonna drop seven thousand dollars on us they they're they're not here yet i'm talking about external just hey yeah we i i'm a partner with kingdom christian church and i send ten thousand dollars everybody say yeah now they'll be here next week by faith right but i'm saying that because i never want you to misconstrue and just think oh they just got sources we don't know nothing about no no no no how you pay those healthy bills every month tv you understand how do you do that y'all it's all super natural you know what i do and my board does as a ministry we sow at the top of the month into other godly ministries i'm trying to let you in on something and as a result of that god substantiates all of our stuff is anybody getting this over and above super abundant because y'all giving is supernatural well the same rules apply to you in your personal life you can be making and i'm not making fun of anybody don't demean yourself i don't care what your salary is maybe right now you make 38 000 a year whatever the case may be or you make 28 000. i don't care if you will trust god with the 10th and an offering too he did say the tithes and offerings yeah if you would trust him with both sides of that coin and prove him really put him on the line on that philosophy and sow it in good ground in fact you go to this ministry and you're visiting and you don't have a church right now and you're praying about where you should go i encourage you sow it in this ground sow it in what kind of ground good ground how do you know a church is good ground let me give you a hint it's open start there this is one hand now all churches that are open are not good ground but that's just that made it they said 2020 was the year of vision it was you saw the difference between the true church it's quiet now don't get mad at me if your church still closed i'm just telling you you did see a difference though between the true church and the cowardice between the church that actually believed the bible that actually believes psalm 91 no y'all when i read this scripture i believe it i would die off of what the what god said in this word before i would comp out on it right so you saw in the church that's open then you sow into a church that's spirit filled hello because then the money's going to go into all the right channels you saw into a church to where the only woman the pastor is kissing is his wife no i'm not going to shut up that's where you sow why all your money going somewhere uh-oh with a bunch of immorality i just feel bad for them right god don't feel bad for them do you think you're going to harvest off of that that's bad ground that's horrible ground and the bible says once you see the light you're to walk therein no you so where there's integrity you so where the people are honoring god where they doing stuff right amen doing stuff right i don't mind talking about that church that's very important to me i'm talking about doing stuff right we're a non-profit but do you know in our bookstore we pay unrelated business tax because bookstore goods aren't non-profit i'm helping you now and we know we're not breaking a bunch of rules over here i say what do the books say are you listening to me what the cpa say is right right no no that that's not tax free so put your money where they doing stuff and then as a result of that you'll mess around start harvesting because stuff is being done right now if you're here and you don't have to make nothing up uh in fact i was watching kim's testimony that sunday when she um got a brand new job down there at the the school and uh and then also got her new house in the same week all right so if you're a kcci and you've ever harvested off a sewing in this good ground go ahead and raise your right hand do something so people can recognize that ride somebody say it works and i'm not telling you we're the only ministry but i am saying this because i don't have to beg for money because god provides for us amen i'm saying tithing is supernatural but don't put it in stony ground put it in good ground amen and it'll reap an abundant harvest and it'll be a blessing and back to today's lesson and we're going to go on and somebody say you're going to look good after tithing anybody excited about all the blessings that's coming your way i am i'm excited for you i am i want to see you bless i do i do i want to see you just thriving and that's why i do i believe in sowing and giving all right we've catched up speed y'all y'all did a great job with praise and worship we started a little late but it's 11 17. i read that all right so long as you stay meek and lowly god has no problem with rich rich is better amen he's so blessed that you can bless people amen enjoy uh seeing other people flourish and do that in secret right amen so nobody ever feels bad generally speaking you do that and um then man take your wife out for a nice steak right amen yeah have fun enjoy amen do you like sister candace get a new pocketbook and put it on the chair i ain't never seen that pocketbook candace yeah put that that is definitely new you tell me anything other than that i'm not gonna believe you i didn't mean to is amen amen yeah receive and then live it out and be rich and be blessed and enjoy yourself have a nice meal and buy the things you like to buy right nothing wrong with that give to the poor amen go get you a nice car if you want one just don't don't don't idolize the car are you with me i'm just talking while they're getting the money is this blessing anybody just don't idolize a car but if you want to drive a nice car and you can afford it that's the key and you're not taking god's money to get it or any other money that should go somewhere that he told you right because it's just a car after all is that not right how many y'all know we're not materialistic amen i like to say that more than a blessing but then when you get blessed you find something you want to buy go ahead and buy it and then just stay nice and you stay nice and the lord and give you more that's the kind of god we serve somebody say you're going to look good after you tie oh god just beautiful just smelling good looking good amen you'd be so blessed and you start buying colognes that smell alike you say man i got something that smell like that well give it to me anyway i might mix it with something else just enjoy your life and that's what god wants and if you don't like colognes and stuff like that just get some old spice come on brothers y'all remember that that's what we grew up on my dad with the old spot that's what you like come on i'm not embarrassing anybody but if you still wearing cool water come on you still on yoke or whatever it was that juke that was called juke ain't nothing wrong with you cause that's what you like ain't nothing wrong with you are you listening to me right so you wear that and you enjoy that everybody ain't into everything right but everybody got something they like let me say this and i'ma stop this is revelatory people will scrutinize other people about something they like but if you follow them home i bet you i can find out what you like because see you might you might not put that much money in a a car or a suit or something like that but let us let us check out your golf clubs you'll put two and three hundred dollars in one club cause that's what you like you might be a barbecue grill type person you got all kind of grills and smokers and everything in between because that's what you like well give a scripture he gives us all things so if that's what you like enjoy what you like but don't scrutinize the people that like that's just what they like i'm talking better than y'all clapping yeah i'm not gonna scrutinize anybody else for what they enjoy amen i've never been a big cruise guy you know i've been on cruise before but that's that ain't my thing you know never been especially since they don't have no regulations i'm real careful about just hopping on the boat right i don't do that too fast because they're not governed by they don't have like the fda for flying you know you can put a boat out any old kind of toilets ain't working nothing just sell the seven seas no no no health grade or nothing like that so i i'm careful and maybe they got better now all right but i've never been a cruise guy but i'm not going to beat nobody up that to go on seven cruises a year because that's what they like and god gave them how many things to enjoy now as long as they're not spending god's money as long as they're leaving an inheritance for their children's children y'all this is some wisdom today long as they're doing some stuff right man go on your cruise cause that's what i don't think i'm gonna preach this other message i wish y'all should just record that we should just talk about what do you like yeah what's your point pastor you're gonna be blessed after you tithe and then when you get blessed go on and so father as i endeavor to do that church help me do this we bind all sluggishness tiredness we call ourselves to alert we bind to demons and devils of distraction this were to go forth uncheck unhindered by any demonic force in the name of jesus i thank you god our feet are shot with the preparation of the gospel of peace our loins are girded about with truth we have on the breastplate of righteousness the shield of faith the sword of the spirit the helmet of salvation we have love and our faith does work by love we got keys to the kingdom amen so devil you are bound we buying principalities rulers of darkness of this age spiritual wickedness and heavenly places powers all types in jesus name and we decree the glory of god in this place today i believe god someone's going to get healed during this word today reconciliation will occur during this word today i believe for it our homes put back on track and made better because god you care about our homes so lord let me go to the passages that would glorify you god some husband today god needs to be kinder to his wife i believe that's in the room thank you lord lord let it be that this is that day of the turnaround in their marriage in jesus name thank you god for kids