[Music] so good to be here today and appreciate the invitation to come and preach I always look forward to coming to fresh start and there's this is a powerful place and could I just ask you to do one thing for me but you let your pastors know how much you really love them I really I really don't know if you know how blessed you are to have them as your pastors because man I go everywhere I'm all over this nation I mean up and down in and out all over and you just don't find pastors like them man they're both powerful not only the pastor but the pastor's wife is powerful man Austin I'll tell people about your church everywhere I go I'll tell him about fresh start and I tell him about Jessica and I tell him I say man if you've never been in worship at fresh start Church you need to get and she couldn't album they did I don't see that's what I'm gonna do I've come here this morning where the word I'm going to the last part of my message I'm gonna actually prophesy four different levels to you it's not gonna be just to the church but it's gonna be for individuals I know that there's people here today that's got stuff you know just stuff unresolved dangling ends and the last part of my message I'm gonna be talking to you and I'm gonna be prophesying to you I'm not going to take up a lot of time with it I'm gonna go through it as quickly as I can because I don't want it to go on too long but I'm gonna talk to you first of all about prophecy not in time Bible prophecy which I love but I'm gonna talk to you about prophetic I was raised under a pastor that was German his name was RC Wetzel and he was the most powerful man of God I've ever met matter of fact I was around him every day for years every day he was my brother-in-law's father and he was a powerful preacher he was an excellent preacher but he had a photographic memory and he could read a page on a dictionary and close the page and quote every word on there he was really a sharp guys German but like I said he was the most humble man I've ever met when you looked at him you'd think that he was a Philadelphia lawyer he had a full head of white hair gray hair and he just was sharp and but the thing about him that I always admired I used to wonder really was he an angel or a man I never saw any never saw anything in him at all that ever led me to believe that he was anything different but he was the prophet my pastor was a prophet and he used to lay in the floor every night we'd be in our midnight prayer meetings and I prayed with him every single night for years without missing one night and they'd started 12 o'clock the prayer meetings would start at 12 o'clock but seven-thirty he would lay in the floor we always prayed with the lights out he'd take his time off take his coat off roll his sleeves up lay in the floor at 11:30 and he would start telling preacher stories and I started praying with him when I was 14 like I said I prayed with him for years without missing one night and that's Wednesday night after church and Sundays after church we prayed every night and after I was called to preach he came to my mother and asked her he said will you let me take your son and teach him how to pray and I was standing there I was 14 years old and I thought to myself I ain't called to pray I'm called to preach praise God but anyway I started praying with him he was in his 60s and my mother my father left us when I was 12 and so my mother had to get a job as she worked from 4:00 to midnight and I would have been home by myself but whenever I first started praying with this old man I felt so deprived you know I felt like I was been penalized I was a teenager I wanted to be out playing ball I wanted to be doing different things but whenever I first started praying with him he first of all instructed me about prayer before we ever started praying and then he would teach us as we were praying he would teach us about different kinds of prayer but he was he was a general no doubt about it he was a general but he used to lay in the floor and tell these preacher stories and I remember I used to lay there Widow lay in the floor some nights just be 15 20 30 people they're all men and then some nights they'd just be men him most nights it was just me and him but he'd lay in the floor and he'd tell these preacher stories and I remember my heart used to just burn just flame up and burn when he'd be telling these preachers stories and I used to think as I was laying there God you reckon I'll never have any stories and he'll tell all this stuff you know about people being saved and brush arbours he used to preach in years ago many years ago and people that were healed and deliverances and things like that and I mean my heart would just burn but the thing about him was the thing that I was raised under and I don't have a problem with it at all many people do and many preachers do today many denominations is he was he was a prophet there's no doubt in my mind about it he was accurate I never called him wrong he used to tell us things used to tell me things that God was going to do and he didn't know it but I'd leave out of his presence go to the bathroom and I'd take a piece of paper out of my wallet and I jot down what he said and I would date it and put the time down and I remember one time he told me and his mother had been sick for years just sickly woman you know in and out of the hospitals one night was in prayer meeting and he said well he always called me out she said alt he said the Lord told me before my mother's Social Security check comes she'll be gone well I went out to the bathroom wrote it down put it in my wallet her Social Security check came in the mail at one o'clock in the afternoon and she died at 11:00 a.m. that's the kind of prophet he was I was raised to love the prophetic I was raised to respect the prophetic and the prophets and that I can honestly say that what God has done in my life has been nothing to be late at my feet honestly my mother and my pastor were the two main influences in my life for whatever God has done in my life I want to speak to you today and you young people I want you to really listen to me good because this is an admonition that the Apostle Paul gave to Timothy I want to speak today on the subject of warring with a prophetic word warring with a prophetic word I want you to stand with me in honor of the reading of the word I always like to salute the word by standing only got one verse but here's what it says Paul writing to Timothy he said this charge I commit unto you Timothy my son according to the prophecies which went on before on you that you might war a good warfare and I want to read that one more time on everybody to look at it with me Paul said to Timothy his spiritual son he said discharged I commit unto you son Timothy according to the prophecies which went before where did they go on him that you might buy them war a good warfare that's in your New Testament that's not Old Testament scripture that's in the New Testament Apostle