Strange Tests with Bowser's Fury Hacking (invisible platforms, testing Bowser)

let me share with you some interesting discoveries in the game bowser's fury that i found through hacking and exploring this game like a bowser with black hair or a platform high above the sea where you can store your cats i hope you enjoyed this video let's start at the beginning of the game in bowser's fury you start the game on this dark and stormy island where you're surrounded by a poisonous group that is all around the island that you're on you have to progress in this game to make it off the island you have to go along this boat here and once you reach a certain location lightning flashes bowser is awakened the music changes bowser's hair lights up red and fire starts falling from the sky but there's a very specific location that triggers this event in the game and if you use the zero gravity mod i made you can move around this trigger and not activate bowser and you might be wondering what happens if we continue the game without activating this bowser like this when you end up going to the lighthouse bowser is still here and he has black hair because we didn't pass by the game trigger that wakes up bowser and makes his hair light up in red and makes him start shooting fire at us bowser also doesn't pay any attention to us if we're like this the platforms that normally fall down do fall down when we get close enough to them even if bowser hasn't been activated because these get activated based on your proximity to them you might be wondering if this bowser has a hitbox and what happens if we get close enough to him if you get close enough to make contact with this bowser you do take damage so other than not being activated and having black hair and not shooting fire at us this bowser is pretty normal you might have noticed that mario makes a normal dying sound when he comes in contact with this bounce when mario dies in the poisonous goop he makes a drowning sound like this mario also makes his drowning sound if he dies by touching one of these spikes that are sticking out of the ground if mario lands on the upper platform of the lighthouse he also dies by making the drowning sound but if mario dies by hitting this same platform from below he doesn't make the drowning sound and he just makes the regular dying sound like when he comes into contact with bowser normally if you ground pound the top of the lighthouse you have a power up come out but you don't get this power up to spawn if you try to ground pound here while the goop is still here i was a bit surprised to see that if you collect the cat shine the rest of this cutscene plays normally the music changes and bowser still has his black hair when he leaves after the lighthouse's light shines on him bowser doesn't change to his red hair in this cut scene it's only the lightning cut scene from earlier that makes bowser's hair turn red since mario gets hurt if he touches this bowser you might be wondering about the bowser in the main game that's at the center of the map i wanted to fly over to this bowser and see what would happen if we got to him [Music] and this really surprised me it turns out that there's an invisible platform far above this bowser here that you can walk on and it's a pretty big area with lots of room to move around on you can ground pound here you could jump you could run around and when i found out that there's an invisible platform here i did what any reasonable person would want to do here's what happened during my stream over at twitch.tv zx many what if we bring all of the cats up to on top of the invisible platform above bowser i think that would be a good place for the cats this cat is like goodness no mario it's raining and i'm scared of heights please put me down mario's like no cat you must go to the invisible platform on top of bowser this is where the cats must go this is where the cats go we'll put all of the cats on top of the invisible platform above bowser oh no but the cat's going to turn evil cap no no cats no i trusted you i trusted you cat i wanted to bring you to an invisible platform we could have been kings we could have ruled this world together cat no no cat this is where we would have stayed my cat and i would have been here but even with setbacks like this we don't give up easily so here was attempt number two can't tell if i'm over it or if i'm getting close or not okay i think we might be over it now all right cat please land on the platform [Music] cat please please cat please mario survived but the cat didn't [Music] is it because i was i didn't go far enough my goodness what do i have to do to bring a cat onto this invisible platform it's like the world is working against me after many f's were put in chat for that cat here is attempt number three where we were really careful to make it to the center of the platform before dropping down with the cat would we be able to bring the cat to this invisible platform far above bowser attempt number three chat what color cat should we take we can choose red green blue or black chat what color cat do we want chad has spoken we'll get a blue cat [Music] okay let's head on over okay and you can see the shadow once you go high enough i think you can't see the shadow anymore but this is good that we can still see the shadow i want to get like close to the middle of the platform nice okay the shadow just disappeared so let's head over to like right on top of the spike and hopefully we don't lose the cat okay that's like the middle that has to be the middle okay cat you better survive yes yes yes yes look at this isn't that beautiful yes we have achieved it science said it was impossible but look what we have done yes oh man oh man oh man yes let's bring i want to bring more cats now i have to i wonder if the cat will run off i'm scared i don't want to accidentally scare the cat off here kitty kitty kitty kitty [Music] here kitty kitty kitty uh oh let's just leave the cat there let's bring some more cats okay cat stay there stay right there okay don't go anywhere okay i'm going to bring your kitten friends over soon just stay right there let's go get some more cats i really hope it doesn't despawn you know what it might despawn because if we go over there then the game will consider us to be in a different level so why would it store the cat there like wait can we even see the cat still let's go back and we can we still see the cat or no i think the blue cat might already be gone yeah looks like our cat's gone so the dream of bringing all of the cats here it's not possible we could only bring one cat at a time unfortunately yeah f in chat for the blue cat the blue cat has served us well you will not be forgotten blue cat the first cat that went to space if you enjoyed
