Reacting to the PERFECT Mario 3D World 100% Speedrun

dude let's do this welcome everyone  this is going to be a premiere of   the perfect theoretical 380 star speed run 380  stars is all the green stars in mario 3d world   it's basically 100 there's a different  100 but this is the good 100 and um   yeah so i am joined by yandema the  primary author of this say hello hello   i basically made the most of the dtt yeah and  also around 90 yeah he has 80 world record being   modest okay uh i also have king jay here what's  up hello i'm kj044 i run this game in a couple   others just a couple very nice and finally  last but not least priceless nightmare okay unexpected response okay so we'll jump right into  it don't delay any further   um this game has a nice intro that we  can explain some of the mechanics why   like what exactly the run is why this is great  speed game and yeah it's exactly what you're   about to watch so let's do it you guys ready to  click play at zero seconds on a count of three okay good on go three two one go well that's the game we're playing okay let me know if the audio is good guys all right  let's do this unexpected character selection   well i didn't expect that at all luigi i mean a  lot of people probably think toad he's fast right   the characters are all pretty  different and you'll see   um all of them in this round  which is actually surprising oh no okay so yeah tell us what  we're seeing or what just fill us   in just give us what you got to say um so basically this is a really cool speed game there are four characters there's  mario luigi peach and toad   and a secret fifth one that i'll see later  but they all have a special ability um luigi   can jump by peach converter toad can run  faster on ground and mario can exist and we're going to be using a technique called  catwoman which utilizes the game's i guess new   power-up can you pause there really quick do you  know what time the timer like luigi starts moving   on the overworld uh 147. okay thank you for  saving this because i forgot to start the timer okay sorry cat momentum cat momentum important technique go go for it yeah so uh to do cat momentum you'll you'll see it  right at the start here um basically dive with the   cat suit and do another swipe once we're almost  at the ground and that mode maintains our momentum   that we get from that dive and so  with that technique all characters   essentially can move the exact same speed all right first level here we go there's kind of some more advanced um techniques  in addition to the count momentum that let you   get extra some of them are like crouching off  ledges and using slopes i don't know if you have   any more to say about that so right here uh right  off the bat you're actually gonna see uh what's   called crouch boosting and that was a technique  found by um a runner named ssry some of you in   the 3d land community might also be familiar with  that name he's an insane ill runner of this game   and what what crouch boosting does is um when  you do a crouch on the ground the game kind   of speeds you up for a few frames so if you  jump out of that crouch boost and then you   can maintain that momentum so you can go  even faster than captain hook using that nice and i believe luigi's  the best character for that   right yeah cool 450 with  the stamp yeah that's crazy so this is 380 stars so uh up until world crown we  need to get all the stamps and also all the golden   flagpoles which is different from other categories  yeah like any percent you still need to get stars   you have to get 170 to beat the game but then that  skips levels that doesn't get stamped and stuff   um in order to get to the final world you need  to have all the stars previously all of the   stamps and the you get a gold flagpole  if you touch the top of the flagpole   you have to do that too yeah and here we go  see what's called an edge crack right here so what that is that's an edge crouch  and if you do a crouch boost off of an   edge uh you get i think like 1.5 times  the speed of a normal catch boost   and then it just happens to line up  that you can do like two in a row   to get insane speed off after that that  looked crazy yeah i've never seen that before all right so we're gonna stamp  here setting up the koopa shell   oh wow yeah touch screen straps are  a big thing for this wii u game so   dang that's crazy so the show collected  the star while he was going in the pipe   there's a really like small optimization too like  the setup with the touch screen i like that a lot that was really cool and those first two levels  were actually done by a rounder named luigi   master so shout outs to him he's an insane  ill runner yeah i think he told me that like   most of world one has [ __ ] down by him right   i think the majority of it and now just  those first two 2-3 and boss splits oh okay you'll probably see that move a lot in these  fights oh if you land on the ground there's kind   of like this uh like i don't know you land and  it makes this little splash of damage and kills   enemies really fast i actually didn't  know that they did that much damage all right i'm excited to see this  camera angle change i see you yeah when like does that save any time no that was just when my gamepad didn't work  that's so funny it made it into the uh into this   in gamepad making the appearance i didn't  really lose any time so just kind of   doing a cameo i thought that  was like a weird optimization   so yeah you can see we want toad here because um  while cat momentum does make all the characters   the same speed if you're on the ground a lot  which you are right there collecting all those   coins toad runs the fastest and then you see even  if he misses a coin he can tap it on the touch   screen because it's it's on wii u you play on the  gamepad and you can tap the coin to collect it   you'll see a lot of touchscreen strats yeah  especially coming up in about two levels it's alluding to that i'm trying to think because some touchscreen  levels how you're gonna end up doing them but here i'm doing a little bit of crack boosting  and vectoring uh it's not as efficient uh with   toad though so on the levels when i use  peach and luigi you'll see a lot better   still faster than the boost pads though yeah   it's funny they have this this speed pads  it's it's like sonic games in speedruns of   sonic games a lot of times you see them not touch  the speed pads because they just slow you down yeah in between levels we actually  have a lot of downtime because   3d worlds you have to watch the  stamps collect and stuff like that yeah this is all of our first time seeing  it except yandema because he made it   so plessy level next i'm guessing  all right yeah levels are i don't know how to describe them they're  almost like auto scrollers but this one isn't   because um there's a cool trick in it i think like  they're kind of like slide levels from where 64.   yeah pretty much yeah but there's no like  cool skips except yeah except this one is cool um so do you want to just let the escape speaker  itself or set it up or what yeah yes we'll let   them watch it first all right sounds good it is  right here get high i think it speaks for itself it looks like it speaks for itself but  suddenly mario's there what's he doing   with the there 50 grinds too oh my god yeah uh so what that does is um i added in two players  and if you press a at the same time on both of   them you get a slightly higher jump and that gives  you just enough height to clear that wall and be   able to get both the star and the stamp which  usually isn't obtainable on the same play through   the level so casual we'd probably play this level  twice through to get them on uh get both the   stamp and the second green star on two separate  run-throughs but we skipped having to do that now uh so i have the splits because i put in the world  record splits so we can see how this compares to   the current rta world record and you can see  theoretically how much time you could still save oh this this screen you have to watch that  i can't believe toad won you get to have a   crown on the next level that's how you yeah  oh sick crown strats let's go i don't think   i actually do because it's something  forever to grind oh that makes sense you just change controllers that's funny so yeah  uh i don't know if we ex we may have already but   explain exactly how the run was made it's this  is just um yandema and a couple other people   recording each level like as good as they could  and then splicing it all together so it's not like   meant to compete on a leaderboard or anything it's  meant to just be an entertaining demonstration of   what you could get if you played perfectly these  touchscreen strats are insane yeah yeah this is   crazy yeah so in this level you're supposed to  walk on all these platforms but with touchscreen   you can just swipe and oh my god what that was  so fast it was so cool i like that strat actually wow that little was actually  just mesmerizing to me   like you have to keep your character moving and  doing the touch screen stretch so you're like   you're like holding run and like doing control  stick and touch screen with your thumb or what um well that one um for this vtb or not btb  i'm thinking brother the wild for the bt um   i enlisted the help of my brother to help me  to touch oh okay that was amazing um so we   know nunchuck for that level and while he was just  like on like the other chair just doing the touch   screen while i played um normally in runs i i kind  of have like a weird claw grip to do touch screen so yeah these are captain  toad stages kevin toe can't   jump diaper adventure no insane catwoman from here   sadly we still get to see some nice camera angle  stress vectoring for many diaper adventures takes damage is that optimal yeah it's it's safer or it's better  in the cycle than waiting for them   okay i feel i feel fine about  when i take damage there now then it's just october all right coming up to  the end of the first world war in the castle did you guys know we could control pretty awkward  okay glad we can control the camera with the stick my favorite thing is that they bring up the  same text box like that like two times in   the game in like i think it's in world three  and in world uh six the exact same texture oh thanks in case you didn't know all right i'm excited to see this yeah this level is pretty awkward to route uh  mainly because of the stamp they just had no   good way to get it what the what  how did the how that's really cool   i guess the bomb like explosion  has a bigger radius than we thought that was crazy look at these staircases  the fastest stairs i've ever seen if you've ever tried to go up those  stairs fast your character goes like an   inch per minute and that was so fast and  see the usual substring bowser straps i was just gonna say he does like that weird  setup uh on the side like he holds it near   the tire first i've never seen anybody else do  that yeah this i remember when i first watched   90 percent run of this game uh i i don't  think i understood what touch strats were   but i saw a bowser fight and i was like what  how's he just getting hit at what's happening hot water someone turn on the hot tub on the steak that was like the new thing they added  to this game he didn't fall in lava and you slide off the stairs to get that momentum  nice okay so here comes the first split we can   see how much time we've saved just in world one  which is probably going to be the smallest one   50 almost 52 seconds oh so you're on demo i'm actually curious here uh  do you ever have to wait for the timer at all i tried to um to route it so that if i did hit  the timer that i'd go just low enough to get like   the very first few frames of the the next good  number i think in 2-2 which you're going to see   in a minute i had a really good run of it  but it got fireworks and i ran for like   six more hours to get one that didn't oh god i  remember you taught me that was like one of the   worst ones to grind out yeah that one's a touch  screen level but i didn't get any touchscreen   help from that oh so you did it yourself oh man  that's insane there's like what like a hundred   levels or something you spent six hours on one  that just says how much work went into this   uh but what they were just talking about was  uh you can get fireworks on the flagpole if   the the last number on the timer ends in a one  three or six when you finish the stage so like   you're looking at it now if he finished at like  386 for example that would make fireworks go off   they're all equal they all lose a second and  a