one o'clock is so turn up that y'all quite already because you know this this this the wild crowd you know say I don't know what's going on Saturday night so telling you you need to repent to people is a bit much I understand but you have got to realize that being Christian and being routinely repentant as normal it is Kingdom behavior to admit and own or wrong and not in your mind and praise God you just say it with your mouth we learned last service that repentant people never run out of grace they always have access to what they need so please go and do it and I challenged you to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you unrepentant areas in anything in your life with people when it comes to relationships when it comes to leaders or people that work anything an unrepentant issue and it will literally sign you up to be positioned to prosper the redeemed of the Lord said amen I'm going to give you a different word today I will probably laugh through some of it because I'm so grieved about it prophetically and I'm just going to be very very very very very very very very very real and very very very direct about this stuff and what I'm going to entitle this is biting the hands that feed you next week a part of what we're going to learn is the role of honor in war I'm you know treason is the dishonor of the nation you represent that in warfare dishonor will make you a target if you are in any war and I'll talk to you about legato David appoint unto each honorable men you only want to be in a fight you shouldn't be found in dishonor cuz it's gonna work against you in the long top toe I've got some things to give you write some notes I'm gonna make sure this is up because this is going to be very very very very very important that you understand one of the most the most important decisions of your Christian life is who's gonna feed you I'm gonna set again one of the most the there are people who are specific about who they want to marry and then general about who they want to pastor them they have all of these and I won't you got to be like skating he got to be tall he got to have a degree you got all these specific qualities for who you gonna sleep with but yet who oversees your soul is really really really a broad you have no real particulars they can preach any way live any way have any gifts I didn't matter where you go okay got it but the most one of the most important decisions a Christian needs to make is where they're going to submit their life to your your leader your leaders are responsible for creating the vocabulary the understanding of the boundaries of your personal destiny and success so as they preach as they teach as they counsel as they rebuke as they reprove as a reprimand what the Spirit of God is doing through them is giving you concepts words ideas to train your personal decision-making for everyday life that's a loaded statement I want you to when you're watching that we rewind that again again many of people in the world not necessarily this church but in the world a lot of Christians make poor decisions because of poor teaching I don't want you to ever underestimate the power of a good preacher when you are under poor pre it shows up in your decision-making see when you have a good preacher you almost environment where your pastor is a great preacher almost make sure that every dumbest issue you make is in willful rebellion because it's hard to ignore what you've been taught and how you've been girl but when you submit to teaching and preaching that's beyond where you are in life you are almost opening up your world to be lived in error so it is so important that you have the right bastard if you're watching me on facebook live if I already bored you yet it is so important that you choose the right house that is the place where the future is found and the holy spirit I'm gonna give you some mind-blowing principles in the scripture is responsible for providing you with the leader in other words your leader is the provision of God one of the provisions of God it's one of the ways he supplies your life with what you need to know to become what you need to become to prosper in the plan of God you need the right leader now somebody can be the right leader for another person and the wrong leader for you there is a church that is designed to handle who you are and where you've been and where you going and there are other places that are not designed as broadly they're limited in what truth they could handle or what grace is they could have on it at the oil whatever it is that's on the head is going to be on the house and many people get confused about that because when you enter a house and gifts wake up and you sometime it's not because of you it's because of what you came under your abilities stretch out when you come under the oil of a person or a man or a woman of God on that leader it is so if it's on the head it's on the house that's why it's important to select the right one but we have a we have a real issue where the ministry gifts in the earth under a genocide and I'm not just talking about pastors I'm talking about elders you're not gonna like me so my will leave now beacons prophets evangelists whatever the stewards or the trustees whatever they do I'm Tom our authority and delegated authority they're under a genocide and that's just a word that means a global death campaign now listen I've been pastoring for the last 14 years this Jill and I have heard all kinds of crazy stories I know that there are leaders that don't do their people well I grieve sometimes when I hear the type of stuff they preach I'm like I cannot be if I went to your church I'd be backslidden to I know that they're people that want to control I know they're people that rape I know they're people that robbed I know they're people but you can be on your facebook long Instagram wall calling yourself a part of the conscious community about racial profiling and be a pastoral profiler we don't like this you know there's gonna make me go harder