Paul told Timothy he said somebody your mother your mother-in-law your daddy your grandfather somebody other believers has spoken prophetic words on you don't let them go stale war a good warfare were those prophecies you may be seated now the Apostle Paul was instructing Timothy that these things were not spoken over him but they were spoken on him I'd like to ask you today how many of you have ever had a prophetic word spoken on you or over you could I see your hand plays prophetic words that's good and Paul said war a good warfare with those words so let me ask you this right off the bat do you really know what prophesying is what is prophesying it is speaking the mind and heart of God into a matter that's what it is it's declaring that God intends to fulfill his purposes in your life a prophetic word has great impact on the perception of your future destiny I have had so many prophetic words spoken over me and they have come to pass the day the Lord called me to preach he called me with an audible voice now sitting in class and he told me five things he was calling me to do and he said this day I'll repeat this call in your ear so by the time I got home that afternoon my mother had had an experience with the lady that came by selling Donuts and after she saw my mother some donut she was walking off the front porch and before she left the front porch she raised both hands set the donuts on the banister and gave out a prophetic word and all five things the Lord called me to do that morning in first period my mother repeated in my ear when I got home so I have had prophetic words spoken over me one prophetic word that the Lord gave me out of that five that day I was and I was fourteen years old and that prophetic word did not come to pass till 31 years later in 1995 and that's when revival broke out at Brownsville and as soon as revival broke out at Brownsville that fifth word that the Lord gave me came into play and it's still in play to this day a prophetic word can instantly change your negative perception about what you're involved in a prophetic word can instantly change your perception about the future and about maybe a feeling of hopelessness that you're battling when a prophetic word is spoken over you locked up in that prophetic word locked up in that prophetic word is the supply to every need associated with that prophecy now I'm gonna read you a passage of Scripture and this is a very familiar passage of Scripture everybody here probably can say that you've read it many times but I want to show you something I had never seen before I'm going to deal with four levels of prophetic declaration and in zekiel 37 verses 1 through 4 and verses 7 through 8 the hand of the Lord Ezekiel said was upon me and he carried me out in the Spirit of the Lord and sent me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones he caused me to pass by them roundabout and behold there were very many in the open Valley and lo they were very dry would you please say those two things with me they were very many and they were very dry he said unto me son of man can these bones live and I answered and said O Lord God thou knowest again he said unto me prophesy look what he says not to these bones but prophesy upon these bones what did Paul say to Timothy the prophecies that were put upon you prophecies are not spoken to you they are put upon you by the mouth of a prophet and what he said here is he said prophesy and verse 4 prophet Ezekiel prophesy upon these bones and say unto them oh ye dry bones hear the word of the Lord so he said as I prophesied as I was commanded and as I prophesied there was a noise I want you to remember that I'm gonna talk about that in a few minutes and there was a shaking we're gonna talk about that bones came together bone to his bone and when I beheld lo the sinews and the flesh came upon them and the skin covered them above but there was no breath in them now the first level of prophecy that I want to talk about today is the level of declaring the level of declaring I'm gonna back up just a minute and I want to talk to you about this quickly before I get involved in that did you know that everything God has his voice activated you know I have a phone and if my phone doesn't recognize my face I can't get in my phone some mornings I wake up and I looked so bad I picked my phone up he won't even let me in I woke my phone he said nah oh you ain't the same man no but anyway what I was gonna say is everything that God has his voice activated now one should remember that I was in Brownsville praying one night before a revival broke out and as I was walking around there pray and I noticed myself I don't know why it happened this is before revival broke out and I was walking around in there and I always walk when I prayed I was just walking around in there you know and I was animated and I'm geez Jesus I myself prayed in the dark and the Lord stopped me and he said what why are you so quiet and I said I don't know the Lord said lift your voice and as soon as I lifted my voice it was like this ceiling shattered like glass and just dropped in an open portal came in Brownsville just like that and I mean the power of God came down in that place everything God has is voice-activated there's some things that God has that will only move by prayer and we'll talk to you about four different things real quickly what is prayer prayer is solicitation to God Almighty and you're soliciting him and asking him petitioning the Lord for help that's prayer you're petitioning for help help me Lord that's prayer that is voice-activated the second level that God has given us to change things is to speak to the mountain you must voice activate to speak to the mountain I want you to hear what I'm going to say to you there's some things that you can think for a day and nothing will really happen there's some things you can think that same thought for 25 years nothing will happen but when you load your mouth with that prayer or with that Proclamation something is going to give why because everything God has is voice-activated learn to address situations learn to not only lift your voice in prayer but learn to speak to the mountain you've got to speak to things don't think it get it out of your mouth your tongue is like a spatula that you stick in and stir everything up your tongue stirs everything up and when you begin to speak to the mountain there's things that you get from God by prayer there's things you get from God by speaking but there's also things that you only get from God by blessing now what is blessing blessing is not prayer what is prayer petitioning God for intervention what is speaking to the mountain it's a proclamation to something that you're telling it is got to give it's got to change what is blessing blessing is speaking out of your mouth anything that you want to see come to pass over a person place or thing let me tell you something else about blessings real quick this is interesting have you ever noticed