half about oh wow you are going so fast   nice moving momentum there from those platforms   also shout out to the only sand mobile  yeah literally and it's the sand world wow dude wow okay i know it normally takes like three  times as many jumps to get out of the way it was really cool also i think something small  that we didn't mention yet is at the beginning   of the level he deselects the character and  then reselects it so you don't have to wait   as long on the loading screen shout outs to  me burst oh yeah we get these nice text boxes   this is the worst part of starting a new run  is that you have to go with your miiverse text uh i don't think it's in this round but one of the  biggest uh skips in any percent was found through   me first i think the guy who found  it was he was like japanese or   not english and the people trying to communicate  with him were english so they had to like   draw pictures to learn how to do the skit like  pictionary pretty much that's what happened   this level is going to be crazy this is  all done by you no help oh my god no strats um i didn't use no straps i just kind of like   it okay oh that's so smart i need to use that  that's that's actually big brain plays right there   also notice luigi on this stage yeah i didn't  actually realize that until you just said it   oh spawn in the start how many times you missed that star well okay so i i ran this level when  my gamepad was still not working   so like half the runs would get destroyed by the  camera gonna be turning in the crash boost section   wow that was sick dude that ending  is probably the hardest part   and the fact that you grinded for like what  you said six hours and you get it you got one   with fireworks and you had to restart it i got  i got 331 and then i oh my god a one that's so   annoying that was so it's not like you got a  two like a three or something where it's yeah and then that pipe leads to um a mushroom house  so we don't enter that so this streets 2-3 luigi again no backup levels oh nice crouch on the corner there i see  that you jumped so fast down the hallway oh my god this is so fast like if you've played this game um just like   the cat momentum is already way faster  than normal running or long jumping like   way faster and then this speed is like  surprising us way past the cat momentum   we speed run this game already so we already  use cat momentum and this is blowing us away you were just going so fast dude what the heck   and this level is actually done  by the weekend off the stairs it's pretty damn fast that was insane dude it's so crazy that you use luigi on these levels something i just wouldn't think would  be faster or would you want to go he's diving back already it's pretty fast   oh insane movement 10 out of 10 would  watch again we're gonna have to though i have to know are the others as optimal as  that one mario all right so there are these   buttons that you have to press with  characters so sadly mario has to be   used once in this entire room sadly excuse  me yeah yeah i'm sorry but i'm playing sadly he makes such bad noises dude yellow catsuit yeah  everything about him in this game is just bad i   like what you had said at the beginning mario just  the best thing he does is exist a big touchscreen wait you're already going in oh he grabs it with the baseball like  right before the screen transitions   i play it safe and i don't enter  before i grab the star but all right it's long jump all right mario you're  quick to fame for this one level yeah that's all you'll see of him i think rosalino also only gets one level   that was right that was a pretty sick  meow yeah from mario cherish that moment this is one time all right  time for the mystery houses which smash bros game this one um which one is  it is it mainly oh isn't it oh he isn't melee let's go melee the best the the goodness treehouse all right i want to see some oh my god don't worry  something you'll see on all of these is when a   star has to spawn out of like those little green  star pads you'll see the hand appear which means   he's touching the touchscreen and that that makes  you able to collect the stars faster oh really um yeah these levels are pretty uh aside  from the touchscreen strats i think this   is a pretty much like world  record and how they would do it   kalumba let's go best stage in  world 2 oh the camera's like shows the fun the the gofundme  set up for getting you on them okay i've never seen that strat they're just  got ragged so fast yeah i did not know that   was a strat you could do you know what's  underrated is these optimal loading screens   let's be honest yeah uh and emma do you want  to explain the saving thing like gamepad again yeah a few months ago a speedrunner  named some guy named darby but uh he posted uh something in like about  galaxy about how you could um like over   safe um in like the week to skip all the safe  text boxes and value credit and greedy world   he's also another really good runner this  game and they happened to work actually so   we just got a random like two minute save  in any percent a few months ago and so three   coming back into the game oh yeah  this brought a lot of people into wow dude really awkward yeah that stamp is weird  to get because you have to go to the left first   yeah there's like no good movement  up there without getting like hit   magic going still left in a mario game i was just gonna say that 359  pipe entrance though that was   crazy okay this is the most hype level oh no i mean yes so hype what am i saying did you press a twice is that what i heard i don't think so i heard  two a presses it was weird all right i'm ready to see how you  like work to the end or something   i don't i don't think uh some people are asking  about climbing walls it looked like you can climb   forever but basically um if you  let go of the wall and re-grab it   it uh okay well first of all it only lets  you climb so far and then you'll like slide   down the wall but if you let go and re-grab it  lets you climb a little bit farther not like a   ton farther but just enough to make a lot more  things possible i like the mushroom juggling swag let's go we need this cannon for the middle level nice staring at the wall imagine playing this entire level when you mess  up the ending oh my god let's play it again i   mean that's probably where you would mess up  yeah the hard part you've been the only part yeah this is one of the few the  a couple other spoilers we have   in this room no the mushroom rip dude it's gone there are other auto scrollers well so there's  some other ones similar to this where you can do   some things to speed them up there's  others where you can do quite a bit   and then there's like insane auto  scrollers that i won't spoil what okay i didn't even notice that you  shot twice i thought you shot once   yeah you like when the pipe instantly break  the wall off screen and then you can just do   another shot as you're going into the pipe to  collect it that's actually i didn't even notice   that you broke it off screen i just thought you  just broke it one hit and got the star at once yeah and he gets rid of the cannon here because  it loses a second after grabbing the five pole sliding down the stairs to get a little bit more   speed not getting extra time  i thought you needed it but wait are you not afraid that you're  not going to finish the level   and yeah there's our first teal flare okay saved another 48. um actually you saved a lot more because the  world record leaves a level in this world i think   for later in case it takes damage  you can go there and get a cat suit   or do you know he doesn't dude the one here  he does um he saves the one in world three the   auto scrolling for a backup okay so um the  next split might be kind of wrong but then   sometime in the future whenever world record  goes to do that level we'll save a ton back   oh yeah because backups i forgot  about that next levels supposedly pog yeah i've heard that this is one of the  ones to look out for in the entire run so   yeah just sit back and buckle up i  think this one is a good level to just   like watch and let the level  speak for itself honestly just anticipating this is going to be  insane oh man breaks the box because he can   kid oh we bought a snowball oh i  didn't notice the stamp and the star   and the pipe do you still have speed i can't believe you got that i didn't  realize you cried the last star oh my god   i left mine downstairs thank you for having me oh  my gosh i had dude that's like was that another   person helping or did you just stretch your  thumb across the entire screen i need to know me okay oh that's why you've been grinding that for  like hours dang that's crazy yeah so there's a   glitch with ice in this game where if you crouch  on it really fast over and over you build up a   bunch of speed so he does that to get a ton of  speed he maintains it through the whole level   meanwhile like dragging the snowball along to  collect all the power-ups or the collectibles dude that stair movement though what  even that like just makes me so confused   there's our stamp in the most awkward place right there is bookshelf skip and uh how that  works is if you dive into like a certain spot um   the staircase just kind of breaks we're  supposed to climb all the way to the top   and activate a bunch of things to get to and those moving uh these like moving  conveyor belt stairs can always get you   stuck so it's kind of annoying if it does  very easy to lose time honestly yeah really   it didn't even look like  you stood on the pipe at all we get debated all right then this  crouch boost or this quality is my bad that's crazy all right all right captain toad next again is there any like captain code stages that like   differ from what uh current world record does  do you think or are they all just basic movement   they're all pretty much the same there's not  really any um many routing possibilities because   they they kind of especially this one they  kind of work in like a vertical sense where   you have to climb it's like tower to get  to all of them hope you don't die oh yeah   did we mention all of the toad stages are played  by qrl storm i think i mentioned that before it   started yeah okay nice yeah that's the qrl  they get more and more complicated like it's   hard just to like hold run and then like move the  camera around but on later ones you also have to   like start touching enemies to get them out of  the way and stuff like that so it's really crazy   here's the walk dang that's my image that's pretty cool so far  we've taken damage in every cabin toast let's go it's crazy it went so fast that it was there yeah  well the cycles are different um oh right it's   in 80 this is the first one you do so you get the  text box yeah yeah yeah that makes way more sense yeah right there he warps uh back to the start   it just saves a little bit of overwhelm  moving because going in the pipe is super slow   it is actually kind of sick i haven't seen  it but i know what we do in regular 380. so i don't even know that so i'm excited it's another auto scroller but there is  a little bit of going ahead of the honor   scroller that we'll see at least in normal 380  i don't know what's going to happen here but   i'll get in the one why are there so  many in that block that's an endless blog i've never been able to reach the bottom of it no i think that's endless isn't it  i've heard that that's definitely okay bang yeah i was like you have to go back okay  that's so cool okay that's such a far jump you're   making i didn't even know that was a stretch  all right then goes for the flag missus let's go   oh yeah we didn't have an extra catsuit  totally we need to make sure we get another i think the captain toads are  just fine kyoro don't worry man i had to go back a little bit okay   showing off the ground pound jump basically chest  odyssey a little bit there shout outs to this   game this is the one true mario it invented  that this is the game also it has five poles i did not know that this game actually had  groundhog jumping until i came back to this   game this year and then it's not not used very  frequently in fact i think it's i think it's   pretty hard to actually get like a ground  pound jump it's like it's kind of weird i   always get it by accident like yeah well insane  level well other that one part was insane but the rest of level though oh perfect  are we going to the stamp house oh man   you can see how optimized this one is somewhere  easy this time someone makes a good point in chat   that uh game seconds on the clock are not real  seconds i think