you can't you cannot profile how pastors are because of how yours is - my asked me yesterday which of your sons and disciples do you grieve for the most is it the prodigal is it the ones who backslide and get reprobate and my answer was no I agreed most for my sons that are called to pasture for them because I know the pressure the pains the problems of that seat before I give you my scripture let me give you some statistics inhale exhale this is 28k 13% of America pastors are divorced and you don't know it 23% of pastors have been pressured to resign by boards 25% of pastors don't know where to turn when they have a family or personal crisis or issue 25% of pastors wives see their husbands work as his mistress 33% of pastors they have to burn out for the last five years 33% of those pastors saying being in ministry has cost them there 33% 40% of pastors and 47% of spouses are currently suffering from burnout unaware 45% of pastors wives say the greatest danger to them their emotional this physical and their spiritual well-being is the church they serve 45% of pastors are medically diagnosed depressants 45% 50% of pastors feel unqualified to do their job 52% of pastors say them and their spouses believe that being pastoral ministry will eventually diminish their lifespan 56% of pastors wives say they cannot have close friends so when you look at first ladies and look at how mean and dissonant coal they are the swap 50% of them feel like they cannot have close friends 70 70 percent of their husbands say they will not have friends so 70 percent of American pastors say I don't need any friends I don't want to do that I'm not interested in that 75% of pastors are currently dealing with a heart related issues during to severe stress 80% of pastors say they had insufficient time with their spouse or no sex now that's not my testimony I don't see nothing wrong Oh [Music] Oh hallelujah glue it sorry 90% of pastors feel like they serve with an incompetent team so fill with vision filled with ghosts filled with ideas and can't express that through what their team does not have or is unwilling to see 94% of pastors in America that is a survey of a thousand pastors 94% of pastors feel like they must lie about their family's imperfections ready for this in America 1784 pastors quit the ministry per month without a plan to return how many of you have done brain surgery before how many of you have by hand in your home delivered somebody else's baby the point I'm making is when God sends a team of ministries around you apostles prophets evangelists passes teachers whatever they are the one of the greatest ways to disrespect the Holy Spirit is to harm I know this is an uncomfortable word and most pastors wouldn't preach it but I'm not think about how many evangelists or traveling evangelist will not submit to a church because they can make a successful career on the road and feel like there is no house built enough where they can be themselves or be as expanded as they are think about how many recording artists you can't ask them and they winning Stellar's and Grammys and made you who their pastor is is unknown if you have a soul you need a pastor oh they don't wanna hear this down man I said if you have a sow you need a shepherd and right now in America there is a strong pastoral genocide now here are some proverbial things and I'm gonna give you some scriptures as to where this thing out proverbially speaking there are people when God sends a person to a house the Bible says in every great house you have vessels of honor and some of dishonor you have people that are made of different things it's the a Paul goes into talking about gold and precious metal and all of that that are made of different things when God sends you in the house he's sending you as raw material the byproduct is that whatever you're learning and experiencing listen good and bad is forming God sends you in as raw material when you go into the house the good the bad the ugly the preaching the teaching everything you experience is supposed to be pulling you together now we understand that when it comes to the good and what you agree with we just have no concept but what we disagree with and what we what we don't agree with even things that disappoint you can form your character if you allowed that thing to do so now I'm going to say to you and I'm gonna probably lose my pastoral membership card I didn't renew it this year anyway and they're gonna get mad at me presenting this dishonor between the coaches and the Baptist's I'm going between the Baptist and the Pentecostals between the Pentecost house the dishonor that has been going on between those segments of the kingdom is unreal and is permissible because people preached in a way to justify their dishonor we are the way we do it like this chameleon his own first Sunday what kind of church is that we worship with the light all Reavers with the light off we whatever your thing is you should never camp out and a preference or an approach and abandon what the Bible says about honoring the problem is many of our Christian camps can only honor the people that are like us and when somebody does it different because we are deathly afraid of difference we had to assign a demon to it so we can understand it it's dishonor and certain denominations there is generational dishonor everybody knows you're supposed to honor your Elvis but while we're not talking about honoring children and the cheap resources you put toward your youth no wonder that full of hell you give all the resources to the church mothers and then give the young people one Sunday a year with a rap but I don't even know and you wear some jeans and think that's gonna keep them in the kingdom dishonor [Music] God assigns a man of God or a woman of God to a people and a people to a man or woman of God that way he really does now in every house this one is not exempt everybody's not coming to stay now they don't want me to tell y'all because the average church in America is also 52 members