getting back on track with parents adult children even and father so often we we undermine those areas in our lives that just sting i mean they we go on to other things and we don't give those attention because you know we've tried and tried and just doesn't feel like things are getting better but god i call forth a revival in those spaces today i administer a bomb an antidote by your spirit and i think that yokes will be destroyed because of the anointing in jesus name amen not if you love the lord since you love them come on give them praise hallelujah hallelujah now can you give shout something to god that lets them know how you feel about them hey amen dear i love you all to my wife one more time today thank god for her and all my children my mama everybody we love you you may be seated y'all i'm excited to get in this word today uh i know i've been teaching on the keys to the kingdom but i interrupt your daily schedule broadcast to bring you this special message all right and i believe it's the right message i believe this is what god wants today uh and so let's go let's jump in it uh if you've been in our early morning discipleship classes we've been reading a book by the great lester sumrall entitled militant churches and it's a really rich book it's good get it online i think for free uh and it's been good it's been a rich discipleship tool and i i was meditating that out and god just brought me back to a revelation that he had given me some time ago amen on who are we really fighting amen anybody remember that yeah who are we really fighting um but today i want to deal with militant families um and that's militant in a good way and um today my subject is gonna be simply who are we really fighting the family edition all right and i'm gonna talk from the thought husbands and children i want to deal with that today that's going to be my thematic thrust so the militant family wives husbands and children and and and i'm going to play off of that same theme now he didn't address this in his book but just the concept of being militant as a family just came alive for me as i was reading that just the necessity to be on it amen to not succumb to the devil's tactics in our homes so with that said let's go to colossians 3 verse number 18 through 21 colossians 3 verse number 18 through 21. uh if your family is here i want you to harness them today i want you all to become very self-reflective if your family's not here i still want you to be self-reflective on some things that i believe we might be able to do different to become the type of family in the type of home that god would have us to be if you have adult children this word will apply to you as well you might say pastor i'm single this is especially for you because when you get married and you are getting married amen that most certainly is going to be the revelation of the hour is good household management amen so let's go there because how many all know today the world is not friendly towards the godly family did you know that i said the world is not friendly towards the what type of family godly family all right the world is not content until things are broken think of it this way who gets all the accolades in society brokenness yeah brokenness is is the premium now i am not against brokenness we were all broken in one way shape or form because everybody in here including yours truly was a sinner amen so we were broken but don't go too far with that because there is a such thing as things being right like stuff can be ideal and i want to hint at that today you know uh to some of my young people who haven't had these experiences yet no you really can be married as a virgin is that not right i thought i'd get more than just keisha clapping on that yeah think things really can be right i'm gonna read my text but let me preach by inspiration this morning i'm gonna preach it out of my heart brother you really can't love just your wife did you know that do you know you don't have to have a wife and a girlfriend it can just i mean she's enough and i don't mean that in a snide way either she is awesome she is beautiful god taylor made her to fit you you don't know what you're missing out on when you neglect her to go after something else sister you really can be an allegiance and loyalty to just your husband are you in here and actually be best friends all right so today i'm gonna preach that which is ideal i'm gonna preach it the way god meant it to happen because i believe i'm gonna get some disciples in here on what god wanted to see occur what is ideal saying somebody say it with me things can be right that said let's look at our text he starts off in colossians 3 18 for those who say well pastor why didn't you entitle it husbands wives and children because that's not who god started with amen after all it's my message and i can call whatever i want that's just one more hint right so number one god didn't start with the husband in this text but then number two i'm the one who stayed up all night getting it so let me preach it the way that that that i see it okay all right wives everybody say wives what are wives supposed to do submit to who your own husbands as is fitting in the lord now y'all what i just preached right there is the it's not preached because we have adapted secular ideologies as to how marriage should work but god gave us the ingredients on how mary should work and in this verse now in ephesians 5 i believe he did start with the husband but over here in colossians 3 18 he started with the wives and he said now first things first everybody say wives in this series i got a message entitled wives the lord let me preach it the only thing we're going to talk about that day and i told him nothing else i'm talking about what wives should do everybody say it can be right now and he started off saying wives don't be a co-laborer with your husband he said wives submit to your own husband people love to quote ephesians 5 where it talks about submitting one to another they like to start there yeah but he got to admit to me too that's their favorite verse right but he says this at least three times in scripture so by the law of if you will of most stated then after he says submit one to another the next verse he said was and then wise go ahead and submit to your husband right so i think what god had in his mind was that wives should probably to their own husband not their dads not their family of lineage not their mom's ideologies of how things should work not their own inhibitions about what their husband just said the bible said wise to your own husband then he goes to verse number 19. i'm just going to be so relational today is that all right corinne oh jesus we're going to have a good time today then he tell the husband then husbands go ahead and love your wives and don't be bitter towards them don't be harsh towards them and we're going to deal with that today i believe extensively in this series if the lord would allow and it might just be one message whatever he says but if he would allow i would just teach a whole lesson called husbands because the truth is it's a whole lot easier to submit when you love your wife and if we go a little more extensive into that idea of loving your wife ephesians 5 says that there's a way that you should love her you should love her just the way christ loved the church well my god what a tall order y'all if it were me i wouldn't mind switching with my wife you mean i got i gotta love another human being the way jesus loves did you just hear that that's a tall order no i submit you take that one because jesus put up with me when i was a mess jesus put up with me when i was going to hell jesus put up with me when i had an attitude jesus put up with me when i was a sinner [Applause] and that's my command don't sound like irreconcilable differences are in the bible no such thing my brother because if you're loving her as christ loves the church you might just go ahead and let her have that moment let her be in that space but still love her through it oh baby i love you loving you is easy to me because i'm loving like christ love the church oh jesus so for every man that pounds his chest on girls submit now submit switch with her in fact all the ladies let me say it this way uh shoot no i don't um i'll be don't nobody tell i'm grown i got a job no i do my dad no my dad my dad live in south carolina well switch with your husband and love him i mean can we just parallel it i mean let's just switch roles just go and love him like christ loved the church then you got a big problem don't you because then you're gonna have to put up more than a little bit yeah but he said no husbands you love her as christ loved the church and he said you don't be bitter towards her he said you don't deal with her in those fashions and those in those ways oh we're gonna have a good time today and then he goes on to verse number 20 colossians 3 20. oh we didn't leave them out god didn't leave anybody out in this message all genders are represented all of them all the ones god called for they in here all represented y'all you either a children a wife or a husband or both now i'm a children and a husband because i got parents so everybody minimally speaking sleeps into the colossus 320 category and he tells us how we should act children when you're underage go ahead and obey your parents just in the things that you like that they said just in those moments where they said something that's reasonable y'all in my generation and i think i may be generational x or something like that and i was raised by baby boomers let me tell you what what reasonable was reasonable was whatever i tell you to do you get your up right now and do what i say do and they didn't curse either my parents didn't that was reasonable i never forget my dad told me to wash the car and it was overcast i said hey dad we we don't really you know it's about to rain and yeah go out there and watch the car though dad you know that just don't make no sense to watch the car boy did you hear what i just because what was reasonable is what he was trying to teach me and that was