they're three-fourths or like   five-sixths of a real second yeah something  like that they're nintendo seconds yeah exactly wow that was insane movement man crazy thanks  there's probably one take i hope at least i don't know why they chose 100 seconds  and not 305 seconds and put yellow arrows we have to use peach for this level but  i mean we use it for this level anyways nice i am very curious like christ  has said earlier how many times   someone like young has done one of these  levels and accidentally missed a star   it's very easy to miss the star at the end  of those loud stages and if you miss them   the cloud disappears and you have to restart the  stage did you say three times barely got the two the two is the hardest one to grab because it's  right between three and one two there's cloud   stages like that in 3d land and that's the only  time i turn on the 3d because it's so hard to just   tell where you are and this game doesn't have that  so i can imagine it's really hard to grab that yeah oh magic koopas we're gonna see i'm ready to be blown  away by this i wonder if there's like   a secret traffic or something  for some of these roadblocks it's called camel making just like the small optimizations adding up  over the course of the run this water level   is gonna be sick even though it's a water level  like the momentum carrying i can already yeah   imagine i don't know if it does that though  but this is one of those levels where i had   to be a little bit slow because  optimally you would get fireworks gotcha so yeah you might have noticed that  sometimes he goes through a warp box or   a pipe and then suddenly he's just going  fast as soon as he lands on the ground   and that's just you always your speed is like  preserved in this game for some reason so   all this time he's in the water right here he's  gonna grab the star not touch the ground and then   they still got the speed whenever land comes whenever that appears sick yes six 6-2 in the  background oh yeah i didn't even realize that gotta go up here for a pit stop for the stand i'll collect it with that doing hold ground pound which  makes you ground pound farther   it blew my mind when i found  that when i found that out that's the most awkward room  in the game that was so good   i'm not grabbing the free stacks  of coins though shaking my head   getting rid of the cannon again saving a second  is there gonna be a goomba bounce at the end oh oh man and then wow into  the diet too oh it's sick yeah nice awesome all right we're switching games now  yeah we're going to mario kart super mario this next level is probably the most awkward  one to route in the entire entire game coming up on time for super  mario kart 3d percent whatever   whatever that meme category is mario kart 7.5 is camera change the slide speed oh man oh god  i'm moving so fast off the bench wow so fast so for people who don't  know you're not supposed to do that   you went up in like three jumps and keeping the speed into the area wow more slide speed and then this stamp is like the vein of my  existence oh yeah there's no good way to do oh it oh wow it's a really cool  optimization there skipping the bounce pad all right then okay nice oh my god right into the pole too and right before the six how long  did that little take do i ask   um i want to say maybe an hour oh really  i thought that would take longer that one   there's not really much you can do besides get  slide speed yeah i just figured controlling the   slide suite might have been a little bit  more difficult yeah that one lost time but taking a little detour around the place all right switchboard moving it yeah it's a dream oh wow oh wow he jumped the huge  jump oh my god i've never seen that such a huge cap yeah grabbing it with the tippy toes yeah this level's pretty insane  yep this parts still don't know   how to do this without hitting the  death planes there's so many of them oh yeah because of the stamp you get this oh oh  wow what i've been waiting for oh my gosh the wall   wait the the drive-by what yeah because he  touched the switchboard oh my god that was so cool nice little buffer there to make sure  you don't get the three too yeah that   was something i actually found like while i was  trying to route this btt that was really awesome   it's only uh kind of set up because there's  a death plane down there where the stamp in   the start kind of like to the left of  star 3 unless you hit that last box   so you have to like hit it and also have  enough speed to get star three and dive   back so it's really nice the box makes the  death plane go away yeah that's so weird okay so this is an auto scroller  but one of the coolest ones   because it's really just not an  auto scroller the way they do it yeah so uh hopping back and forth between the  trains actually progresses to the our school   a little bit more actually we just do that break the box with touch screen on the way over  and for something captain toad is in the box yeah the camera you move so fast i've  never seen it hold you back there oh do you get this this must have been awful  to reset on oh yeah because early pom-poms   wow that's so tight before she teleports that  was like perfect and the lag oh like from the   pom-poms as you scratch her she comes out  is kind of annoying okay oh god the speed   nice 320 with stamp wow i'm pretty sure  the world three splits after his spread   oh yeah uh i i changed it oh you did okay yeah  so still 18 seconds ahead and we did a really   long auto scroller the record hasn't done yet so  we're probably like two or three minutes ahead reset all right so next up is his scrap i'm assuming there's not too much  that can be optimized for histocrat yeah it's mainly spin jumps yeah  it's your boy luigi again though sour please one of my favorite bosses in the game  just because of how cheeseable it is a stair movement there just up it with two jumps that's so good that was  really cool i didn't that hitbox was just gone yeah so you're supposed to wait  like these platforms come up and   then you can hit him on the head but  big luigi spin jump get him instantly and he jumps over the clock every time because  that uh you can see the game seconds count   down after the level's over and if you get  extra time it some more time counting down   let's do a four for four i also like how you use the the  first block like the red block on   the bottom to get enough height to  get the golden flagpole each time and then um levels like that where  it's the the 444 is really tight   i just kind of started at the  bottom of the flagpole so i could   didn't have to wait uh but optimally it is a  little faster to to go on that block to get the   extra height yeah as i was speaking more for  the the castle so far up at this point it's also   to do with luigi because he can't really  hover oh yeah oh you have so much speed oh off those blocks that's really cool it looks  like you scratched over the hole in the blocks wow i'm guessing this keeps your  speed yeah of course why wouldn't it damage boost nice keeping speed from the level  trying to change the camera well you can get   it back yeah it's really tight to do that so i  reset a lot on um it's like not getting that cat   suit quick enough wow and oh that's so you can get  the top of the flagpole okay yeah i was wondering trying to think of uh specific levels that uh   coming up our possibly going  to be drastically different every time i race 380 i take the warp by mistake   it's terrible i wonder if that should be  faster to um like do the out of bounds   to skip entering the pipe or yeah entering the  pipe to get to the world four box mystery house oh another fish you fall down maybe if you can land on like  the world six cloud or something good touchscreen there just hover over everything all right queen level those coins are kind of awkward to do in 380.   yeah you have to be like correct  get on for the touchscreen right well in any percent you can just kind of like  stay basically right where you are and let it   carry you over to the other coins but in 380 you  have to like go the complete opposite direction   oh yeah our blockade all right we're  gonna see some optimum boulder action   it was probably my least favorite blockade in  the game yeah i'd agree with that oh editing yeah there's a lot of waiting  in this one oh killing oh   actually i don't know why i don't do that  sorry you just take damage by doing that i don't know why walk into the other  ones it happens a lot just walk into them okay this is the level that's awesome  so we're going for the right person this one's gonna be so cool   i'm so scared for this one especially for  the ending i have no idea what he's gonna do yeah it's a different one that momentum was so weird here is this is gonna be really crazy how is this gonna work oh  my gosh that's so precise that's crazy oh did you touch him to bounce  off him like that oh no you just have to do   a normal bounce oh okay that's cool cool cool  yeah so there's a strat that a lot of times   you activate the platform at the end so it's like  going while you go back and collect some green   stars but that's because grabbing the stamp  at the end is like way too precise normally i don't know if i want to know how  many tries the ending alone took it's it's not um as bad as you think it's  just not consistent enough to do rta yeah fair   does he have to be you have to  get a low jump off of the enemies everything low enough to get the stamp but just  high enough that you can bounce on the other enemy   small drill oh god i love that first room this  is one of those boxes where   you keep your speed through like all ten rooms this is the one that we normally would uh do  the out of bounds jump in world eight to get to in any person skipping the boost pad oh claw boots the mystery houses are pretty self-explanatory  yeah they're just attacking me a bunch of   patches yeah grandpa off the edge at the  end i've always got to do a celebratory one style points all right dare i say the least my probably the  worst level in the run this all sucks so much yeah the second star here is   pretty weird so how much is that uh is that  over world war save for wolf war i'm not sure   i just remember um i remember i timed it but  i forgot the exact news but it is faster okay are you getting a one oh yeah it's so hard to get two characters right on that with two with two characters this  is like a really tight time limit so all right b time slides over the middle and here i do a little speed conservation   oh wow did the back one grab the star and the  front one go to the pole yeah that's so cool i actually uh tried to do different thing  i could have saved a little bit of time   um for the one that grabbed the star would have  kept the slide speed because it jumped right   away so that would have been the one that  went to the pole with all the slight speed that probably would have  gotten fireworks anyways so this little's really hard so it'll probably  look really nice executed perfectly oh god dirty so fast how's this gonna look oh my gosh that's so  nuts was that just you no that wasn't just me   okay i was able to say wow if that was  if that was no help that was insane this is probably another one of  the most awkward levels in the game   oh definitely it's a lot of  climbing this last section hopefully i can skip most of it though oh wow okay huge speed kick do you wear like a hair from getting hit there wow good touch screen straps at the end so if i'm right that was slide speed to get all  the way to the very end right to the green star   yep wow didn't look that hard i do that in rta but i'm not joking  look impossible like some of the stuff but i mean the uh the slide thing  i don't know that you use it in rta all right our first of four fire bro hideouts dude all right time for another one of the most  jaw dropping stages time for stamp again   yeah i don't think there's currently any way to  task on wii u so this is kind of the next best   thing and it's really cool because you know  it's all played in real time could be done   all humanly viable there are real people  capable of achieving this it's insane all right now the castle i'm ready  for the slide speed at the beginning i'm also ready to get in  one cycle boulder one second like for some reason doesn't  give you the whole slides oh my god wow skip that entire clear pipe okay how awkward was that it's not  as bad as you think actually   it seems like it would be really awkward  especially trying to do it optimally   that is like one of the worst placements  possibilities for that room there's just pretty   much one way you could