ROVER IS BROKEN! Full Havoc Rover Guide & Build [Best Echoes, Weapons & Teams] - Wuthering Waves

I don't know how to start this video when you think of art what's the first thing that comes to mind maybe it's music or dance or maybe it's even the Mona Lisa well when I think of art I think of curl games because never before have I seen such a perfectly executed character design Havoc Grover is absolutely busted and puts a lot of the DPS cast to shame with how much damage she does I understand that Havoc Rover can be male or female but I know which one you pick and on top of that they are completely free to play spect Trover I barely know her I'm sorry that was terrible in today's video I'm going to be going over how to build and play Havoc Rover so that way you can play them well regardless of whether or not you've passed the fifth grade my name is Brax ofone and let's talk about crover Havoc Rover is the first character in the game to use a scythe which means I'm probably going to main them while a lot of weaing waves character kits are incredibly complex Havoc Rover has one objective to make you forget that you're playing a gacha game the damage that they output is close to the amount that high school bully did to my mental health and there's literally no reason to pull for a festar anymore because this is the first MC that doesn't feel like a fourstar first off Havoc MC has a cool basic attack combo where they become a flying type Pokemon but we don't really care about that Havoc Rover's Forte circuit bar fills up from basic attacks and using their skill and when it's full you can use a heavy attack and activate Umbra Eclipse how does havoc Rover cut their hair Umbra Eclipse it this is essentially a stance change for Havoc Rover where they decide to go sicko mode Rover gains enhanced basic and heavy attacks as well as an enhanced SK skill that absolutely FS the only thing that doesn't get enhanced is the resonance Liberation which is completely understandable what the this insanely strong ability turns Havoc Rover from a decent DPS into a reality altering God the reality that's being altered is that dude's health bar Havoc Rover has two passives one that increases Havoc damage and one that gives more energy per hit both while in their enhanced state for intros skill Havoc Rover dishes out some Havoc damage and for outro skill Havoc Rover becomes a support they reduce the damage you take overall by making sure the enemy fing dies on top of that all of Havoc Rover sequence nodes are free and though you can only get two as of making this video they're all pretty helpful like S1 that gives a huge skill damage bonus and most importantly S2 which resets your skill cooldown after you've entered your enhanced State stack up all of that with Havoc R shred from S4 S5 basic attack bonus and 325 crit rate and you quite literally have the most absurd free-to-play damage in the game so how do you player well outside of just deleting everything from the game Havoc Rover actually plays very similarly to GM where you basically never want to play them outside their enhanced State however Havoc Rover can also be used in quick swap with a second sequence node you'll always want to skill before entering your dark surge even if your gauge is already full because it resets or skill cool down so you can quickly get out two skills to grab more energy and deal more damage I'll go over the rotation more in the team section but for now level up your Forte circuit first resonance Liberation second skill also second yeah I didn't really think that one through and let me teach you the number one tip for playing Havoc Rover I highly recommend it especially if you love turn-based combat and a great JRP storyline the smt series is fantastic and I highly recommend you guys try it out and vengeance is honestly going to be a great game to start with make sure to check out the link at the pin comment or the description if you want to get started I need to come clean with you when you're playing weathering waves you're not actually playing Havoc Rover you're playing dreamless for some reason they made the echko in this game the actual main character dreamless is basically just the king of curses the reason dreamless is so busted on Havoc Rover is because it actually has an extra effect that makes it so that after you use your residence Liberation mother's damage gets increased by 50% for the next 5 Seconds that 50% damage increase is actually absurd and makes Havoc Rover a ridiculously high potential DPS character now the best setup for Havoc Rover is the Suns syncing Eclipse setup all five pieces when fully stacked it gives up to a 40% Havoc damage bonus which will apply to the entire kit so if I were you I would get to farming the dog the percussion and the tal monster for main stats you'll want to go with a 43311 setup the four setup can work for early game whenever you're low on crit but the full five piece set is going to be better 99% of the time on your four cost stream list you'll want crit rate or damage but later on when you get S6 unlocked you'll likely just go crit damage for the three cost you'll want Havoc damage and for the one cost you'll want attack percent as for sub stats getting a good crit ratio is important but other than that you'll want to focus on getting to 130% ER so that way you can actually get your resident Liberation up pretty frequently and outside of those any damage bonuses are good and attack percent is also solid so here's a build summarized for those of you guys who are like me and to have an absolutely horrendous goldfish to your memory despite the many Trifles you may encounter while being free to play none can compare to the challenge of reaching Union level 45 for that beautiful gorgeous free five-star weapon that weapon Emerald of Genesis is the best sword in the game due to its crit rate main stat and high base stats energy regen and attack Buffs you should pick the weapon that's best for you and your account but if you're a Havoc Rover M you're going to want to grab the emerald of Genesis the next best thing is a toss up between three weapons the battle pass luming loss lunar cutter and Commando of conviction they all have an attack perc main stat which isn't ideal when it comes to building with Echo but effects are all pretty solid with luming loss giving basic and heavy attack damage bonus that massively benefit Rover the Commando of conviction I don't know why I said it like that it just it just feels like it needs to be said like that gives a huge attack bonus for intro skill and lunar cutter gives an attack buff that lowers over time now all three of the weapons are pretty close in damage at rank five and just depending on the rank you have them at the one that's best can change if you don't have any of those you can craft sword number 18 and get that to rank five and it'll be just a little worse than lunar cutter at rank one I wouldn't recommend using the three star since you can craft one of the four star options but if you have to the best thing is Commando of conviction at home because at rank five it gives you a pretty decent attack bonus after intro skill for your reference here's a damage chart that shows what sort of overall damage you can expect from the entire kit of Havoc Rover keep in mind that as we see new characters and content