how to respond to authority no matter what i see or what i think and that's what made me employable when i became a man because i knew how to shut up and do what somebody bigger than me told me to do and that's what would cause a whole lot of our boys to not be murdered in the street if they knew how to hush when somebody who bigger than them told them to hush that's reasonable no he got a gun freeze yes then you work out the details later on if you need to sue some people but go ahead and be real right now no you you got it buddy hands up right yo he was teaching me how to respond to authority and then there are things that you can't see when you're a child this is going to get so good i never forget we were driving down the street i'm from connecticut and my dad knew middletown connecticut i cleared he knew the city back and forth and i had just started driving and he was driving with me that day he was in the passenger seat and he said now when you get up here to this uh sign make a left i said well no the the sign over here says no left turn he said no no no now when you get there make a left though i said no i can't turn left because we'd be breaking a lot y'all know sometimes kids get brazen and they're like nah i'm not going against god you know the bible say mom dad they start quoting stuff back to you so i said yeah dad we be breaking the law you know i'm 16 just start driving something like that and we get there and i wasn't turning like he said he reached over grabbed the steering wheel turned it for me and said now look at that sign that sign says no left turn between the hours of seven and nine it's ten o'clock you can turn left now boy when i tell you something i know more than what you know do what i say because i've been on this street before and kids you need to start listening cause your parents been on that street before they haven't been there i've been living in here 25 30 years before you were born turn where i tell you to turn i can see what you can't y'all not saying amen but i'm doing better than you talking children oh obey you obey your parents like no no no don't do stuff when they not watching when they're not there when they're away paul said even when i am not there to observe when i'm not there to take it all in still do everything that i told you to do because i know what i'm talking about obey them and how many things all things why for this is what church well and pleasing to the lord how many people in here want to be well and pleasing to the lord now fathers and adults part of me believes that this next verse can apply to the female and the man but i know why god put it on the father because we are the ones to harness our home ultimately our our wives actions and deeds amen are still subject to us if we're doing stuff right amen so sometimes husbands and wives you need to go ahead and have a back room talk about how you guys deal with the children what that should look like what that shouldn't look like because ultimately dads god is holding you accountable for those outcomes with kids so in verse number 21 of the same text he says fathers everybody say we're not let off the hook notice that he mentions the man twice fathers do not provoke your children lest they become what discourage don't provoke them don't mess them up emotionally come on don't don't beat on them don't abuse them obviously physically but then don't abuse them emotionally do not provoke your kids put verse number 21 in amplify fathers do not provoke or irritate or exasperate your children with demands that are trivial and unreasonable or humiliating or abusive did y'all see that nor by favoritism or indifference treat them how tenderly with what loving kindness so they will not lose heart and become discouraged with their spirits broken unmotivated with their spirits broken and some of you parents and i'm a minister to this you got to get a little more careful because you you don't want to break little johnny's spirit you don't want to drink break little sally spirit you don't want to cut them up in two all the time right he says deal with them compassionately generally speaking so that when your kids are 18 they actually still want to talk to you y'all we talking about the way god meant for the family to look now that does not mean that we don't correct a child correction is essential in fact you don't love your children when you don't correct them when you don't read them back in you are not treating them right you're doing them a great disservice the book of proverbs says to beat your child spank your child and you'll save them from hell the bible actually says that then another passage says spear the rod and you will spoil the child rods have a place and a purpose but for those of you who are antagonistic and just driving your kids up the wall and just doing stuff just to edge them on because you have authority because you can you will pay the price for that in time are you listening to me so he says fathers don't provoke your kids and i want to say this again y'all there is a such thing as ideal things just being right when you look at it in the bible uh with me over in acts 10 and 2 god wants your whole household right ideal things just being right and perfection don't mean that a right rather doesn't mean perfection all the time but you have a method by which to resolve to get back to perfect right come on we don't linger with anger over much right listen to what the bible says about cornelius of the of the italian uh regime if you will the bible says that he was a what kind of man a devout man brothers it starts with you the spiritual climate of your home starts with you nothing can go on in that home that you uh don't allow it starts with you the bible says he was a devout man one that feared god along with who else mama all his house how many people in here want your whole house saved fear god with oh y'all the whole house was watching pure flicks on friday night the whole house the whole house was interested in being morally right greater than morally like the whole house was interested in being a christian i don't know about you though i'm preaching this as much to me as i am to you y'all i want and i thank god i have it today but ongoing even as mine grow up even as things work i want my whole house to be devout to god and that's what we're going to deal with today we're going to deal with that equation y'all how to get that going how to make sure that your stuff is just ideal amen why is that so important because you know the revelation amen one can chase a thousand two can put ten thousand to flight and y'all there is a such thing as things just being right can i show it to you in scripture the way god meant for your family to look like would you please go to psalm 128 first and then we're going to back up and we're going to go to psalm 127. i like to call these the family psalms you do know psalms is simply a book of songs you know that right so these are songs that are sung that are reflective of what the family should look like and the bible says over in psalm 128 uh and listen some of you in here you say pastor gabe my kids are 27. this message is obviously not for me no no no no stay with me because i'm going to show you some grace as to how to make attempts to get things back on track because there is a such thing as things being right right amen some things where things can can reconcile in in in the christian faith paul talked about not forgetting the ministry of reconciliation is that all right and the spirit of god just tugged me in that direction just not to forget some of you who feel like you've already blown it it's too late you know we're always going to be on the outs me and and and this daughter of mine who is now an adult and resents me we'll never get along we'll never get on the same page there is a such thing as the ministry of reconciliation and we need to open ourselves up by faith to that reality that things can be recovered oh hallelujah y'all think of it all of us in this room were recovered we were all going to hell are you getting this we were all lost but the power of god and the blood of jesus recovered us can the same blood work on your kids work on your wife work on your husband work on everybody around you we got to believe that that is possible we've regulated the bible to simplistic principles and we read scripture and we say all things are possible to him that believe and we immediately think of stage four cancer right that's true we immediately think of renal failure yes that's true but all things are possible you and your mama can be best friends going for it all things are possible you and your husband can be a power couple going forward all things are possible if this coveted stuff didn't do anything else you know what it did it made people more conscious of the reality of life and death and some of you are on good harvesting ground and don't even know it mama wants to come right around the corner she's scared anyway so many people want to love you back not only do they want answers yo you can be the tool to guide them in the faith everybody say it's possible so the bible says blessed is everyone that does what fears the lord and does what walks in his ways for you'll eat the labor of your hands happy shall it be and it shall be what with you well with you husbands look at this your wife will be as a fruitful vine oh hallelujah fruitful and having kids but fruitful in her spiritual disposition ladies never forget this wisdom key i'm about to drop you are the fragrance of your home the proverb writer said it so powerfully says a wise woman builds her home you are the fragrance of your home new testament says it's so clear that it's better to be on a rooftop or in the attic than around a quarreling woman you are the fragrance of your home if you're single in here and you're getting ready to get married or get married again you once were married didn't work out i want you to evaluate what fragrance you were giving off because ultimately you are the fragrance of your home are you still with me church what you do matters how you receive your husband