do it so yeah worst boss i  agree with that and we had to fight it three times   all right so what he's doing here he's saving  these two rocks so that he can one cycle his boss so he's supposed to normally despawn these rocks   and kill them and then spawn out another set of  them after rolling around after he gets hit once but instead we just keep all  three and that's a one cycle and more speed yeah that level can be improved because um   in the the mini boss where the builder comes  back you always start the boss fight at the   same in game time so there are like kind  of setups for when you throw it optimum couldn't react as fast so the throws  could be a little more optimal   all right we're two minutes ahead  again yeah you saved two minutes there and world four is one of the  shorter worlds shortest i think   besides like crown yeah i think so i think it is  the shortest maybe this number of levels at least we're also like three minutes more ahead  because we did the auto scrolling yeah all right all right are you doing captain toad first actually not this time oh okay is that  the captain toad cycle off or something yeah hello all right this level is really hard to optimize you were through the tree oh wow   whoa make your speed there too that's  crazy use the shell nice let's try it do you need the baseball i want to see the  baseball oh dang oh i didn't actually be holding   this time but i think that may not have even  been a thing yet because i found i wasn't sure   i was found by a drug i think that was town  like while you were making this uh btt so i   think it might have gone too late yeah i forgot  about this star where are you going touchscreen that room's a pain my favorite room really  okay can't agree with you there but aren't i and plessy is there any like weird tech on plessy  that makes you go faster or is it just like   holding up the whole time it's pretty much just  holding up all right the ielts right didn't   know if there was like a 50 50 that like saves  like makes her speed up or something you gotta i always thought like oh i should go for  that but it looks so tight i'm falling off   well there's plus you skip where  you jump around it which is a lot   easier and then there's that one  oh fair faster but it's way better nice it's a rough level especially  as far into the run from 380.   i feel like a lot that goes into a lot of  these levels it's just conserving your momentum okay now where do we go  probably left are you guessing now toad oh okay never mind for some reason i was thinking uh you were gonna   do three that uh 5-2 and then warp or  something for it to be faster for some reason slower than going to toed right away  yeah i don't know why i was in good luck   it's my nose straight level where  i just wipe my nose on the gamepad yeah so you got to be running turning  the camera and tapping these blocks   can you take damage again please no we have to take damage that's funny i wonder if  that's actually faster than weaving through them   or not just taking the damage and you can just  use the touchscreen and swipe them yeah true   that storm storm plays on emulators so he has to  use the mouse so he can't really do touchscreen and it's almost wetter that you took damaged  storms it's just funny yeah you gotta keep   the consistency up it's damage boosts are  fast in speed runs everybody knows that   all right gotta have toads button pressed is one of the shortest levels in the game i'd probably say that's the  shortest actual level in the game   look at that flagpole placement my 64 had nothing i don't think mario 64 has any blue lava either   real mario games have that teal  lava you're right you got me i can't add a tone to that i'm color blind so   all right how is this level gonna work 5-2  never mind it's not gonna we'll find out someday as someone who struggled on that level on this  blockade many times that pains me to watch that and all the scenery like bob's up and down all right sprawling savannah one of the most memorable levels i know a  lot of people say this is their favorite   this is also one of the ones that was  like promoted a lot leading up to the game yeah right here you're gonna see um i i think  the best uh showing of the vectoring oh man yeah definitely this is uh where i found  out about battery because in pdboo's   gdp run in this level he's tried to do it a long string of those like sideways  jumps that builds up more and more speed one of the hardest stamps because his  hitbox at aunt's hitbox is annoying thankful for that fuzzy but  you actually get the star i found out that it doesn't eat your  jump right here if you do a crouch boost very nice 2.98 wow all right so  i'm guessing it's i'm gonna take a   while guess we're gonna go left first then  again i've been wrong every time i guessed seriously is that near fire bro i don't know now i know why  you left it i just thought about i thought ahead so if if any of you in chat have never seen  the il for this level um definitely go watch   it and this level is insane um that's what  you can do with looting fast boosting but   it's not as insane in 380  because you have to spell blocks i like optimizing touch screen but  there's just like no good way to do these rooms fastest fingers in the west nice i've never  seen that model before oh definitely neither   what game is that for me i think it's so  unexpected did you see that on my stream yeah all right block skips there you  go you don't break the blocks i've never actually seen the il for this  i'm going to check that out my stuff   to be honest it's insane right it's basically  um if you're just trying to get to the flagpole   it's basically just a huge straight away  so you can just crouch boost all you want dang i i does okay yeah when you kill the fire bro it it's kind  of like that one beach level later uh into   world flower we'll see um once you kill the  top fireball it kills all the goombas below and we warped it back to here there we go now we  can see trapeze why did it even place you where   it did does world five always warp you to that  spot it warps you to the front of each level i mean yeah yeah star two this is why i don't like running 380  this star right here still out of the way did you scratch the button what yes grab an entire line that's what i wanted to  see that's crazy and then you grab the ones you   miss they're really nice i didn't actually think  you would grab an entire line for anybody what how did you wait you jumped  off the edge of them okay follow me impress wow that piranha plant  bounce was insane yeah that was pretty pog   do you not climb oh it's so close oh you  kind of very end yeah if anybody's tried   grabbing coins with a touchscreen by the  way it's people's  least favorite stage cakewalk   stage though i actually like  it in the speed run yeah expecting the fastest of quick balls you have to wait for that pipe to  activate after killing the piranha slower like the bomb yeah oh don't tell me oh okay i love mario coming in  here yeah don't worry guys mario's not the oh   my god you just leave him that's so crazy that is  such a cool idea i thought you're gonna chuck him   that's so cool thought you were going  to throw him into the abyss as well can you just leave him that's so smart was that even done in the current  world record shout out to the crown   no because it's it's actually kind of hard to  get that timing right oh really i that seems   like worth investing time into doesn't that seems  like it'll save like five seconds or something   yeah you probably use like your foot to  control the thing i think i won't you have   to remember you get the splash screen for  two characters dude oh yeah true oh yeah well what do you do alternatively without two  characters use the double cherry double cherry   downside to that though if you can't turn  your camera to get the the coins yeah   yeah it makes it a little harder wait did you oh i just saw that  you you you touched the guy oh yes you got the speedy jump  all the way up the little stairs   it's so hard to keep it all the way there nice thing a little bit wow i wonder if that can be uh if we can get a 44  there that can be improved a little bit more   yeah definitely can i think i got the stamp   once without losing speed but  it's really tight okay gotcha let's go all right this is i love this level  it's my my favorite castle this is a hard level   it is i'm gonna see if you get the stamp and make  the cycle yeah do what i call god cycle for some reason nice keep your speed these coins are slow you grabbed it so early nice okay we grab it go back i  gotcha nice cycle gets like you beat the thing and you dive out just like that wow cool all right teach me how to be kinka  thunk i've never beaten this boss before hardest boss in the game most insane strats of the whole run in this fight  i want to believe that there's like a hidden   way to like just one hit kill him i just want to  believe in the whole he's already pathetic enough literally the most pathetic boss fight sadly we have to beat them twice for our  champions champions road now started boss blitz that deal it's close maybe not quite very  close okay saved a minute 18.   what's up king boo in the chat one  of the best players of this game yeah shout outs to boo you might return to any person soon i've heard oh yeah sorry i forgot about motley all right world six that's you this whole world's teal even the color black i was like yeah that's teal i there's actually a slight strat i found for  this level that would have given me fireworks   but you can kill this first piranha and it  drops a fire flower and then if you get the   the fire flower and kind of go in on the left and  shoot a fireball in you can destroy the the spike   that includes really wow to skip like winding  to the star yeah most hidden stamp right here   but then both any percent and then  uh 380 that would get fireworks   it's that close that it it'll it would only  save like one second or something without them   of course all the cool strats get fireworks yeah  yeah sadly this cloud stage looks impossible   there's not really any fast way to do this because i just want to see a compilation of all  times that that star has been missed this part   looks so cool i'm sure probably keep your speeds  up the whole thing i'm waiting oh my god oh god it's crazy mention that good job mentioning it basically that's crazy well that 100 individual level runs did you say almost the same as the stamp levels i know i just said this is another awkward  stamp coming up oh i thought you said almost as   impressive as the samples i'm like yeah that too wow that i'm surprised you didn't get  knocked back from that step oh he's so far away it seems like the worst  star to get in this this one okay a little scratch away the pipa and then  here's some wall jump movement found by a   marsh hero oh that makes sense cool  i didn't actually think about that   i've died way too many times in this  section because i don't turn the camera how did he get in he almost didn't fall in oh the four yes okay nice barely made that too were there any like levels that  you barely were able to get it past   the um like just by a few frames  get it past a firework number   well i think that one um i don't remember  any others yeah that one seemed really tight fire bro again hello i don't know what's  i guess we're going to tuck i like the last one that we'll see later  because like one of them kills like three others all right which one we going to  first knock the slot machine come on want to see optimal slot machines reset for jackpots on it oh this is like hardest  touchscreen level ever yeah i was gonna say   this one probably took a while did um  was this one all you he's done okay   are you just touching the goombas deflects legos just flex on them climbing those stairs is so harsh by the way yeah  this one is definitely possible to go a lot faster oh you get that first okay that way i  can just like oh do you have speed oh   this seems like such a hard  level to do backwards scratch   into propeller i don't know yes oh wow  that was sick really cool movement there   and there's a weird thing i found out about  this uh work box that's up here um where you   have to hit a gong to spawn in the workbox and if  you're like inside where the workbox would spawn   uh like basically if you enter right away the  in-game timer keeps going uh but if you enter   it like a few a few like half seconds later then  the timer stops it's an igt script so this is   a 300 but it should have been like a three that  was so cool by the way you got hit as you pull up   300 that was wow so far i think that's  