in the Bible when Jesus wanted something to multiply he didn't pray over it and he didn't speak to it he blessed it Jesus was getting ready to feed the 5,000 he took the bread the Bible said he broke it and he held it up like this and the Bible said he blessed it he blessed it when he spoke and blessed the bread he gave it to the disciples and they began to hand it out to people in numbers of 50 sections of 50 and they were all seated and he fed 5,000 but before that bread was able to accommodate the hunger of 5000 people the Lord knew that that bread had to be blessed can I tell you something you want your church to grow start blessing it you want your finances to grow stop complaining about it now I want you to understand something else whenever I'm talking to you like this I want you to please understand this is so important it doesn't mean that prayer is not important I'm not dare insinuating that at all because you're looking at a man that's prayed a large portion of his life and I know the value of prayer we prayed two and a half years before revival broke out of Brownsville so I'm not minimizing prayer and I'm not minimizing speaking to the mountain I'm not minimizing that but I am trying to reintroduce into your thinking another voice-activated thing that the Lord's given us is called blessing and the Lord blessed the food he blessed the children and before he left he went out up to Bethany and a group of about 500 was there at Bethany whenever he was going to the Mount of Olives and he was going to be taken up and go back to heaven many people think sister rapture is gonna be so it's gonna be fast I don't believe the rapture is gonna be fast tell you why I believe that in a moment the twinkling of an eye were gonna be changed but I don't think we're gonna be going like that one lady just about swallowed their chewing gum right there I think she thought oh my god he said [Laughter] but I don't believe that we're gonna go up that quick because here's what the Bible says it says that Jesus whenever he was on the Mount of Olives and he was getting ready to go up to angels was there and Jesus started just going up slowly like this and on the way up while he was midair he turned at that 500 that was over in Bethany which was just the foothills away from Mount all of it and Jesus spoke and he blessed them that was the last thing that Jesus did while he was still visible on the earth is he turned that 500 and he blessed them and the reason why he blessed them is because he wanted his church to grow there were 500 people there people he cast Devils out of people he'd raised from the dead etc etc and he blessed them and the Bible said he went up slowly and cloud took him out of their sight and two angels said this same Jesus that you have seen go into heaven shall likewise come in the same manner so will be changed in a moment twinkling of an eye but I believe that we've got that whenever we go up to meet the Lord we're gonna enjoy the journey amen so there's some things that you get from God and they're all voice-activated you've got to remember what I'm telling you everything God has is voice-activated you've got to speak to the mountain that mountain is not going to do anything until you speak to it prayer yeah you can think something but you've got to pray you got to get it out of your mouth you've got to ring those prayer bells of heaven vocally the third thing is bless some things you'll get from God only by praying some things God has you'll only get by speaking to it some things God has you'll only get by blessing and then fourthly of all some things that God has you'll only get by prophesying to it can I tell you something you need to learn that even though you might not be a prophet you still have the ability to prophesy and prophesying is speaking things that be not as though that they are and you're speaking to your children you can prophesy over your children you prophesy over churches and you prophesy over situations you prophesy and you do it boldly and prophesy it's just like if you have a bush in your yard at home prophecy is like taking a shovel and you've tried to pull that Bush up but it's too rooted and you take your shovel and you dig around that bush and you break up that ground around that bush and then you take that bushing and pull it right up that's what prophesying does there's things in your life that's not going to move until you start prophesying to it and the Lord said to Elisha are the Lord said to Ezekiel and I want to go back there and pick up where I left off just a moment ago the Lord said to Ezekiel he said I want you to prophesy and I want you to declare over these bones prophesying stirs up things that have been dorm oh how the devil has done a masterful job on bringing confusion in the camp of the house of God about prophecy he has sent false prophets to get us turned off - prophesying so we'll throw the baby out with the bathwater but he's too late for me I've already seen it work and I'm here to tell you we've come to prophesy and to dislodge some things that The Devil's tried to put in your life and God is about to dislodge it and things are gonna start moving from today forth give God praise Wow so declaring dislodges prophesying dislodges what seems like it'll never move and the Lord said to Ezekiel prophesy to these bones now I want to talk to you for a few minutes about prophesying to them bones now if you remember I just read to you while ago everybody looked at me real closely out I don't want you to lead to miss this point I'm about to give you this is where we mess up so many times right here so I want you to pay close attention you remember the Lord said to Ezekiel he said prophesy upon these bones did I read that to you he said prophesy upon these bones in other words the level-one prophesy is speaking out of your mouth putting a declaration a prophetic declaration upon these bones now that's where so many people get messed up is they quit prophesying too quick let me show you what I'm talking about because now in chapter 37 and verse 9 it says look at this then he said unto me prophesy to the wind oh let's stop there what does that mean Lord you mean to tell me that just prophesied to them bones is not going to get the job done you mean to tell me that prophesy adjust to the bones is not going to be sufficient enough to get this miracle and to get all these things going on that you want to see going on you mean you mean to tell me that now I've got a prophesy again to a different element you see what happens to us a lot of times is we get all anointed and we get all inspired and we prophesy but we don't come back after there's noise and movement and then speak to the wind that can only bring breath to those bones Wow man that is showing off right there good stuff that's better fried chicken I'm telling you maybe crawfish boil crawfish so watch this Ezekiel has to move on to the next stage of development he's already prophesied to the bones now but now the Lord