going forward this can change next up let's talk about Havoc Rover's teams and rotations so that way you know who you're in farming jail for so when it comes to Rover teams there's actually a ton of different ways that you can build a player and the reason is because there's so many different characters that you can play in this second slot that dungeon is in right now if you've been playing weathering ways for a while or if you've seen I win to lose video on swaps you might recognize that you are able to swap out of characters mid animation a lot of the time for example if I swap the dungeon right here after I hit them you get to finish the whole animation from Havoc Rover same thing applies to Echo like dreamless where I can go ahead and swap off I can do the other dreamless swap off and as you can see they they just keep going just keep attacking which is really great this also applies to her enhanced skill so once you enter that you can swap to another character still get that damage off but already start attacking on the next character now the thing I love about Havoc Rover is that because you can run double dreamless here you can go and use our ult use dreamless swap the dungeon use dreamless there as well and there's a ton of different ways to get value out of both of those characters but one of the major downsides of playing dungeon is that she's not a very quick swappy character sure you do have dreamless which is going to help a lot but she's not a character you skill on and instantly swap to another character to use their skill on and then Forte circuit dungeon has to take up some field time to get her forte circuit up whereas Havoc Rover does not now Encore is in the same boat because her skill is going to charge up her forte bar encore's onfield damage is already pretty solid as is but if you can charge up her forte Gauge by using her skill and swapping to another character like Havoc Rover and then swapping onto another character to get their outro skill or their Forte gauge up and then you swap back to Encore again wow you can use their skill again while that's crazy you can actually SWAT swap the Havoc Rover and then you can use her skill again in a second wow and then you can swap back to Encore and there's really just so many different ways you can play it obviously this isn't the Giga optimal rotation but just the fact that you can go ahead and swap characters and consistently do damage between all of them means that you have a lot of flexibility in how you play this team and honestly it's a very fast-paced and fun team to play now what teams am I talking about well there's a few of them first team that I showed you is this Verina dungeon Rover team now this would play like your normal hyper carry where you would have Rover on field for about 15 seconds uh Verina bom and then outro skill from dungeon would also give you Havoc damage deepen you would get two sources of attack from Vina 15% damage deepen 23% Havoc damage deepen from dungeon and then you would also just you would basically just dish out a ton of damage on Havoc Rover R his dungeon is a very selfish DPS and cannot effectively procer outro skill on a consistent basis there may be ways to circumvent that in the future but this rotation does feel a little bit awkward however because of all of the Buffs that you can get it's still a very solid team all you have to do is make sure that after you proc the outro skill you're going in the right order to pick up the 30second buff the 14sec buff and then play Rover there's one thing you can do while your conto gauge is filling up and you can actually switch to Rover to use a skill on occasion what that'll do is dish out a little bit of damage and help fill that Forte gauge which is going to be very helpful for getting your up time when you go into this enhanced State now the one last thing that you want to make sure you do with Havoc Rover is not to waste this skill right here even if your Forte circuit is completely full you always want to use this skill right before casting your Forte circuit that way you can use a second skill followup each one of those skills is going to give you 15 energy and that energy is going to be massive towards building your ultimate or your residence Liberation which is super helpful for using double dreamless with this team specifically your opener can be using Vina's resonance Liberation to try and get that attack buff swapping to Rover using Rover's ultimate going straight into dreamless swap the dungeon go straight into dreamless again that way you have double dreamless you do a ton of damage right off the bat you can swap back to Rover use a skill and that basically has cleaned up the first wave already even without any grouping just because enemies have been so grouped together it's a really strong opener and then you can just swap the arena and your rotation can begin as normal you're going to proc dungeons outro skill go into Havoc Rover skill use your skill Forte circuit skill straight back into it uh you can do this towards the end of her field time dreamless and it's pretty quick and pretty powerful and all that's because we were able to stack up all those Buffs but there are other teams that in my opinion are more effective specifically the quick swap team with Encore and Havoc Rover even though Encore is not providing any particular Buffs for Havoc Rover because both these characters have pretty low skill coold downs and can dish out a lot of damage in bursts using Encore here isn't bad and there's also other character options that you could use in between Havoc Rovers uptime basically if you're playing characters that are a little more selfish and want more field time than Havoc Rover wants their full Field Time whereas if you're using characters that don't need to use a ton of field time but can still dish out solid damage then you would want to play a sort of quick swappy play style where you're just using cooldowns and not trying to go into enh hand state a ton and that's going to be something more like this team lastly if you're free to play you can always replace Verina with byi even though Verina will always be a little bit easier to use B is always an option for the 15% all damage deepen and the healing and yangang can also be helpful for Gathering enemies and on top of that she actually gives you energy now it's 20 energy to the next character with her outro skill so if you get 20 energy back to Havoc Rover that's an extra sixth of her bar which can add up a lot when you're just trying to get extra ultimates with Rover which is going to be their main nuke now honestly there's a ton of different teams you can play with Havoc Rover you can even play more if here if you want to and as you see more characters added to the game it will get even better but these are just some options that you have and of course I don't want to forget about Sona because she does give basic attack damage deep in and if you did roll genin this is my genin you can use them to group up enemies at the start which will allow you to do some really cool quick swap nukes also utilizing dreamless and if you choose to use it the mech Abomination which has quadratic scaling and can dish out a ton of damage in grouped enemies all in all Havoc Rover is a very flexible character it can be played in tons of different teams