that's the average Church size of the Church in America 52 members all right so they don't want me to tell y'all that everybody ain't going everywhere to stay cuz if I look bro we trying to do over there buying buildings and stuff not me I need everybody I can't kid but everybody is not in a house to stay there everybody's not in this house to see their people who fish several profiles in a house and I'm going to get these cookies of you first there are seekers in every Church seekers you're coming to see they're coming to see and that should not be a bad thing as a Christian the Bible says you supposed to let your light so shine I don't know why we get mad at folk who come this bactine jesus love them do I'm not stupid I know that on a Sunday in the conference everybody not here because they enjoyed it some of them just want to see oh okay we're giving you something to look at see when you're dealing with a seeker what you give them is environment you give a seeker and experience you give them something to enjoy and something from the atmosphere to minister to them then you're gonna have such earners a sojourner is going to pass through they're coming in to be stabilized they're coming in to transition from one set of life to a next one age of life or maturity even one like crisis to the next and for a search earner you give them your hand or you give them help you help them you give them a hand if you're transitioning I don't have to establish anything permanent around your what you're doing I can help you from point A to point B I'm you know many of our first pastors that was their job they were our crossing guards they weren't anointed to necessarily teach some of you if you got saved under a leader that can give you language for your destiny you are blessed because most of them most of our initial pastors I know mine was and I was related to my their whole assignment was to get you in the kingdom after you came out the water they know nothing else to tell you preach the same fine we're not gonna dishonor them a man wouldn't win a crossing guard shows up at a crossing point to get you across the street safely you're supposed to appreciate it either if they not the head of your house that's a sojourner then you got a student students are in every church I'm coming to learn I have no intention on being a part I have no intention on tithing regularly I have no intention on being trained I'm just gonna come sit on that last row and I'm believed on the by Satan unto me I'm gonna jet before anybody gets to know me I gonna wave my hand when is here's what brings the fear of the Lord to me for they are keeping watch over joy now when you got saved wasn't it your soul that got saved and what wasn't what the ministry gives to is a posts themselves as police as guards for the realm of things that impact the soul your spirituality is going to be expressed through your soul so we can see how spiritual you are by the context or the content or the quality of what's going on in yourself and many Christians are unaware of what's going on in their mind they wield the emotion of the Internet they just neglect it they come shower dance but but here's a problem with love it's done through the soul from the spirit but through the soul so that's my marriages go wrong friendships go wrong that's my jobs go wrong cuz even though you're perfected in the spiritual part of you your soul is a mess you're not maintaining your soul this is there watching guard over your souls continually guarding your spiritual welfare now look as those who have to give a report oh there's stewardship of you every pastor whether God calls them or not is going to have to answer for how they did overseeing people's soul how about I would rather oversee your money I would my new up to me I'm gonna go be something else cuz it's a that's a massive responsibility is to be appointed by the Holy Ghost over the souls of men heaven and hell are both after the same stuff it is not an easy task look at this let them do this with joy and not with grief or groans because then it will not profit you put up acts twenty and twenty eight we quad today some of them have not felt in so long don't even realized and by the time you come in their lives they've got all this carelessness from years of stuff everybody feels abandoned and the one person who can tell you that they were abandoned was your leader at home industry up from the promises early you interview you said yes to a life of rejection as a prophet you inherit the generations of rejection and come to that office I love this is so rich in the amplified then in the final time I God will give you spiritual Shepherds after my heart see what God assigns a pastor to you it is one of the examples of what he feels about you which is why you need the right one because it should be a reflection of where you're going what God wants for you the type of life he wants you to live God doesn't just send you a man or a woman of God or a team of leaders to encourage you you can get rid of the fortune cookie go get some ice cream you want to feel better but their objective is to preach you into transformation counsel you interchange rebuke you interchange that is what they do now they're supposed to and that's why I don't believe pastors should be voted in because when you vote them in oh my pot I feel like when you voted me in you take this Democratic approach to the house did you vote your mama did you vote your daddy y'all are like little rebellious tempers you didn't vote them in we voted me so we can control him you show me one board in the back the Bible said the holy cows appointed them but if all you use the Holy Ghost to do is shout then you don't know who he's sake reproved for your sake everything God does to them is for you now God builds you psychologically to handle it and the things you've got to do to become ready for the ministry is real it's all hard somebody told me today I celebrate you yes I said no the first you guys was easy it's keeping it