at the end of the day matters come on speaking of fragrance in your home come on there ought to be some cornbread smells coming through sometime that's what i love about my wife when i get home especially after a fast day man i cook and she makes it so well got this great recipe with honey in it and all kinds of stuff oh it's like eating a piece of cake with your food are you listening to me well no no no no that that is therapeutic i've been away working doing beating and it's time to come in that oasis you are the fragrance of the home is that all right and you're not bringing up any and everything that happened that day because now the trash can lid popped off and you was just hoping he could call the county before they close and it's 4 48. can you please dial 3-1-1 and get somebody on the line no no no no no you're creating the wrong fragrance wrong fragrance incentivize him to not want to go shoot pool after work why does he even want to go and brothers that's not more for you than it is for your wife why do you want to go amen but sisters of you creating an atmosphere to where it's not conducive to wanting to come home y'all if people don't want to be home now in the midst of an epidemic you know you got health problems when you when mad because they said you can work from home no with her no i got to come into work then you start lying baby they said we got to work from starbucks they said we cannot we can we can't get a signal at home they said we got to go to a coffee pub somewhere because they said we cannot work around family no make your home an exceptional space i love coming to church to preach and loving on you and have let you love back on me but y'all let me just be real honest but i craved that moment around three something in the afternoon when all the books are wrapped up and everything is done and i've eaten my last piece of fried chicken and potato salad at the cafe building and i put my brim hat on and i say all right let's go and we make that trek up the road and we get home and i get on that plush couch and put my feet up because the fragrance of the home has made it conducive to that are you all in here right your wives should be a fruitful vine by your sides of your house and your children will be anointed olive plants around your table now we're not going to make an example of our family on every point amen because how y'all know we still growing too amen that's the humility of all things right right but we ought to be a poster board for what god is doing and i was just in the room yesterday and this thing amazed me as i was in the room after we had gotten back from the abortion clinic advocating for babies which by the way seven babies were saved yesterday give them praise hallelujah amen and i mean it was just such a rich day and you know i come home i got to work out and all that kind of good stuff and i was just enjoying myself kids was you know stretching out all that kind of good stuff then i saw brother steve my youngest running room amen and my wife was sitting down and he just came over to her and he said a fresh anointing [Applause] he said a fresh anointing he laid hands on his mama and then he ran out the room a affection really receive it amen but y'all those are precious anointed moments your kids are like how y'all getting that your kids ought to be anointed before he was talking he went up to his grandmother one day her knee was hurting my mom and he went up to her and i couldn't even get his words out clear around two and a half he said in the name of jesus i bind you my mom's knee perfectly healed perfectly healed two heroes olive y'all your kids should be anoint but they can't learn the anointing come on if you're sitting at home watching cagney and lacey all the time if you're not praying come on if you're on laverne and shirley pulling up on youtubes all the time instead of letting the word of god play through your house instead of having bible study at night [Applause] are you listening to me things can be ideal somebody say they can be right amen the wife is fruitful the children are anointed around your table are you with me right and uh behold that thus shall the man be blessed that is gender-specific somebody say brothers we gonna be blessed thus shall the man be blessed that does what fears the lord the man's gonna be blessed you're taking care of stuff now you're already there go to psalm 127 and one i like to call these the family psalms come on wives husbands and children somebody say i'm gonna play my role y'all i'm gonna play my role do you know i'm gonna play my role even if sister rogers wasn't playing hers and she is but did you know i'ma play mine if if if little lauren don't play hers did you know i'm still gonna play mine right i'm responsible for my role any singles in here ready to get married won't you start refining your role right now especially those of you who are of age and the spirit of god begin to speak to me about this about many of you who are really of age and you want to be on your second or third time around or first time around but you're a seasoned woman or man whatever the case may be one of the things the lord downloaded into me as i was studying this out is it kind of prepared y'all you know for the reality that you know you messed around getting married you're gonna have some grown kids isn't that powerful come on now jackie coming over the house now some of y'all just said never mind never mind i'm not putting nobody on the spot i was going to get married passenger you got that is true he might have a jackie jackie stopping by every so often putting her hand in the pot and carrying on because that's how she always related to her mama or how she always related to her daddy you you in the upside down generation they call it the sandwich generation isn't that isn't that funny you have to be prepared for that what those boundaries are what they look like amen amen some of you who are going to have blended families or already have blended families aren't the challenges different sometimes you ain't my mama right not my father god knew what he was doing when he gave me a good wife just stay right there gabe you stayed with her amen because if i was blended and the teenager told me i would actually agree with her i'd be like yeah man you exactly right go and get your coat come on you're right i'm not your dad i just got that revelation i'm liberated from you i don't have to do anything for you get your coat get your coat come on because you are in my house i'm not your dad but you're my get out until i become your dad or a respectable person that marries your mom you don't have to call me your dad but you are going to respect me in this my house god this is a good teacher somebody say things can be right and that's what i'm teaching today y'all they can be right even those of you who are blended no they can be right you got to figure out your loyalties because why you get a husband if you're not going to respect him in lieu of johnny who's 13. you didn't need a husband you should have left a husband alone because if you get a husband and he's worth his gut weight in gold he gonna be your husband that's right this is good stuff all right and we've quoted this passage and not really read into it but let's do it better today let's just take the first stanza except the lord build the house everybody say that with me please except the lord build the house you know what that scripture really means unless you build your christian home in accordance with the diagram that god gave you are laboring in vain is that all right except the lord's guidelines are in your house what are the lord's guidelines well it's back to the text wives submit to your husband don't know y'all those are the policy points those are the guidelines you know this is hilarious if if i was a pastor at a church where i could get voted out i wouldn't preach this message i wouldn't i like if i was at so-and-so missionary baptist church you know that they just voted me in two years ago and no way in the world i preached this today because sister shepard on the board we're going to have it out after this but i'm the founding pastor you follow where i'm coming from and i'm god's man so i'm telling you according to scripture the bible says that unless you build it the way god said build it it ain't going to work did you know what it just said it's not going to work many of you have accepted new terms to your family that god never implemented i let her make all the decisions why why she make all the decisions she not even anointed to make all the decisions i remember one time i was asking a sheep a question about something spiritual some decision that we need to make about a ministry point here now i got a board and i got other elders that can advise me don't they don't misunderstand that i'm not autonomous but i was talking to a sheep one day asking him because and the spirit of god said to me why are you asking her that i didn't tell you to ask her that no you shepherding she's not even anointed to make you know when covey was going on and all that stuff was happening and that all that movement and they might put somebody in jail and you don't know if they're doing this and you don't know what's real what was fake it wasn't time for me to come up to rayshawn and say what you think we should do on sunday amen ray shawn is a lawyer but ray shawn ain't anointed to answer that question she can tell me the legal guidelines she can interpret the law but you need to stand up and be a leader husband husband and this is why wives you don't want to kick against that system all the time that was uh asap in in a jezebel's problem right was that not their problem and what did it ultimately do get her thrown off a balcony she lost her life because of a lack of leadership it's good stuff i don't know maybe she could have been converted now revelation says jezebel can't be converted so i don't know that's a whole nother theological discussion but at the end of the day there are three things that ought to go into your family relations and if you're here are you being blessed that's