said you've got to talk to the wind and tell the wind to do its part so sure enough the wind came upon them and they stood up on their feet a great army notice they never stood up on their feet as a great army until the man of God had to speak to the wind the Lord said prophesy to the bones that's good don't leave it there now he said prophesy to the wind level-3 the Lord says to the Prophet now that these bones are standing I want to tell you what these bones are saying look this way everybody this is where the Lord gets involved and this is where the Lord will bring you in through discernment and the gift of the word of knowledge to let you know what you're dealing with that you probably don't have any idea that you're dealing with so the third area that the Lord said is after you declare to the bones after you now command outside participation with a win you've got a prophesy to the wind and tell it to get involved then the Lord said son of man these bones that you're talking to are the whole house of Israel and behold here's what these bones are saying only God could hear what the bones were saying Ezekiel couldn't hear what the bones are saying can I tell you something right now there's some of you sitting here today while I'm preaching I have no idea what you're saying while I'm preaching but the Holy Spirit is speaking to you while I'm preaching he knows what you're saying and the Prophet could not hear what the bones were saying and so the Lord came up in not just Ezekiel he said let me tell you what the bones are saying the bones are saying we are dry our hope is lost we're cut off in other words they're suffering from depression we're dried out we have no more hope we're cut off from the parts that we miss so much and so God is saying to the Prophet he said now don't reprocess on what you've already prophesied that stands don't go back and reprocess on what you've already prophesied he said just now step up and speak to the next stage of development so level four and I'm gonna come back and deal with all these extensively in just a few minutes level four the Lord said now the third time he said now prophesied this time and say to this standing army now say this to the standing army that has wind in them that says we're lost and the Lord said say to this standing army thus saith the Lord God behold all my people I'm gonna open your graves and I'm gonna cost you to come out of your graves and bring you into the land of Israel you'll know that I'm the Lord I have opened your graves all my people and brought you up out of your graves I'll put my spirit in you you'll live I'm gonna place you back in your land and you'll know that I the LORD have spoken it performed it saith the Lord so what God is saying to them is this go tell them in the next level of prophecy that I have opened your graves and it's time for you to come out of that dead stinking dry condition and I brought you up out of that and now I have put my spirit in you and you're gonna live again and you'll know that I'm the Lord that spoken these things and I'm the one that shall perform it so I'm very much a staunch believer in you have to speak to different levels of development when it comes to prophecy there's different levels of development that you've got to address address the dead bones put something on the bones prophetically then you've got to speak to the element call the wind command the wind to get involved don't go back and repress I over speaking to the bones that still holds don't lose confidence in what you've already prophesied just because something's not happening doesn't mean that it's not working there's something on them bones I tell you there's something on you there's something on your children there's something on your grandchildren there's something on this church there's something on this whole area God is about to do mighty things somebody praise the Lord hey cut off my toe so I want to go back to this a little bit and I want to talk about it the Lord caused the Prophet to be brought to a place in a valley I want to talk about that for a minute the Lord caused the prophet Ezekiel to be brought to a place and he said I want you to walk around these bones in other words he's saying to the man that's gonna prophesy don't hide your face from the problem don't stick your head in the sand don't be intimidated by the lack of movement don't be intimidated by how long these dead bones have lived here don't be intimidated there's not one piece of meat left on these bones I want you to walk around these bones and get it your eyes full and surveyed and know exactly what you're dealing with and I want you to be able to analyze and estimate the miracle that I'm about to do and here's what the Lord saying to some of you don't be afraid to prophesy over your children don't be afraid to prophesy over your grandchildren don't be afraid to prophesy over your marriage over your body survey it look at it don't run from it God it's about to turn things around now let's look at where these bones were it said in verse 2 he calls me to pass them roundabout and there were very many in an open valley and they were very dry what he's saying there is I want you to talk to something that once had life and was full of vitality I want you to talk to it and don't be intimidated by what you're seeing God said man of God prophet of God can these bones live again in other words Ezekiel was not only a prophet but he was wise he said Lord only you know that and the Bible said there were very many that were very dry and it all happened in a valley what is the valley the valley is a place where everything falls apart the valley is a place where the marriage fell apart the valley is a place where there was a huge argument and your children left and cussed you out the valley is a place where churches have split 20 30 40 50 people left that's where things fall apart is in the valley the valleys in the scripture almost always represent the opposite of victory victory is usually represented by the mountaintop but valleys in the scripture almost represents the opposite of victory it usually represents defeat even in the scripture says the Lord will do away with valleys whenever he comes it says every valley will disappear and it says prepare the way of the Lord it says every Valley shall be filled in Luke chapter 3 verse 5 jesus speaking Jesus said every Valley will be filled all the places of defeat will be filled they'll be done away with every mountain and every hill will be brought low and the crooked shall be made straight and the rough ways will be made smooth in Isaiah 40 it says every Valley shall be exalted every mountain and Hill made low the crooked shall be made straight and the rough places made plain Ezekiel said this he said not only are these bones in a valley where everything fell apart and there they lay but it said these bones are very dry oh I want to talk about that for a moment look what Jesus said he said when demons are cast out they walk