that way I'll regret my yes but if the wall is making sure it stays yes is easy to say yes at the beginning you'll know no better but keeping that yes there it's gonna be where the real test is in services at altar calls I say yes to you lord thank God dude it's okay you sure look that's why you I'm most scared of are the ones that was born from a split I'm scared of them because of you if you end up inheriting spiritual responsibility during a time of dishonor and divided and you end up manipulating like Absalom people to follow you then I'm scared at what's going to happen to the man you because I don't know how you expect to dishonourable people to change this because they have a new leader there are other people who are itinerants that stop being hot so when they notice they're not getting as many engagements they start a Bible study and now it's gonna be a church everybody's doing it here's a deal only in church does that crap work when you go get hired at a job you're gonna be on training for months for a year it's like in the church people say I'm a prophet I got a word film if you're perfect the last thing you got to do in here is proper soccer that's the last thing that being able to prophesy freely is the fruit of what you learn if you don't know nothing you're not doing that thing otherwise when I walk up to you and you need a surgery I'm gonna tell you I'm a surgeon give me a scalpel that's graduation stuff that stuff you do at the certified education should prove what you get the ability to do I tend to start a church because in their city they look around and don't see what they need so then they think oh I need this in my city maybe I'm supposed to be the one to do it not all the time they're people that will do good as a number three number four some type of number seven that by virtue of default and not wanting to take the risk to submit to a culture different from them then they just go ahead and start something what kills me that's not the bad thing kitty what kills me is after year ten nobody's asking why this is not growing that's what amazes me like fam you're celebrating your 12th church and pastoral anniversary and you got a person per year are we talk like guys hello why I said not logical in sales they would have fired you a long time ago you're supposed to be harvesting souls and ain't got one it's embarrassing we go visit your Easter and you got 20 people listen The Sandman should be able to get a crowd on Easter nobody's asking questions ministry gives apostles prophets intercessors evangelists missionaries whatever you call it to honor it expands the ability of it you will never give you watching me from Cambodia you will never be blessed by an anointing you dishonor it cannot work for you it will not work for you God is going to limit that woman of God and limit that man of God from what they're able to be if there is no honor there in certain cultures this is gonna make them very uncomfortable cuz some leaders on any level are so unused to it I'm grieved in my spirit right now about armor bearers look at the passage you know I'm working on mine but look at the leaders you know and was assigned around them look at it look at what people use that position look at what they want to do for it and there are women first ladies who ain't in ministry and I had meetings you have nothing to impart lady carry your own water oh we don't like this dude this is really bad you got a team look I'll look bitty looking airheads dressing like you walking like you to carry a mint apiece and you ain't imparted nothing into them you ain't stirred their kiss I know you don't like it you ain't laid your more people in this room my heart was grieved I was free I was broken I was the only pastor from the city that wasn't under him that was there to say thank you but here's why when pastors get threatened by other pastors they teach in dishonor they preach in dishonor they breed their support system and dishonor I believe he was one of the most dishonored pastors in the history of Chicago why he was doing what they wouldn't Oh y'all don't like this it's the Holy Ghost too but nobody making movies and whenever I say y'all like the pillows and the garment today when they started doing it they thought it was strange then we'll have in church in cafes writing plays Tom how are we making movies and you didn't do that in holiness they disheartened him the man the man literally died from a torn heart the list goes on and on how many leaders that you know should still be alive so when infirmity comes on them where something happens in life they actually lose the willpower to keep going says that the time did you enter into a season and into a time where the enemy tried to cause many of you to go into a place of lacking in a place of wanting but the Lord says as you begin to partial your heart in this season and open yourself up more to honor the Lord says I will begin to pour out upon you what I am had stored up in heaven waiting on you but the Lord says the hour is now why I begin to show you my glory the hour is now so I begin to show you my grace the Lord said I shall begin to pool resources from the eastern north the south and the west on your behalf saith God and you shall see that victory showed up not only to you but to your family and everything that's your head shall touch saying god I shall bless for restoration saith the Lord she'll be the season that you shall walk in restoration said the Lord shall be the season that govern your life saying to God the Lord says you shall see that I am your champion King and the Lord says that as you allow me to pour out more of disappointing you the Lord says you shall walk in it in authority you shall walk it in power and you shall walk it in victory seeing the Spirit of the Living God the disease of dishonor and I literally saw the healing balm of the Lord coming and arresting and coming and Dilton swelling literally on us and in our hearts and the Lord says he's just shifting this thing even in your