my favorite level i've seen ladder 3-1 i wonder if any of these jets are actually  possible like seeing a single player um   variation of that level would be kind of cool gotta get the stain so far away dude yeah i'm guessing you  were back for um like world map work   yeah this probably has to save like what like  half a second or something probably not much nice early stamp pog i'm gonna see the cosmic  cycle he did in the sphere and underground   barely got to catch that bus by a frame yeah i'm  still i'm still shocked when you did that dude you're going so fast you  still get 78 with this damn i'm ready to be blown away by  this uh this cycle you catch   oh yeah you have to get the coins here  it's gonna make the same cycle yeah   it's just normal yeah i think i got this one  on one tape because it's oh really basically   really the ending's the only thing that  matters i think you actually told me that one   actually i think you dm'd me after you finished  this one first try you did grab the green star   with your ears that's 28. yeah it's like hard  enough to get a sixth there you got an eight the fact that you made that cycle with grabbing  everything just blows my mind a little bit   it's not too bad to make the cycle   i mean i don't make the cycle in  any percent without grabbing this all right rng lull the thing i've always wondered about this  guy is if like the direction you kick him   makes him get up faster or slower yeah i'm not sure either that does oh it does yeah but yeah for those who don't know sometimes  he goes like out the back like you see him   out the window and all the way around the  room and it's a lot slower rng based thing so you want to go down to the front or at least   like left or right once going up and  around is about four seconds each time all right ice level 2.0 let's do it oh  this is gonna be sick this level can be   done a little faster but hopefully it shows  most of the stress i mean if you say that   this is already going to be amazing to watch  off the tree stamp oh my gosh oh my god what more ice give me more ice more ice in  here how would you not get the skate can you keep it out too into the wind   oh that's where that's where i can  probably save like a second or two   wow dude i think i like this one better than 3-1 that was insane yeah that one like ledge that you got  stuck behind could maybe get to a 34. but still that's crazy by itself you  didn't even go in the first canon this one's one of my favorite levels yeah sadly there aren't too many like notable  things for this level most of it's like doing   things independently yeah except for one  part the intended really fast keeping your   speed off that first booster though wow well  this part right here very much not intended here we go going on a trip i'm pretty sure the purple box isn't intended there you go build up speed  inside keep it outside oh my god okay and start and get out   before the crusher's closed but i could  not figure out how to do it i gotcha i always slip under that there's like  a little gap between the platforms at   the end so i go straight to the pole but maybe  that's slower because you can't jump aside to it   yeah i'm not sure i guess you vector so  you probably build more speed than me all right well my favorite at  probably my favorite mystery house you're gonna say castle i was like no not the  castle that is by far not one of my favorite   castles this one's awesome if you don't  know touch screen strats you'll love this yeah it just fell on it that is so  hard toad literally just walking i didn't even know you could get the first  star with uh with touchscreen like that now you should just slow it down  maybe we've been running this game   i don't do all the top stress all right   super hype auto scroller where you can  move the camera to save like one second oh yeah now's your the stamp at the end of this level though casually  was like one of the worst stamps okay swag just holding the bomb most of this level is  just sniping all the hammer bros we just up here oh man getting the bomb let's go bomb strats oh you got all of them like a staircase though how else will he get the star  if he doesn't build me right imagine that's how he had to spawn him wow you got wow you hit that  so early wow save two seconds killing the fire bro midday very nice i can't say how many times  i've accidentally thrown   this bomb the wrong direction and missed this wow because i've hit the yellow part and it still  hit it and this level can be improved a little   bit too uh with good boom boom yeah i was  gonna say that hit looked a little late and sometimes like you can manipulate uh  like right where you want him to so he   doesn't even have to do the smoke  hardly oh i see less travel time   i thought always based on where you're located i think it's if he's bouncing around the room  and when it's time for him to do that he's   already on top of one of those spots he'll just  do it yeah okay saved almost two more minutes also a quick shout out to like the small  optimization with the bosses that he jumps on top   of them for the first two hits and then scratches  on the last hit say it's the second each i think   yeah and you'll see that as well right now are we ever going to that level background  that's kind of blurry but you can do it   you know the train we better  go there dude the gold train   how would you do that do the  out of bounds to get there you gotta do the star in a race and  someone said go in that pipe for a backup   and then i didn't know how to do it  and i accidentally got that speed ball   yeah i was like jumping madly to like  try and not let it fall down afterwards   and in my opinion one of the  coolest jumps is after this pipe   i just like the way this one looks  we call this one the teal lava jump you got so far to the right i like  don't even get on top most of the time it's got a vector like you mean it i can name it   you mean it i like that how he describes how  to vector you just do it like you mean it no other way to describe it all right are we doing the 100 seconds probably i'm really i'm kind of curious  how you do the the movement on   the left level later are these going to be  the most insane green coins right time for another one cycle oh after this  our favorite level everyone knows this is the best   level in the whole game oh yes i'm actually i  wonder if there's any actual strats on this one   or if it's just right the area near the checkpoint  could be pretty cool true the outside part   yeah the part that's not in the water the  only part that's not quite well then the say that again i just said shout out to all the  people streams i watched while i was grinding oh we got the time clock strats let's go this is a level makes you want to ram your head  into a wall that's that's why it's to name this oh one extra swim there we go here we go gameplay finally the one reason we keep our fire flower here yeah boost this star oh go back out that's cool yeah when she gets hit she goes back  the way she came but i think that   saves a little bit of time  well obviously it saves him so many times they get hit by that blooper  man i would have never put the cat suit on is there any possibility for some cycle skips here   yeah it's very very very tight though every  time i've tried to drive by i've gotten hit nice that was some nice yeah man i gotta  come back down to earth after that one elation levels oh man oh far best  stage in the room yeah move over 3-1 just take it in all right all right now we go for one cycle this time he's hot it's hot and dangerous shout outs to starboard first start   never noticed the volcano in the back until now  what's going on grumble volcano for mario kart wii   canonically yeah oh he is oh he's doing it oh  yeah i don't think that stretch that insane   is just no one ever does it yeah it's just yeah  it's like no one does it so when someone doesn't   get a crazy ass it's too far into the run  for people to care it's too forward for the   future for anyone to comprehend who doesn't  have a five head doesn't have a five head doesn't have the 5000 iq i think the bubble can be done a  little faster as well but it would hurt   to grow was this pom-pom you  have to get that dumb early hit so yeah that's annoying should the splice from pom-pom again like he  went between the ants that's like blowing my mind the bomb no dude that pipe country was sick  though yeah style points right there just a nice casual early pom pom head here we  go there you go that blows me away man it's also   so hard to tell where she's going yeah that one  may as well be rng because you can't really tell   i mean this whole one like  this whole pom-pom fight   yeah it's pretty painful yeah for those who don't  know well maybe we said i don't remember but her   smoke when she disperses one of them is like  lower to the ground and that's the real one yeah i always find the first hit  to be harder to tell which one it   i is know if you can't tell from the person yeah  yeah literally they're in a line thankfully you   don't definitely have to worry about it faster  to climb the flag it's not but for 380 star to   unlock the final world you have to get the top  of the flagpole on every level and the stamps yeah up until royal crown  and then we'll be getting the   bottom of the fly poles i don't  know which side he's going to but   both of these were going to be pog oh he's going  plussy first let's do it here's the fish bounce the fish bounce i just like the aesthetic of this  level but the ending yeah it's almost like i have   not seen the ending this level is kind of like  you know if you first played galaxy and it kind   of blew your mind when you see the moving water  in this for the first time i was like whoa this is   the video game water can move you know you got me  there but it floats dude and someone who doesn't   watch ielts a lot of this like stuff you guys are  like wait and watch this i've never seen before so   well i just know from regular 380 rings oh gotcha  see i don't do top strats so even that's blowing   my mind too like i have to do with the like water  auto scroller thing at the end kind of oh gotcha okay the unneeded one very needed oh sorry  yeah with our crown crown for our lives   yeah well only in levels not in there you found that by looking at like uh hitboxes and  stuff no i and them i found it just by the way   okay and then i found the white warts gotcha this cloud is so weird if you turn your  camera your controls will be really wonky   like you'll be uh holding like upright and it'll  just make you go straight to the right yeah that's   that's a thing in these games for  some reason that happens in 3d land   it doesn't even do that on the other clouds  only that one that's weird leftover code   yeah there's certain parts in 3d land  there's a part where you long jump   up left to go you're like fluttering  over lava so if you mess up you die   and you hold straight up and then he goes left and  doesn't go on the platform it's really annoying all right yeah we're doing this one first because  we're going to do the warp strat i'm guessing   yeah yeah luigi like forgot about this no way it apparently isn't that hard really  no it's the hardest thing ever   i did i couldn't get it in the hours that i  tried practicing it but also something that   i found in this level that we'll see um that  young demo told me i was stupid and fine was   um was jumping out of the out of the door when you  exited oh yeah that's that's very known i did not   know that and i was like what did i do i said  can we save for this one time that i found it oh look at that he jumped what what okay  this room's crazy with peach but it's   gonna be insane with can go luigi go luigi  candles around the corner it's not too bad   as like he gets around the  corner and that's where it's yeah i know the i mean candle straps aren't worth learning let's  do the dry bones did the work but it's okay i still know uh the work that  the world work that we do   after this i still don't know i can i  still don't believe it actually saves time what what was that yeah you can again i  just don't believe actually says anything in   380 it does yeah saves more in this category  yeah because you have to go after this one all right i'm ready to see them this level  i'm actually very curious of how this will go   and it will go fast yeah i think  you can build it up and never   lose it well just keeping your stairs want  to see these coins oh oh the damn the damage   well unexpected damage yeah definitely  unexpected yeah i was not ready for that   oh what is this camera what's okay that makes  sense dang