through Dry places seeking rest and finding none these bones were in a valley that's where everything fell apart they were dry no signs of life and demons traffic in dry places usually when a marriage falls apart in the valley it's not long before demons start tormenting you usually when a ministry falls apart it's less than 24 hours before you're tormented and demons start trafficking in those dry places dry places represent weariness it means pleasure has been exhausted and has fled and it means that it's a place of demonic spirits doing their thing and the Bible says in the beginning that the earth was without form and void in the book of Genesis darkness was upon the face of the deep and the Spirit of God moved upon the waters when it says void it doesn't just mean void it means without form all strewn separated so before the Lord put Adam and Edom on the earth and mankind was starting to repopulate the earth and take control of the earth the earth was strong and everything was disorganized no structure with the Lord put Adam and Eve in the garden he wanted marriage he wanted family ministry is structure fivefold ministry is structure the heavens and the earth and the planetary world universe that God made he's the god of structure you can always tell when the devil has had his hand in something because things are void and strewn and dry without form implies a separation unable to connect not able to connect void means empty in emptiness and the Lord said can these bones live and he said Lord only you know and what the prophet was saying is Lord this is a situation that only you can do something about I'll participate with you but I have no power to do anything in this situation except to do what you tell me to do and I want to tell you something that's where you are today you have no power over the situation that you're in if you would have had power over it you had fixed it a long time ago and God said and I want to say it one more time because I'm not gonna say it again God said now mana God prophesy upon these bones put something on this situation put something on it puff aside to it he said put something on that child put something on that husband that wife put something on that ministry put some put something on it don't talk to it directed at it put it on it I tell you right now in the name of Jesus let God anoint your mind and tell you exactly what you need to say you know what to say you know what to say you know what to say hallelujah now the Bible says first there was a noise then there was a shaking and then bones coming together now I'm about to speak some prophetic words over you I just gave you this as a skeletal outline about where I'm headed but I'm about to speak some prophetic words and I want you to hear the prophetic words that I'm about to speak and I if you hear something that's or you reach up and grab it and if I say something and it resonates with you feel free to stand and just continue to praise God even while I freeze is that okay with you it says first there was the noise dinner shaking and then bones coming together Ezekiel said so I prophesied as I was commanded and as I prophesied a noise was heard and then there was a shaking and the bones began to come together bone to his bone so what I'm trying to say is declaring like we're gonna do right now you came in this place one way but the Lord has sent me here today to tell you things are gonna be done around things are gonna the soil is gonna be disturbed things are gonna begin to be pulled up by the roots and transplanted God is gonna do miracles in our life so I'm going to declare some things this morning on June the 3rd 2018 oh my god I'm undeclared on four levels first a noise I want to say to some of you it's been a long time since you've heard good news I declare that you will first begin before all this starts what God is about to do you're going to begin to hear encouraging news that's gonna come seemingly out of absolutely nowhere no matter how small that good news is no matter how insignificant it may seem but God said there's a noise and that noise is gonna be the result of you speaking prophetic words and you're gonna hear a noise just like Ezekiel heard a noise in the graveyard when he began to speak upon those bones someone or something is going to begin to change their tune there's gonna be a shift attitude towards you there's going to be a shift in opinion towards you the phone is gonna ring a noise is gonna come of something that's changing in your life it hasn't happened up until now but I declare in the name of Jesus it will start today [Applause] quarter of a subtle baba ba-ba-ba-ba hallelujah that's why I love fresh start Church they open their mouths and let it fly this is [Music] I'm just getting started I said the phone's gonna ring I don't care if it's a landline I don't care if it's two cans hooked up with a string the phone's gonna ring I speak it in the name of Jesus that call is gonna come that you've been waiting on for so long an email is gonna come across your phone and that email is gonna cause you to dance a jig as soon as you read it I want you to remember when you dance a jig think of John Kilpatrick and say he told me I was gonna dance today can I tell you this sounds orogenesis of a miracle the Bible said on the day of Pentecost and suddenly I'm a rushing mighty wind before the Spirit came before their sons afar there was a sound sup there's a sound coming there is a sound coming - fresh start you think you've heard some sounds [Applause] well oh yeah hey man you may be seated again don't be seated too long you'll be running in a minute sounds are the genesis of a miracle usually before God does a miracle there's a sound on the day of Pentecost before they ever saw the tongues of fire there was a sound of a rushing mighty wind when revival came to Brownsville on father's day 95 first thing that happened is I felt something going around my legs runabout sock level and it felt like strong air-conditioning and I thought I was typical assembly God pastor and I said [Applause] but I went over to help Steve pray for guys about six foot eight now I have my hand on Steve's back hit me on the guy's shoulder he prayed for him Steve moved on whenever he did my legs wouldn't go my legs would not move I'm six two and a half my feet would not lift up my legs would not lift up I was just right there stuck it wasn't scary and I started to say Lord are you trying to tell me something and then all of a sudden I felt that wind beginning to go up my legs through my under my bridge legs and I said coming right up through my britches and I couldn't move and I was wandering my breeches rattling and Hannah but the next thing that happened was I heard the sound of a rushing mighty wind in rosslyn at first I thought that the wind was air-conditioning strong air-conditioning but now I felt the wind coming through the back of my legs and it had the sound of a rushing mighty wind and I looked up at the speaker cluster above