well did you enjoy dinner great just great you know our thinking mama enjoyed it huh do you think my pot roast might have been the teensiest bit drive oh no it's fine just right you know it I think Mama's been getting a lot mellower lately I mean ain't this been a pleasant evening so far sure has hmm I thought for sure she'd say something though about that dry pot roast what oh mama my just saying what a pleasant visit it's been this time around this time around mama get the boys to bed okay oh those two are just precious you know they asked me if I'd read him a bedtime story and I said you think you deserve a story when your room is such a mess and they said well mama lets us keep it this way and I said well your mama may like to live in a garbage can but I don't so let's just leave this mess up don't make a little game out of it you know Eunice have you ever thought of that I mean making a game out of cleaning up that pigsty you call her bedroom well hey you two I was thinking maybe we ought to have a little fun tonight for change and play a little parlor game make you remember sorry you remember how we used to sit for hours and play sorry why don't we do that you Eunice I think I'll just sit here to stay out of everybody's way try to find something to read I find anything worth reading this gives Jackie black eye in feud over Latin Lover the brain sees trashy magazines into this yeah mama mama some of them articles is authenticity well I suppose they'll keep printing them as long as there are people brainless enough to read them well I'm very sorry that I don't have the Encyclopedia Britannica around here for you to peruse through but after all I did fix us a nice pot roast this evening and I bought that real expensive frozen dessert and everything just so we could have a good time I thought maybe maybe instead just sitting around reading we can all be together and have some fun and play a little game of sorry and I took all these little men out of the box see what you can do is use that double and you can move down here and you could land on an opponent see and when you land on that opponent you pick up this little bell and you ring it and you say and then that opponent has to go right back to where he started see you pick up the bill you go through because mama there's a loom kill a fella right here that's just dying to be landed on well I think I'll just move this little blue feller who's saying move me I'm bored standing here man bored as I am see mama it knows how to play this game it shows no mercy it just jumps on you're winning get the just move the yellow man back seven spaces then I will move my blue man ahead 7 spaces landing on your green man you that smile off your face I'll wipe it off for you I need me a nice big number now come on twelve Oh sniggers there go the plans I had for that man right down the tubes just like all your plans right down the tubes huh would you get on my back now Eunice I've had lots of good plans in my time yeah maybe something would work out if you just weren't always ridiculing me and making me feel like an idiot I have never really cute you in my entire life oh I may not mind you being such a flop if once in a while you might show me the least bit of consideration oh really you you dumb pretty well by me wait oh yeah look at all stuff you got around here but sweat on my brow name me one good thing we got one big team I named you Doug what about them new pillows or pishers pillows a years until a cover oh yeah what about that new salad bowl of you never even used it well nuts invitation would the wishbone dress and just eat right well how about that toaster that new toaster for sloppy more cotton for you got a large clear wall you ever get for me as kitchen appliances cuz that's all I do around here is housework you'd never know it I'm in my entire life and this 2x4 chef taking care of those two kids and then you come home from work and what do you do look at me Edie what do you do you sit down and you fill your stomach and then you watch the TV and then you fall asleep Oh once in a while you might feel a little bit romantic that's supposed to be some big thrill for me I practically got to get down on my hands and knees tonight I beg you to play a simple little parlor game of sorry just so I can have some fun with this impossible old woman you scoff at me you jarred me you laugh at me you make fun of me you take me and on top of that you take my lunula me it's your move Eunice oh you wanna see me for a move you are really nuts you know know one of these days they're gonna come over here and lock you up lay off of me where you playing with a full deck Eunice I think somebody blew your pilot light out that's a new one mama you got splinters in the windmills of your mind they're playin hockey with a warp puck without throwing junk all around now you keep hell look at the fits around here cheaper get out the vacuum cleaner I gave you okay who's gonna pull the same trick with her sister Alan one time she took her sisters Raggedy Ann doll ripped all the stuff and round we're back to that huh mama well you never did hear my side about the Raggedy Ann doll you know what Ellen did to me she took my little bo-peep doll that dear sweet Ellen and you know what she did to Michael she drew a mustache on my doll and indelible ink now now was that nice was that nice did that make her a nice girl or naughty girl no no that was cute that was funny because it was cute little smarty pants Ellen who did it come on it's your turn now yeah there comes a time mama there comes a time when I'm gonna stop trying to get into your good graces and this is it I am sick and tired of trying to show you good time every time you come over here to visit us yet it's nothing you throw double sex is a good game