that's like way cooler than normal you're still here why on that one do you have  to go back to get speed but there's other ones   where you could just do like this little hop  and dive um because that one's a little too far   oh okay like you could do a crash boost to build  up speed when you're like in the in the box but it   still wouldn't be as fast because you're just kind  of like barely able to get up there okay i get it   if you actually go back and get speed then you're  able to like make it almost all the way to the box   in my opinion the dumbest stamp house they're  just like let's put it all the way to the left it's okay it makes up we're in the movement  in the level ready for this here we go again   oh amazing this one is it  looks nice it's actually two you know what's sad it's like i don't know if  i can believe you or another okay i'm curious   how this will go is there anything fancy for  this uh one of the coolest looking levels   oh we don't get to see the cool escape or do  we yeah no no cool skip because of the stamp   yeah but still cool skips that's a  cool skipper right there off the wall   that's that's cool skipping the  checkpoint risky move the ground in any percent you you do this crazy  strat with speed and a tanooki leaf   to skip this ice cube but we need this stamp in my opinion the hardest green coins coming up   this one right here yeah these guys can get in  your way and it says the floor is lava literally i like that you get that as he's going  just wouldn't have even thought of that   oh yeah and if you ground pound on these blocks  that you move faster that's something a lot of   people don't know did they get mad yeah so that's  like lots of things in mario games get angry   when you stomp on their face i don't know why like usually it primes them for death nice  and then waiting for the six to go by time for the two refights all right only a couple  more fights until the fight the fight not just any fight d fight   you guys a a motley fan first or  monthly first band or a histogram first depends if i need a cat suit or not  that's fair i'm always modeling first   i'm always histographers  because i don't do dancers i just think you should do my first because you  can get well if you get hit too you can get a   cassette afterwards because love i usually  have two cat suits anyways so that's why i   don't know it's pretty crazy this is going to  be pretty close to the 243. yeah that's that's   true yeah she has a 243 what is it and the  addition is that this gets gold poles and stamps   uh yeah so everything stamp houses that's a lot  halcyon harris is the most said add on to this yeah if for those who don't know 243 is basically  um a mystical news category that was made which   is getting all green stars up until the  credits so we don't have to worry about   stamps and golden flagpoles oh rip the luigi  okay that's insane i just like how they both   went one after another it's like perfectly  timed nice using luigi's high jump there yeah where's your pizza coke in an nes controller  you're right then i could pass it off as legit a couple of those april fool's video part two brb making pizza just get  out and make pizza you're a let's go and again because i see some people asking if  you're wondering what this one is this is not   done single segment because some of these  levels took hours of just grinding away and   it's all spliced together the best fronts  so this is like the best theoretical run   that we could possibly do at the moment  if everything is put together perfectly   um did you spend any time on the stamp  houses like not optimal gotta do it again   didn't get the belly flop guy and do it again so i think that's my favorite thing in this so far  it's just the fact that we pointed out the flop   right my head is by far my favorite okay insane  to think anything else yeah yeah true my bad all right let's see this measure  skip sub 2 30 and coming yeah   everything's spliced together it's most there's  a lot of editing went into this i'm sure okay one of the biggest skips in the game is  in this level we didn't get to see a cool skip   in eight seven but this one's similar and even  better it's a cutscene too and it breaks the audio thankfully it breaks the audio i  thought the music's bad but because   the music you can pretty much yeah that's why we  need it to turn off because it's popping too hard fire bro holy cow he's gonna pause  the wait no oh he does pause the wheel   you have to kill all the bullies so i  don't know nice the true star from mars it seems like that star is such a pain to grab  just because of having to kill all the bullies   all right here goes one of the  coolest skips in the whole game get the slide speed so fast that was yeah that was  pretty quick there what set up   go luigi you can make it all the way  to you guys yeah the higher cloud   nice now we're like halfway through the meowser  fight luckily that doesn't skip any green star   skips a ton of auto scrolling and cutscene   at this point i feel like that's intentional  because they make it so perfectly   that you don't miss a green star there's no way  they intended you to fly across the map to get uh yes the invisible wall with luigi running  and going nowhere he missed oh the bomb the bomb   oh long jump wow okay   listen to this wonderful music styles are yelling  i like that the pow block makes a sound yeah so this is why it's good that the music  doesn't play because blind auto scroller skip that's insane i like how we all got silent  dude yeah because we're like   how's he doing you gotta  let the asmr take over man it's 3d world asmr and you're  running around the spiral slow motion the red fairy the only real actually the teal fairy   like i made like a hack where you could get  to the end without collecting any fairies anyone that's there weird huh redfear is the only  one like by the oh yeah there's no fairies in the   bottle here the red fairies just chilling by the  pole oh okay so that's so bottled the shadows it's just like it was just a bottle  hater the first member of their little   group first member of the dk crew i said  red fairy absolutely i meant the old fairy   prices might forget that how could you make  such a mistake all right time for credits   all right let's see how far ahead we are  oh yeah those are 228 if we're doing 243.   that's insane well records  like what a 2 30 something i forget 226 saved three minutes hit by ten how many  of those were never good one one of three all right so now that the credits  are going through you saw more but   this 380 doesn't end here i think it's a  good time to point out that we have a 3d   world discord if anybody wants to run this  game and they haven't yet for some reason we uh we do last cap of toad yeah all right so post game there's several worlds you  just immediately get access to the next one but   to unlock the final one you have to get all  the stars and as you progress if you haven't   collected enough screen stars they won't  let you get to the later worlds as well a new world is open luigi this is the real rr  yeah i would not have expected luigi for this   look how fast he is moving so  fast all the bounce off the mouse all right the double speed ball what was the  duke with the little like flip switch thing that was weird the tiny little  people that tiny mistake you have to use plessy here i think this is  plus his last appearance though champions room   yeah it is you get to make sure you don't miss  this stamp or there's no way going back for it and get the strike didn't  get the strike runs invalid time for the biggest crossover since infinity  war most ambitious mostly ambitious yeah two   two gaming franchises made by the same people like not just the same  company but the same person made it so unexpected all right i want to see this ending never  mind i forgot i was wondering what about   the ending you care something for some reason i  was expecting something bigger i forgot how long   hopefully they will go for the coin shower what  the heck man hopefully hopefully they'll put this   game on switch and then more people will probably  pick it up or at least get to play it's a good   game sadly they put it wrong well they announced  pikmin yeah pikmin like the only one left yeah   yeah there's like the remaining two games and now  this is the one they can't do all except this one come on have you in the title oh you deluxe what a good game  uh you deluxe not on the wii u also if they put it over on the switch  they're probably gonna patch some stuff   and it's gonna make it a lot more sadly  but i don't think they'd patch much in   this game i mean they're gonna get they might  do the overworld out of bounds but that's all   i could think of i mean touchscreen spats  would be weird but the amount of stuff that   people think is going to get cut out is a lot  less than what i think would actually get cut out this is going to get ki that requires a  full rework of the physics system yeah like   like people thinking that uh cat  momentum in general by the way   we haven't talked about it but this  level movement has been sick so far they could just you know cat momentum  like they did with mario maker 2.   oh no don't know just take those words back also rosalind what insane i'm sure this  means nothing i'm sure we're not going   to get the players there that'd be too far  nintendo wouldn't happen it's so weird that   they put her in the second level of this world i  think yeah why not the first one or the last one   oh my god guys you can place rosalina now  and we're going to play as rosalina now   yeah you have to rosalina level the last level  to be the first level in the world because it's a   space themed level in the space world yeah i also  rather than them this one took them a while too and people who would just start the post game  content they might like play the first level   and be like all right i'm kind of like done with  the game not too interested playing the bonus okay let's jump there rosalina so yeah so yeah you needed her for that stamp  just like mario she gets one stamp nice and also world star is the  last place where we need stamps   after this there's no more stamps in the run   after world star in general i mean yeah just  screen starts from that point on end goal finals all right i'm ready to see this level i wonder how this is going to work the great gold pole supposed to be called  gopo are we were we wrong is it not is it   not oh they're scrapping the coins  this was the entire level   level auto scroller like why is the arrow  it's even more obvious in this game which   way to go i mean hey at least we have we have  ppd's again so it's okay it's like happy days i love this music the groundhog jumps return there's ice and fire and i he did ice glitch for like  a second there for no reason   talk about my attempts to try to remove  the auto scrolling from this level i was like wrong hacking i did it  with like fuzzy time landscape oh   gotcha um from mine level i was like oh  maybe i could do it on this level nope real hard i think it's just because of the way  that like the blocks load in right from the camera   like specifically like this and it just  crashes and single it's great it's great yeah   it's great whoa swag kill i see that just imagine that from the piranha plants  perspective i'm gonna get them this time   out of nowhere yeah he killed that one too he's a massacre oh no get him  no he got him all the bees it's a massacre in this level the snap that everybody's missed  at least once in real life it's true some people played it once and   never missed it when people had  friends and they just threw them off and we missed that top of the flight  ball on this level though before so   i oh i don't know let's the stairs are hard all right the link doesn't work make  sure you capitalize feel like i'm saying that for every   level i get to the end i'm like yeah damn  that was pretty good like like what else   do you say from with some of these levels i'm  just like jaw-dropping my pb's better like this sweet cosmic time oh everybody's favorite level it's  gotta be such a hype level if it's called cosmic   i mean this this is going to be pretty hyped  first can you just do me a favor and like in   just this level make cosmic playable  like just like a picture of his face   could you just just real quick put me in the game i mean i could you know just for this level making one of your emotes okay this level is cool  i didn't know you could skip all that yes then   this part looks cool all right i'm down this is  a cool level now the only boring part should be   the uh i think it's it feels