gonna make it ideal everybody say it can be right amen there are three things that ought to go into your thought process number one roles number two rights and number three responsibility roles rights and responsibilities they'll put it on the screen for you if you missed it rose what are my roles my job description what is my job description as a father what is my job description as a husband what is my job description as a wife what is my job description as a son what is my what should i do y'all do you know i'm still a son i still have a job description in place as a son ephesians 6 my parents are still alive i am still to honor my mother and my father so till this day i still mind how i talk to my mother and my father i still mind how i talk to him and i am a fully grown man approaching 50 but i still mind how i talk to my parents because there is a job description there is a right that they have come on put it on the screen guys rose what's the second one rights are compensations and entitlements my mom and dad is entitled to a level of honor that's an entitlement to all my youth in here your parents are entitled y'all it is an entitlement if i was doing a marriage seminar i want my married couples to hear this and you all know the scripture that backs it up paul talked about it over in corinthians but he said render to one another do benevolence did you know you are entitled to some saran wrap sometime for those of you who don't understand trying to preach it in code amen you're entitled what do that mean like sometimes when you come home go ahead and be wrapped up in some saran wrap waiting for the brother to get home and then brother if you're the homemaker you get wrapped up and wait for her and then after that experience go get a job because you have no business being a homemaker because that's not your job the bible says a wise woman builds her house i do all the cooking cause i no no i don't care if you went to culinary school and you own the food channel you can own the food network but your wife need to be doing some domestic duties oh titus too teach the or something and say cool he's just all boy like they they wanted him to get the baby and it was like a nine and a half month baby too it was not no fortified baby one of them babies that you'd be worried about their little bones and stuff say cool grabbed them with one hand and and shoved them in the face of some other relative because he's an armor bearer he don't anybody remember that somebody sean you were there i said good god brother you don't grab no baby like that but that's because he's a man he don't specialize in holding babies that really happened yeah brother got me off track true true roles rights irresponsibility brothers you aren't even given the faculties to nourish your baby you are able to love them i'm preaching tactfully but you don't even have the faculties to do certain things so we must have roles that are different because god didn't even put it in us god might oh let's move from that point so job description compensation and entitlements and responsibilities which is simply the stewardship of it all how many all know we are all stewards right we are all stewardships of the home now write this down because this is really important and some of you in corporate america anybody ever heard of the exceptions department right the exceptions department that's when things ain't going the way it should right i work in the exceptions department right whatever that may be in i.t they got an exceptions department and come on you work for the bank there's an exceptions department generally speaking unless they've changed all of you know the terminology since i last had a job and that very well could be true so forgive me if i'm getting it wrong now i'm in a bubble so i don't know how y'all call it today but i remember the exceptions department now write this down we all have exceptions and i want you to write this question and i want you to think about it because this is discipleship and i'm not going to be much longer we all have this exceptions what are mine we all have exceptions to psalm 127 128 and colossians which is what i've been reading all morning long wives submit husbands do that kids do that we have exceptions what are your exceptions and why are they exceptions this is where it's going to get juicy this is where you can look at the floor if you need to this is where you could invite pastor i ain't going along with that y'all it's up to you i'm not god i didn't write the bible but i am going to preach the whole counsel of god because everybody has exceptions now i don't have time to take you to all these scriptures but first peter 3 and 6 said even sarah obeyed abraham and called him lord it's going to get good all the wives in here who have called their husbands lord go and raise your hand amen all right all the wives who have called their husbands lord more than twice i'm talking about when it wasn't a mirror seminar and you had just been happy yeah it was at a yeah you know why you know why most cannot raise their hand because for you that's an exception i'm not coming off that point it's an exception because ultimately you have to say to yourself the either the bible didn't say that the bible didn't mean that or i'm just not doing that everybody has an exception oh jesus i don't care who you are everybody has what's your exception children obey your parents for some children that is honor honor your wife yo are you talking you think we getting ready come put on a bunch of facades you don't think there's been some times where i missed some honor moments to ascribe worth and value to my wife sure i have so that's why we need to come out all that all that facade stuff expectation and those you raise your hands saying that you call your husband lord you don't do it generally speaking that's not an everyday factor for you you did it at a real plausible moment but that's not what that is not how you deal with your husband it's not and i love you but it's not and see we're doing christian discipleship today because if we want the house to flourish the way god wants it to flourish at a certain point we got to say but what did god say do in the house when god said deal with her with understanding as the weaker vessel do you deal with your wife that way yo i'm sorry i know i i know i'm i'm sorry you know why people go to bad churches maybe i should have just preached part three of that and y'all have been jumping out of your pews that that was a dynamic message was it not but no god want to get in your house today he want to get in your disposition and i'm telling y'all in particularly my tribe my people one of the reasons why we don't do the stuff that the bible say do is cause we so bent up and damaged you never seen mama called daddy lord of that stuff and if you're some of you a little older you're getting ready to get married yeah y'all gonna get married you're gonna have your own house already you already got a born your career but whoever you guys marry go ahead and let them be somebody that you can follow to the moon bottom line we all have exceptions what are what what am i you should write it down if you know what it is i just gave you one if you're a married woman you never called your husband lord at one point in your relationship and you're a daughter of sarah yo we love pleading the promises of god that bless us after all you want to be blessed but if you want to be blessed you want to get you knew this you knew that you want to walk in favor what if you started doing things the way god said do it because then wives you wouldn't be carrying stuff that you're not made to carry anyway then husbands come on you would get the honor and respect that you're due oh hallelujah then husbands let me get on the mend for a minute unless people accuse me of being lopsided you would love her as christ loved the church do you know how christ loved the church is anybody still in here do you know what a painstaking effort that was to love the church on that wise y'all down through the years the church has been moody towards christ anybody ever heard the church of laodicea the lukewarm church am i preaching okay this morning guys anybody ever heard of that sometimes i like to look at some of my new members they give me new fire because they they got that excitement and no hit on my old members too you guys have it too i love you all but anybody getting this revelation he had to deal with the church of thiatera that was downright evil brothers if you've never dealt with your wife when she was evil and compassionately responded and not dealt with her in embitterment you're missing it you're missing it if you're married to a young woman come on those of you in your 20s and 30s and all that kind of good stuff and and once a month you can't contend with a different reality and i'm gonna give you all some tools today ladies whenever that time come just go ahead and play i'm every woman it's all just play it so that everybody's on alert that's where that no i'm not gonna stop preaching this don't play that song that's secular but you understand what i'm saying you understand what i'm saying yo what if you start communicating yeah no no that's where i am now this right now you know this now you know you know i'm kind of in that i'm in the zone i'm helping families today this is blessing anybody everybody has an exception what are yours those of you who are young my millennials and even younger than that i don't even know what they got now in generation z or whatever is behind that y'all y'all don't even develop yourself off of what you've seen and that's the reason why by year five over 50 percent of marriages end in divorce because they wasn't doing marriage the way the bible said to do it the bible said do marriage a certain kind of way and they weren't i'm going to do mine that way oh we're going to work on our exceptions whatever they may be i'm going to compare notes with my wife when i get home you better believe it because i'm gonna make sure that i don't have any exceptions pertaining to marriage amen don't build your