the pulpit of Brownsville and I thought what's wrong with a sound system but I realized it wasn't coming from up there it's coming from behind me and it was the Spirit of God coming in the church a revival that was gonna last five years and draw four and a half million people to that church there was a sound there was a sound oh my god train your ears fine your ears train your ears for a new sound dawn is about to do great and mighty things look what the Lord told David Dave was getting ready to go to battle and he said Lord should have go to battle the Lord said yeah just wait just wait just wait and David had his armies out there and is ready to go down and in the valley to battle and here's what the Lord said before you go wait until you hear the sound of a rushing in the mulberry trees in other words don't hit your horse and gallop don't hold your weapon and go down that valley to fight until you your sound I tell you what I believe I fully believe with all my heart that the world not America just necessarily but the world the nations of the world are about to enter into harvest time this is what we've been praying for this is what we've been believing for this is what we used to sing about harvest time the grain is falling the Savior's callin now is harvest time North Korea's gonna open up and God's going to send revival to the careers a sound listen to this the other day the new Prince of Saudi Arabia said we're going to open up Saudi Arabia for the Christians to come in and build churches in sunny what I'm telling you we're gonna open up Saudi Arabia for churches to be built not just Catholic churches but Christian churches right now the greatest revival that's going on on the face of the earth is not in China it's in Iran the population in Iran over the half the population is 34 years and below and they're saying we're tired of the mullahs we're tired of the ayatollahs we're having revival greatest revival writing on the face of the earth is in Iran let me tell you something else yes God sends revival to North Korea I saw a picture the other day of Kim sung on I can't say this for sure so don't quote me I know you won't whenever he was out there in the very beginning watching the missiles go off he had a look of meanness on his face little rocket man did and his sister was behind him you could tell she was a steel in his backbone him and her together freaking frack you know of North Korea they were mean Kim was making all these boisterous statements about American the president here was making all these statements back about North Korea they got down to her a little I was going to be going to war then all of a sudden everything looks like he changed his sister went to South Korea to the Olympic Games when she got back from there everything changed I'm wondering out loud if she didn't get saved rushes in South Korea I'm wondering let me tell you why because when she got back from South Korea all of a sudden her brothers started talking different I'm not trying to build your hopes up because I know how North Korea is - I'm not trying to get my hopes built up but I will tell you this I begin to see him on television and whenever he met the leader of South Korea at the demilitarized lion he stepped across that line grabbed the hand of the South Korean leader patted it and hugged him and kissed him I said oh my god I ain't never seen no North Korean president act like that then all of a sudden President Trump said we're gonna cancel this thing and he said we're gonna cancel this thing we're just it's not time and he sent a letter back said no no let's do it but in the meantime I saw another picture of Kim sung young and his sister and he was walking with him some of the high brass of North Korea and they said they took Kim sung on for the first time out of point yang and the influential rich areas of point yang and they took him out to the country and they begin to show him all the poverty and the squalor it showed him walking down the street this is on Kennon this is on Hannity's website so I'm walking down the street he was crying openly didn't put his hands over his face he was crying over this and tears dripping off his face and his sister was right behind him and she was crying openly and I told these guys traveling with me I just saw this while I've been out here I told these guys traveling with me I said y'all may think I'm crazy I'm not making a political statement but I believe the Holy Ghost is at work Saudi Arabia Iran North Korea don't tell me it can't happen God's gonna sing worldwide revival give me please listen to this I gotta close my goodness I started prophesy now I just just can't help myself I water runs listen to this President Trump declared Jerusalem to be the capital of Israel here's what God listen here's what God said God said he told Abraham he said whoever blesses you I will bless whoever curses his rule out curse so when President Trump did what no other presidents done and he did it in this late hour right before the coming of time haha here's what happened he declared Jerusalem to be the capital he moved the embassy there was people demonstrating and being killed on the lines all around it God was moving on this side the devil was moving on that side watch this Holy Spirit said to me why is this important to me he said because when Jesus comes back he's not coming back to Johannesburg he's not coming back to a Atlanta he's not coming back to Paris when Jesus comes back he's coming back to Jerusalem and listen to this the Lord said because the president has opened up and has recognized Jerusalem and has taken a stand God said I'm about to open up blessings on America like America has never seen before listen man listen to this be seated listen to this there's a scripture in Corinthians it says this it says Paul made the statement he said there's a great door open for me and a very effectual door it's what he said he said there's a great door open for me a very effectual door he said but many adversaries you know what God's letting the president do it I'm not saying I'm a Republican because I'm not I'm not even a Democrat I'm an independent Christian I only vote for those that vote against abortion and take a stand for Israel that's what I vote for wants you to listen to what I'm gonna tell you listen to me what I'm gonna tell you there's a big difference in being a man of God in God's man if you're expecting President Trump to be a man of God you probably gonna be disappointed over and over and over but he's not a man of God but I believe he's God's man and he's getting things accomplished there's open doors all of a sudden he's doing what nobody else has done he's sitting down with a leader of North Korea all of a sudden he's doing other things nobody else has done only in five hundred days many things is happening effectual doors but with great adversaries so here's what the Lord is letting the president model he's getting great things accomplished and many adversaries CNN CS