like it  saves like hardly any time i would save more time   than you'd think really because you're going to  this level it's not like you have from this point   forward these are all remixed stages just with  like changes to them and they don't have stamps   no stamps which uh in the next level i'm known  for uh yelling at my chat where the stamp is spent five minutes looking for the stamp  you're like where's the stamp guys we're   all sitting there laughing like yo snap my chat  just like spammed being like there is no stamp whoa the law just lit up wow that was   that was really fast all right was there a  pal block or something yeah there was okay i want to see him finish with two  seconds remaining that's not happening there's like a howling dog in the back like it's really kind of cool to to probably like  uh which clocks are the most optimal to go for it's the level i get made for all  the time so where's the stamp level   we're going this one first never mind yeah  gotta make a hot cycle yeah this cycle   here we go at night i'm gonna make the cycles  at night these were the internal levels they're like how can we make it  different i know turn off the light   god my eyesight's so bad it even  knows that he went on the platform nice nice like what   40 second level i like that toad's just back  there it's like suck i've found piles of money a coin's bigger than his head those coins are huge thinking about it like holy all right which level next that's a real  question where will he go oh forward okay probably gonna go to the end of the world and then  back to hands off yeah and then we're back yeah   oh yeah this level is probably going  to be sick this this level is also   at night i think even more touchscreen  strats than the first time oh definitely hands-on halls at day why is at night a normal thing  to say that that day is not himself you can tell you the one gong  that you hit for no reason and it's a   mcdonald's the box that disappears for no reason like to like bait you it's  like how you're trapped like who has the best meow noise  is the real question mario gotta be toad i don't know it's either toad or peach to be  honest going back to going back here for the stamp all for the stamp one of the special worlds  has a stamp against this one   we get the lucky cat bell which  just changes your ground pound it also makes him a little fuzzier does it actually make him fuzzier key knowledge refreshing his climb there do you have to kill them no you don't no  but it's fun i guess so i couldn't resist   oh is he gonna grab the star and then die back  he missed the star he missed he's gonna forget yeah this this part right here after i  got to the box on my chat where's the scam and started climbing back up the mountain again and i know my mistakes pretty  good shadow work there honestly   yeah yeah although i don't know how the polls  going like upright and toad is like noonday sun are you correcting you it's no longer it's not  actually good the shadows themselves look good   but your shadow work continues to like say  five things wrong work shadow working this   level is good okay the shadow is good except  for you know the fact that the shadow's not good all right i'm actually curious on how he does this   yeah nice no spin jump yeah yeah lucky suit for  that lucky suit the new uh the new dubs name for um like the practice code the community  when i was doing a bunch of research on it   the names for the other cat bell are so  funny that people call it they're like   other cat bell that does absolutely nothing and  like it does stuff do they not know that it does   oh that weird looking cat bell was one of  them i remember seeing that one i tried to i know that young demo sent me a picture of the  file name of uh the final draft because he made so   many drafts of this that um the last one was just  called this is the last one for sure don't delete   it you dummy or something like that this level is  pretty good the glowy dudes are awful the typhoons   but they don't matter right now apparently  if you go fast i guess they're not awful keeps the speed you just gotta  capture them like you're doing odyssey nice i want to see this oh no mega mushroom oh of  course okay how did i not think about that river   like yeah it is so brilliant dude  that is such a cool idea it's not even   just like oh that's the fast strat that's way  easier yeah ten times easier i'm sitting there   fighting with all these bullies there's  like 20 of them surrounding you he's just a little dirty watching that i like how the timer  changed from 58 to 71 and a snap of a finger   all right this level i have a bad history with this level most people do yeah i can't wait to watch it get  absolutely destroyed broken it's gonna be broken   he's going so fast oh that cycle is so  perfectly lined up for him that's so sick   look at where he's going he barely landed  on that he went on like the very edge   that jumped off the dry bones just  to pay just oh what that was crazy yeah oh man and then you skip this wow all the  way that was really cool that's another really   cool level i think the school was rambling  i was gonna say yeah you have to stop for   something that's the first one i feel like where  he just could go yeah that was 43 seconds man all right i split when i cross the bridge okay how do you go i didn't want to  forget like which flagpole to split on   how do you oh okay fair enough  that's why i do level splits then i don't do any backup stages okay big touch strats how is  this done oh he got so many wow   that was so fast move like and you can't  touch them through the walls if you don't know   yeah and it's also really hard to touch them  when the yellow guys are like spread out no big deal just done this level in like  50 seconds forget the baseball the baseball   that like evaporates if you try to use the  touchscreen yeah they thought about that man they fought that far in advance at the end of  the game in development they realized that oh   we're not going to fix our mystery house but  we'll fix the one ball that you need to throw   in this one level going down a row the weird  looking baseball that does nothing extra   now this is gonna be cool how  does he how did he do the flower how did he optimize this he says this one he did  on his own this is like the hardest level ever   this is yeah this one in 380 you have to light  up all the torches for all of the green stars and   what you've never done before  casually it's kind of annoying like the laziest worst design level in the game  yeah let's make all the green stars the exact same   like they all spawn at the end did the same  two they just pop out of thin air it could   have done something clever like a piranha plant  shoots it out of his mouth or something to know oh he missed one not perfect reset he missed two he missed three out of the way oh super  sleepy super skinny piranha i was just about to comment about how hard  the torches are to actually hit and then he   missed some and it's like they're so hard didn't  even want to get it right in this place really   i just like how that freeze frame made  peach look like she was one with the bell nice yeah that's like one of the harder  levels to improve improvised amount of time   on because as long as you don't  miss any torches then you're   saving time as long as you know your fireball  doesn't bounce off the torch very cool and it's like why is those yeah  the smallest thing in existence more floating water pond also nice uh bracing and sleeper moment unless he does some sort of skip that i  don't know about you can skip this but   i don't think like the first star won't spawn  because it's off screen that's fair oh yeah he's   doing uh oh never mind i thought he was farther  up than he was yeah the second star two here oh okay wow that's cool oh it breaks  the clouds yeah that was monkey i   wonder if that was intentional in my  head i was like the boxes the boxes   break four please you break forward there's  none i legit don't have ever gotten four boxes   like it's so hard gotten it in both my pb's last  two pbs let's go it actually um manipulates rng   actually i think it was first sub two and then  first sub 50 were the two oh you did it in the in   the yeah on the ground nice i didn't which means  you act like you would have won them yeah that's   what did it yeah that's okay sometimes change the  tides of it i died in 2-1 i was like ah if i miss   boxes now it's over i i miss boxes that's why  you pulled the head after that level to be fair then you're liking which is  sick nice level by the way these auto scrollers there's like  not much you can do other than like   progress it and then go back for the stuff  you missed it's not a test silly people   tess actually helps you do the run  it's all played without this is   mostly done by one guy aside from like 10 or 15  levels by luigi master than captain toad by qrl but most of this is yonderman  and it's all spliced together   there's slide speed yeah i haven't seen this one okay the bounce that vector jump it was insane i don't  know if he's gonna run out of time the   time i need the megaphone with the  with the cosmic champion the plug why does it not pause in this pipe that's  insane to me i picked so long yeah i   hate that so much that it doesn't pause in  that that takes like nine seconds too nice i remember i started doing that jump and because i   don't do like actual cameramentsum i do  call scratch momentum yondama told me all right where are we going probably down so yeah this is world flower by the way  this has uh this is the longest world in the game   and has the most levels i think has 14. i know it has a few levels but i don't know  like time wise if it's the longest i'm pretty   sure it's the longest unless you count you  know credits as being part of rule bowser but   my world bowser might be longer but he missed  the pole oh no oh no he didn't finish the level he's going it's fast the triple the dudes  can't even oh they almost can't even spawn in oh yeah this uh the ending that confused  many people i couldn't find it for 20 minutes   because it's an actual ghost house  like yeah it's actually confusing whoa i like that they let you go backwards too  so that you don't know where it is yeah   my uh my world 8 and 9 are all  longer than my world flower   all right another uh level i'm  interested to see the cycles of this time they switch real fast   yeah they all go to the beat of the  music now again but more so this time and for anybody wondering how long this has  been in developments uh it's only been in   development for like it's like i think it's  been three months since he started so this is   he's putting a lot of work into this working a  bunch of hours every day oh nice jump large people talk about like  the whole kinder egg thing all the time   but it's like it's a very good law to have  to not have porn objects in your food like   yeah it kind of makes sense to not just  put random plastic things in your food someone just said that they ruined yundemo's   special number counts on his  side rip no more nice anymore also if even if they were theoretically possible  to you know do an auto scroll or skip any other   one that these uh platforms don't spawn until you  are right next to them so it wouldn't be possible see you later peach number two oh there  we go is the touchscreen coming back   to kill them instantly no just  just just protecting the beach called the boomerang the boomerang  strats just he's so close to them what's funny is like he's playing it  so risky because he knows if he messes   up he can just record again those like fire  flowers are actually really easy to avoid   you can just tap up on the d-pad and you'll  never get hit literally killing them off screen oh okay the touch trails that was quick   one spent like five minutes trying to get  top of the flag bull here because i missed   those blocks like flew in and so i  brought mario on my other controller   started bouncing on his head trying to  get the top of the flagpole that's great i did succeed though so nice i'm sure it  was better than redoing the level right   no you guys are driving me insane in chat it's  not by definition of tasks oh my goodness a   controller's a tool it's every speed run a task  this is the dumbest thing i've ever heard a tool   assisted runs a full playthrough where the tools  help you make the run good like slow down and   re-records doesn't mean you just make a not  complete run and put it together with tools and   now it's a task i did a run with with a robot hand  would it be a test yeah technically you use your   concentration and