stuff off of what the culture says come on people who are married today divorce tomorrow your ideal is possible my time is running out y'all still with me do you still have time because y'all ultimately at the end of the day if we keep it that way but it was officially family night and so when my wife had gone and and had this wonderful uh time of personal uh refreshing and and got her her nails done and this things and i was just so glad to see her do that i was doing one of my favorite things working i i like working so i always had my practice getting in it man i'm enjoying it seeing people develop i love that my kids were all at school amen and uh i had dropped them all she was doing that and having a great time and then went and picked them up and then you know took old christian to swim lessons and by the way he just got promoted i don't see him but he's yeah he's sleeping now but um some of y'all know sometimes when your kids don't want to hear the message they go to sleep but uh he's young enough for that but he got promoted in swim lessons and then we came home dave and lauren put one of the movies on and we got some mario's pizza on the shane plug and uh you know the only thing that aggravated me is generally speaking they double cut it but they missed it this time so i was at home with the sharp knives double cutting it because i want my kids to think they're getting more than they actually got it lasts longer so i double cut the pieces i never give them one big slice how many did you have three that's only one and a half if you double cut it learn from me now young people those of you getting ready to get married it'll stretch it out right i still got something in the refrigerator right now and that's the snack tonight because we double cut it and then we went in in that theater room and oh man all three girl we just had a oh just air hockey that we was about to play but somebody lost the other handle it wasn't perfect was it then that spirit of evil for evil who lost the contrary wise excuse me is what that says blessing knowing that ye are there unto call that ye should inherit a blessing so that's a different concept but you understand what i mean when i say no contrariness in your home y'all things can just be flowing where's the water flowing path of least resistance so the stuff that i'm preaching today if you have resistance to it you got to start saying why come on everybody say why no if i'm not honoring my wife come on brother say why if i'm not submitting to my husband come on obeying him oh calling him lord pastor i was good on submission and come on y'all let's do what the secularists do when they get to the scripture they don't agree with particularly the homosexuals love doing this did the bible really mean that homosexual is an abomination of old testament isn't that the old testament no effeminate shall inherit the kingdom yeah but did the bible really mean that now that's in the new testament but did the bible really mean that y'all the bible meant exactly exactly what it said the bible meant that and all of this easy believism that we've slipped into y'all know what easy believe ism is christianity on my terms it's how i see it it's my idea of what's right all of that stuff is what's robbing us of the peace of god in our homes the way god wanted it to be is that not good all of the easy believeism all of the stuff that says i don't have to shape up i don't have to get better i don't have to honor my wife i don't have to treat her as a weaker vessel wives i hope you're not mad at me because i've said it a thousand times that the greater hit is on the man love her as christ loved the church can we just pause for a second and pull out some bullets on how christ had to love if you want to know how christ loved the church will you please read revelation chapter 3 and just look don't do it now just look at all the different churches the seven churches and how he died from and what he put up with one church literally had jezebel in it you mean tell me i gotta love her like a witch she's under witchcraft and i still gotta not you but she's under witchcraft come on hypothetically and i still gotta get my modality from what marriage should look like we were looking at whitney houston and bobby brown a documentary or something on their their marriage and oh my gosh all the lights camera in action but good god almighty behind the stage and the two of your kids dead are y'all getting this one that dies just like the mom that's sad that's a broken home and yeah she oh she tore it up during the super bowl anybody remember that years ago but y'all where are they now because they didn't have any family life i will never get up here and preach to you week in and week out and my family be out of whack you can forget that oh buddy i was sabbatical so fast oh no no i get that house right because at the end of the day if your family is corrupt and gone what do you have i've seen pastors get up and preach with buoyancy about the joy of being divorced are you listening to leaving their precious pretty wives for some harlot because it just got too hard are you listening to me y'all this is a mindset and i'm breaking a curse today because at the end of the day all of those earthly manifestations are spiritual you all have it in the amplified y'all still with me look at it one more time verse 19. i don't want to harp on the wives anymore today husbands love your wives how with affectionate sympathetic selfless love that always does what seeks the best form and don't be embittered or what resentment towards them because of the responsibility of marriage husbands if you would be honest there have been times when you've been resent resentful towards your wife and particularly if you've ever cheated on your wife you've definitely resented her and i'm sorry if that's things but i'm still going to preach it that's resentment that's resentment obviously if you've ever harmed her physically that's resentment if you've ever just thrown a dagger emotionally with no sense of softening the blow no baby but yeah i know you think that way but let me just tell you we really need to consider that y'all let our words be with grace seasoned with salt let me just tell you sweetie i really know that this is what you would like to see happen but this is just the way that i believe god is leading if you'll just walk it out with me i believe god will substantiate it then you put the burden on her to come back and obey her husband and obedience is not just in form and fashion y'all the bible says isaiah 1 19 if you are willing and obedient so y'all are just doing stuff with a sucking other teeth and a bunch of pizzazz and a bunch of i just don't see it that way yeah i'll do it but i ain't gonna agree you're not gonna bless him for that i'll go along with it but it just i just don't see it that way but is that what god said to do it's quiet because all of those attitudes you have do you all have time for this last segment i don't have time to give you everything but let's just give you this and we'll pick it up next week all of the attitudes all of the arguments young people all that i can't get along with my mama we're just gonna have to preach another segment all of this is a direct result of a spirit that has been made manifested in the earth realm everybody say you honor your mother and your father ephesians 6 your days would be long and it would be well how come gang members don't live a long time what is that phenomena dishonor dishonor will kill you so why does the devil want to kill you because he wants the next gospel preacher out of here he don't he don't want no juniors being manifested these guys are threats you mean we got to deal with another generation we got to deal with another another generation that preached like that oh man for every earthly manifestation there is a spirit wives when you just can't get along husbands when you just can't get along when you can't love her tenderly that is a manifestation of a spirit all attitudes are manifestations of a spirit ask yourself where do they come from if you have a negative attitude i don't have time to finish this is it blessing you know if you got a negative attitude ultimately what is a negative attitude yo it's spiritual resistance what is that what is spiritual resistance it can't be godly i told you this would be my last scripture and i'll be a man of my word we'll pick it back up on another day but look at genesis 1 and 2 the earth was without what form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep oh key revelation and the spirit of god moved on the face of something in the natural did you get that all creation came because the spirit moved on it and every attitude and emotion that's created in you comes because a spirit is moving on you everyone when you are sad and down and out that is a spirit of sad is that all right yolanda when you are hopeless and distraught you better recognize that monkey that's right in your back that's a spirit when a married couple can't get along the bible says where there is envy and strife there is confusion in every evil work the great keith moore said it so well he says that confusion creates the environment of hell you have allowed hell in your household every evil work and i think that's james 3 and 16 something like that you study you look it up but i think it's james 3 and 16. where where there's confusion where there's envy where there is what strife a spirit is moving on the face of your house and you got to get aggravated with that yo anything that will inhibit you from doing what god said do has got to be an adversive spirit if god said to honor your wife but you hadn't bought her a pocketbook in five years that word honor means to ascribe value to her you've not given her anything of value you know what the biggest compliment sean is about your wife earlier today is that she was broken by something you valued her with you ascribed value to her are you listening to me if you've not done that to your wife and eons that is a spirit blocking that and oh my sisters black white red yellow i don't care what your