NBC MSNBC different places like that they fight him all the time other Republicans and other Democrats fighting I see it you see it but he's still getting things accomplished and what the Lord saying to me is this I want you to know I'm about to give you acceleration of all you've ever hoped for and all you've ever dreamed for but I want you to know there's gonna be great opposition against you let the dogs bark the caravan is moving on can you show me man be seated let me get back to my sermon level two I'm gonna finish up here in a minute level two restoration I want to speak a prophetic word over this congregation for level two what is level two not only will there be a sound but there's gonna be a restoration where bones gonna find its place to the other socket the valley is where things fell apart the wind and animals have carried bones away from where they belong the devil has carried your children away from home the devil has carried people away from this fellowship under this covering that belongs here the Lord said for me to come here today and prophesy this there's going to be a restoration in many of your lives of position that you were cheated out of I'm gonna say that one more time there's a job you should have had there's a position that you should have had there's a place that you should have been feeling what has been lost when the prophecy comes and rest upon those bones and the wind blows on those bones Ezekiel had to duck because there was missiles flying out there and that Valley had dry bones bone was coming together with bone finding the place where they fit the Lord sent me here to tell you today you're about to find the place where you fit what has been lost what has been misplaced will be found and you will come to the place that God has ordained you to be I declare that desperate longings in your heart to belong will finally come to pass I declare that ladies that have been earnestly praying for a husband and you have been asking God for a god-fearing man your lonely and God said it's not good for man to be alone you've been praying for a husband but it's eluded you get ready get ready get ready God is about to bring a husband to you in the name of Jesus I'm not talking about a drunkard I'm not talking about a womanizer I'm talking about somebody you're meant to be with a soulmate come on give God praise God ordered receive an offer now we get some money well I want to say to the men you've been trampled upon you've been humiliated you have been walked apiece some people has walked away on you and gone to someone else and you've been humiliated many of you are allowed phrasing children on your own without a wife some of you have never been married and you're asking God God where's my wife I don't want to marry outside your will nothing seems to be happening i prophesy upon your bones in the name of Jesus there's a woman coming your way you can tell who's the most desperate here this morning the women jumping and shouting intro in Mensa hi here I feel you Fran I feel you can I say this Holy Spirit said there's mothers and fathers have been heartbroken over the separation of their children your children has got to where they won't come see you your children has gotten involved with the wrong people your children has married somebody and they're trying to separate them from you tears of sorrow have roll down your cheeks in the wee hours of the morning but I prophesy to you upon your bones those children are going to come home and God is going to restore the family did you hear what I just said God is going to restore that broken relationship give him praise come on I declare you may be seated I declare their friendships that you've reveled in for years close friendships that you have loved these people as your own family sometimes even greater than your own family the devil has gotten involved and you've been separated some for just a few weeks or months but many for years and decades the Lord said he's going to cause his strange friends to weep and cry on each other's shoulders again after long periods of separation and you will remember and we at the years that's been wasted that you could have enjoyed each other but your pride stood in the way I declare that things that have been lost are stolen from you are going to be returned i prophesy upon you that the things that has been taken from you through the cords through unjust judges I speak that things that's been taken from you by family members that wasn't fair in the inheritance they're gonna come back to you in the name of Jesus I said they're going to come back to you in the name of Jesus I want you to listen to what I'm saying you may be sitting out there and you might be saying brother Kilpatrick don't come in here you don't understand the situation you're coming in here and preaching this kind of stuff and getting people all worked up why did I tell you in the very beginning God said to Ezekiel walk around and look at these bones don't hide your face I can do the impossible well my god I feel like running I gotta quit it's okay to keep work for a few minutes I declare that your inheritance is going to find you I declare that what the devil stole them from you and you've been separated from and you need it right now really bad I declare that it's gonna find its way to you just like a lost dog that's been going from home a long time it's gonna scratch at your door shootout Adama who everybody on till such time dingdong it won't be a bond calling it's gonna be Federal Express amen ups ups woman my wife orders what you call that QVC the UPS woman sees me she says hey rabbit how's Brenda do it knows our name knows everything about us pulls up Brenda here I got something far that's everyday those bones whatever that word came and the wind came upon him and all of a sudden there was a noise and bones started flying everywhere in that Valley there was no bone that hit a place that it didn't belong what the Holy Spirit's saying to me is in these last days he's not gonna make no mistakes before the Lord comes we're not going out depressed we're not going out defeated everybody's gonna be in their place men in their position before the Lord comes you will know where you belong you'll have your family with you and you'll be going up with a smile on your face saying he is a restorer of all things so what the Holy Spirit sent me here today to tell you is this he said he's your because of this prophetic word it said that you're gonna go through a period of refitting refitting you're gonna be refitted to where you belong you're gonna go through a season where you've been incompatible but now you're gonna be compatible you're going to go through a place where you're gonna find your function and he's gonna grease the cogs of your gears and you're gonna be resourceful number three then he said unto me prophesy to the wind prophesy now remember he didn't say go back and reproof aside to the bones at this time he said now add another element here leave