your concentration is a tool  at oh you're right our brains using their our big   big brain coming through explosively yeah okay  oh okay yeah who needs to go back to safety that's a pretty cool level not that it's  much different than the last one but those   are just really cool to show off to people  who have never seen this video on this game   spikey spike yeah that level is fake bridge too what's that one actually called i have no idea  i'm just going to stick with that spotlight search   something i think uh okay spotlight spikes your  channel spike's gotta be in there maybe even twice spike spikes towards china all right boss blitz  is where we have to fight six bosses once again   nice double hits it's nothing oh it's called spiky spike  fridge sneakers really that's so much worse   it isn't twice you called it oh my gosh we  had so much better names it's kind of like   searchlight seek or something  that's pretty cool electric oh yeah our favorite boss is back that was  actually a really fast hit like yeah i'm impressed especially when you're impressed  with something the slowest possible actually wednesday's slowest was boring when he disappears and he leaves that blue ring  it's like i just looked away from a bright light all right early hit again because why wouldn't he that one's so like that's so tight i didn't even notice i was the one that was hurt all right boom boom what does he do on this one  poof no he just does nothing   yeah the um the pom pom and boom boom  fights are their first incarnations again   no level three uh not the only  level three that happens is um that changes and the histocrat oh yeah it's heading for history  it's just both combined oh yeah this one's level   one again oh it is i didn't even realize it  yeah cause they have to have the cutscene   and they couldn't spawn  the little rolly lava dudes those are my favorite enemies the rolly lava dude no but you believe me because  this game has a track record it's like it's like you thought that  i was actually telling the truth massive brain what wait did he he  took the same number of gems right his brain's too big for me that's  actually really really cool   i didn't know you could  just be invincible with that i would just run away the real name is not much they're called splorch oops i disconnected for a second yeah they're called splorches  they're called splurges an uncommon enemy that at first appear in 3d  world there are large orange fireballs you   would say that have purple masks around their  eyes another they'll be our last warfreak see all right toad because this is the the only time   this is the only time that we have a um a  character a character switch that isn't a stamp and the interns the internet going so fast it's it's like the same  kind of a button but it's a star rat yeah it is yeah that was pretty good like the birds in the background  just minding their own business and look at the shadows they have none they're not real great shadow work accept did you know i'm still waiting for 342 star  to be a real thing eventually okay nice tapping yes it is  btt that's exactly what it is no i i put the splits in different spots yeah these underwater levels  there's so many of them that they're   like they're not authors but they  can technically be classified as   for most one has rammer heads excuse me oh sorry  my new favorite new favorite yeah best in the run   it has rammer heads let's go i thought how can  we mess up the one not auto scroller water level oh that's so cool he shot himself   to get rid of the block that was so sweet  small optimizations let's save the second all right nice do you guys think he missed  anything yeah one level it's just a stamp level   opposite this stuff he took forever to jump in i  feel like yeah it took like an extra second there hand cam for a test is tasbot the little  rob robot that holds the controller and   it blinks and lights up i'm ready  to see and be blown away by this oh yeah he has to grab the fire flower here to go fast yeah but oh yeah well you can  have that guy shoots torches big goomba tower   oh at the end you have too much speed to go  stop now yeah big boomer tower oh later okay oh here goes big goomba tower there we go  racking up the points wow he un froze so early   now it's on to work around so now from this point  forward um golden flagpoles and stamps don't count   anymore like we're not gonna be getting them so  are we doing i'm assuming we're probably going to   do captain toad first then yeah then the mystery  house yeah go in the order that most people go in i don't know some people like to  be anti-climate or climatic and uh   finish it with champions all right split  there i'll save almost six minutes i'm   just that's let alone some of the because i  didn't do the auto scroller from world three   but just a lot of it from going fast all right  are we gonna get hit the last diaper adventure i'm assuming no if you get hit in the stage  you're dead so i mean you're not always dead on   a plant i'm gonna say that he's not gonna get  hit by the front i'm gonna take a wild guess   i keep in this room i mean okay i know that he's  probably gonna get hit by it nope oh it's dead   never mind what i thought he was i thought he  was gonna damage boost through the piranha plant   to get the last start but they're probably gonna  go the other route that gets that one early   yeah there you go that that is way tighter  than it looks at least wow from what i've   been able to tell running over the corner  there's cool this stage is so hard just to beat and that's the last captain toad i genuinely  think it's kind of easier to do this for us oh   really to do that route maybe if you know how to  run i'm sure it's not as hard just like casually   that stage is hard yeah like this legos are  really tight you'll run out of breath so easily please stay up he's still blind okay champions road very overrated level   in difficulty it's really not that  bad but gonna be a cool speed run the speed the speed this isn't the final level  there's one after this yeah the   time will end when the  green star counter hits 380. yeah those stairs were nuts that was crazy and make sure you don't miss any  green stars especially the last one you're supposed to go in the water and  then it scrolls through that spike maze but   oh that's skipping damage that's sick   yeah water skipping easy yeah i need to do that  thing this is very eye opening for me things yeah i'm gonna do everything just to turn this  into a reality please do platform skip in that   bouncy stage oh yeah of course definitely easy i'll continue to not do meows or  skip though don't worry yes we must   skip he didn't get much speed okay now we're going   this and mario odyssey have like the  coolest endings uh skips for the thank you   oh almost grab the oh yeah and in this world  you don't need the stamps you don't need the   top of the poles because you already unlocked what  those unlock yeah unless you're doing hundo but   no i know it's bad the reason  why it's bad is because   you have to be all the stages with all five  characters and yeah i'll just leave it at that   i think that you can use the multiple controllers  so you only have to be each level twice instead of   five times but still nothing nothing about honda  you don't even mention them this is 100 in fact   this is literally just better 100  for anybody wondering what categories all right here we go 100 runner in  our chat what what are you saying you're coming after my category pretends is the  only one who runs it somewhat like regularly donation goal i didn't follow through  with mine i never finished one switch nice this is the appropriate  final level because it's way harder to uh   do this level than throughout  the champions road honestly losing six minutes go baseball and again just for reference current world  record is for uh three hours 56 minutes and   48 seconds fine the bottom of the ice go speed  and then go back yeah you have to go back it sucked steady it doesn't just spawn you and  you can just fly off the edge like the other time   all right do you guys think he's  gonna stop for the extra cat suit   no i mean why woody at this point yeah i'm just  kidding okay i thought you were actually asking god imagine not doing casual stretcher i have actually in celebratory because it's the  end of another um this is the end of another   mystery house i've just jumped off in  celebration thinking that was the end   i don't know it's only halfway  yep at least it's not the tower   yeah yeah i love that it just falls  onto it i love that wallet that is such   like whenever i get to that one i'm like  this is the hardest one in the game guys if total pet he's been doing such a good job the star sounds get so high i just wish that like toad's voice would  have high with it boys gets high every time i was like i'm gonna try and do  the high version of his voice but i   couldn't go higher than his voice it just turns into like one big shriek i remember the first time i did  this level i saw a boom boom and   i thought you had to fight boom boom all three it's boom boom i need to jump on him wait no it's he takes like three seconds of dying all right oh he missed the stamp no no spike stamp  all right okay that is it time soon   it's a nice time only beats world record  by 21 plus minutes ah that's there's a baby   this is an amazing time there you  go uh might have like split slightly   wrong at the start or something like that but  roughly 3 35 27 um clearly clearly some uh   whoops clearly some time to save in this category  obviously over the course of three and a half   hours when you splice like perfect levels together  that adds up a lot but uh there is still some ways   to go i would say that category can go for humans  what do you guys think i definitely agree yeah   i could definitely see it going  down to like if this shows anything   like obviously not everything in this run is  going to be done in future world records but like   i mean i can see maybe a sub 350 coming  up 350 was possible before safe skips so   yeah true yeah so that that saves what like  four or five minutes like 380. yeah is it like   four and a half i think i don't know and then you  have like a minute on the answer skip and then   just general other stuff so sub 350 gonna happen  sometime soon go follow the three 3d world runners   i actually have a um before we end this off i  have a quick uh message from yandema um he said he   wanted me to read this at the end since he wasn't  gonna be here for the end obviously um he says um   that obviously during throughout this course  of watching this a lot of us said like oh like   that can probably be improved a little bit more  and stuff like that uh he even admitted that the   segmented run is nowhere near perfect obviously  there's still a bunch of time that can be shaved   off uh and possibly push this down even lower and  he said that this is just one runner's attempt at   making a btt but however that being said an  announcement is that now that this premiere   is done uh yandema will be opening up submissions  for anyone to submit a level if you get a faster   time than him and at the end of this year he's  actually gonna be making a version two of this   with everybody combined so if you want to be  part of that uh and if you also like grinding   out aisles and stuff like that and you think you  can beat some of the times that he had in this   showcase then i highly suggest joining the discord  and where he'll end up posting the submissions let's go very hype v2 that was already so sick  imagine once we get that spreadsheet going   we get whatever best known time on  every level and supplies that together yeah it's gonna be insane i i don't know how much  farther it's gonna go um i could probably maybe   even sub 3 30 who knows but i know if it's that  much time saved we'll see it was really well done   i mean we only noticed like the splicing a couple  of times so and yeah that was like really weird   he basically did it all by himself like yeah  and i've made something like this before   for a 20 minute run and it took a lot of  like work to make it look right and stuff and   i can't imagine three and a half hours of all  these different files and stuff you gotta juggle   and when you're using such big files too  like because three and a half hours a lot   like yeah it could take a while like yeah also  uh another reason like this got delayed this uh   premiere because emma's computer crashed yeah  when he was editing it and it also took what 13   hours to export this full three hour video yeah so  shout outs to all the people that worked