ethnicity is if you have at no point in your god-fearing marriage come to a place to where you have obeyed first peter three and six where you obeyed your husband submitted to him and had a moment where you at least wanted to call him lord you have submitted to a spirit i'm gonna call alto call right now i'm gonna call alta call right now for some people that want to get rid of their exceptions what are your exceptions if you're a young person in this room and it's always two for one you can't ever agree with nothing your parents say do what is that don't even play yet chris what is that y'all it's not just an attitude it's not just your personality do you all remember that personalities are shaped by spirits i just don't like it when i just can't see so don't worry about it but but y'all what is that it's a spirit of contrariness god wants some people delivered today now if you are able to stand i didn't say that for this reason but if you are able to stand i do want you to stand with me in agreement now if you're holding a baby or injured we understand but um i want you to come down to this altar if you are a husband a wife i don't even want music yet yo a husband a wife or a child and you know the stuff that i preached out today came right to the target not to my glory but to the glory of god if you know that there are exceptions they're just saying yeah i just couldn't do that part why why why who am i talking to why i couldn't do that part i could do this part but that part right there um i don't know about that i just can't gel with that all right and some of y'all don't have no exception so i understand you're staying at your seat you know i get it i got some exceptions i got i got some things this is a big gap right mind sending me a few dollars to get it i said now you know good and well that gabe rogers ain't paying for nobody's prenup a prenup why are you marrying someone that you need a prenup with right marriage is a covenant no you get married it's all on the table yes i don't want to leave my wife i'm just going to be candid and honest with you i am a happy fella probably number 80 on the list reasons why though i'm not leaving can you tell your neighbor half yo i work real hard to become who i am i'm stuck all kind of ammonies alimonies palimonies any mornings which simply means your money all of your money now i'm staying with stephanie d rodgers there i'm here i'll say it right here hey man i i got a lot of my assets i got married one time to death do us part and i believe we'll go in the rapture together so i'm not even thinking about her dying amen and she's not thinking about me dying praise god come on come on and some of you if you be honest you've thought about that before come on lord just take her to heaven just be alright if good grief if you don't take her take me one of us yeah y'all you got exceptions i know that's like who did he say that yeah because you thought about it that's why i said it that stuff is in you the heart is desperately wicked do you all know what wickedness is to be twisted that's what the words say the heart is desperate that's why you can't call your husband lord because the heart is twisted that's why you can't honor your wife because the heart is twisted think of it you know got this wife gave you three kids stretched her body out took care of all your stuff looked out for you balanced your books when you didn't know nothing about accounting she learned accounting just to help you in your business and you want to knock it out the park and then go in another direction and flip it around you got a man that's loving on you embracing you you you in the one percent of our people i don't know if you recognize do you know jeanette to be married to a black man do you know what percentage margin you're in like you and the five percent to get married now and it's no hit on all my precious white people that's in the room or hispanic people we got all kinds of ethnicities in here but you got married to a black man that comes home and works yeah y'all can we get some appreciation now now i've i've done my job church and this i'm telling you it's for black people white people forever all kind of people y'all white people got problems too don't ever take that as an exception right people hispanic folk they do too all right all of all of us we are all people we are all people that have stuff that need to be exceptions exceptions and the gurus that make the most money and i'm telling you all this because y'all think about it the guys that get the phds and really really make money in this area they gotta write a book that watered down what god said think about when the last time you read a book that says and go call your husband lord no more highlighter on that book that didn't sell 50 000 copies did it [Music] yeah you ain't read no books like that because it ain't in books cause people have itching ears and i'm not domineering we're not hitler's are you listening to me we just talked about that we just talked about being compassionate but can we all play our roles you know what you guys do and this all that kind of stuff that's not witchcraft that's the power of a praying wife father if my husband's off track i thank you right now in the name of jesus that you nudge him in the right direction and i bind every confusing spirit that's true in the nick take your hands off of my husband then he come home happy baby you know i decided not to buy that i don't know what it was i don't know what just happened but i just don't want it anymore in fact i'm sorry i ever saw it it aggravates me to think about it you know what that is an angel nudging him right back where he should have been some of you got kids you worry so much about what your kid's gonna do all right now father in the name of jesus i thank you you you know where she is i dispatch angels right now go nudge her in the right direction and look here baby girl only by the prompting of the spirit don't call people out of your emotions you set yourself up for more rejection but the holy ghost say reach out then you reach out think about you just want you to know i love you meanwhile angels nudging nudges right y'all who wants to be ideal that's what i want if you got exceptions can we repent first come on guys you can now in my youth i bind it right now in the name of jesus in wives i bind it i take authority over that and we rinse you out with the blood of jesus there'll be no more lack of confidence on what a man of god said do in the name of jesus and that dishonor that comes from brothers not doing right by their wives husbands not loving on their wives father we bind that spirit being too strong with their wife god you said to deal with them as the weaker vessel not as the equal vessel so father we apologize we apologize and we bind that spirit lord this is what i'm going to pray put new infrastructure in your people god i'm not done with this talk i know i got to do more on it but god teach them communication in the name of jesus teach them how to come together and take authority over the devil when he's trying to do some stuff father let them to recognize i didn't get there today but let them to recognize that we rest or not against flesh and blood it ain't my wife i'm dealing with right now it's not my husband alone that i'm dealing with right now but they are under the influence father help us to know the difference not that we'll get in their face and call them the devil either god but we will under our breath begin to bind the devil in the name of jesus sometimes we'll escape to the bathroom and we'll take authority in the restroom we'll get creative so we don't offend our spouse and then we'll come out and we'll love on them and we'll fix their plate and we'll give them a massage on their shoulder and we'll we'll do all that kind of stuff that reminds them of how special they really are if i'm a son a child in here and i've been disrespectful and dishonorable dad i'm sorry sorry to my mom you know mom i should have never talked to you like that in fact if you're a kid in here and your parent is here you're a parent in here and your child is here now is the time of reconciliation you got a child in here i want all families all families they say well pastor we hadn't had nothing yeah you had something at some point come on find your parents find your child right now right now mine too everybody everybody you single it's okay don't worry about it all right but you got a mother you got a dad you got a husband find him find him you guys group up right now right now everybody have a moment of love right now yep where's my other one there's gabe of the church and so many times i had you dancing and shouting about being in strife hooping about a divorce are you kidding me that's sad there's nothing happy about that amen yeah you guys that's right you group together you got you guys don't have to be a wildfire when you become adults you can be women of god women of god you got a good mother you know that right good mom and we love you you're not a woman of rejection raise them in the fear of god and listen make all them good decisions i'm being fatherly to you now you hear me all of them oh let them see it where's my mother-in-law mom come on over here because you did it as a single mom come lay your hands on her because you know what your your daughters never saw yeah i want you to come get zakiya right here lay your hands on her and part into her pray for her and it's not because she's doing this either y'all right right behind you not cause she's doing this but you know what step first lady and michelle and the rest of the girls she raised four girls by herself they never saw a man running in and out of the house they didn't have any uncles lay your hands and just pray for her because see some of you you need that revelation yup her her dad went to heaven when she was 15. didn't have that but the deacons around the church came and supported him and helped him out but she raised her daughters now her daughter is married to a pastor now what's our difference my parents been married 55 years in january they just