the bones alone they already got it on him leave him alone don't go back and do that again leave it alone he said but this time prophesied to the wind he said prophesy told him twice in one phrase he said prophesy to the wind aside son a man and here's what I want you to say to the wind come from the four winds o breath and breathe upon these slain that they may live what wind does is the Ruach of God it brings life God breathed in the man and he became a living soul the Lord said for me to tell you that he's going to blow upon the single's he's gonna blow upon the marriage he's gonna breathe and blow upon the marriage the singles the young the old institutions Bible schools churches homes ministries and it said so I come prophesied as he commanded me and the breath came into them and they lived and stood up upon their feet an exceeding great army let me thus not go back past that too quick it said and they lived and stood upon their feet it's been a long time since you have been in a place where you've been able to take a stand Jesus constantly said to people when he was here he knew what they were who they were what they were living under he constantly said arise stand upon my feet that's what life does causes you to stand up and leave your cocoon of depression take up your bed come forth be lift it up go my way that's what the blowing of the wind does and the Lord said to the prophet prophesied of the wind prophesy don't leave the wind out of this the bones were important they're flying through the air but he said now we've got a standing army but we need some life Oh may God send life to the American church today I said may God send life to the American terms we don't need more buildings we don't need more preachers we need live what Jesus these are action words these are words to those who were hopeless they were stuck in hopelessness and helplessness I don't have time to go through some of this stuff let me go to the very last one then the Lord said this and this is one of the most important places I've been trying to get to all night the Lord said son of man these bones are the whole house of Israel and let me tell you what they're saying he said here's what they're saying our bones are dry I hope it's lost and we're cut off from our parts you know when you got these three things going on your life you're suicidal you don't want nobody to save you if you can't have life and you're separating from those you love and you're cut off from your family and you're cut off from your friends you've been done like dirt you've been abused you've been mishandled and cussed your bones are dry hope is lost God said here's what these bones are saying God so let me tell you what they're saying I can hear what they're saying you can't let me let me interpret these bones for you he said you can't hear it what they're saying we're dried out we're hopeless we don't have a place God said they're depressed I want to speak to people right now in the name of Jesus those of you watching me of my life streaming and those who hear in this building there's some of you here that's your battling depression and you've never battled depression in your life some of you are battling depression and if only even your wife knew are your husband knew some of the thoughts that you have been entertaining they would be shocked and you've hit it from even your mate in your spouse there's people here in this room you would never tell your child or your children what you're going through you've always been happy-go-lucky you've always been the one that would always calm everybody and say oh there's hope but now things have so changed in your life you're battling depression it's not clinical depression it's just a spirit of heaviness you're lamenting what once was and the Bible says about these bones it says son of man can these bones live again there was no signs of any kind of restoration so the Holy Spirit sent me in this church today to say to you there might not be any signs that you can see but after today a noise is coming a whim is gonna blow and you know as well as I do you know as well as I do you can say what you want to but you know as well as I do that I'm talking to you surely as I stand here I'm talking to you I'm talking to you about depression and Melon colonists and a spirit of heaviness and so I declare over you today and over your situation be free in the name of Jesus from depression and a spirit of heaviness hold your hand toward me I said be free everybody hold your hand up what you've got it or not be free even if you're not depressed but maybe your child is or you there's a family member a loved one that's not here hold your hand up for the I said be free the wind of God is about to ball and where you've been hopeless and where you felt like there was no things are gonna change beginning June the 3rd 2018 here's my last verse in Scripture God said through the prophet Ezekiel and he wrote this down he said you shall know that i am the lord how you gonna know it i'm gonna open you grave some of you felt like you've been trapped in the grave for a long time you felt like there was no change i have come to tell you change is at your door that graves that grave is opening and jesus specializes of all people he specializes in opening graves and he said I am the Lord when I have opened your graves and brought you up out of your graves he said I'll put my spirit in you I'm gonna send revival to you and you'll live you're not gonna just exist you're gonna live again and I will place you in the place where I ordained you before I put you in your mother's belly you're gonna find your destiny how it is to live your life and your whole life you're looking for your destiny and don't even know what your destiny is and you don't even know where it is but I release over number three I'm thankful for all the people that have been here the last three weeks that have entered up underneath of the burden of the vision and are willing to prophesy and release the sound of revival because it's not just for this house it's not just for this city it's not just for this territory it is for the nation and the nation's the Word of God show me all you stand better now that five minutes of prophetic words that I had Matt put together and and put up on the screen that was warfare against the enemy and releasing the words out I'm telling you it is coming to pass somebody right now in the spirit through your words and everything's beginning to come the desert and they're coming alive and God's getting ready to flow where to pull them and they're gonna come rushing into this place whoa [Music] [Music] stole every wall that's been wrapped around us coming out of the spirit so every limitation everything the e-beam is tried to do to keep this revival from going any broader may be wider any deeper I'm telling you every bit of containment is coming off this house every bit of continuing is coming off your house we're going to see the spirit with that vision we're