celebrate 55 years but we weren't perfect so we're not gonna get high-minded either are you seeing that but those pedigrees they can mix and we can create something rich right right it can be right jamie said harness i'm so proud of you with your daughter gigi i'm proud of you amen did he get his of you who didn't but still need to do it i want you this week to make out your cooking schedule if cooking is tuesdays and thursdays are you gonna make enough for the next day no you domestic you're domestic you're taking care of your house we can make a pot of spaghetti and it can last two days three days right it don't have to be something new every day first lady made some raps the other day oh my god it was fabulous two days three days it was awesome i think we did it for two days y'all know go home and cook go home and be a lady fly in the face of this world we laugh at stuff like little house of the prairie i tell you what they didn't have is episodes with folks getting divorced yeah folks stayed married on those shows because that was the norm and even the brady bunch had some morality even though they were blended but you could see the denigration of the family down through the years then they moved to we are living single and gave you guys pride and joy and being single ain't nothing prideful and joyful about spending the rest of your life without somebody to love uh-oh no no no i want to get married yeah yeah thank god yep i'm gonna go get my education i'm doing all that's wonderful no i'm getting married hey man i like me i like a lady that's for me right amen you know what i need after a full day like this and a full weekend guess guess what i need on monday stephanie did y'all know that you know what the antidote and uh for for gabe rogers is after work yeah first lady rogers that's that's the that's the oh yeah that's the re-upping and i'm not talking about just some other stuff i'm talking about just time and conversation dropping the kids off and then going to the original house of pancakes and eating uh uh come on some waffles and recovering thank god for her church because you know what she keeps me right for you did you know that if sister rogers never taught another lesson in this church and she would but her primary role is to keep me fresh if she keeps me fresh you'll get what you need her preaching is complimentary her first ministry right here that's why i don't overuse her and let her keep me fresh amen ain't no sense in both of us being tired oh i'm getting on people's nerves now that's my issue with the co-pastor model yeah and to the co-pastor anything with two heads is a monster don't let her be the co-pastor let her be the pastor's wife yeah she's the pastor's wife she don't have to work as hard as uh-uh but all this stuff went on with all these things at the end of the year that we had to deal with guess who i did not send down to any venues no no no that wasn't her job it's the man's job you got work to do buddy you go out there and you manage all of that you be the man come on you go negotiate a car you be the the man your wife sitting in there doing all that talking with another man right don't even have another man talking to your wife like that well no we're not doing that no man tells my wife no tell me no and i'll tell her no right you a man all right then ladies gonna be domestic manage your homes be sweet and soft and i double dog dear you and now i'm tell you now you're gonna mess up the kingdom of hell but boy if you go home tonight and i'm not gonna tell you to do it i'm just saying it's in the bible but if you go home tonight and you sit in your recliner and say now baby before we eat brownie olive mode and close out the night i just want to call you lord i don't know what that means to you but i think pastor had a point let me tell you what's going to happen next my sister let me tell you i'm just telling you now it's going to happen i'm tell you what's going to happen next you're going to mess around have one of them vehicles with the red bow on it you're going to mess around have some pocketbook circulations you gonna mess around and have some jewelry that you didn't even know was coming y'all they say well every day will be sunday no every day will be valentine's day you gonna set that brother on fire because men thrive off of respect yes yes yeah in fact generally speaking and i'm still ministering stay with me now generally speaking i don't correct a man in front of his wife unless it's something very egregious now if it's something very egregious that's totally different but generally speaking i don't do that with a man and i don't i don't correct parents generally speaking in front of a child unless there's something to agree just like sexual abuse or something like that then everybody needs correction why did you leave your child right that's different but no no no you go in the order of things all right order of things order of things and then people take their rightful place we're getting right close and you start winning if you're a brother here you're going to treat your wife better can you raise your hand i am i am now if you're a man in here and you didn't raise your hand bro i mean it ain't even on our families right [Music] now father in the name of jesus i pray for sarah's daughter this all the serious daughters in here you started off with wives so i pray for them first god that you would ignite a new fire in them to do marriage the way you said it do parenting the way you said it i pray god then for husbands that you unite a new fire in us to step it up with compassion in the name of jesus and i thank you for an honor for our wives god some of us might need to buy our wife something this week just to honor her or whatever her love language is we might need to speak that but god we're going to date her we're going to embrace her in jesus name father for all my kids in here i thank you right now that they're going to play their role now they're not going to be perfect because they're a child but god they will be quick to come back around and apologize if they make a mistake in the name of jesus and then father yes you end it off actually you ended off with servants but before you got to servants you said fathers don't provoke your kids to wrath father give us more wisdom on how to manage situations in our home so that our kids won't be discouraged and won't be hurt and won't be in pain show us when spanking when to talk when to get down on one knee and hug and love on help us to know the difference in the name of jesus because god this culture is not family friendly but your word is i thank you for the ideal situation god what i talked about earlier god where people can come together in their bonus rooms or theater rooms and eat popcorn and pizza and laugh and oh god just i create good old days right now i create homes where kids really don't even want to leave because it's so pleasant now they'll have to but god honestly where the kids are just so excited about the oasis called home father i co marriages prophetically and spiritually right now to where they can't get enough of each other girl i ain't think about no other woman every time i see you you mess me up all over again i pray that out for husbands right now i prayed out for wives god that they are enamored with their man that god oh watch this ladies god our wives will start searching out new uh ways of doing things to make that fragrance of the home even better thank you lord for new recipes thank you lord for new antidotes lord may our husbands come home and rub our wives feet but god may our wives come home and rub their husband's head and and massage their shoulders and and just embrace them and god more words like what else can i do what else can i do what else how else can i make you comfortable god blow people's natural mind with a greater spiritual revelation of who you are now father for all these precious individuals that have adult children in the name of jesus all over the church i use these ladies as a point of contact in the name of jesus i thank you right now that you're nudging them and lord give them something supernatural this week that's what i'm praying let them reach out let the kid reach out let something happen god and all of these ladies god they're just positioned right right here on the front row god in the name of jesus father let them have encounters with their kids in the name of jesus because god that's that part of the heart that's that one thing that i just wish that part i'm so glad that we got this but that part is that inky part god get in the grooves of that in the name of jesus and raise their children up to be stalwart individuals thank you for the development of our daughters god they remain virgins in the name of jesus our sons remain virgins in the name y'all we can just do it right we're going to get married some of us are of age and we're going to get husbands and and wives and they're going to be great too they're going to be spirit-filled and we're going to work on whatever we need to work on but it's going to be fun peaceful homes in the name of jesus peaceful homes trey you are greatly favored my brother i'm calling you my brother now because you're a young man amen get all the way up under your dad you listening to me really heed him it's some things that you will never have to contend with you mark my words if you'll let him tell you his own story do that will you do that i believe you too you you're an honorable young man you are you are all you guys very a proud mama yeah yes christian participated in an art contest uh with his uh with the school so it is a school-wide art contest last fall and um he won and we're so excited for christian um for those who don't know christian is very artistic he's very very good but as pastor said they made birthday cards yep it says however you may celebrate whatever you may do here's hoping that your birthday will be wonderful for you happy birthday so people can kind of i guess order these or whatever and send them out from but um that's just really exciting really proud of you christian way to go y'all
